I was craving some Iranian food today. I went into Zomato to look for recommendations and I stumbled into this restaurant which I recalled from years back. I then proceeded to check the reviews and got compelled to give Sahara Center branch a call after reading all the positive reviews about Mr. Salah. What a genuine and respectful person he is. He helped me make the right choices and promised to look after my order once it is placed. Like expected, food arrived on time fresh, warm, generous portions, well packed and to my surprise a large salad was included which I did not expect. Food was delicious and up to my expectations. I guess I am mainly writing this review to extend my thanks to Mr. Salah for keeping his word and taking care
of my order. Don’t hesitate guys to order from this place and if you do loom for Mr. Salah and you will not be disappointed. Peace.

Had visited Hatam at Sahara Center this weekend with my family, and have had the best experience of Hatam ever. My family and I are regular customers of hatam not only sahara branch but have mostly visited all the branches. On this visit of ours the food was perfectly cooked, hot bread was served and the service was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered Mr. Salah was welcoming as always. Must say he is one of the best resturant managers. He amd his team attended each and every table with a smile. Thank you from all of us!! 😊 keep smiling!

I invited my friends to eat in hatam iranian food in sahara . We ordered two portion of grilled mix and lamb chops and hummus and salad. As I expected they quickly served us the fresh bread and complimentary salad. The price is reasonable as it really contain more quantity of rice. They have good service and tasty food.
I had my lunch for the first time in hatam sahara . I ordered hatam mixed grilled served with rice. They served the complimentary like pickels cheese etc. And the hot crispy iranian bread which is my favorite. The kababs are tender and juicy and served it nicely. Staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will surely enjoy their food.
We ordered a chicken and meat grill items. The food portion was good for AED 50 which could be shared by two. As always the complimentary cheese, pickle and salad didn't disappoint us. What suprised me was the generosity I experienced where I got a free salad for replacing rice for vegetable which was not available. It impressed me as it hardly the norm of many restaurent anymore. Very friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommended
I finally tried this place after watching a movie in the mall. This place has a good and a massive seating arrangement in the mall .
I ordered the chicken boti and chicken yougurt kebab. Once we placed the order we were served complimentary tandoori roti which was super hot and yum. The servers took good care of us and the food arrived quickly within 10 minutes.
Both the chicken dishes were cooked well and the succulent boneless peices were tender ,,soft & juicy.

Been to Hatam at Sahara Center Sharjah yesterday for Family dinner. Must say very authentic iranian cuisine.We ordered lamb chops,Tandoori chicken,mutton kebab,chicken yogurt kebabs.Mutton chops are just mind blowing,so much juicy and tender,chicken yogurt kebabs have a very unique distinctive taste,tandoori chicken was again a 4star treat very tender juicy and full of flavours. Mutton kebabs were average. Overall i must say the food is just awesome and staff is very friendly especially Mr.Salah he is so kind and helpful,very nice guy.

I and my family had dinner yesterday at hatam sahara mall. We had ordered lamb chops and hatam mixed grilled with rice. The food was delivered nicely and fresh. The staff there are friendly and had good service. I recommend this hatam restaurant. 👍

Sahara centre is my favourite mall in the Emirate of Sharjah. Parking is tough some times, but still manageable. The restaurant area is neat and calm.
The restaurant has good seating arrangement. The food is lovingly middle-eastern. Rice is fluffy and flavourful. The meat is tender, but could be improved on the balance of flavours. Service is okayish.
Quick service, great tasting food, friendly staff and relaxing ambience. Thanks to Mr. Salah for ensuring great quality in service and food. I’ll definitely refer more friends to dine in at Hatam restaurant.
My first experience of eating Iranian food in Hatam restaurant Sahara Center was a true delight! My sister and brother in law convinced me to try juicy chicken kebabs with rice along with fresh herbs and pickle salad. Freshly made bread with hummus was a revelation. Separate family seating area was cozy and relaxing. Our highlight of the evening was chit chat over "Mint Tea" after dinner. I would like to appreciate Mr. Salah for his excellent service and hospitality. I will come back with my friends and family!
Hatam Sahara Centre is very decent place for Arabic style food , mostly famous for their biryani and kebabs . Though personally i love their beef biryani and Hatam mix grill platter. We had in the food court so nothing much about the decor. Humus of Hatam is very delicious its the best so far i had, obviously they have wide range of chicken boti, chicken tikka and lamb grill mix to choose from. Hatam is something you can go for arabic cuisines and kebabs.

