خدمه مش حلوه ودى أبسط لفظ أنا أخدت اوردا عن طريق السيارة طلبت تويستر ميل خالى ووجبتين فور أن وان كله عادى الاوردا جه كله اسبياسي والأطفال لم يكلوا حرام عليكم وبعدين شكل الطلب كان لحد تانى وبعدين لم يأخذ الطلب فاحنا اخدنه بدل ما يترمى

الجلسة الخارجية جميلة لكن الداخلية سيئة

فرع سيء بكل المقاييس 👎👎

دائما مايطلبه ابنائي ولكن الوجبات حالياً بها الكثير من الزيوت

يعني اه التطبيق والموقع مش شغال من الساعه ٦ ؟ يعني اه الناس صايمة ومتعرفش تعمل الطلب ؟ يعني اه عندي اطفال والمفروض انهم يفطروا دلوقتي ؟ يعني شركة موثوق فيها تلعب بالناس وبتوقعوا التطبيق والموقع

فرع جيد جدا جربته اكثر من مره طاقم العمل جيد جدا و الطعام جيد ,و هنالك كراسي خارج الفرع

مستواهم نزل عن قبل بالأخص الفرع اللي في الرمثا ، ومغيرين الموظفين ، سابقا كان اداءهم وخدمتهم ممتازة واكلهم كان طيب ، لكن الحين الاكل والخدمة صفر

The picture says it all🤮 tried the loaded spicy fries. Not even 1% of the ad they've shown and the chicken tasted so sweet

The branch is too small and crowded the chicken was hard and not fresh not at all satisfied with my meal

Chicken was not hot ,tasted little chewy may be it was looked before as the delivery was super fast .

I almost paid 30 Aed for a burger meal and the burger they send me is total bullshit .I had been in Sydney for 8 years and KFC is my fav but after tasting here it feels like it better to eat a burger from a malayali cafe .

Kfc punishes literally. Delivery after 2 hours. Worst thing is food was not hot. The batter and chicken are separated since food was cold. Worst experience. First and last order. Texas chicken is fast and food is far far better too. The rice bowl rice is half cooked. Too many calls from delivery guy. Looks like he doesn’t look to the address at all.

The employee of maysaloon branch “Naggy” is an insult to KFC. I need an urgent action on the misbehavior of this man. He threw my food away i could have called police ( as per the UAE law ) but before that i would like to see what action KFC takes to this matter.<br/>Call me back on prior basis and update.<br/><br/>Thanks

The kfc chicken is quite dry compared to the one you get in India.. the service was a bit slow and had to wait for almost for an hour to get my order. Their spicey fries is my absolute favorite<br/><br/>Hope they improve their service

Didn’t ever expected this from KFC. The chicken was cold and I felt like it was yesterday’s chicken as the strips were cold and hard to bite. I will never buy anything in my life time again

It has never occured to me personally that I ordered food & did not recieve it untill now. Minor delays in delivery are an exception but not getting your food at all after waiting for an hour and a half is just absurd. Very poor customer service !!! Called multiple times but the guy on the other side simply made excuses and even lied that they never recieved my order. I hope this branch clear up their act and do some good hiring at least in the customer service department.

The food was really good but I think the French fries pack was a mess I think during the delivery it happened but the foot was really fantastic👌

Very disappointed with KFC online delivery experience.<br/>Yesterday 14.6.2019 , at 10:55pm I placed order for surf and turf family meal, delivery time showed 11:41 & I received my order at 12:30 PM<br/><br/>I was having a chat with zomato agent who kept me on hold saying that the restaurant is not reverting to their calls.<br/><br/>Finally after receiving order 50 minutes later than the estimated time, I received an opened packet of bun having only 3 buns in it where as in the meal it consists of 5 buns. The Opened bun packet looked really unhygienic.<br/>I also received 2 bottles of pepsi of 500ml each, where<br/>as in th meal it consists of 2.25 ml bottle. The buns & beverage wasn't sent in a correct quantity as shown in the meal accordingly.<br/><br/>The chicken pieces & prawns tasted good as usual but didn't enjoy the meal as it made us wait for too long.<br/><br/>Thank you.<br/>

Best KFC branch, <br/>Freshly cooked<br/>Properly cooked , some branches still have blood in the chicken. <br/>Their fries is still crunchy when your order unlike other branches

The KFC here is the best one so far compared to other kfc elsewhere..Non other kfcs have this ones taste and that too good yummines i love this place and their hot serving

Friendly staff, and good dining space inside and outside. Food quality pretty much remains the same across the outlets, and so does this place. Juicy chicken at its best, though not the healthiest option...

