I always order from them and I found in few recent orders the chicken charcoal they make is very bad quality , it is raw un cooked. They even send the fried chicken with bad smell one time. Today I called them and now they say they don't do the delivery if its card payment and also now suddenly they want minimum order to deliver the food. Its really becoming Very disgusting with this restaurant. I hope the owner see the message and investigate what is happening.

Crispy chicken dynamite says it has spicy fries but when asked the restaurant they have no idea what I was talking about it is really disappointing when you check the menu and order your choice and restaurant has absolutely no idea what the customer is talking about either change the menu or don’t promise for items you don’t provide

My order was delayed for the over an hour. After contacting the restaurant in an attempt to obtain a favorable response the staff did not realize that the order was placed and told that the delivery would be scheduled after an additional 3 hours. <br/>Highly unprofessional staff and worst services ever.

I ordered 1 super supreme pizza and 1 chicken tikka pizza only because i wanted quick delivery since they are located in the next building to mine.<br/><br/>These were the worst pizza’s i have ever had, especially the chicken tikka pizza, you can see it from the pictures the chicken was literally burnt and extremely salty. The cheese on both were of very poor quality and the pizza itself was overcooked. Both of the pizza’s tasted the same also.<br/><br/>I will not recommend this restaurant for pizza, better to eat from other established pizza brands.

I ordered zinger sandwich which already includes french fries, and with extra french fries as a side.<br/>The sandwich was very delicious, very well cooked and presented.<br/>I am always impressed by the quality of the fries by this restaurant, they are always fresh! When i called the restaurant to tell the problem the guy who answered the phone said we will replace the order and send another plate of veg Manchurian, but the order was not replaced.

Their service is pathetic. They have revamped their menu and their prices but that does not reflect in their service. Any particulars mentioned during food preparation is never paid attention to. When asked why they have excuses that make no sense. They take their customers for granted and don't care to improve despite numerous attempts to clarify. Their rating is currently at 2.8. Pitiful. My advice, don't bother ordering unless you want dissapointment served to you time and time again.

I have tasted their falooda. It was economical and good in taste, nothing special. I felt like the fruit cuts were huge in quantity so it took over the taste of the ice creams added. One time try.

There were few draw backs: <br/>- The shawarma we order was socked and not at all warm. <br/>- The coleslaw tasted like mango. Could be that they used the wrong spoon to fill the cup. <br/>Kindly look into this matters. Over all the food was good. 🙂

They don't treat customer as a customer but burden on them. Delivery guy at night literally came into the house and was not willing to wait even for a min. While I look for the change. Ordered a garlic bread, shawarma and a broast meal online. I just called to make a slight change in the shawarma. The guy who answered the phone said there is no shawarma now. I let it go and said ok please toast the garlic bread cause last time the garlic bread was like burger bun brought from lulu cut into pieces and grated garlic and cheese from baqer mohebi. He said no we cannot toast it. I said ok please cancel the order. And he was so happy to do it. Cheers to customer service and shitty garlic bread. Never order from this artificial cafetaria again.

Being new to this area, still exploring the restaurants here, so was passing by, and saw this cafe and thought about stopping for a burger. The taste is pretty much the same like any other ordinary cafe. Price is although very reasonable, you can even get a burger with fries for 7 aed. Dining is casual. Cub sandwich was excellent fresh but they took almost half n hr to make it.

The usual joint for chicken charcoal and chicken soup. The food has always been consistent, not bad not good. The sweet corn chicken soup has chunks of meat but low on veggies. I do not recommend their garlic bread, tough to chew. Their deliveries are always on time, maybe because I stay few hundred meters from their spot.

I will suggest you guys if you want charcoal chicken NORMAL kindly do not order here. Their So called Normal is fully spicy n red color. Had ordered their khaleej burger, fillet burger, Mexican shawarma and cocktail juice. The food was delivered in time, the burgers were tasty and good although the Mexican shawarma was not all that great. We have had much better shawarma, the cocktail juice was very refreshing. Will order from them again.

Was in Nahda had couple of meetings decided to quickly grab chicken mayonnaise sandwich and banana shake . Both of them were freshly prepared and served to me within 5-7 mins of time . It was decent not bad , staff people were decent and pricing wise both of them costed me just Dhs 8/- only .
