I received a call after 25 mins of my order telling me that im not in the zone.
Apparently it was zomato rider who called and told me that. Im surprised that zomato ridr could cancle my order like that.
There was a lot of confusion and so I called and spoke to Gio (DineBest call center) who was professional and called me back with an update.
He had asked me to keep the dish and i would still get my refund of aed52 from zomato. I would give Gio 5 star for his service.
Been almost 1 month and no reply or refund from zomato. Deleted all my reviews and deleting the app!

Maybe I am wrong but I personally feel Applebees is best known for their Juicy Burgers and Tender Steaks, both of which I really love!
A popular American restaurant chain, with a comfortable ambience, prompt service and accommodating staff.
The burgers are a good size, delicious in taste and comes along with fries, garlic paste and coleslaw. At this branch, I tried out the Cowboy Burger and the Roasted Garlic Steak, both was quite amazing.
They have very few Vegetarian food options, so I'd mainly recommend this spot for the meat-lovers.

Used a zomato gold membership here. Ordered two main courses. Country fried chicken and chicken parmesan pasta. One of the best dishes I have had in Applebee's. Satisfied and loved every bit of it. Overall staff, service and ambiance was great. Wil definitely visit again very soon.
The buffalo wings were amazing, so spicy to the point where I was crying but it was worth it. The cheeseburger sliders were sad, McDonalds is better and cheaper.
Love their trio meals. It gives you a chance to pick and choose a few dishes you would like to try in one platter. The Mexican salad is amazing too, good blend of small pieces of chicken with salad bites.
Good food, the only problem is that its a expensive, I prefer checking the menu before ordering. The food was really tasty overall and you can give it a try

I love the food at Applebees and it was our first time in this particular branch. We ordered a pasta and a shrimps platter. Food was great as usual. The drinks that we ordered were Oreo Milk Shake and Strawberry Mojito. They were nice as well. Good experience overall.

Well my craving for those Succulent Back ribs brought me back to Applebee’s and this time i chose to visit this Sahara centre branch after my almost bad experience at festival city mall last time.
To be frank the food doesn’t miss the mark and the ribs were mind blowing tasty , i chose the Korean Bbq sauce which was far better.
Also ordered the Appetizer platter which was quite decent and all items were yummy specially the Spinach & Artichoke dip.
Later we ordered the all time favorite Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine but the waiter came back saying they have only the penne available at the moment so, went ahead with it. The penne pasta was a-bit hard but the dish was very flavorful and the shrimps were crisp and juicy.
Overall it was a very nice evening spent here , really very satisfying and we did take sum food home as parcel as they have big quantities.
****Special mention being their Coke, which was so refreshing.
— The only negative part was that it was very difficult to find the waiter and nobody cared to attend us despite they passing by our table.
This was the first time we visted applebees.lovely ambience and friendly staff. We ordered honey bbq ribs with French fries and Coleslaw, mushroom steak skillet and for kids meal chicken nuggets. Drinks we ordered lemonade. Both the mains were really tasty. And the portion size was good. Will definitely visit again.

The Cajun Shrimp Pasta, Newyork Strip and Garlic Sirloin will always be my favorite dishes at this restaurant! The place was cozy and staffs were friendly! I always keep on coming back! Also, I almost forgot! They give free desserts on your next visit as long as you give out answers to their survey!!!

A not so busy place with good food. Not the best or unique food but it was still enjoyable especially with wonderful staff attending to every needs. Seats are not hard to come by.

I had such a great experience at this place the other day. Very cozy and nicely decorated place. Friendly staff taking your orders. Service is swift got our food within few minutes of placing the order. Great variety on the menu with affordable prices. Portions are very generous and food is awesomely delicious. What more can one ask for? I’ll be definitely visiting more often.

Food - (4/5) Tried almost all their chicken & pasta dishes... with chicken santa fe & Parmesan crusted chicken being my highly recommended fav dishes ...the food is in general served hot & fresh with chicken being tender & juicy for the dishes mentioned above.
(-) Tried the mushroom steak in my last visit turned out to be a disappointment
Service - (3/5) the serving time is too long even when the customer count is very low...i never received a drink i ordered in my last visit.. the waiter got confused with the drinks me & my friends ordered, but that can be forgiven giving it being the end of the day

Steak was brought smoking hot. Personally I didn't like the steak much.
Rib with Korean sauce is very nice, it is so soft and juicy like slow cooked.
Mac and cheese also I didn't like much as it seemed so hard.
Creamy parmesan Chicken grilled chicken it is nice with the mix vegetables.
Any way I would say try the Rib it is wonderful

This place was great. I was there with my family . The steaks were great as well as the service there. There was just one small problem, the took 1 and half a hour to bring it . Otherwise it is an amazing experience!!!
We tried Applebees back in the Philippines. It was our First time in Applebees UAE, we visited the Sharjah branch. We ordered Tuscan Portobello Burger and for my friend she ordered sizzling Chicken Fundido. We were the first guest today and we were seated by a fellow Filipino server. I forgot to get his name but he is pleasant and welcoming. The food was good and very generous in serving. The veggies in the chicken fundido is sweet you can taste the freshness of it. The size of the chicken is just about right, not too thick not to thin and it was well seasoned. The Tuscan Burger on the other hand is also tasty but the pattie is a bit dry. Fries is also well seasoned as compared to other restaurant we’ve tried here in UAE. Generally we were happy and so was our tummies. :)
The ambience is nice and sociable , Ordered fiesta lime chicken and chicken fettuccini for dinner, both the dishes where full of flavors and generously served., fiesta lime was packed with right amount of tanginess., however i think i would like pasta to be more saucy as i think it was a bit dry., overall i was satisfied with both the dishes
I had been here during the Eid holidays with my BFFs for a hearty meal even during my gluten-free and sugar-free diet period. The shrimps tasted fresh and well grilled. Their plates of pasta are to die for and will remain my all-time-fav. The only dish I found mediocre was their escalope chicken.

It was our anniversary special dinner here and i must say it was awesome. As expected and as my friends suggested we went for it to explore their menu. We ordered for Mozzerella sticks with marinara sauce
- Boneless wings with classic buffalo suace for appetizer, Country Fried Chicken, Sizzling Chicken Fundido, Three Cheese chicken Penne as a main course and Blondie – Blond cake cookie with nuts and served with a scoop of Vanilla ice Cream and a Maple Butter Sauce for dessert.
For drinks we ordered brewed Ice tea with Sprite.
This was a complete meal for us a great combination of food, amazing flavour, yummy sauce and mouthwatering. Chicken was soft and tender with all the juices oozing out it is delicious.
Place was nice but could have been better in terms of the ambience.

I have been to this place for a couple of times with my friends and i must say they never dissapoint us . The three penne chicken pasta which is one among my personal favourites . Its delectable and very creamy.
I also tried over the nachos dip and the only drawback was it was bland and dint live up to my expectation. Whereas, the buffalo wings as a starter served along with a sauce was succulent and moreover was a treat for my taste buds. Overall a very good experience and good food !