KFC = Kill Friendly Customers. I have an interest in staying alive and not getting a terminal illness so I usually avoid all of the cheap mass production global branded eateries. But yesterday evening I was pressed and caved in. <br/><br/>I know I'm being punished for ordering junk food but I had guests and I needed to oblige their preferences. I made my telephone order at 11 pm to a man that was very impatient and machine-like in his rushed manner. I Ordered 15 original pieces in a bucket, he repeated the order back to me as spicey, and I corrected him, (it’s in the live recording they can play it back) but he STILL PROCESSED IT AS SPICY!!!!<br/><br/>Of course, my SPICY chicken arrived and of course my guests only realized it is spicy when they started eating (HOW ELSE ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO KNOW YOUR ORDER IS WRONG????!!! telepathy???!!) those guests that don't mind eating spicey and wanted to be polite started eating, my other elderly guests had to sit and watch. How terrible to have your friends and family evening disturbed in that manner. Got on the phone immediately to explain the mistake and get my correct order for the rest of my guests who cannot eat. I Was told, "return the 15 or you don't get a new order". I told them that will be impossible 1) they started eating 2) you got it wrong in the first place and took my money 3) your going to throw all of the chicken in the bin anyway 4) I deserve compensation regardless and I don't want it tomorrow or next week I wanted it now - for my guests and it is so rude to take food from someone while they are eating and have others not eating.<br/><br/>Driver arrives with the new order ( he was the only polite person and I did feel sorry for him having to follow dictator managers). I asked him to call the manager so I could explain that you're not getting 15 pieces back its impossible. The manager robotically argues company policy for 15 minutes. (I developed a splitting headache like when you have to keep repeating yourself to a toddler)<br/>I hand back the remaining spicy chicken and take my correct order.<br/><br/>The driver won't leave my front door for another 20 minutes like some kind of Mafia agent stalking my house (my husband is away on business - how disgusting to intimidate a women and her children!!!!) I had another male guest that could have defended me very easily but I did not want to make a big drama for my guests to be troubled, I’m the host and my elderly guests would have been very upset.<br/><br/>Then at 12 am I get a call from very rude women who it seems is instructing the driver to not leave my house and again demanded 15 pieces of chicken back like a deranged parrot programmed to recite KFC's greedy money driven laws on how to maximise profits.<br/><br/>I explained at length that she is not using her brain correctly and she should understand the reality of taking food from people while they are eating and that the mistake is recorded on the phone from their side. She was so very determined to get this 15 pieces back, in the end, I said the only way you're going to get that is if my guests regurgitate their meals. I think the penny dropped for her then that she was acting like a lunatic because she said she did not want to argue any more. I asked for her name, she put the phone down on me - charming.<br/><br/>In short, my entire evening was disturbed by the money grabbing mentality of a company that sees their customers as cash machines, not as human beings with emotions and real lives. Even when I called the call centre back to record my very bad treatment they said they would get someone to call me back WHAT!!!?? at 1 am in the morning?? are you out of your mind? I said I have the right to sleep and not be bothered any more.<br/><br/>This is the lesson, if the KFC food does not kill you with their toxic waste approach to cooking, then the poor customer service and resulting stress will. My son is a martial arts champion and it seems that KFC accidentally picked up the UFC (ultimate fighting championship) manual when they trained these guys who dealt with me. To be fair to all of the civilized people that are really good at their job in KFC and work hard to be kind I feel sorry that you have people in your company who are letting you down. I feel the privacy and peace of mind in my home was very violated and I almost wanted to call the police but the driver - who is innocent should not be made to suffer. His cowardly team leaders were using him to do their dirty work - how appalling!

