Cheating and eating peoples money.Ordered pothichor and for name sake gave something on banana leaf.One chicken roast , one egg omlet n one thoran.Done Their pothichor. Also giving wrong items on chart which is not available.

We ordered Pomfret polichathu but delivered a cheap fish Red snapper which was not tasty. When informed the restaurant the reply was they deliver red snapper in the name of pomfret. So we end up paying the price of pomfret and got a much cheaper fish.

The food quantity was far below acceptable standards.

Thr taste was too good and nowhere here to be compared with. We usually have our dining here in Highland. I highly recommend all to come and taste. The welcome drink they serve everyday was different and it tastes good too. Itsmejoeljames. Needs to improve in Vegetation food items.:)

We ordered kappa mathi netholi , beef kappa biriyani and Karibin juice from here. kappa mathi netholi and beef kappa biriyani was delicious. When comparing the spiciness of both dishes beef kappa biriyani was very spicy than other. Karibin juice was ok drink. overall it was good.

Chicken Kothu porotta is very tasty, and also try their Green chilli chicken charcoal👍🏻

Been to this restaurant many time, they have some tasty south indian food. But in biriyani they dont add masala at all, especially when it comes to kerala biriyani,there should be masala, today we especially asked them to add masala or elae dont send the parcel. Still after the instruction they send biriyani with very very less masala, but they sent separate masala in small container, it doest make sense when it comes to dum biriyani. Not recommended dum biriyani from this restaurant.

Ordered Thattukada beef fry and porotta thru zomato online. It was delivered quickly. And T beef fry was really awesome 😋..no better combination with Malabar porotta!

Decent malabar restaurant. The chicken gravy( it had a confusing name) was tasty and it went really well with the parotas. They have a grill sandwich counter too with fresh juices in this restaurant.

Best place for Indian Cuisine with specialties from the Malabar region of Kerala - whether it’s meals or any special items. Their Biriyani’s are worth mentioning. Recently we had an office get together with their ‘Pothi Biriyani’ and it was really delicious and full of flavor. Service is very good. Over all a top class Restaurant in Sharjah.

We ordered meals set with beef fry , the taste was excellent , especially the special beef curry .. they have variety of curry available for the meals, a good ambience with excellent cook behind the sucess of this restaurant. Would also like to thank Mr. Libin/prabhin for taking care of my childrens .. see you all soon ....

The only decent indian restaurant in the area. They serve a tasty welcome drink and their chicken and fish biriyani are pretty good as well. Prices could have been a bit more less.

We tried their Butter chicken, butter naan and Garlic Chicken along with their detox juice. And for desert we tried the Kulfi Falooda.<br/><br/>Butter chicken was good but Garlic chicken was horrible. It tasted very bland and seemed like some sad white looking gravy with pieces of garlic floating in it. We regretted ordering it. Service was also not that great. But will surely recommend their butter chicken and the detox juice.

We like the ambience and the friendliness this place offers. <br/>Our favourite is the Hammur tava fry (spicy), egg fried rice and the custard-apple ice cream (with fresh malai). <br/>Simply the best you can get. <br/>

Great place for Kerala dishes. Have tasted their chicken kappa biriyani and fish kanthari tawa. Fish was so yummy and loved the gravy the served along with it. Also they have nice madaki parathiya chapatis . Good ambience too.

Today the onions in the chicken was off. Either they were spoilt or the parcel was closed whilst hot so the onions got spoilt. Even the chicken was undercooked. The delivery was also late.

Quantity of curry very less compared to other restaurents who serves the same menu.

Food is extraodinary good and this is the only reason i keep ordering from here. But when it come to delivering food it is very difficult for them to keep up the time. Once i even had to cancel the order and go for a refund. I would suggest zomato to review the comments and when they find these kind of reviews, make a note of it and talk to these hotels do what is required.

