When you are hungry and you get the wrong order you don't expect to give a 5 star rating. My query to the restaurant is, if you r busy and can't manage correct orders, don't accept new orders and then deliver wrong ones.

(التعليق الأصلي) We had been craving some good Chinese food since a while and Bamboo Chinese was spot on in catering to our palette. The flavors are mild and delicious. Piping hot food, good ingredients, and very accommodating staff. The prices are reasonable and portions are generous. We had ordered Chicken Sweet Corn Soup, Chicken Manchow Soup, Bamboo Crispy Chicken, and Chicken Chinese Chopsuey. We enjoyed each and every dish. On a side note, they were able to make the food without ajinomoto and minimal corn flour and it still tasted amazing, might be a good option for the ones looking for a healthy variation. Will definitely recommend the place and we will be back for more soon.

This was the first place I visited with my family , in-laws and fiancé together for dinner. What I loved the most of noodles , shezwan fried rice and dry chicken. Fabulous food with great ambiance. Authentic Chinese food in Dubai . Loved their service .

This restaurant gives amazing Chinese food with that proper spice and flavor. My kids have been ordering the same soup and chicken drumsticks with sweet sauce and chicken lollipops from past 5 years. The food is very child friendly and the place is also family friendly.

My family and I have been visiting Bamboo Chinese for as long as we can remember. We're so used to the Chinese from here that we don't like ordering Chinese from anywhere else now, haha. Whenever anyone at our place falls sick, it's a must to order the hot n sour soup from here. My personal fav items from here are definitely the mixed hakka noodles, chicken manchurian and drums of heaven. We've tried a lot of other stuff from here too occasionally and it has also tasted amazing. Love love love the food from here. Just too yumm.

Most horrible place for food delivery. My order was an hour late and even after that I had to cancel the order because there was no clarity on how much more time will they need for delivery. On contacting the restaurant, I was told that we have too much work to do!! Attitude and service are 2 of the most important aspects in the restaurant industry and they lack both in a big way! <br/><br/>If you need your food in time, please avoid them.

The quality of Food is very disappointing.

We had ordered only veg noodles and rice and they delivered chicken schezwan noodles and rice.. we have been a regular customer but this time had the worst experience ever. In the bill they mentioned all veg but sent non veg food. We are pure vegetarians and so clearly had told that food needs to be veg . Upon calling, the staff said by mistake they have sent that’s all .. there was no courtesy at all to compensate about the negligence and said will send it again that’s it. Management is least bothered about the customer service and satisfaction. Pls don’t place your orders with Mr Ali and avoid placing orders specially veg with this restaurant. Hopeless place and no service as per the price.

Have been to this place alot of times and tried various items. The best find here is wantons, lollypop, garlic fried rice, soups & there schwezan sauce. The service is quick and fast, decor just ok. Advice just avoid going on weekends as the food taste changes.

A quick fix for your chinese cravings! Was not spicy enough but still a good place to order desi chinese food! Prices are economical as well.

Ordered the food from this place after a long time. We were not only disappointed but also shocked at the same time with the quality of food that was delivered. First of all we had ordered Chic Shezwan hakka noodles however chicken hakka noodles was delivered. Moreover Dragon chicken was made with the masala of chicken tikka masala and was without salt. There was no taste of Chinese cuisine in either of the dishes. May be the restaurant should Be renamed as Bamboo Indian. Am sure we are not going to order from this place in near future.

We ordered bamboo rice and bamboo rice and noodles both the main course tasted the same.. same taste we got in the soup also we ordered bamboo chicken soup and chicken coriander soup.. lolipop and beef chilli was good enough

I loved this place ever since I was a child. Their American chopsuey along with the fish in garlic sauce and the chcien drums of heaven would always be my staple order. However, a visited the restaurant after 3 years and was shocked to see how much the ambience has changed and the good quality and deteriorated. It's so sad to see one of my favorite restaurants becoming a not so favorite anymore. Please improve the ambience. Your place was a lot larger.

