طلبت مرتين من المطعم اول مرة واجت مشكلة بالتطبيق وما كان يكتمل الطلب ابدا واظطريت ان انا روح المطعم اطلب : السوبر سوبريم كانت رائعة مع عجينة البان، في المرة الثانية واجهت مشكلة في التطبيق عند الطلب لكن تم الطلب طلبت سوبر سوبريم عجينة بان لكن بعد ساعة من الطلب وصلني بيتزا بعجينة رقيقة وسيئة. الحسنة الوحيدة هي الدلفري لم يتأخر التأخير كان بسبب المطعم والتطبيق ولم تتيح لي خيار تتبع الطلب بسبب مشاكل التطبيق

جميل وهناك في هذي الفترة عرض خاص اختر بيتزا كبيرة وأخرى متوسطة مع عصير برتقال ب 75 درهم

الاكل لذيذ والطلبيه صحيحه تاخرت الطلبيه بسبب الازدحام الشديد على المطعم وقلة المواقف للسيارات

لا توجد محاسب عند التأخير بسب عمل طلب بالخطاء للعميل من قبل مقدم الخدمة . يجب تطبيق الأنظمة المطبق في الدول الاوربية. عند يكتفي بالاعتذار

الاوردر من العروض اتنين وسط سئ جدا البصل كتير والحشو مش مستوى كويس والجبنه قليله جدا والعجينه ناشفه ومفيش كاتشب الملخص تجربه لن تتكرر

سيئ في تقديم الطلبيات والموظفين محتاجين تدريب في التعامل والاستقبال بصراحه تقيمي لهم صفر

زززحمه وفوضى ومافي نظام ويتأخروا وااااايد من ١٥ دقيقه ال نص ساعه

والله العروض اللي يحطونها في الموقع واللي يطرشونها في المسجات ما تستوي 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 و يوم تتصلين في الكول سنتر يقول ماعرف ماقدر اساعدج

Worst service by Zomato n delayed delivery by pizza hut...

There was 50 percent off on all pizzas due to Mother’s Day offer so we ordered 2 pizzas spicy chicken ranch pizza and chicken super supreme. Both of the pizzas were equally good, freshly baked and hot. Thanku Pizza Hut for the offer.

I love the pepperoni pizza and pepperoni bread. The salad is also my favorite to start as it has so many flavors. When you visit the restaurant they also have friendly staffs and clean place. A great food to treat yourself and family!

Ordered WOW triple large pizzas and some side orders, the pizza was well cooked and cheese we could feel it in every corner of the pizza and delivery was on time also. Good job 👍🏻😀

Worst expeeinces ever i ordered 3 pizza for a gathering at my house at 8:30 i waited for 1 hour then i called the bnch number and the free line 8 times no answer and at 10:30 after everybody went home, the branch called me from a mobile number to tell me to wait for more 25 min. !! FYI the branch letterly 3 mins away from my house !! On the other hand Zomato was trying to fix the problem and added 50 dhs cridet in my account..thnx Zomato.

We ordered 3 veryveggie medium pizza from the zomato app taste was good delicious well cooked served hot and delivered hot but the order took half n hour to deliver perfect for weekends party

Food was good and on time, but one star because they never care about the comments plus they keep doing same mistake which is not including the extras for the food that i paid for to be on the food 😡😠😡😠😡

Order never arrived! It was ready earlier than promised but the driver called saying he cant bring it because it's not his area and will ask another branch to deliver. An hour later second branch called me to say my food is ready but he doesn't know how to come to my adress and get wont be able to bring it I dont guide him. Anyways I cancelled the order

This review is not in relation to the food taste. I ordered for delivery from this place, and received my order after 2 and a half hours. This is not the first time this had happened. My previous order with the branch also took 2+ hours for delivery. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE! Customer satisfaction is key to success.

Ordered for a hershey's cookie which was for 17 bucks. It was served hot and the taste is delicious and a must try. The quantity is good enough for 2 people.<br/><br/>pros: quantity, quality, service, value for money.