It is not the first time i have experienced the soft drink the maysaloon outlet gives for takeaway tastes like water.....seems that they keep this ready in advance and by the time it reaches its customers it looses it's fizz......shame......

Very very bad service.. I have ever had in UAE.. the cashier Ms. Urmila.. I don't know how they hire such people like her who assumes things. I ordered for mighty fan box, a twister box and snack box. There was less chess in the mighty fan box fries. I asked for extra cheese which they offered less. So she was like you would have added the fries from the twister and come. They have mixed water with cheese and served us back. Is this the way to deal a customer. The worst customer service. Never gonna visit this place again in my life.

I like eating in kfc and all my family members too. <br/>But never visit during weekends and government holidays. <br/>Because everytime I have visited kfc on weekends I do not enjoy the food sometimes it is too oily, it’s chewy,or the buns will not be fresh.

Some chicken pieces weren't cooked well

Rice was undercooked! Delivery was late, Cold food, but the taste was the same expected KFC. No matter good or bad review/experience , will keep on ordering and eating ;)

Ordered a snack box at KFC, Maysaloon Sharjah. Had to go for take away order due to less seating capacity. Opened the snack box at home just to see some strange and disgusting pieces of chicken, which i never had from kfc or any restaurant for that matter. The chicken looked old and smelled bad, that i had to throw it away without a second thought. Had better experiences earlier in the same outlet, but this time it was pathetic!!!<br/>Image is attached, someone pls tell what sort of chicken that is!!

KFC is our family favorite, we don't mind having it for any occasion. This place was a small store, with both outdoor and indoor diners, and good service. They have a drive in as well. As it was a weekend, it was very crowded, but they had very fast service, which will much be appreciated by all the customers i believe.<br/>The chicken came out as expected, tasty and truly finger licking.  The sides are great. The new spicy fries are amazing and first thing to vanish from our plates always. Coleslaw is also good, goes well with our chicken. <br/>KFC has always made our tummy and us happy :)

WORST BRANCH WITH UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. <br/>this is the branch that i would never visit because of the unprofessional and extremely rude staff in the drive through.. He screams at you as if he is doing u a favor by taking the order... And rushes the order as if his bride is running away. <br/>I had tolerated his rude behavior multiple times because of how old he is.. But thats enough for now. That guy needs to retire.

Well had a box master sandwich combo. Included fries and a soft drink. <br/>The sandwich must include and modify the well filled ingredients since everything was over filled and it was quite cold form inside seems the stored and kept it and jus made it warm when ordered. <br/><br/>Service was fine as usual. <br/>But the taste and presentation Should be modified <br/><br/>And the food ingredites were not fresh thou

I think i have visited more than 50 times in this outlet and i think its one of the oldest but well maintained outlet .There outdoor seating arrangement allows enjoying there delicious and mouth watering items.

Kfc! Yes the name itself excites me to have the delicious chicken bucket , fighting for the chicken leg amongst friends and family! With the best spicy fries and garlic sauce to go with it! <br/>Highly recommend this branch of kfc as service is really quick and the new seatings make it more comfortable to have food outside. <br/>With entertainment for kids as well, makes it a great experience as whole!

Kfc is kfc .. we can't compare anything to kfc .. it's taste and spicy fries evrything is just very amazing to have ... I mostly order it in home which is really convinient for me .. I started having crispy rice meal. Though in begining I dint like their rice but later on that became my fav item whenever I go to kfc. <br/> They give a special sauce which makes the taste way better.

Can never get your order right, and nothing other than spicy chicken is available and they themselves decide on what you would for a replacement. And also never on time.

So today we ordered KFC online as there was an offer of buy 1 dinner meal and get one free. I've had KFC after a month and it was good as usual.

This is the KFC branch that I visit most often not just because it's near my home but more importantly the taste of chicken here feels slightly better than few other branches I'd tried in Sharjah. Though they have lots of seats outside, its not very spacious inside and on weekends you tend to have to wait for a table. Recently I've noticed that they are very slow in reloading the soap and tissue dispensers which gets annoying. Overall, just like about any other KFC with slightly better tasting chicken.