The food is okay. But there is one lady manager who looks like Indian at Abu Shagara branch of this eatery. If you order one fried rice and you are two people, she deliberately serves half of what is normally served. She is a nasty lady. When I just moved to UAE, Sharjah, I was really craving for some good Chinese food and I was taken to this place.<br/><br/>After this, I have had Chinese at few restaurants in Dubai but Bamboo has its own taste which you can't compare to others.<br/><br/>I see a lot of negative review but I don't go with that, like every other restaurant, this one also has its famous dishes that you should order.<br/><br/>I would recommend to go with bamboo special soup, bamboo special fried rice and dragon chicken (gravy). These are the perfect combination to fill your stomach. 2 people can easily eat in this.<br/><br/>I have also tried their momos, lollipops, noodles and few gravy and semi gravy dishes and they are really good as well.

I have been going to Bamboo Chinese since I was a child and it used to be one of my MOST favorite restaurants, until a couple of years ago. This is what went drastically wrong - quality and quantity dropped, and prices increased. My favorite dishes used to be the Chili Garlic Fried Rice and Crispy Fragrant Chicken, but now none of the dishes taste as good as they used to. Its really disappointing to see what they've come to.

It was good and still i feel the quantity is leas for even for 2. The second dish was bamboo speciality fried rice which was also good and the only problem i felt was the portion.<br/><br/><br/>Overall its a best place for chinese food. Bit heavy on pocket. Vegetarian review: just orderd a veg lunch pack worth 30dhs. The timing they took to reach my house was 15 min. But the veg hakka noodles was tastless, gobi manchurian was too spicy and wasnt even close to good. I think its definetly not restraunt for vegetarians

Bamboo Chinese is a place where my hubby orders when he craves for Chinese. I love their lunch packs they are so affordable and delivery is quick. As for dining in, the place isn't the best but the food and prices are. So I think it's worth going there and dining or safest bet would be order it.

I did not search for this place and go, we were hungry while going somehwere and saw this place and got in. I tried the hot qnd sour soup which was okay 7/10, schezwuan hakka noodles 6/10, and dragon chicken 3/10. I believe that the food was not worth the moneh spend. Slow service.

I ordered last Monday night from here called in for home delivery and received the wrong food. Ordered for schezwan egg fried rice and got plain fried rice. However, i still called for home delivery three days later and i was told that minimum delivery charge in tawuun is 120dhs!!!! Like seriously its. Not dubai no restaurant has such an enormous delivery charge! Extremely disppointed with the service atleast we r definitely not going to order again for sure.

There was a time when I dined at bamboo Chinese 4-5 times a week but in recent past their food quality has dropped significantly. The portion size, taste and quality all changed massively. The portion size is too little according to the price.

The spicy garlic chicken is just out of the world. They serve the best momos I've ever tasted and their fruit passion mocktail is a burst of flavours too..Even on home delivery their packing is so good ! Prices are on the higher side no doubt.<br/>I would give it a 4.5 probably when they maintain constantly good service and reduce their prices.

If you want to enjoy some quality indo chinese food then this is the place...place is small but has a chinese ambience...my favs being chicken satay n chicken crispy..fried rice..noodles..manchurian also taste pretty good..they have reduced d qty considerably..it is a bit pricey but the food makes it worth the price..if u wanna order momos...please dont say spicy as they will only cut extra chillies and make it too spicy...

I have dinned at this place for as long as I can remember, as it is quite near to my place. It's Chicken Satay Sticks and Drums of Heaven are terrific appetizers. Mixed Fried Rice, Chicken Machurian and Chilli Chicken Dry serve as my usual main course and are absolutely fantastic. In terms of seafood, I would suggest the Sweet and Sour Prawn Garlic Gravy. Their sizzlers are decent too. However, despite it's amicable atmosphere, the restaurant suffers from poor service and their increasing prices are not at par with it's dishes. For those of you who want a decent Chinese meal within Sharjah take it with a pinch of salt.

Once a leader in the area for Chinese food which was reasonable and tasty however as the prices kept going up their quality and service kept going down. Today it's just a average Indo Chinese restaurant serving just about average food and charging a lot for it too. I found the food to be really Oily. The Noodles had way too much food coloring and did not taste very good. Makes one feel a little queasy. <br/>Not worth the money spent.