Bumped into this resto randomly for a dinner...most of the things which are there in the menu are not available to order...(May be Coz I went late, say abt 12ish in the night) ... but yeah it’s an average restaurant as per me...(that typical taste was missing)

Me and my friend is looking for a place to eat.. since this resto is very near to our place.. we decided to try to have dinner here.. we ordered biryani rice and mutton curry first since we dont know the portion yet.. i told the waiter to make the mutton curry more spicy coz i love spicy food as well as my friend.. when the waiter served our food and we tasted it.. its not spicy at all.. i totally understand because we are filipinos and maybe they are thinking that we dont eat spicy foods so i told the waiter to give us spicy sauce or spicy chutney or something.. he gave us vinegar with chilli.. what am i going to do with vinegar? We go to indian resto to eat indian foods because we want spicy foods but all the waiters doesnt understand the meaning of spicy.. the waiter again gave us spicy sauce.. mix with tomato and chilli and something but again its not spicy at all.. so my friend made an additional order.. chicken tikka masala.. she tried again maybe this time they will give us the spiciness we are looking for.. but again we are disappointed.. all their foods are sweet.. we are very, very disappointed.

this times food was not so appealing, inspight of being just below my house they managed to deliver after an hour, which was really disappointing.

The food was delivered late and one of them was not as per my order but it was awesome!! Grateful they gave me a wrong food as it turned out amazing. If anything to improve, is timely delivery, and language (english please)

Nice south Indian food, one of my favourite is beef masal, spiced up to perfection, fingerlicking good.<br/>Also tried green chicken tikka, spicy with flavours of green chili, its hot and spicy! Try it with Paratha!

This hotel is very well known for its neatness and clean. If you drink one glass of water , then you can feel that neatness . My favourites menus are chicken 65 and chicken Kanthari grill .

Extremely disappointed this time as the delivery was late and the wrong order sent. Called and asked for the correct order and they charged us for the wrong order as well when the correct one was bought, so stuck with food that we didn’t even ask for! Didn’t even bother to apologise for it!

Only thing the gravey has spilled everywhere inside the bag. Good thing everything was individually wrapped so the spilled gravey didn’t get into the other food.

Yesterday our family nd friends experienced a wonderful authentic malabari cusine from palace of taste highland palace sharjah.we tried green pepper spicy chicken and kunji kozhi dry fry ,a perfect blend of red dry chillies and shallots stir fried in coconut oil gives ideal start<br/>As a sea food lovers we opted kutanadan fish chatty curry in which coconut milk penetrated to thick gravy of tomato,green chilies and onions and we'll coated with slightly thin slices of fishes cooked incredibly good which went alone with soft textured appam.<br/>Then we start a wild hunt for kattupothu varatiyathu which roasted in dry peppar and traditional Kerala spices with Kerala porrota mesmerized us our own home.finally we ended it with nice nadan chai and fresh juices of lemon mint and mango.<br/>Totally a great meal with great value and excellent service , satisfys all our expectations.we really love this place.

This restaurant is probably underrated. Actually it's a great place to enjoy the exotic cuisine from Malabar. I have been here umpteen times, but this restaurant has never disappointed me in any quarter...taste, service, hygiene or variety. <br/>Their biryanis, thaali, various starters, main course, aapam, paratta, puttu and everything else is tasty. Portion size are generous. Their juices, fruit creams and payasams are great too. Breakfast started some time back are enjoyable too. <br/>Try their sugarcane juice & Mango Dates shake. <br/>Being just next door, we frequent this place. Every time the experience has been rewarding.

Poor Service. I called hotel number to place an order.  First of all, he was not having to sense to talk on phone.  I thought may be he is having language problem, I asked him which language he is well versed with. He just said hindi. then I asked him about type of biryanis they serve. He told me to hold and came back after 2 minutes, then he explained about biryanis. I said wait for a while as I was turning menu card page. He just disconnected the line.

Food was not good and neither food was proper baked nor proper wrapped. I got bill which was not proper mention amount and dishes. Even Delivery was too late.

A must visit place for all foodies who want to experience authentic malabar thalaserry food. Pothi porotta,kozhachadi puttu along with mohabath tea which comes as a combo is a must try for any one who has a taste for north malabar cuisine. From the desserts the seethafal cream is an ideal delicacy.

Food quality is worst. I have order crushed chili paneer, we received the food with all kind of chilly with 6-7 pcs of paneer. The food was so spicy if you eat then you have to get admitted in hospital.

Excellent service. The place is pumping. So make sure you "push" your way through. It's worth it. Trust me. The space can be crowded and noisy at times, however I've always had good service.

