لذيذ جدا بيجي ساخن بس كل شي بيجي بكرتون او صحون كرتونيه ماانتظرنا وقت كبير ليجهز الطلب... اخدنا عرض ٣ بيتزا بيجي معها سلطه وبطاطا و٦ حبات خبز و٦ كاسات كولا... الطلب اللي بالصوره بيتزا سوبرسوبريم وبيتزا الشوارما وبيتزا مكسيكانا.. الأخيره بتيجي بتحرق حاره.. الصغار مابتحملوها فانتبهوا.. تجربه تكرر وتعاد دائما..........

سيئ جدا نظافة المكان سيئة الحمامات الذباب بكل مكان الخضار سيئة باختصار كلشي سيئ الا الشب المصري يلي عالريسبشن محترم

المكان في فرع التعاون غير نظيف ابدا ..و غالبا ما يتم تغيير الطلب من قبلهم و خاصة عندما ارسل ابني ١٢ سنه و تعامل الكثير من الستاف غير لطيف اكثر من مرة أطلب استواء اجنحة الدجاج و رغم ذلك يرسلوها غير مطهوة جيدا و غالبا فيها بقايا دم

لا انصح فيه على الاطلاق ، خدمة سيئة ولا يوجد نظافة

<br/>Today I ordered directly from Pizza Hut from their mobile application. <br/>It was a meal deal - 2 medium pizzas with wedges. I am a loyal customer who orders weekly or biweekly for my family especially during the weekend. <br/>I customised the first chicken pizza to remove the mushrooms and add chilies and ordered a margarita pizza for my kids. <br/>Unfortunately my mistake I didn’t check my email to see that the customisation had been duplicated. <br/>To my shock I received the margarita with chillies on it in front of my hungry children who can’t eat it. I then checked the email and saw the email confirmation and then noticed the error. I decided to call the customer line to explain what had happened. However I spoke to a very rude lady RANIA who wouldn’t even help me or even consider the issue or try to understand. All she was interested in was proving to me that I was wrong and that I had made the error. She would cut my sentences and then also not even consider helping. As an international chain I would have expected them to discuss with me my concerns but no one else was willing to come to phone! Not even the online team or the manager?? Manager was supposed to call me back . We can guess that never happened! How illogical is this ?? I removed mushrooms from a pizza that didn’t original have mushrooms ?? RANIA needs training in customer service and Pizza Hut as an international chain should really value their customers. <br/><br/>No one asked for a free replacement or anything I wasn’t even given a chance to suggest a replacement at 50% discount at least. We could have compromised but the point is they were not interested. <br/><br/>Lesson to all : always check the email for application errors and don’t expect Pizza Hut to value you as a customer. Better to order from a pizza company who value you. <br/><br/>

I ordered off the phone the first time (large pizza) and they never told me they had an offer for today. After the order was done, I came across the offer and called back up and they told me the offer only applied for online orders. Told them to cancel it and that I was going to order online. I made the exact same order but obviously with an extra large pizza ( for free) and it was more than 30 dhs cheaper, so why not. The order later came but surprisingly they changed extra large pizza into a medium even though their offer did not mention the sizes would be different. Not abiding by the offers made by YOU is not cool and can be considered fraud :)

In this lockdown we thought of ordering pizza and yes it was a wonderful day❤️<br/>Pizza is bae❤️who can agree with this statement?and the best pizza can be only from pizzahut😋I literally feel like they’re having magic in their hands and tbh it tastes heavenly good💯<br/>This is their San Francisco range ❤️which is my current favourite range and the whole family is a huge fan of this range✊<br/>Highly recommend everyone out there❤️

Staff have no experience to handle the orders. My order took more than an hour and I went back again to them and still not yet finish. After that, the guy found my receipt in the finished order what a fun lol

First time I am ordering from Pizza Hut through zomato! My order was not completed! 3 missing things ! The pizza came like its overcooked!

Ordered veggie pasta on 20 Feb 2020... Found chicken pieces in it... I am a non-veg so it was okay... But had this ordered been delivered to a veg person... That would have been a major issue... Pizza hut pasta chef kindly pay attention how you prepare the pasta! Thnx...

