Good Turkish food, mostly non vegetarian, not much options for vegetarian still a place to be visited. Excellent ambiance. Recommended . Just a bit over priced in salads .

I agree with the negative comments, the service is slow and the food quality was not good. <br/><br/>The Doner felt like it was raw and the smell was awful. When We told the manager, he told he just had it earlier and it was good, so the problem was with our taste!<br/><br/>Don't spoil your search for Good Turkish food by going to this restaurant.<br/>

Decent food and friendly staff. The dessert was good and a lot of the things tasted okay. The experience is worth a second time but pick hours where the restaurant isn't busy.

Actually I have been there many times. now order to delivery But they told delivery not have. I go there on my own to take away. I order mix grill with rice however they gave me another meal. Unfortunately i know about it at home.

The food taste and quality decreased than before specially their borek, it was bland and smaller. Slow service, One village breakfast and one borek took 35 minutes to be served. I used to come here for food and dessert but I'm not sure if I will come back.

Nice place ladies and gentlemen. Veysal is a great guy. The way he talks and he serves is really fantastic. He took care very well of us. Foods are ok but definetely will go to there again.

Do your self favour and don't go there under any condition. If you are hungry, al Qasaba has many restaurants that any one of them ..any one will be better than this restaurant. Everything was bad starting from the staff who don't know anything about customer service. .food taste was awful. .prices are high for nothing. I regret going there

A typical Turkish cuisine. The food was okay but not as expected. The dessert was not that good. The service however was very good and the place was quiet.

Thanks to the cultural influence of Europe and Asia, Turkish cuisine comprises of some remarkable dishes with the best of both worlds. Asli Borek started out 20 years ago in Istanbul ; now having over 100 branches. You will find some of the best flaky savory pastries here that come filled with cheese, meet, spinach and potato. The Turkish dumplings with a creamy yoghurt sauce are very light; elevated by the addition of dried mint. There are a huge range of kebabs that obviously includes the highly famous doner kebab. Turkish pides are also available, which are very similar to the middle eastern breads with toppings like cheese, meat , chicken, tahini etc. Pastas are an extra addition to the menu. One cannot leave a Turkish eatery, without having tasted their baklava and a shot of Turkish coffee. They may not have the best ambiance but eventually its the quality of the food that matters.

Reaching level 13 doesn't mean i will stop reviewing restaurants for my fellow foodies. Today I tried asli borek which is turkish restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was good. We tried their mix pita and mix doner with rice (by mix i mean chicken & beef), both were delicious. The prices are high a bit but worth the try.

Typical turkish cuisine close to home... loved the place and the food... the service was a bit slow as the place was packed but other than this everything was just perfect and tasty. Will definitely visit the place again...

This Turkish cafe is less pricey than the other Turkish restaurant .. But serves the same dishes .. My favourite dish was Turkish lahmacun it was really good. Next chicken and beef doner kebab was ok not that great .. Then we ordered mixed grill over all it was good .. Another favourite of mine was cheese and lamb pide, the presentation of pide is on a long wooden platter which is unique.

Get your good Turkish food when you turn out for a visit here.... Kebabs and iskendar kabab would be their main highlight. If you're looking for a simple turkish doner, have it here. It's pretty good.<br/><br/>I like to order the boregi and the cheese pide.<br/><br/>But my favorite thing to order here is the semolina halva ice cream. Yummmmm. If you've had Cream of Wheat as a kid, you'll find the taste here. I always ask for extra semolina. Mmm

This restaurant has been in Al Qasba for around 2 years and it is a surprise that not many people living in Sharjah are aware of it. I decided to venture to this place because I was in a mood for a Turkish delicacy and it turned to be quite as per my expectations - simply awesome! I believe this place is less known due to the popularity of other Turkish restaurants in Dubai but now Sharjah has one of its own. To add to the grandeur is that its located in Al Qasba in the same row of Giant Wheel, which itself is a tourist attraction like Al Qasba itself. <br/><br/>So, my advise to every foodaholics is to try this place - Sharjah residents try this because its in the city and Dubai residents should make this part of their weekend plan the next time. <br/><br/>P.S.: Unless its humid, I advise to do al fresco dining to enjoy the meal and the ambience of Al Qasba.