Ordered 2 pizzas with some garlic bread ,buffalo wings and Hershey's cookie , The rest of the food was fine but the cookie was made with old chocolate chips  or butter and it tasted terrible. <br/><br/>Expect better quality food from Pizza Hut.

It's absolutly useless to order a Pizza from Pizzahut through Zomato due to various reasons.<br/>1- Wrong ordered delivered.<br/>2- In order to make a complaint, Customer Service of Pizzahut has not taking the responsibilty and telling to speak to Zomato. <br/>3- No one receiving calls at Zomato. Such a crap.<br/>4- After making numerious calls, Still Pizza delivered very late than the expected time.<br/>5- Pizza was cold instead to be hot to be delivered.<br/>6- Delivery guy of Pizzahut was very rude, while asking the reason of delay.<br/><br/>Not recomending at all. Absolutely abysmal service. They called 1.5 hours after I ordered and told me that one of my items weren't available. When the food miraculously made it's way to us, it was cold and had taken on the properties of cardboard.

The worst delivery ever took them 2 whole hours to deliver. They need someone to manage their delivery system. And they have to clean this branch well everything looks greasy

Ordered for meal for 2 which basically had a medium sized pizza along with a bowl of Salad with garlic bread with cheese , the whole meal was been served to me within 15 mins of time which is actually pretty quick . The meal was good as the chicken fajita pizza was not bad at all . Staff people of this location were decent and so was the ambience . When it comes to the pricing pizzahut has always been pocket friendly .

I ordered from this branch three times, with a week between orders to check for inconsistencies. <br/>Pizza was cold two out of three times and the time it wasn't cold, it wasn't hot either, just lukewarm.<br/>the bread to topping ration is terrible, too much bread. Thin crust is either not thin at all or they just don't bother with crusts. Orders take an hour and not 30-45 minutes. Until they get this fixed i don't recommend ordering from these people.

The online order system is not only inefficient but pathetically deceiving.<br/>Delivery time for 2 pizzas was promised to be 30 mins.<br/>It's been over an hour and our pizzas still didn't arrive. Only upon calling customer service they told us it will take another 20 minutes for the delivery to come through. Instead of compensating us, the customer care person told us there was nothing they could do about it. The worst experience I ever had with any food outlets in UAE happened to me with Pizza hut on this valentines day 14-Feb-2017. I ordered for home delivery and it took more than 2 hrs to get it delivered <br/><br/>I was calling endlessly to the stupid number and it was never getting connected. Two hours of waiting for a cold pizza and a missing order that they still asked me to pay for it ( chicken fries ). do yourself a favour avoid and this branch. when i complained about the delay they said i shouldnt call at Tuesday because it is a busy day.

I recently tried their pepperoni primo and honestly it was the best flavor EVER. It was a delicious combination of pepperoni and feta cheese heaven I know right? I'm drooling while typing this. I have had Pizza Hut quite a lot of times but yesterday was the only time it was actually super fresh and right out of the oven.

We ordered the margarita, chicken supreme and chicken fajita pizza with garlic bread,wedges and soft drinks. The pizzas were tasted good as they were fresh,warm and extra cheesy beacause of stuffed crusts. The service was quick and convenient for university students to grab a bite. The place to dine was a bit congested.

Yesterday we ordered meal for two. We selected chicken barbeque pizza which we use to order regularly. But this time it was a great dissappoinment for us. Almost half portion of a medium pizza was burnt completely and there was an ocean of sauce filled in the top layer.<br/><br/>We were really dissappointed with pizzahut university city.

This is the second time I got a soggy messy mush that is definitely not pizza!!! the bread is dough and the topping is a mess of salty stuff with a few pieces of meat totally waste of my 60 dirhams could not even eat two bites it is a shame and a disgrace to Pizza Hut as well order arrived after 1 hour

The pizza which I got was raw..it was not cooked properly and they replaced with second pizza even that was raw..and when I called to complain again they informed that this is the way they make the pizza!!!!

Talking about delivery here. I hate it when they get me the salad with nothing of what I've specified. Or something missing in the order. The pizza is fine though.
