Loved the spicy chicken ranch pizza. We three friends dined in Pizza Hut and we all enjoyed this dish thoroughly. This dish serves up to 3 to 4 people. The quality definitely matches the quantity! For those of you who crave a good pizza full of flavour and spice this restaurant is definitely for you. Its also value for money as you fill spend what fills your stomach. You can go with your close friends as well as your loved ones. Your family will love this place and I'm sure you will want to pack 1 pizza for takeaway for lunch the next day.

They rejected the order claiming that there is a price mismatch and cancelled the food , i called them and they were really unhelpful, Zomato customer service didn’t help either, it was a total mess experience

Pizza hut in UAE has many branches but their Al Nahda branch is my favourite as there is ample of sitting area. <br/>Pizzas are served hot .<br/>There is option of customising Salad when you dine in.<br/>Potato Wedges, garlic bread and Pizza all of them are yum.<br/>If you love Spicy food then go for Spicy Ranch Pizza . I am sure you will love it.<br/>Their Fajita and Shawarama are good too. <br/>

Cheddar pops are a must as a starter from Pizza Hut. Too yummy!

Today around 7:54pm I ordered 2 medium pizza ( chicken ranch and shawarma with San Francisco ) with potato wedge and chicken wings through their call center. I think they placed order in al Nadha Sharjah pizza hut. Then they send a payment link and around 8:05pm I got an order confirmation. Then within 20 minutes I received the order. Minimum 5 minutes bike ride is their to deliver the order. I don't know how they can prepare pizza within 15 minutes. <br/>Both pizzas are not fresh, Dough is not baked properly and its sticky. Cheese is not even good. <br/>Chicken wings having the raw taste.<br/>Only I feel potato wedges they cooked fresh.<br/>Previously I tried pizza from their Corniche branch and it was good. <br/><br/>Never ever I will not order or recommend anyone to pizza hut.<br/><br/>Please don't try to make money by serving food like this. As a reputed group please show some commitment towards your customers health.

I ordered lasagna it was ok but they send without cutlery and without ketchup , only a box of lasagna

Went to pizza hut al Nahda sharjah for take away. Waited for more than 30 minutes. Didnt allow to order chicken wings with large pizza promotion as I ordered medium pizza along with large pizza. Didnt allow to change order. This is the first problem. Second problem is I got burnt large pizza and medium pizza. Hard like a stone. Not soft and cheesy. Very bad experience. Worst experience ever. Worst staff taking order.

Disgusting There was a thread in the pizza crust ... I have attached photos of the same..... I spent AED 56 .. and the pizza were pathetic..... For the money you get at least deliver food in a good quality.

Availed B1G1 offer and found out that thr is no cheese in the pizzas, moreover it was cold when it reached at doorsteps and the crust was so hard to chew.. it was like these ppl are doing some favour by giving the offer. If u can’t make profit from such offers better stop it instead of fooling the customers and degrading the quality. Quantity doesn’t matter until quality is met. Those were pathetic pizzas i ever had in my life.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order was placed at 2:25 a.m<br/><br/>Called them 8 times and they kept saying theres a delay with the system. At 6:05 the branch manager finally got on the phone with me and after 4 hours of patiently waiting and not raising my voice she (female manager called Elena) had the audacity to interfere everytime I wanted to speak. She kept saying "sir if you argue now your order will be delayed further".<br/><br/>My entire family had slept but I could'nt sleep hungry and neither was anything else open at that hour so I took it from her, on top of that she had the time to argue with me when i said I will not pay after 4 hours of wait. If COVID-19 wasnt an issue right now, I would have stormed to the restaurant and really given them a piece of my mind. This is how you behave with customers who have the patience to speak softly with you after 4 hours of wait? You raise your voice and interrupt them? Clearly not educated enough to be a manager at Pizza hut. Try the butcher shop instead.

I ordered food at 2am and i was told that the delivery would be done in 60 mins. I kept calling them from 3am until 4:35am and i was told that the driver is on the way each time. The branch is just a min away from my home and i called them 5 times and same thing was repeated every-time. 6th time i called them to inform for cancellation of my order and i was told that the system is not working now please call after 30 mins then i can cancel your order. Such a pathetic customer service. Was not expecting it from pizza hut.

The worst customer ever!! I ordered pizza little did i know today was this offer buy one and get one free going on. Its been more than 2.5 hours i did not receive my pizza. After calling the customer service more than 10 times they did not assist properly at all no tracker was available to track the food. After all this struggle i got pizza which was burnt and very bad. Now again am stressing over to take this pizza back which is of no use since it is not eatable. Why are there such offers which pizza hut cannot fullfill??

i orderd super limo pizza 😍 it was very taste i choosed chicken barbecue pizza and hot stuff pizza . and we get pasta also with that .. and that was also tasty

They keep confirming and then canceling orders. waste of time. If they don't have items of the menu they should remove those, this is the second time my order has been canceled

Waited for 2hours to get a pizza delivery, finally cancelled the order. On previous occasions didn’t serve what was ordered. Wouldn’t recommend this place for online orders as their service is very bad.

Pizza hut runs solely on its brand name now. The food is consistently losing quality, and the staff at this branch are absolutely unprofessional. Please avoid at your cost and don't ruin your evening by visiting this branch. And as far as the pizzas are concerned, dominos, papa john and papa murphy are far far better!

The staff here is very rude very very rude even if you call them twice or thrice they will look at you and walk m am so dissappointed the taste is really good but very poor service specially a girl Anu and boy Khalid even after calling them so many times they will just give you a look and walk away... We understand if there is corwd but there is a way it feels like we are burden to them and they always have this stern look that if you call them they will eat you..... Pizza Hut is loosing Quality, not cooked and ingredients also not used properly. Very Bad quality and never expect such things from Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut is my all time favourite. However even though we visited on a weekday and the place wasn't busy, the service was slow. My favourite cheek peas were also missing from the salad bar. The plates were dirty and had residue underneath them. The food otherwise tasted good.

