We ordered two types of chicken mandi, the normal and the spicy. The normal one was quite good but slightly dry. The taste of both of them were really delicious though with the add on sauces. I would definitely get them again for myself or a party or any occasion really. For the price, it was really really good!

The only issue was the packaging. It was very generic and the food almost fell when I was removing them from the bag.

Ordered FULL GOAT(630 AED) for Christmas party at home. Delivery was on time. Food was delivered on 2 large aluminium plates. Quantity and quality of meat / mandi rice / red sauce / was excellent. Soup was very thin, could be better. Overall very satisfied. Highly recommended.

This is the only restaurant where we always go for mandi for the past few years. Love their taste as it's extremely delicious. They also provide sliders that adds more to the exceptional that they provide for both dine in and take away.

Since a long long time ive been eating from here, but first time im reviewing, bait al mandi is the best restaurant for mandi so far, i have tried so many other but it’s the best, for the first time I tried chicken madfoon and i must say it was so delicious, properly cooked, fresh and spicy, I ordered madhbi and madfoon, both were so delicious.. the person who was serving us was so well mannered, I don’t know his name, but he was keep asking us if we needed anything.. very friendly and humble.. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

One among the best mandi restaurant in the class. My favourite is mutton haneeth, which is mouth watering. Also tried chicken madfoon and chicken madbi which are appetizing. They serve salads ans soups along with main coarse dishes. Delivery takes time

It was our lunch today in Sharjah We went to Al Mandi Restaurant We ordered two meals, a mthby and mandi The food was very good and the price was good compared to the food We spent an hour until we found a table to sit on to have good food
I rated 4 but the left over food I had the next day was simply delicious and did not loose the charm

It's grilled so well and the average size of the chicken adds to the delight

The rice is just heavenly so simple but strikes the right gastronomical chords

What's good ? = mutton mandi , mutton madfoon( ask for spicy you will love it ), king fish fry mandi. Food is delicious. Though you have to wait as it's always full but you can pass the waiting time sipping their in house tea and kahwa.

Came here with a friend and we had the mutton ribs. Cost us Aed 60 and we liked it.
We didn't think of the whole experience as a 'wow' though. It was okay, the staff were pretty serious and unfriendly. But we didn't have any problems with them.
We liked that they gave the salad, tomato sauce, soup and yogurt as starters. This is the first place I've seen where they gave yogurt also as compliments.
I wouldn't highly recommend it as there are better places for the same rate.
Bait Al Mandi never disappoints. We tried the spicy chicken Mandi and it was just amazing. We couldn't hold ourselves from eating it because it was so good. Also when you go there don't forget to try their cheese kunaffah it is the bomb to be honest. Freshly made warm and gooey cheese in the center is bound to make you fall in love with this beauty.

Simply the best mandi in town. The fresh lamd meat is really juicy and tender and the rice are properly cooked. the portion is alot, it can be shared by two.
One of the best Mandi you can have. Quality is great and never had an issue with taste. They are quick with delivery as well. Sometimes they are a bit stingy with the meat dishes and put less than expected. If you plan on going for lunch on Friday, it’s always packed so be prepared for a queue.

I've had their Madghout Chicken more than 100 times and it is absoultely amazing. The texture, taste, combination of flavours are 10/10. Add all in - soup, yoghurt, ginger leaves, spicy sauce and you're on for a delicious wholesome meal. Big fan of their Madghout Chicken! In fact I just had one now. But had to order from Nahda since it was already finished in Al Khan - they were so kind to deliver all the way.
Service is always quick - sometimes I feel like wait a minute I just hung up the phone and ding dong goes the doorbell with my beloved Madghout!

The best place to be at when you are craving for some good Yemeni (yah some call it Arabic) food . Mutton maghdoot is a must try. It comes in a decent quantity (filling enough for 2 people) and the meat is very well cooked and tender that it will just melt in your mouth as you have it.even all their chicken dishes are worth a try. And to mention their free kaava (served at the restaurant entrance) is also a must try for any tea lovers.

I come here once a month and the menu changes regularly. There is always a good vegetarian option. The staff are very friendly, I really like how they take time to provide great customer service even when they are busy.
When It comes to mandi I just have one suggestion Bait al Mandi.Its good as well as affordable.The main cons is its limited seating capacity .

The main reason why I love this place is because of how amazing their mutton madfoon is...so tender that it literally slips off the bone...and it is jam packed with flavour! Definitely a must have! Traditionally everyone enjoys eating on the carpeted ground...I enjoy that too. But there is a proper seating area for those who would prefer eating at a table...

Met a friend after a long time and planned to have some arabic food to remember the days we spent in Saudi.
Therefore went to this restaurant which is nearby to my place.
Ordered chicken mandi and as planned, felt the same taste of pure arabic food.
Mandi was served with tomato chutney, some salad, yogurt and soup as complimentary.
Quantity was sufficient, we were three and ordered 2 plates which was more than sufficient.
And the end, orderd my favourite items....Kunafa!!!

