Fresh seafood. Enjoy the food here. Very courteous staff. We go there whenever we want to enjoy some good seafood. Very friendly staff will suggest you want you need to try.
This was a really interesting place. From outside it looks a bit run down and not the poshest of interiors either. But perhaps that’s the look they are going for. The service was attentive and efficient. You choose your fish and other seafood from a bar. So far the experience has been just ok.
But the food was just spectacular. Couldn’t fault them on a single thing. The fish was grilled to perfection. The prawns were succulent and cooked perfectly. The lobster Thermidor was a big healthy portion of juicy lobster. There was some non seafood ordered to the table as well but I wasn’t going to waste space on chicken when we had a sumptuous array of seafood. They served us with complimentary dessert and a fruit platter. The price was really cheap considering the food we all had. 5 hungry men ate for around AED 500 in total.
Would definitely visit if I’m in the area again.
I'm deeply upset to see all Russian reviews negative! I'm Russian and I live in the area and wherever I have a chance, I go to that fantastic place! It's been five years since I came there first time! It's always clean, food is very fresh and cooked right after you ordered, not warmed up from yesterday! Waitresses are crazy about my baby boy and all attention is for him! Prices are more than friendly and we are happy that such place is really close to us!

I have really enjoyed all the dishes that I ordered, the sherry dishes were fresh and our sanobar special was really delicious especially the lobster! I literally come to this restaurant every time I come to Sharjah would recommend to my friends! 🤤😋👏🏻
Pretty good seafood restaurant. I don’t eat fish, so I ordered fried shrimps, calamari and grilled shrimps, which were all really good. Staff are very friendly and service is good.
Best mtabbal with such a yummy smokey flavor !! Incredibly tasty and fresh fish. The garden/arabic salad was so delicious and well seasoned. Generous portions and very pleasant staff. We sat outdoors. Overall fabulous nutritious lunch. We'll definately be back.

If I can rate a higher rate I would have never hesitated to rate the maximum. This place is a jewel in Sharjah - Al Khan. A sea food restaurant that provides a quality and fresh seafood for reasonable prices and timeless preparation time.
What is the greatest value that you get in Sanobar is the extraordinary customer service, which is a reflection for the hall management skills and devotion towards the excellence in serving.
Now if you are lucky enough, you will meet Ammo Abu Hadi who is the heart and dynamo of this place.
He is the owner and master chef in there, and you will never need to ask for him since you will see him wondering around the tables with his charming smile, amazing recommendations and warm heart. He will visit you again asking you; " how do you feel? And How is the food?" I was lucky to meet him today, where I felt that iam having my dinner in a friend's place.
In addition, this place is a very generous place where it always amazes me.
I just love Al Sanobar, and I always recommend it to friends and family... it is the place for people who value quality food and extraordinary service.

It's a best place for all those who are fond of eating seafood . The restaurant is very neat and clean and very spacious dining area . Services are also very good prices are bit higher side but it worths shrimps cocktail and grilled shrimps additionally I ordered their vegetables platter and it was awesome I really like this restaurant
A good choice for sea food lovers. They are pretty old in this business and the sea food soups and the starter salads will tingle your taste buds. The mayonnaise nd hamoos are special and the dried breads are awesome.

Away from the city and a quite location, good for an enjoyable family dinner. I have known this restaurant for a very long time and each time we go there, we have an enjoyable time. The food is not that great but we just love it for the peace of mind!
If you're looking for a well priced seafood joint with the freshest fish, great Lebanese side dishes and excellent service then this place will not disappoint. A family run business who's been doing this for over 30 years, it lives up to seafood lovers' high expectations. Highly recommended.

We ordered the New Zealander Seafood platter, calamari fried rings and grilled snapper for three.
The portions were great! Everything you ordered was bigger than what you saw in the pictures. The service was great and overall the food was really tastier.
Keep in mind when you order they give you "service" which is another way of saying complimentary bread, hummus, veggies and pickles which were all really great too(fresh) ooh and really tasty desert which I think was an Arabic version of flan!

Sanobar Restaurant is one the best restaurants I have eaten seafood at. The food is very fresh , the staff is friendly , the atmosphere isn't very busy so you can focus on talking and eating. A perfect evening with family.
Highly Recommend: The Hommos , the Seafood Platter & the Dessert (complimentary) after your meal.
Hidden seafood place... Nothing fancy but the way they cook their seafood is pretty good, although it's a bit over priced

خدمة ممتازة و طاقم العمل متعاون و لا يوجد طبق مما قمنا بطلبه ذو طعم أقل من رائع.
ربما يوجد تأخير طفيف فالعامل قال 25 دقيقة ولكن أحضروا الأكل بعد ما يقارب ال 35 دقيقة.
مطعم جميل واكلهم حلو ...بس لازم تختار انت السمك....لنه فيه حق اليوم وفيه حق امس..العماله ممتازه..اسعارهم شوي مرتفعه...بس يستاهل