I love their Sizzlers, Starters, Fried Rice. I have been visiting this place from last 5 years. But was very much disappointed this time, They have reduced their serving quantity. Its not worth having Chinese food any more in Bamboo.  Again was very disappointed with the fried Rice quantity. Seriously looking for other options for Chinese these days

The above rating is just for the ambience and the interior decor.<br/>However food is not up to the mark.Almost 4-5 yrs ago they had kept the standard in quality and quantity but not now.I will not say the place is neat but please make sure your seating area is neat and tidy.<br/>Guys don't give it a try when there are other Chinese options in abu shagara.

I usually don't write reviews immediately after visiting a restaurant; that's so that I can avoid writing hasty reviews and making improper judgments.<br/><br/>We went to Bamboo Chinese after hearing rave reviews about their Karama branch. As we entered we were greeted coldly by the maître'd. The place was empty and we were the only customers.<br/><br/>We ordered for a spicy soup, a spicy chicken dish and a spicy sizzler.<br/><br/>The soup came without any chicken and after about 15 minutes; we pointed out the error to the waiter who couldn't understand English. The dish was taken back and reserved 15 minutes later. It was decent and spicy to our liking.<br/><br/>The chicken dish was a Chinese one, the generic ones you get in any Indochinese restaurant. Usually I prefer tasting something safe before getting more adventurous. This dish wasn't up to the mark though. It was over fried and a bit dry.<br/><br/>The spicy beef sizzler arrived last without any spice in it. It was supposed to have pineapple chunks in it, but it only contained diced yellow bell peppers. When we pointed it out to the manager she kept pointing out that the spicy dish isn't very spicy because of the pineapple and kept insisting that there are pineapple pieces in it. Moreover it wasn't a sizzler but more of a baked and boiled dish arranged over a sizzler plate. It tasted exactly like the chicken dish we ordered - just with beef thrown in this time.<br/><br/>The service wasn't up to the mark and despite having only 2 customers the food took time to arrive. The waiting staff weren't very polite which scores a lot of negative points in my book. They didn't appear apologetic for any of their mistakes and seemed quite nonchalant.<br/><br/>The ambience and decor were decent. The food didn't quite cut it out for me. I'd give this place a miss and opt for any of the other restaurants in the Abu Shagara area.

Don't expect it to be authentic chinese - this is more of an indian-styled chinese which I prefer, personally. Love the food and the portion sizes are generous too.

Honestly I wouldn't say it's the best, it was good. We ordered their chicken sezwan noodles and rice, chicken lolly pop and chilly chicken. It was spicy the way we like it but too much of ajinomoto salt. They can doo much better.

One of the best Chinese outlets in Sharjah. Good delivery options as well. I have been to this place and ordered from here far too many times to count. I have yet to encounter a dish I haven't liked.<br/><br/>Service and delivery can be a bit slow; but of late, this has improved. Hopefully, that will stay good.

Well, the ambience of this restaurant is so decorative that people might mistake it for being closed. Hidden amongst the solitary streets of Abu Shagarah, I found this place most intriguing and heartwarming. Apart from the courteous smile of the staff there, the place in itself had a story to tell. The food was extremelu delicious. A bit too spicy for some, but clearly it did not make us lose our appetite. The aroma and the preparations were perfected with extreme scrutiny and were tasty hetonf compare. Needless to say, I shall be returning very soon for this haven to be served with awesome cuisine that I have ever tasted in this town.

Chinese here I found the soups were tasty. But in all other food there was more of Ajinomoto and dry chicken chilli was salty. Over all I didnt like the food

Great meal, but rotten service ! The waiter dint bother repeating my order hence, came up bringing the wrong order. Instead of apologizing the waiter gave us no option - take it or leave attitude . Strange part; during this entire scene the owner/rest manager was just enjoying watching us defending .

Nice food! If you want a combination of spices with Chinese this the place to go. Ambiance and location are below average.
