There afe 2 options 199 and 249, Hala or Aala the waitress forced us into taking the 249 package as "it is very good" and "portions are better than the 199". So we did and trusted her decision. While the food was of very low quality, which could be overlooked.. we had an issue with communicating to the waitress.. She was unable to understand us and respond to basic questions in English. She forced us into taking the higher package but did not inform us that 2 dishes from said package is not available.. we kept rechecking with the staff and no one seemed to be aware if all the dishes in the package are available. We had to get up from our seats to recheck the menu in the front of the restaurant to find out that dumplings and chicken teriyaki is not served. When we confronted the staff they said it is not available when why did Hala or Aala push for a package when all dishes are unavailable??? The restaurant should be embarrassed.. The staff tried to cover up saying "oo we gave you'll more of noodles and spring rolls etc" Sorry did we ask for it?? It would have been reasonable to make it clear from the jump that 2 dishes are unavailable rather than coming up with sorry excuses post getting confronted. Moreover when confronted hala or alaa was finding it funny which was infuriating. Feedback to the restaurant - 1. Your current stafff should be fired, it is the people who make or break a business and your current staff will ruin this businesses.. I give this restaurant 6 months max before it will close business if run the same way. 2. The package has 2 or 3 dishes which have 4 portions of spring roll, dumplings or chicken teriyaki when the restaurant is advertising for 6 people.. Are you saying 2 people should not taste said dishes?? Be a little reasonable and improve the menu. 3. Ambience was like sitting in a cafeteria rather than a good restaurant in the mall.. Absolutely sad in taste of interiors. 4. Lastly, improve the quality of your food. Small improvements will go a long way.

As I was fasting I approached the restaurant 2 hours before Iftar time and I notice they have a different menu (Boodle fight and filipino dishes) we booked a table to ordered our food early so that we won't have to wait. When we came back for Iftar they start bringing the dishes from a neighbouring associated restaurant . I was supervised that some dishes were different from the menu and when I asked why I got no answer from 3 waiters. I was shocked when a waiter brought ice tea jug and cups with his fingers fully inserted inside the cups. food quality was off and despite being fasting and in need to have a proper meal I couldn't enjoy any dish . After they dropped the dishes everybody disappeared and we were left with no plates or cutleries or bowls for the soup. rice was absent also. Shushi with no chopsticks. I have to look for the one in charge and ask for every missing item in my table .later they brought the rice and plates and plastic spoon and fork. all this time and no answer about the fish I requested as It was supposed to be milk fish and not cheap fish they brought. All this I was still trying to not to loose my temper because it is Ramadan. when times for paying I got my change short of 3 Dirhams.guess what, it was not a mistake .the cashier said sorry we don't have change. I will never gonna go back there.

We ordered Very Spicy noodles and what they served was cold and very sweet. Same with Pad Thai, even the rice was smelly. They served Sushi with rotten fish. It seems like they serve Dumpling from freezer it was sticking inside the pot. I ordered Lemon Ice Tea but they served Lemonade and charged 18 AED for a small glass. We left the food the way they served it and even I couldnt eat prawns in pad thai cos it was frozen. Here comes the worst part ,After ordering the food I was checking the ambience , I saw a sticky note " Cash Only" .. I was so frustrated and I asked them why didnt they inform us at the time we entered the restaurant and the answer was " Don't worry Sir, there are ATMs near parking area". Seriously guys.. Please grow up. They didnt t ask us any thing about the food . Even after we said experience was really bad, they were least bothered to apologize for same. I paid total bill @ 160 AED in cash . Never going there again and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We are here today at this very moment. 18 oct Our orders; Tapsilog, fried noodle with tempura set meal ( 34aed) and unli chicken wings (42aed) This is a new restaurant in 2nd floor sahara center. The best of the order is tapsilog. The rest are awful. Specially the unli wings. Their menu are completely misleading, its not the same on the actual food. And those unlimited wings are very tricky, the sauce etc of the wings are made of spices that will make you feel loathed. Its really tricky cos u wont be able to order another set tho its unlimited but its how they made it! The red juice is not juice at all! Its just water with color. Customer service is awful the staffs are not very welcoming not even smiling at all. They dont even entertain your questions in the menu properly. Such a waste of money we will not come back here again.
