Gobi fry is not Gobi fry but went for Gobi masala fry. again we order explaining the Gobi Manchurian. In the summer hot, we need to ac hall for dine in in UAE. However the dine area was with Fan. Imagine the condition we been sweating more and enjoying hot food. I wish management is taking some necessary changes will really attract us to come back to Sangeetha to enjoy the food. juices was really good. for 2nd time Gobi was good and crispy.

All SVR share the same recipe, menu and price. That’s the best thing about this chain. However the Sharjah one is poor in service as they have limited staff

Omggg don't even get me started on the coconut chatni... it has the perfectttt blend of spoces.. perfect taste and aroma.. perfect chanti ever.<br/><br/>Dosa was too soft and the potato filling was just very soft and well prepared with very little spices so makes a pleasantly light breakfast food.<br/><br/>Idli was for the kids... its just tooo yummy to be left out while ordering. <br/><br/>Overall i'd rate my experience with delivery timing and taste test as 10/10<br/><br/>Totally worth a try. Very bad support form Zomato and restaurant.Biggest mistake from my side was to prepay through Zomato before delivery .the delivery time mentioned was 55 mins but resturant delivered in around 1 hr 35 mins that too after following up with them for 30-40 mins .since it was late in night so I wanted to cancel the order but as per Zomato and resturant you cannot cancel the order that means they can knock at my door any time they want and disturb every body. so never ever pay online <br/><br/>

Ordered breakfast from here. It took a while to be delivered even though the delivery person called quite quickly after the order was placed. Maybe they couldn’t find the location, not sure. Ordered idli and upma. The idli was soft and fresh. The upma however was overly salty and oily and hence why the score given is 3. If they reduce the salt and oil content of their meals this place will be good.

Occasionally, we buy breakfast from Sangeetha restaurant because of their service and quality. I am a huge fan of their paneer butter masala as it is absolutely a comfort food. I recently trued their poori and bhaji set. The poori was okayish as it was super oily and a bit hard at the edges but i liked the fact that they were small and pocket sized. I really liked their bhaji and the two different chutneys they said. I have a habit of mixing sambar, bhaji and the two chutneys and it is an amazing combination. I would rate this dish at ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to have South Indian tiffin. They serve very soft medhu Vadais. I love their mini tiffin too.

My all time go-to restaurant, be it dine-in or zomato delivery. Excellent and polite service by the staff in restaurant, in-time delivery on zomato orders, served hot and yummy always. Highly recommended. Their masala dhosai is my fav 😋 Not a big vege food lover, but this restaurant just made me love it.

Dint find the restaurant of the same standards as Karama Sangeetha. The food was okay but the hand wash area was full of tissue paper and the same waiter was cleaning the tables and serving the food as well. Filter coffee is great though. The restaurant has to definitely improve its standards to keep up with the the restaurants in King Faisal road.<br/>

Hi i am staying in abu shagara for almost 15 years..Today i have ordered one sambar rice , one curd rice and one variety rice.The quantity was so less for the amount i paid.I am completely disappointed and infact i have compared the price and the quantity given by the other vegetarian restaurants and i clearly came to a conclusion that sangeetha's quantity is the least one.Not worth trying with this restaurant any more....

Ive always been a big fan of madras breakfast food. I was a regular customer of another madras rest in abu hail but when i joined another company i have been struggling to get the same taste of food and madras style coconut chutney. I live in sharjah al nahda and i have ordered from diff places for masala dosa. I am not a big fan of dosa but i am a fan of madras style coconut chutney and sambar. Today i tried sangeetha in a hope to find my new fave south indian food. Hurray, palate satisfaction. I just wish they have an option to add coconut chutney on the menu as an extra on zomato. I ordered pongal, when it got delivered i was surprised about the quantity, it was not even enough for one person. They just packed it in a small container but they cost 10aed for that which was really not acceptable?, how can they use a small container for a main dish or why should they cost much for a small quantity? I have been ordered alot of times in sangeetha, but for the first time i got disappointed.

