مستوى الأكل اللذيذ والنظيف لدى صب واي معروف ولا يحتاج مني إلى مزيد من الكلام .. ولكن الذي لم يعجبني ولم أتقبله هو أسلوب وطريقة العامل الذي يعمل في هذا الفرع .. حيث يوجد في الفرع عاملين أحدهما من جنسية أفريقية أما الآخر فلم أتمكن من تحديد جنسيته وهو الموظف المعني حيث أنه تعامل معي باستخفاف إضافة إلى أنه كان يحاول استفزاز زميلة الأفريقي بالكلام والاستنقاص منه والتعليق على طريقة عمله وتعامله مع الزبائن رغم أنه كان دمثا في التعامل وأسلوبه جيد (أقصد بالثناء الأفريقي وليس الآخر).

I placed an order at 1:46am but the delivery only came at 330am..🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ no ones picking up my call in the store when i called them at 230 to follow up my only 1 sandwich meal order. Talk about bad service.

The restaurant almost never send a complete order. There’s always something missing in the sub that you asked for.

A small advice .. please don't don't order online from this branch as it took them almost 2 hours to delivery my order .. and guess what the whole sandwich got soggy and was bland .. i must have called them more than 10 times and their employees themself don't know where the delivery guy is and the twist is that my house is just 5 min away from their branch and out of that 2 hours the delivery guy took 1 hour to come 🙃

I ordered coke zero. Sent sprite. I wanted the sandwich toasted with cucumbers. It was not tosted and they put other things. I could not even finish it. Horrible delivery. Did not even get the order right. I want a full refund.

The complimentary cookies were not provided as per order. Also the selected flavor was not available.

Called them to let them know they missed out sending Chips and drink in the meal. The staff says can’t even find my order on the system and then says oh can’t send the chips and drink because we have no driver available? Not my fault the subway staff at Al Khan messed up the order.<br/><br/><br/>Edit : Staff called and apologized for the mishap ; sent the chips and drinks later at night with another driver.

I ordered Oregano bread and after 15mins they called me saying they dont have that bread and gave me only 2 option for the bread. Really dissapointed. Left with no option but to order as they took 15mins to say this.

I orded tuna salad and Italian bmt sandwich and they were really perfect but my favorite all time cookie and roasted chicken sandwich and the delivery was fast

Food arrived 1 hour 45 min after doing the order their argument was the restaurant had Internet issue. How and the order was accepted after 1 min of the order being placed.<br/>Don't order from this subway branch its a waste of time and money<br/>This should be highlighted to the franchise and something thing should be done about it

I ordered food on zomato... never received an order... and the staff who answered my call is way useless and rude.... will never ever order from this restaurant... I lost my money also.... guys close down ur restaurant... if u can't handle it...

The food may have tasted good when it was first made. By the time I finally saw it (which was roughly a geological age later) it did not. It's my opinion that drivers should be able to find landmark area hotels without calling for whatsapp location especially when they have been given street address. It's also my opinion that with a whatsapp location and address a driver should be able to find a hotel. If the hotel is on x road don't call from y road and say the location is wrong. Of course this was only one of the five phone calls it took to get my sandwich over an hour later than the end of the estimate.. The driver clearly had no sense of professional behavior. The whole experience was terrible.

So I ordered subway at 930pm and the delivery was expected to be here by 10. And its 1130 i have still not received my order. Meanwhile i called subway and asked the update several times and each time they assured me that my order was out for delivery and will be here any time. I was in constant contact with zomato as well who ensured me the same. 5mins back when i called subway again to check in, another lady picked up the call this time and said this order was placed but nobody saw it. I mean WOW! Subway and zomato played an equal role in playing a fool out of a customer.