This is our regular mandi house. After having tried majority of mandi restaurants in the areas nearby, this one definitely excels in taste, quality and consistency. Our regulars consist of the following items - chicken mandi, Mutton mandi, chicken madfoon, and chicken madhbhi, all delivered on time. The dine- in experience is just as pleasant. The food is fulfilling, yet light on the stomach. The feeling of absolute satisfaction after having a hearty meal is ever appreciated and bait al mandi always manages to put a smile on my tummy.

Sharjah residents are lucky having good cook in that particular branch of bait al Mandi. I tried other outlets of bait al Mande but this al khan one is the best with rice taste.
The serving time and hygiene was excellent. This restaurant is in my top 3 preferred Mandi and Madfoon places. When i ordered Madfoon the mutton was very juicy and soft and i was able to strip the meat so easily from the bone. We cannot comment on the waiting period for a table since the demand for their food is really high. The staff are very friendly and i also met an angry customer there who was getting angry fr no reason; however the staff really handled the situation really well. I just recently tried their Camel Meat Mandi and that also deserves applause. Really amazing ambiance and yes i will definitely go back there again.

Situated at sharjah at a busy place i must say yet the interior is calm and quiet.
The interior has floor sitting arrangement as well as private cabins
The quantity can be shared by 2 and the soup salad curd and the tangy chutney (thats what i call it) is tasty as well

I tried many times different dishes they are all amazing. Madhbi chicken/beef, Haneeth, mandi chicken/meat. The portion is quite large if you are not very hungry most likely you can't finish it all in one go.

Madfoon is something that I've been wanting to try at bait Al Mandi, but they never have madfoon when I'm there to dine in, it's always over!

One of the hands down best spots to get Mandi/Madhbi anywhere in the city. Easily one of my favorite , go-to places for well seasoned, incredibly tender, non-greasy madhbi (yes,Mandi is amazing and all, but I'm a Madhbi guy through and through). If by some miracle the Madhbi doesn't fill you to the point of popping shirt buttons, would highly recommend getting their cheese kunafeh. It is to die for.
the food served here is really good compared to other mandi restaurants, prices are decent too. a little sand area near the restaurant is available for parking, yet i dislike how the restaurant is ALWAYS crowded. if you come at lunch time, you'd be lucky to find a table lol.

This bait al mandi branch in perticular is one of the best. The service is quick and finding a table/Majlis is not very difficult.
The chicken mandi and chicken Madfoon are a must try.
All the dishes are served with a plate of fresh salad, a bowl of soup and a bowl of tomato salsa.
When exiting the restaurat you are offered a cup of kawa and some honey glazed dates.
You will leave the restaurant with complet satisfaction and a full tummy.

The outlets of dubai and sharjah have big difference
They dont sell spicy mazbi and no masala in rice but the taste of normal mazbi is more better as they brought fully fresh piece of chicken and everything was hot not same like dubai

Nothing is needed to explain how good this restaurant is. Everything is fast here from your food, customer service. They have a family place which could be used if you are a group of friends or couple who wants some privacy. Kunafa is good. We had chicken mandi and as expected, it can serve 2 person.

If you are a local or expat in uae then you have tasted the mandi here atleast once but if you are visiting UAE then our trip isn't complete if you haven't eaten the authentic arabic mandi here. Mutton mandi and Mutton madghoot (not to confuse with madfoon) are my favourites. Their mutton is very soft, juicy and tender. Madghoot is extremely flavourful. They serve it hot and fresh along with curd, salad and arabian tomato sauce.
Every weekend I visit this branch of bait al mandi. I did try at their other branches in dubai but none of them serve the quality, taste and freshness like here. Don't take the risk of trying the other branches as there are high chances of being disappointed.
While ordering the food don't forget to ask them to serve you the complementary soup while you wait for the food to arrive. Food is usually served within 5 to 10 min. While leaving do try their black tea (sadi chai) which is again complementary. It is self service near the entrance/exit of the restaurant. The most delicious tea I ever had. To compliment it there are small delicious dates at the table too.
On weekends the place gets very crowded and you will have to wait in queue for almost an hour.
Prices are reasonable for the quantity they serve.

I ordered "Laham Madfoon" from there . It was perfectly cooked . The mutton was very tender . It was wrapped in a leaf . Good spices were mixed. Even every bite gave me delicious taste .will visit again with my freinds for try something else there.

Food...the best Mandi I have ever eaten, kenafa was on point too.
Excellent taste. We had chicken madghoot for the first time as they were out of madfoon by the time we went for dinner (11.15 pm) so it was kind of a risk but rice were delicious and the chicken too was much more tasteful than a normal mandi. Highly recommended.