We ordered duo meal through their site. We ordered medium San Francisco spicy chicken ranch,garlic bread large salad, potato wedges,water and lemonade. For Dessert we ordered double chocolate Hersheys. San Francisco spicy chicken ranch pizza was really good with right amount of spiciness. Double chocolate Hersheys was also good.

I tried the vow triple meal. Margarita, very veggies and spicy chicken with San fransisco crust.<br/>Margarita and very veggies with pan crust were yummy as always.<br/>The spicy chicken was good but the San Francisco crust was not good. It looks like not properly cooked and taste was also dull.

It takes 2 hours for them to deliver and no response at all. Strange how these multi nationals work like this kind of unprofessional. There is no one responsible for the orders & managers aren’t coordinating with the delivery staff.

Horrible service. The driver's number which was given to us was different from the number he has. The number we got from pizza was unavailable and the driver's phone was working when he got here. Because of your service the customer has to suffer and get embarrassed in front of guests who wanted to eat pizza. No stars at all for such a disappointment.

Pizza's are Good but quiet pricey. And Toppings especially the pineapples for their hawaiian pizza is little. Better if its more. Delivery is fast.

Being a Pizza lover, I’d love to taste the best of Pizzas. Although there might be many rising restaurants and cafes’ offering great pizzas but Pizza Hut always takes the strike. <br/>As a newbee to the city of Sharjah, I completely relied on my relative in terms of the restaurant and the order. We joined their dinner service and they definitely didn’t let us down. Although it was friday, we didn’t have to wait to be seated. The restaurant has ample seating available although the tables are very closely placed. The seating and parking are something you’d not be short of, as they offer outdoor seating as well. <br/>So we ordered their famous ‘Garlic Bread’ along with a trio of pizzas. After completing the Salads, we ordered the Super Supreme, Classic Pepperoni and Chicken Shawerma pizzas. The Garlic bread was straight out delicious. The Super Supreme was baked perfectly with the right amount of meat to veggie ratio. I felt the Pepperoni could’ve been better. However the Chicken Shawerma tasted great and was perfect to my liking. For desserts we ordered the Hersheys Chocolate Chip Cookie, which I personally felt could’ve been a little better. <br/>The service here was also quick and the staff was friendly. I felt they should make improvements in terms of their seating. Everything else was perfect and my experience has been great. Will definitely visit them again.!

Their pizza specialities make the taste of each pizza different. Chicken Supreme is DELICIOUS and hot stuff is recommended if you’re a beef fan. The Tuesday BOGO deals are a great catch. I can never get tired of eating their pizzas. you have to pick it in store to take advantage of the deals, else you can be paying a big amount. I ordered online and was disappointed for the price/charges and the pizzas that I ordered were no where to be found.

We had yesterday Spicy Chicken Ranch Pizza🍕, Which is made up of grilled chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers etc with peri-peri sauce which was superb n mouth watering and yumm🤤....cheesy bites.<br/>Only one minus is they are not offered out door dining however would be appreciated if they work on it. Even though it was not a weekend , I was surprised with the crowd at Pizza hut. We ordered red pepper chicken pizza and spicy tandoori panner pizza which was well presented on the flyer. It was called spicy paneer but it was not spicy and in red pepper chicken pizza I use magnifying glass to find the chicken.<br/><br/>So dear pizza hut , it's your pizza you can have any name. But don't have a picture attached with it and don't cheat the users , with the picture.

The standards of pizza hut are deteriorating day by day. In the green salad we got cucumber, beans and sauces!! In thr name of extra toppings 4pieces of pineapple were thrown almost like forcefully. Very disappointing meal

The only reason to order generally would be to do the Tuesday buy one get one free deal if you're in a pinch for some fast food but otherwise there are plenty of outlets doing better pizza. The place is quite dirty and greasy and not well maintained so I would not recommend eating in this tiny space available. Not good for families and the waiting area for pickups gets crowded, not well organised.

Ordered Tuesday deal. Was okay. The cheeky chicken was below average. Bbq was nice (my favorite 🤤) I think there were many orders coz of Tuesday because it took so long to come and it was cold. Pizza hut has this amazing new thing called cheesy bites crust which is really awesome. You get this crust only on few selected pizzas like Spicy chicken ranch, which i truly suggest you. Overall a great experience.

Just like the other branches of pizza hut.. the pizzas are tasty and delicious.. lasagna is amazing.. but theres one thing that im disappointed.. there is no tabasco or hot sauce.. the pizza and lasagna will be superb if theres a tabasco/hot sauce in it.. the waiter said they run out of stock which is unbelievable! This place has become so crowded and busy these days that weekends fine in from here is a struggle.food i think is just average.perhaps the number of customers and food coming out that the servers arenot aware of the taste.we have tried veg,fajita,bbq,chciken supreme and super supreme which are our regular choices.salad,garlic bread is also ok.garlic bread was hard while served.we had been there several times before.

We came here as a family on Thursday night for dinner. We ordered the Family meal, which is a meal for 4-5 people. We got 2 medium pizzas with garlic bread, potato wedges and drinks. <br/><br/>For the pizzas, we got 1 Chicken Barbeque and 1 Carnivore. We got the thick pizza for the Barbeque and the San Fransico pizza for the Carnivore.<br/><br/>We were happy with the whole experience. We especially applaud the staff for their extreme patience and professional behaviour.<br/><br/><br/>Will highly recommend.<br/><br/>

Rarely order the pizza but the chicken wings are recommended. Always on time. Pasta is nice as well. Great food for easy dinner or lunch. Love the punctuality.