Pathetic unprofessional and disgusting are not the words. Order delivered after 01h 20m. Commitment of 45 mins. No one to answer the phone. Delivery was not as ordered. Food reached cold and like a rubber. No wonder you will never see a Subway outlet crowded. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered at 9.30 pm and my order was delivered at 11.30 pm.. I was confused whether it's dinner or late night snack... the restaurant persistently kept on lying stating the rider is new and he knows nothing.. The rider on reaching my location said the restaurant delayed the food... so the blame game continues... upon receiving my order I was put off as it is I was upset because of the delay. The sandwiches were soggy dripping with sweet onion sauce... I don't know what was the purpose of ordering toasted sandwich... the salad was watery and all messed up as if someone threw up... the hash brown oh Lord the less said the better were smashed... I could have only 2 pieces. Please refer to pictures attached... the management should look into it seriously... most disgusting subway outlet is Al Khan

too tasty. my daughters favaorite. I would give 5 but for delivery. takes just too long. if it was faster would have ordered at least once a week.  it a family favorite.

We visited this place a couple of days back and we ordered the rotisserie chicken wrap and the green steak and cheese wrap. It was an okay meal. Although the cookies weren’t fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I ordered 1 pc sandwich for my breakfast and turned out I will have to eat my home cook lunch.. delivery is almost 1 hr late and still i didnt received as i writing this review..<br/>

I recently ordered from this branch and even waiting 2 hrs I never got my delivery and they lied to zomato that they delivered the food but it never happens its was very bad experience ordering form subway online they always delay your order never on time and never care for there customers I strongly suggest stay from<br/>Subway while ordering online

Roasted chicken is delicious but steak with cheese not as good. Too much lettuce and not much steak.

In the page it’s showing the price stricken out the 19 and is showing as 15.28 but finally when I pay its 19 dhs , so no issues in that but bra clear that’s it.

This branch is located on my way to work. And let's just say, since the baby - sweet cravings are not dying out!<br/>I order subway cookies or pick up after every 2-3 days. This branch doesn't offer the 10% off that you can normally avail at other delivery locations. But their staff was really nice enough to bake me a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies AND deliver them to me at work as I was running late. Worst delivery guys ever. placed the order @11:30am got the order 1:30pm. And the guys was not even apologetic and just handed over the order and left.

By far the worst subway online order. We requested the sub to be cut into two separate subs, they cut it but placed in the same wrapper. When we opened it, all the veggies are out of the sandwich 😤😤😤😤 if only there's zero in the rating scale 😡😡😡

I usually order online so I don't have much to write about in terms of the restaurant. <br/><br/>Service is quick and so far they've delivered within the stipulated time. The food is standard Subway fare. Unlike India where there's something new every few months the menu in the UAE is more or less the same. <br/><br/>Not many promotions to look at either. Nevertheless Subway is fantastic in service and consistency of food.

So we've ordered today from Subway Al Khan the Italian BMT Foot long in brown bread toasted with mixed cheese and all vegetables except tomatoes and jalapeneos topped with thousand island sauce with extra sweet onion sauce ....Delicious!

I order subway from time to time when i'm at work. My favorite ones are Subway club and Steak and Cheese sandwich.<br/>It's a healthy option and i like it because i get to choose what I like and remove what I don't. Also the size of the sandwich is convenient as you can choose the small one if you're slightly hungry or the big one if you're really hungry

Subway has been our food partner for ages now and we love it whenever we have it. What i like about them is the sub card they give, we always carry with us that gives us one sandwich free once the card is full and we get another card :)<br/><br/>The best part of this branch is its open 24 hours mostly all subway branches are 24 hours ;) and secondly its near to our home awesome. We never had any issues with service or with their food from any of their branches.. we just love Subway ;)

I tested all 4 different sandwiches, steak and cheese, chicken taryaki, roasted chicken and subway club. Very good testes, and good service, I suggest that they have little better prices, but everything else was great.

Great, great, great! This is my best Subway branch in Sharjah. Being open for 24hrs is a plus, though parking is an issue due to its location in a residential area

24 hours open very convenient location with enough parking space at any point of time now lets talk about sandwich all very good but my favorite is Italian BMT with honey oat bread and also subway melt same bread.