Since its located in my neighborhood, we regularly do get our orders from there.. i haven't had any bad experience from there except for the fact twice they misplaced my order with something i haven't ordered..

Very nice restuarant with wide range of Indian cuisine especially Typical thalassery dishes and with easily access location and great ambience restuarant in sharjah, the staffs here are really customer friendly.I used to visit here with my family here mostly on weekends.My fav dish here are Steamed Hamoor and Beef uruli curry with nice pathiri ended with Mango and setafal cream.Also my personal recommendation is a must try variety of thalassery tea snacks available here

The fish kabab is undercooked. The biriyani is ok a little dry but itz ok the fish kababs were so undercooked that i had to throw away most of it.

Good South Indian non-veg food. You can try different curries with appam, wheat dosa and wheat paratha. Also they serve sugarcane juice! (I guess fresh)

Had been to these restaurant couple of weeks back. The first plus point is the location of the restaurant. It is located on the service road adjacent to the main Al itihad Road. The second plus point is the availability of ample parking space. Now coming to food, we ordered hyderabadi dum biryani, natholi chuttathu, daal fry. The biryani was very delicious and as genuine as a hyderabadi biryani could be. Natholi was served wrapped in banana leaf. I must say the taste was amazing. Dal fry was also good. After the food we drank the special sharbath. Overall the food experience was very good and I would like to visit more often to eat there. I

Wanted to have tea after a long day of shopping at Al Wahda Street, Sharjah. The place looked slightly out of place in the area. Apart from awesome food they care about the presentation too , i am sharing some pics of that Kizhikettiya chicken which was really superb in taste with a different flavour, and fish got full marks in the presentation itself .<br/><br/>Biriyani has a magical taste i love that best ever biriyani i have tasted in UAE and they have introduced a new one named Beppakaran biriyani (nadan kozhi biriyani).<br/><br/>Butter chicken,Chicken maharaja both are my favorite dishes.<br/><br/>In deserts Sithaphal cream is awesomee....No words<br/><br/>So to food lovers this is a best restaurant to visit.

I have been in to highland palace several times. One of the best south indian restaurant in sharjah. Their quality of food is excellent and very delicious. <br/>Should try beef pothinjath, fish chatty curry (typical kerala style fish curry served in claypot) malabar parotta and chappati.

I am a regular to Highland Palace Hotel, Al Wahda-Al Majaz since 2006 and till this date. I have never come across any issues with them, either with the food or the service and they keep up the standard of a medium range hotel of a south Indian choice available in this area. They are very friendly and courteous.

I got opportunity to visit one of the best resuturant in sharjha. I had thallasery chickenbiriyani,very traditional.it was amazing...good customer service too...Thank u team.....

guys i visited this place and i am telling u there is no place in earth like this.its is paradise. the food is unexplained i ordered their pothi biriyani and pothi chor .sorry one more thing don't forget to order thattukada chicken fry because it really reminded me of street food in north Malabar .simply awesome god!!!!!.the ambiance was excellent. their service is quiet fast.i suggest all of u to choose this restaurant and give your taste buds a unique experience of tremendous flavors.

Few months back, we had bought pothichor from this place & surprisingly it tasted fine. And there was good quantity too.<br/><br/>And for a party we had ordered aripathiri. Those were good too.<br/><br/>Tried their fish fry - bad. Covered in oil & masala<br/>Fish mango curry - it's okayish <br/>Noolputtu, appam - good.<br/><br/>Yesterday my husband bought noolputtu, 3 porotta & chicken 65. <br/>They had forgotten to place porotta.<br/>We had to call them because they've already added it in the bill. <br/>And they assure that it'll be delivered shortly.<br/>( but in reality it took close to 1 hour. Considering the distance from our apartment to this hotel is few metres ! ) <br/><br/>The chicken 65 had more of curry leaves & less chicken pieces. It was burnt. The chicken was black in colour. They charged 16 Aed for a tiny box of chicken 65. Considering it's burnt, less quantity & not prepared well. It's a wastage of 16 Aed.<br/>Serving burnt food is a big no no .!! <br/>I'm not sure if the hotel will check the review.<br/>But to those who are checking for quick kerala eats in al majaz . This is NOT the place. <br/><br/><br/>
