Recieved pizza at 5pm cold and hard. Their solution was simply to send me a new one or cancel and refund me. I don't believe I should have paid to have our lunch at 630pm. If we were in the restaurant and you gave me our order 2 hours late AND it's cold, would you still make me pay for it just because you replace it? I think that should be a free meal when you make us eat lunch at 630pm and give us a headache calling back and forth that no one even had appetite to eat the 2nd batch of pizza. You should have refunded me and compensated for all of this by sending us the new pizzas anyway. Useless.

Loved the spicy chicken ranch pizza. We three friends dined in Pizza Hut and we all enjoyed this dish thoroughly. This dish serves up to 3 to 4 people. The quality definitely matches the quantity! Pizza hut in UAE has many branches but their Al Nahda branch is my favourite as there is ample of sitting area. Pizzas are served hot . There is option of customising Salad when you dine in. Potato Wedges, garlic bread and Pizza all of them are yum. If you love Spicy food then go for Spicy Ranch Pizza . I am sure you will love it. Their Fajita and Shawarama are good too.

Today around 7:54pm I ordered 2 medium pizza ( chicken ranch and shawarma with San Francisco ) with potato wedge and chicken wings through their call center. I think they placed order in al Nadha Sharjah pizza hut. Then they send a payment link and around 8:05pm I got an order confirmation. Then within 20 minutes I received the order. Minimum 5 minutes bike ride is their to deliver the order. I don't know how they can prepare pizza within 15 minutes. Both pizzas are not fresh, Dough is not baked properly and its sticky. Cheese is not even good. Chicken wings having the raw taste. Only I feel potato wedges they cooked fresh. Previously I tried pizza from their Corniche branch and it was good. Never ever I will not order or recommend anyone to pizza hut. Please don't try to make money by serving food like this. As a reputed group please show some commitment towards your customers health.

Went to pizza hut al Nahda sharjah for take away. Waited for more than 30 minutes. Didnt allow to order chicken wings with large pizza promotion as I ordered medium pizza along with large pizza. Didnt allow to change order. This is the first problem. Second problem is I got burnt large pizza and medium pizza. Hard like a stone. Not soft and cheesy. Very bad experience. Worst experience ever. Availed B1G1 offer and found out that thr is no cheese in the pizzas, moreover it was cold when it reached at doorsteps and the crust was so hard to chew.. it was like these ppl are doing some favour by giving the offer. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order was placed at 2:25 a.m Called them 8 times and they kept saying theres a delay with the system. At 6:05 the branch manager finally got on the phone with me and after 4 hours of patiently waiting and not raising my voice she (female manager called Elena) had the audacity to interfere everytime I wanted to speak. She kept saying "sir if you argue now your order will be delayed further". My entire family had slept but I could'nt sleep hungry and neither was anything else open at that hour so I took it from her, on top of that she had the time to argue with me when i said I will not pay after 4 hours of wait. If COVID-19 wasnt an issue right now, I would have stormed to the restaurant and really given them a piece of my mind. This is how you behave with customers who have the patience to speak softly with you after 4 hours of wait? You raise your voice and interrupt them? Clearly not educated enough to be a manager at Pizza hut. Try the butcher shop instead.

I ordered food at 2am and i was told that the delivery would be done in 60 mins. I kept calling them from 3am until 4:35am and i was told that the driver is on the way each time. The branch is just a min away from my home and i called them 5 times and same thing was repeated every-time. 6th time i called them to inform for cancellation of my order and i was told that the system is not working now please call after 30 mins then i can cancel your order. Being a Pizza lover, I’d love to taste the best of Pizzas. Although there might be many rising restaurants and cafes’ offering great pizzas but Pizza Hut always takes the strike. As a newbee to the city of Sharjah, I completely relied on my relative in terms of the restaurant and the order. We joined their dinner service and they definitely didn’t let us down. Although it was friday, we didn’t have to wait to be seated. The restaurant has ample seating available although the tables are very closely placed. The seating and parking are something you’d not be short of, as they offer outdoor seating as well. So we ordered their famous ‘Garlic Bread’ along with a trio of pizzas. After completing the Salads, we ordered the Super Supreme, Classic Pepperoni and Chicken Shawerma pizzas. The Garlic bread was straight out delicious. The Super Supreme was baked perfectly with the right amount of meat to veggie ratio. I felt the Pepperoni could’ve been better. However the Chicken Shawerma tasted great and was perfect to my liking. For desserts we ordered the Hersheys Chocolate Chip Cookie, which I personally felt could’ve been a little better. The service here was also quick and the staff was friendly. I felt they should make improvements in terms of their seating. Everything else was perfect and my experience has been great. Will definitely visit them again.!

Their pizza specialities make the taste of each pizza different. Chicken Supreme is DELICIOUS and hot stuff is recommended if you’re a beef fan. The Tuesday BOGO deals are a great catch. I can never get tired of eating their pizzas. you have to pick it in store to take advantage of the deals, else you can be paying a big amount. I ordered online and was disappointed for the price/charges and the pizzas that I ordered were no where to be found.

Even though it was not a weekend , I was surprised with the crowd at Pizza hut. We ordered red pepper chicken pizza and spicy tandoori panner pizza which was well presented on the flyer. It was called spicy paneer but it was not spicy and in red pepper chicken pizza I use magnifying glass to find the chicken. So dear pizza hut , it's your pizza you can have any name. The only reason to order generally would be to do the Tuesday buy one get one free deal if you're in a pinch for some fast food but otherwise there are plenty of outlets doing better pizza. The place is quite dirty and greasy and not well maintained so I would not recommend eating in this tiny space available. Not good for families and the waiting area for pickups gets crowded, not well organised.

It's situated on Ittihad Street, parking shouldn't be an issue but probably weekends might be crowded and getting there after 4pm from Dubai will anyways be hell given the Dubai-Shj Traffic.

We use to it here before when we are staying near in al nahda. Before it's very busy but now i can a lot of empy tables.I wonder why. We ordered for the ff: Pizza- Bbq and hawaiin flavour.Then pizza was okay. Pasta- Chicken alfredo.It's my favorite but now i think it's lack of taste. Hersy's cookie- Too sweet😂.. The service was okay..n

This place has become so crowded and busy these days that weekends fine in from here is a struggle.food i think is just average.perhaps the number of customers and food coming out that the servers arenot aware of the taste.we have tried veg,fajita,bbq,chciken supreme and super supreme which are our regular choices.salad,garlic bread is also ok.garlic bread was hard while served.we had been there several times before.

We came here as a family on Thursday night for dinner. We ordered the Family meal, which is a meal for 4-5 people. We got 2 medium pizzas with garlic bread, potato wedges and drinks. For the pizzas, we got 1 Chicken Barbeque and 1 Carnivore. We got the thick pizza for the Barbeque and the San Fransico pizza for the Carnivore. We were happy with the whole experience. We especially applaud the staff for their extreme patience and professional behaviour. Will highly recommend.

Great food, Great Taste only thing they should include different sauces in meals. Dips has to be included.. Quick delivery.. One more thing you guys should open your online order feature like other pizza brands.. Its so easy to pick and order.

Rarely order the pizza but the chicken wings are recommended. Always on time. Pasta is nice as well. Great food for easy dinner or lunch. Love the punctuality.