We ordered Masala dosa & onion uttappam, masala dosa was good in taste with all chutneys and Sambhar the only thing I don't like the taste of beetroot chutney, I ordered twice masala dosa without chutney. Onion uttappam was yummy they have put some powder over the uttappam.

My new found love is South Indian breakfasts. Tried Sangeetha for first time. Masala dosa was good, Rava dosa also crispy and well made. Onion tomato uttappam was best of 3 dishes ordered. Of course I give full marks to their both coconut n Tomato chutneys, but highlight was their sambar. Visiting in person is definitely pending for this little hidden gem.

As always Sangeetha is in my favorite list for Veggies. We visited them for breakfast after picking my parents from airport. Am little disappointed with the masala dosa and upma as the dosa was not much crispy and the upma was a bit watery. Mini tiffin was ok and the Tea as always excellent. Disappointed with the service and food today. I order thru zomato and I got 3 miscalls from an unknown mobile number. On arriving with the food he told me that he had called so I informed him I will not answer unknown mobile numbers that miscall on to my phone. Want any extra details show the courtesy to call from the restaurant landphone or call me. I can be out of credit on my phone too. I had ordered a quick meal and a kesari (expecting it to be regular kesari). However when the parcel arrived it turned out to be pineapple kesari. I felt like I wasted money on the extra kesari😣. Sangeetha is one of my favorite vegetarian food joint and yesterday’s experience was very bad. There was no food still they asked to sit and started preparing for it. After 40 mins we get half cooked rice, Sambar was like horrible with Rasam just hot water and no taste. I didn’t expect the quality to go down so bad.

Ordered chennai thali from this restaurant . Amazing taste . Even the chapati was soft & hot. All those side curries & payasam was really tasty. This place is famous for all vegetarian food. Good place to have Tamil nadu food.<br/>Had their breakfast and the ghee roast was crisp and their sambar was good. Chutney was average.<br/>Their Chennai style meals was really good lot of items.<br/>Their lunch meals have come down in standard nothing was tasty as before.

Best choice for Idly & Dosas<br/><br/>Being in UAE I have seen many Northies ask for the best South Indian Hotel. Many of them may be trying the South dishes for the first time & they believe what they had is the best of its taste. But it's not. If you really want to experience the authentic tast of Idly, Dosas you have only one best place to visit that is Sangeetha Abu Shagara. I have had tasted food from other branches but this is the best recomend. I never had such a authentic Tamil food from any other restaurant here. I swear.<br/><br/>There is a mix of the Kovai taste, but also a touch of a bunch of other things besides. I would always tell my friends if you go to any south Indian restaurant  never ask for Northy or Mugalai food. They do have it in the menu but will never taste like North Indian food. Similarly they have Tamil version of North Indian foods. The best option for breakfast is Mini Tiffin, so that you get a taste of all the options. They also have a decent choices of rice but again Tamil Sadams.<br/><br/>Price is very reasonable. Medu Vada are okay some days they are made best. I never had Tamil Meal so I have no idea about it.<br/><br/>Not but least Service. They are very attentive and always at your beck and Call. There is a young guy he always remember your choices so you don't even tell him what you need when you visit next time.

If we are in Sharjah during morning hours, Sangeetha is our preferred option for breakfast. I really love their Mini Tiffin, idli, Vada, masala Dosa. They also serve good south Indian filter coffee. Ask for string coffee to get the real feel. The service is quick. With the shifting to their new location on King Faisal street, the ambience has improved. Service is quick and efficient.

The South Indian talli is awesome with variety of spread . And the breakfast menu is also awesome with mini idlys which my kids likes the most . Overall if you looking for some southindian food I recommend this restaurant for good food

Very friendly warm staff which is always my first observation before I order food. Coming from south I always enjoy my home type food which is exactly what Sangeetha Restaurant offers. Any South Indian restaurant has its own culinary expertise and cannot make a good North Indian cuisine, Sangeetha is no exception, so try authentic South Indian food.

Pure veg thali it was delicious and the variety and quantity served is perfect, liked it very much...food was delivered on time. Liked the Chana Masala , bhaji was the best... served with roti, rice and tomato soup.🤗

This place is our favorite when it comes to having fine south Indian combo breakfast or lunch. The place is maintained well and the service is good. Try out the Sambar here as its really good in taste. Ideal spot to have breakfast.

