I hight recommend if you are planning to order from here to make use of food delivery apps as their restaurant delivery service is not so great.

I had a very very bad experience with the delivery and also self pickup. Always they miss something in the parcel, sometimes salad or garlic mayo. Even though you complain. No action is taken. Very very bad service. They have opened soo many branches but the service is very bad.

Not good in milkshakes I didn’t tried anything else but i will surely say not to have milkshakes from this shop

Shawarma is yummy and the quantity of chicken is plenty. The delivery is also fast.

Chicken was too much dry. But burger and chicken roll was very juicy and tastey.

Ordered veg & given NONVEG. & veg ordered again and paid twice

Food delivered it quickly.I ordered one plate shawarma and it cost 26dhs.But the quantity is less than half of the plate with lot of tomato’s.Please loyal to your customers.

Many time we have visited after shoping at sharjah city center its open 24 houres a day staff are very good, good quick snacks chicken tikka burger, crispy chicken meal with coleslaw is good but coleslaw was very sweet watery base i did not like, service is good staff are good my Favourite avocado juice is best.keep it up.

his is next to the Rainbow hotel. One of the Sheraton Four points is beyond that. I was staying at the Sheraton Four Points and for a quick snack if you dont want to go out with all the hassle, or cost, of that you can step over here and the Stuff Pita sandwich is only 5 AED. Its small. If you want just a small snack its fine, but I got two. If your really hungry get three! They carve the rotating meat, add some chopped vegetable and your ready to go! Most people were getting these little sandwiches. Think a 5 inch diameter pita, stuffed, and then rolled up. At the three tables they have a big burger menu. Seems like the tables at this and other similar places are always full though. They might do the burgers to go too, I didnt ask

First time ever service and food was sent on time and made as requested ... order taken by Mr shobaib next time u call for delivery ask for him speaks every language understand evry language u speak 👍👍👍

Thought we would get nice and tasty shawarmas here as we were hungry and couldn't find any better place. But unfortunately the shawarma here is pathetic. Worst of its kind! Felt sick after having it. Never ever have shawarma from Hot Burger.

i have tried a lot of chicken lemon combos and hot burger's had always been my favorite. it is one of my comfort food and they hit the spot just right. a little improvement on the delivery though as driver was having a hard time looking for the address due to lack of familiarity of the are. but he was very nice and I commend him for delivering with a smile and respect despite what happened and in this hot weather. over-all it was a great experience delivered from a good restaurant with good food

Have tried the noodles today, hakka noodles and chicken noodles. Would recommend them to keep a balance between noodles and vegetables, vegetables were more than noodles and the chicken chunks were dried too. And there were no significant difference between them.<br/>

It was very bad taste ...i have order veg hakka noodles & chicken noodles...i just open box the smell was coming from both box ..they add too much cabbage...& chicken piece was so old.. they again fried...😠😠...seriously disgusting

Bad food potates where not even fried. And the delivery took 1 hr plus to reach!!! Had a real bad experience.

Awesome as always although I feel sometimes they don't read the instructions carefully and miss out on requests made.

Avocado shake wasn't prepared as requested.

Today the avocado juice we ordered was quite bad. It was watered down with no taste of avocado whatsoever. Very disappointed considering the last few times the juices were good

It's near city centre sharjah . I ordered pomegranate juice and beef burger juice was very sweet coz they added too much sugar and burger was served with mixed pickle. The prices and quality both was very low.

I oncee ordered special burgers, from hot burger. Itss so goood. I ordered for my family & they liked it. One thingg i likedd more about them is, they give us more french fries which i love it. & their burger is so cheesyy. & delevery on timee. I would love to orderr it againn.

A couple of friends had come here to have a quick bite. We ordered the chicken burger, shawerma and the cocktail juice. The shawerma wasn't that great. The cocktail was really good though.

One of my bad experience the order 21763704 which is got rejected simply because they were not willing to serve, I've made my order online and the amount is debited from my account later I received a notification advising the rejection!!! I was expecting a call from the staff if they really care about their clients. 5 min later I've called them to check if they will deliver the same by making a new order and the staff who answered my call was very poor stated clearly one of your item is not available while the other two items are there!!! At least call me and check on a solution instead of rejecting and wait for 8 days a refund !!!! would have been better for hot burger to get well and kind men that really care. what's make me angry because I've been regular customer and can see the resturant is getting wider where I go and his management is great, however such incident should be reported.<br/><br/>To Hot burger management:<br/>Please ensure to get proper staff who really care about the brand you're building and your customers

Ordered : Falafil sandwich and, pizza vegie one. <br/><br/>The pizza layer was quite uncooked and the cheese layer was quite oily. <br/>Other hand the Falafil was quite good. <br/>Well stuffed dressings. <br/>

Quick snack shop in Al wahda road located in between busy shopping area, my favourite is Club sandwiches and cocktail juice,also they have variety of other sandwiches lemon n kajun sandwich, pricing is very reasonable. VALUE FOR MONEY

One of the oldest cafeterias which I used to go to during high school; considering the price they charge I can say that the food & service are up to expectation.

Hum... this is a common snack. Not quite amazing. Fries seemed to recooked, they did a mistake with my order and service was a bit long. And also they need to move to a bigger place and make separated seats.
