اليوم في فرع هارديز ( المجاز ١ في بحيرة خالد ) . طلبت اوردر و احتجت شخص يتكلم اللغة العربية رئيت رجل المصري المتواجد هناك اظن انه مسؤول او المدير في الفرع ، اردت ان اطلب المساعدة منه لانبهه بان في اشياء لا احب ان تكون في الساندويتش قلت له : لو سمحت اخي ممكن ..
: رد بطريقة همجية و باللهجة المصرية (اللهجة الشوارعية) و تعابير وجهه السيئة اتجاهي رغم اني لم اسيء له بشيء ( عاوز ايه يعم عاوز ايه ... بعد ذالك قال انت عاوز ايه مطلبت و خلصت بتاخرني ليه ) اخجلني جداً امام الناس الواقفة بعد ذالك قلت له شكراً لاشيء كان رجل غير محترم ابداً و ليس لديه اخلاق و اسلوب في التعامل وقح جداً . و كذالك لم يرفع الكمامة على انفه فهو لم يحترم قوانين الدولة و مخاف بذالك . هذة اخر مرة ازور هذا الفرع . اتمنى ابعاد هكذا اشخاص من هكذا علامات مشهورة فهكذا اشخاص يشوهون سمعت المكان.

Just was going to order again now , but wait ... I have remembered my last experience and why not to review it .... that bill I kept to remember that they always forget to add the side orders .... informed the the driver that time he said that he will check with them but no one called , and that’s the second and last time to order for delivery from Hardee’s 👍🏻

Ordered Swiss mushroom combo in grilled category and like always I wasn't disappointed. Truth be told I was worried that maybe curly fries wont be hot and dried up but they were perfect and the real reason why I even ordered in the first place. So I was a happy person AlhumdulilAllah.

They delivered the order wrong - THREE TIMES. On the SAME day. Instead of chicken fillet, which we paid for, first they didn’t bring it with the rest of the order, then delivered something else TWICE. And when I asked them for no tomatoes, they STILL added them on my burger.

Not usually one to get angry with Hardee’s as i do love their food, but it is unacceptable for me to wait for over 1hr and a half to find out that they have not made my food yet and another 40 min to finally cancel the order from my end because i have not received it yet, even though i was told on the second call that i would receive my food in 10 min. As i said unacceptable and not one person from their side even called to apologize.

I used to visit back then when they used to serve big chicken burger which was really yummy and at present they don't have it in their menu. At recent, i tried their santa fe burger which was a bit spicy and tasty. I would love to try all their burgers on their menu card

I ordered a value meal which consist of mushroom swiss burger, fries and drinks and additional curly fries for delivery. But i received the burger and curly fries only which the fries and drinks in value meal is not there. I send a message to the call center to inform my concern since I don't have mobile balance to call directly to the restaurant. The call center said that the restaurant will call me but I didn't received any call from them. I'm just disappointed and I'm hoping that your service will<br/>Be equal to how delicious is your food.. I paid it and you guys didn't even do anything to give me back properly my order.

Hardees is my favorite,.. Has been visiting hardees fir 4 years but the last service was awful, received my food too late and it was cold, hotdog was like brick, hope they will serve better in future. Coz we see to enjoy or meal happily with family n friends.

This was one of the worse experiences.. I always order from Hardee’s and through Zomato most of the times... but this is the first time such thing happens... they first called asking about my location even though I shared it with Zomato and wrote it, i had to talk too 3 different people so they can finally understand where it’s and they said they’ll deliver it.. then after 40 minutes the call center called and she’s like where’s ur location!! And she connected me to another branch because surprisingly the first branch shifted my order to the call center without asking me... and same scenario got repeated and ended up with the call center lady telling me wait I’ll call you back!!!

Surprisingly disappointing service on receiving the food on time. Placed the order at 1pm - expected it by 2pm, however my order was sent to the wrong branch.<br/><br/>I ended up cancelling the order two hours later as there was terrible miscommunication between myself, the driver, the restaurant and Zomato.<br/><br/>Not to mention, I received a call at 4pm from the restaurant about my order which I had cancelled at 3pm.

I visited Hardee’s this evening in Sharjah al majaz. Although I usually love Hardee’s I was appalled by the customer service, so much so that I will not be returning To Hardee’s again. They did not advertise their national day meal deal and after we received our food I complained and was met with rude staff who said Hardee’s do not advertise their promotion. In fact, I was told i should have asked for the Quattro deal. How would I ask if I didn’t know about it???? Mehmood who is supposedly a supervisor knew nothing of customer service and failed to explain anything to us. The food was cold and burgers squashed. No apology, no show of empathy, no customer centered experience. Hardee’s have lost 4 loyal customers today due to the poor and unprofessional staff at this branch. If I could rate this as zero star then I would !

I have tried different Hardee's in a lot of places but this restaurant in Majaz, Sharjah is really cozy. Of course I ordered my favorite Mushroon and Swiss Angus beef with spicy curly fries, and it is so good.<br/><br/>This is one of my comfort food, I can say. Food was tasty and the service was great.

For me this is the BEST BUURGER, i love there Superstar, mushroom and swiss. Amazingly delicious burger, oozing with juices. Crispy french fries.<br/><br/>Spicy fries is the best but now it tastes more like red chilly powder so we again switched to KFC fries. They should introduce garlic it would be amazing if they do so.<br/><br/>All n all this is one of the best and amazing burger.

Delivery sucks. Ordered double cheese twin meal and was delivered spicy chicken with tender chips meal. When called and informed him, they said, they'll get the right order delivered within 10 mins and it took 40 mins to deliver the right order. when the order arrived, fries were missing, and the delivery boy had the audacity to ask for the other meal back and took the fries and the cookie back. I informed him that I haven't received my fries and cookies, he had no idea about what was happening. The best part, it was 3.00AM. the additional cookies that we had ordered were also not cooked properly. They were too dry. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Our go to place when nothing else is opened at night, the best part is they always serve you fresh even if it is midnight or even later than that, we always prefer sitting outside for the fresh air and enjoy the views of Al Majaz. <br/>Big Hardees 5/5<br/>Super Star 4.5/5<br/>Stanfe Chicken (juicy and tender chicken) 4.5/5<br/>Steak Loader is just too loaded 5/5 <br/>definite value for money and to satisfy your stomach and cravings, i am never able to finish the deal as it is so rich and flavorful..i would say in the pocket friendly options - hardees has the best beef burgers in town.<br/>

Terrible service, food came nearly 3 hours late. I had visitors arrive from a flight and they were very hungry so I asked Hardees to make it quick and they said they would. I called multiple times and they kept telling me to wait just 5 more mins, which was a lie. Food wasn't cooked properly either. I do not recommend this absolutely terrible place to anyone.

Sometimes the food comes great, sometimes not so good.<br/><br/>The limited-time New York Deli Angus Burger is very nice. Must try.<br/>In-store service is not good. You’re better off ordering for delivery.<br/>Seating area is not good. Not always clean either.<br/>Needs refurbishment and better cleaning.<br/><br/>Visit or order from another branch if you can.<br/><br/>Always order an Angus beef burger. They’re tasty.<br/>If you’re a chicken lover, sometimes it comes cooked well, sometimes not so good. They also need to go easy on the mayo in the chicken sandwiches/burgers.