This used to be & still is one of my regular breakfast places, but recently am disappointed with the food quality and service. Earlier whenever I used to get the parcel delivery the food containers used to be full but now they have reduced the serving portion keeping the price same and the quality also has deteriorated. Vada's are no longer crispy & Sambhar sometimes tastes like dal which never used to be earlier.<br/><br/>Also, recently they have an offer of mini-tiffin at half the price, which is not exactly a value deal as the quantity has also been reduced (small vada, half bowl sambhar, small spoon of chutneys, little upma & pongal).<br/><br/>Though have been patronizing this restaurant for the last few years, had to write this review to make them realize that quality can't be compromised.

Tried their North Indian thali. Roti was awesome. veg curry was too greasy. Another day tried rava dosa. Dosa was crispy and loved it. coconut chutney was plain without mustard seed (thalippu)

This Tamil South Indian joint is a 5 star experience. After my experience in dubai, I show up in Abu Shagara hunting for this place. Since they were a bit off the main road, I had a bit of trouble finding their place. Luckily Zomato helps with the phone number. Mind you, on a Friday morning, parking is a real challenge in Abu Shagara.<br/><br/>Order : 2 mini tiffin thalis and a poori Bhaji.<br/><br/>Quality : I was not let down by Sangeetha. This place hands down is the best place for South Indian fast food. The masala dosa was perfect. The button idlis came in a different sambar and there was the other sambar for the rest of the items. Medu Vada was soft inside and crispy on the outside. Pongal and Upma was also well done. But I only got 2 varieties of chutney here whereas in dubai I got 3. The filter coffee was a bit too bitter for my taste. But I like the fact that they provide a lil spoon with your coffee to mix the sugar properly. The poori Bhaji was also perfect and it came with the typical Tamil style veg korma which was a nice poori combo. <br/><br/>Ambience : typical south Indian fast food joint. The ground floor has very few tables but I believe they have more space upstairs. People who can't climb stairs will find it a challenge. <br/><br/>Hygiene : 5/5 <br/>Service : 5/5 <br/><br/>You can buy freshly prepared snacks from this place too for your home. <br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>

Really pathetic and rude service especially for home delivery (and this is not the first experience) we ordered for 4 plates of idli and 1 vada sambhar .. when the delivery came it was noticed that there were only 2 bowls of sambhar clearly not sufficient for the total 5 plates ordered. On calling the restaurant about this .. the person who answered the call was very rude .. rather then ready to listen to our concern he was arguing on the same in a very rude tone .. never gonna order again ..

A very bad place to have food. Poor , pathetic customer service and behavior. Highly egotistic attitude. Order items not served properly . Even when orders are given for parcels they give insufficient quantities. Very bad experience.

Visited here for a dinner. A pretty decent place to have your food. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Ordered idly,onion dosai, chapathi set and chola poori which were all nice but not to our expectations of south indian food. A nice place to visit when there's no other option to try south indian cuisine.

We went for dinner here last night nd the dosas we ordered were delicious..the quantity was a little heavy for me though. I was in love with their badam milk which we had ordered for the deserts.. An apt place for a vegetarian lover.

Overpriced and tasteless food. Recently in the mood for a dosa stepped into this place after a long time. I was informed that they don't have set dosa anymore so we opted for the masala dosa and rava masala dosa. <br/>Both the dosas has gooey aloo stuffing which was not only gooey but also tasteless. The only thing that was good was the chutneys. <br/>The waiters also stand almost behind you and thus afford you no privacy. <br/>Best avoided there is better options at lower prices just nearby.

Sangeeta is really a nice restaurant for vegetarians, normally i went  to sangeeta in lunch time and i found the taste is quite great, and the price is quite affordable. They offer combination of south & North India taste, even i am from north India love to eat at sangeeta.

Chilly porotta is a speciality here. A must try item. Rates are also very nominal. Very pleasant staff. Only issue is no parking available.