My wife and I are in love with Hatam Iranian Restaurant in Sahara Centre. It's been many years we dine out together and the kebabs are always juicy and delicious. We crave for "Mixed Chicken" with rice, plate full of Jarjir (Arugula leaves) and tangy pickles. Not to forget mouth watering hummous with fresh bread!
Special thanks to Mr. Salah for his excellent service and hospitality. He explained the fine details of Iranian cuisine to us when we were very new to it. We are very satisfied with Hatam Retaurant and its friendly staff. Please keep up the great work! See you again!
This place totally rocks! We visited their in Sahara Mall. The food blows your mind away. I ordered Fattoush, Lamb chops, BBQ chicken wings and chicken tandoori. It was so delicious and amazing. My wife who is iranian, enjoyed the kebabs and said they were fantastic. The service is absolutely good. The servers had plenty of time to chit chat and walk around.
So don't hesitate, enjoy the wonderful food and friendly service!
I have been to this restaurant so often. Always been fan of persian cuisine, ordered hammus and few breads and 3 mixed grill with rice for lunch. Staff and the service was excellent. Nice place for a family dinner. Overall worth for money.

Hatam is a specialist and known for its kebab and grills. Their grills are a great option as there is so much to choose from which makes it difficult. Carnivores will really like it here.
On a Friday afternoon don't be fooled if the place is empty as they get a large crowd for deliveries and take out. And in no time expect the place to get packed so try to get there a bit early.
They start you off with wonderful, freshly baked flatbread accompanied by cheese, wallnuts, rocca and mint leaves etc.
Today the service was a bit slow but not a major issue as you could tell they were overwhelmed but still managed to work well.
We ordered the lamb chops and the Hatam mixed grill. The lamb chops were really good with the perfect grill and barbecue flavour especially. The chops were good, hearty pieces. The mixed grill was divine, the meat choices are all well marinated and full of flavour. The tikka might have been slightly over done but the flavour and taste managed to divert that fact. The chicken tikka and kebabs were juicy and the meat kebab was succulent.
The decor is simple but what makes it a great dine out experience is the Sahara centre food court thanks to the natural sunlight that makes it a very natural environment.
Service is quick and efficient. The prices are perfect considering the quality, portion and taste so it's definitely value for money. If using the Entertainer voucher then even better.
Hatam is a must go to if you're a carnivore who wants to have a great meal especially grilled food.
Came here for dinner and ordered mixed chicken grill, arayees, hummous, fattoush.
The good was good. If ever craving some good Arabic food, Hatam would be a good choice.

Hatam is our one-stop shop for Persian cuisine. We normally visit their outlet in Deira City Centre, but decided to give their branch in Sahara Centre a try too. Since it is located inside the food court area, the surrounding is very noisy and crowded (especially on the weekend). We were able to find a table for ourselves and ordered what we normally order, i.e. the Hatam Mixed Grill with rice and Mix Chicken Grill with rice.
The complimentary breads were delicious and paired perfectly with the Hummus we ordered and Salad.
Hatam has always been a satisfying experience, it offers great value for money, superb taste and consistent quality!

I have visited Hatam in other outlets before, but this was my first time dining in Sahara Centre. Being the weekend, it was extremely crowded and noisy , so there's not much to say about the ambience. The waiters too seemed very distracted and uncooperative. Their complimentary salad starters , was as usual amazing . We also ordered their hummus and Kashk-o-Bademjan as the appetisers..The hummus was pretty good and I really liked the Kashk( a fried eggplant dish). Another appetiser we had was the BBQ Chicken wings, which were amazingly tender and juicy. The Hatam Mix Grill we had for the mains was as expected, the star of the meal - They know how to cook their meat to perfection. We had the Hatam Mix Rice platter along with it - which contained three kinds of rice. I am not a big fan of raisins so the rice platter was not really to my liking but it was well-recieved by my family. I also finally tried out the drink Dough (buttermilk with mint) and found it very refreshing. Overall, perfect Persian cuisine but bad customer service. Would prefer other Hatam outlets.
