Got the Melt, Club and BMT. All tasted decent, however the Club's sliced roast beef tasted old and raw. Server was a bit rude. Always a busy outlet even when ordering at 12am. Tip: Entertainer 2 for 1.

I love ordering toasties late night. But this is what I get. I get the delivery quick and warm but subway packing is not good for the toasties as all the cheese sticks with the packing. So improve your packing for the toasties.

Received cold sub , even though the outlet from where the delivery is coming from is just 1 km away. Ordered twice online, both the time, the sub turned out to be over toasted , giving that burnt-out taste and the sauces are way too little . Feels like dining-in is a better option since you can see for yourself if they are doing it fresh and request for more sauces as per your need.

I always love Subway. However, I found the staff here to be awkward. They were very curt and distant, almost like they didn't want us to be there. But still we ordered a few subs and we had no issues so I'm not gonna complain. We tried the toastie for the first time and can't say I'm a fan. It's nothing unique.

Subway is my go to place for salads whenever i want to eat light and i am on budget. This time i tried tried their Teriyaki salad topped with peppers, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, cucumbers, pickles, olives and ofcourse the crunchy and fresh greens.. Okay stop here as i am again craving for this scrumptious salad 🥗 😂 I am absolutely in love with their salads, teriyaki salad i would definitely recommend to all salad lovers..its healthy, nutritious and doesnt hurt your pockets either. The salad itself is quite filling, just hold yourself on the dressings as they can overpower the salad and the crunchiness. Choose your sauce wisely. I have noticed that if you request the delivery to be a but quick, then definitely they will not deliver it quickly. Although, if you don't mention anything, they will bring it as soon as possible. Order : Subway melt It's Subway, I don't have to say anything. The whole of UAE knows how tasty subway is, but if they are being delivered to you, it does get a little soggy man. 😂

Subway is that place you get a healthy and tummy filling meal. Those subs are really tasty and yummy. The oven roasted chicken sub was really amazing with lots of tomatoes, jalapeños, lettuce , white onions and cheese. Overall a very good experience.

Ordered one chicken milanese and one turkey, egg and cheese sub and the variety of vegetables and sauces available to be added is just tremendous. The flavours are fresh and pure and each bite makes you want to have more. Definitely recommend it if you crave fast food but wanna stay healthy as well.

Very disappointing visit this time at subway unlike all previous visit at any outlet. We waited to order very patiently as one big order of executed but in between another customer came n one of the lady she served them first still we kept patience after serving them we were expecting our oder would be taken instead one of her friend came in n she started preparing her order.. Very bad customer service, we left the place in anger and there was no apologies frm any of the staff.. If there was negative rating I would have definitely rated negative.

A great place to satisfy those late night cravings without feeling too guilty (unless you're like me and love to add all the yummy sauces to the sub!) Chicken Teriyaki and roast chicken subs are my favourite.

Efficient staff. I find the subs here more filling and hearty compared to the other branches in Dubai and Sharjah. when it comes to dressings and sauces they tend to hold back so make sure to let them know if you like your subs moist and juicy.

Even after specifically mentioning all the condiments they seem to make a mistake. Outlet doesn't pay attention to the details of the order. I wanted a toasted sub which I didn't receive nor the veggies were correct. Will order from elsewhere in the near future.

I had my first subway in 2006. Since then I always face an issue when I buy subs to share with a friend. We buy footlong to share as it is cheaper than paying for two six inches. This time I wanted their new addition. It is called blue or something. But the one with me wanted a turkey breast. I must have had this numerous times in the past. I failed to win the argument and she won. I ended up with the same turkey breast. The great part is, I could make it different every time as they have about 8-9 veggies and more than 10 sauces and more than 5 breads and cheese etc to choose from.

They just offered the worst customer service experience I've seen on Zomato to date. I placed an order through Zomato, and then after waiting for an hour, they claimed that they actually DO NOT deliver to my area and they transferred the order to another store. The other store confirmed that they received the order, but very conveniently replied that they tried reaching on my phone to confirm the location, even though they never prepared the sandwich after over an hour AND subway has delivered multiple times to my location. On top of that the employees were rude, and showed lack of accountability for their mistake. Definitely the worst service I have seen in Zomato to date, and I would never ever order from them again. And for the sake of all their other customers, the management needs to seriously look into improving their service levels. This is not acceptable

Most pathetic and disrespectful subway. We made our order via talabat (1;40) after 1hr and half they call and tell us some ingredients are not available. As it is Ramadan , We inform the staff we do not have much time left for suhoor ( by this time it is 3;30), their reaction is to laugh in our face and say they will call back (which they do not). They then deliver the food 20 seconds before athan. Great ! so now I can feed my cat. Absolutely pathetic.

Online orders are quick(which is good)You need to really train the delivery guy to either speak in English or hindi!! Whichever they are comfortable with and not to confuse the customer!secondly, they really need to know how to speak! Once asked if he knows “hindi” he says “ haan bolo”!!! Do you really think we stand such treatment on phone???ask them to behave since i make sure that i respect them!.Last but not the least, once the address is explained let them hear very carefully! I was at my highest level of patience asking the guy where he is and the guy repeats only one landmark that is told and doesn’t mention what is around it! Which would be easier for me to guide.There are no complaints on the taste though! The sub was prepared to the best and was exactly how i wanted it to be.so that cools my temper 😄😋ordered a peri peri chicken.

You need to hire educated employees honestly how to not lie to customer's , order's didn't even reach after 3 hours and when you talk to chat support they keep promising you that the delivery guy on the way and never come , You get blocked on chat and you cannot sent them chat anymore + they turn your food status to delivered and you haven't received your food any , Bad experience and totally i'll turn to another sites better.