If they had an option to give below 1 star I would.. I cannot rate the food as the food was not even received. After placing the order before 8pm and constantly calling the number given to call for customer service literally no one could assist me in finding out where the food actually is.. After basically 3 hours of waiting they inform me to tell me that the restaurant has canceled the order. Thanks pizza hut for letting me go to bed hungry as it's now 11pm and I'm just over it. Worst experience ever. Work on your customer service. It's at an all time ZERO!

Pizzahut is in sleep when they take orders online they don't see the add note and don't care if it's a party for family they just forget to give your order what you want it or what they have it on menu #disappointed

The pizza was not hot enough

I bought a small pan pizza but when I received it it was a small thin Crust pizza and it was also cold ,it took them 2 and a half hour to deliver it, and guess what my house is right next to pizza hut

Not that bad tbh I enjoyed it but it tasted kind of like it was made 2 days earlier week anyway the food looked great and I think I’ll order again

Missing items , cold pizza , very bad, little ingredients , call centynot helpful , spoil my meal , wasted money on this order .. really disappointed

I don't even think this review matters as most of the bad reviews for this restaurant are ignored anyway... but just to add to the list of bad reviews, I had placed a pick up order at 6:00pm and was told it will be ready in 15 mins its 7pm now and we are still fighting with the staff for this...<br/>Time to reconsider kitchen and order capacity i guess ?

Worst experience in Al Taawun branch on 18th Saturday 2019, delay in food despite the fact it was a pick up order if you cant handle the crowd dont accept orders ... manager called and says you are not the only one fasting in UAE wow

This place was very close to my uni. It was the only place for all the parties. Really loved the 1metre long pizza and especially spicy chicken ranch flavour with pan crust is just out of the world. Pizza hut has improvised its pizzas. Really Tasty and must try is their pan crust pizza with spicy chicken ranch. Overall the best pizzas i have ever had.

Very disappointing service - I ordered very veggie pizza and I got chicken pizza. Had guests from india who are pure vegetarians. The call centre staff was also least helpful. Pizza Hut has lost at least one loyal customer -<br/>We are still awaiting a call back from the manager.

Ordered two non vegetarian and one vegetarian pizzas<br/>They sent all non veg pizzas. We were visiting from India and accidently ate chicken, which was very upsetting as we are pure vegetarians and against our customs. Even when we called them the manager said he'll call us back but never did. Still waiting on the phone call. Worst delivery service I have order it at 8.00 pm. They dilvered it around 10.15 pm and customer center is no help and rude. They don't even want to cancel. Order even zomato refuse to cancel Order i ended up eating cold pizza...

I ordered at 9:48pm from zomato and they delivered the order at 11:16pm whoooo! 😠😡 I think rider was coming by walk lol! Even they are charging delivery Fee!!! 😠 Food quality was also bad, I will not recommend this restaurant.

yummy pizzas. the spicy ranch pizza is yummy. Wish if you provide extra spicy ranch sauce instead of ketchup for free and also remove the delivery charges

I am regular customer of pizza hut and happen to order chicken Alfredo baked pasta almost every week ... i loved their pasta but today i was shocked and disappointed when i took the first bite of the pasta... the pasta was very very sweet which was really odd... i had to through it out... really disappointed... I really thought twice before i decided to write this review bcoz it’s important to let them know how much they screwed up today’s pasta....!!!!!

A boutique outlet with not so apealling ambience. Staff isnt polite enough. The pizza also most of the time served warm, and not hot. Feels as if it was prepped before. Not worth the money they charge u...used to be a pizza hut goer, but not anymore

The side order of was missing. the delivery of total order was incomplete but was charged in the bill. Never expect such carelessness from a professional organisation of repute.

Ordered through Zomato very poor service. Pizza quality was not at all good and the pizza was delivered after 1.5 hours and that too cold. The restaurant was very unresponsive at all times. You are better off eating pizza at an Indian restaurant rather than this PizzaHut branch.

Pizzahut Feedback we ordered through Zomato , this is the second time and repeatedly our order was sent very late despite being promised a delivery of 44 minutes and I received the order after 1 hour 10 minutes , worst part when i called they could not even trace my order correctly and give me a status about the delivery !! Tip: Dont order delivery on Tuesday (Buy one Get one) .. <br/>They replace the regular crust with thin crust.. and I spent 1 hour going back and forth with help line and shop.. Help line and delivery persons are very nice and helpful.. but in store.. very rude and hung up on me twice... <br/>I ordered classic crust and it came thin crust, when I called for replacement they sent again thin crust so I guess they know they are giving thin crust and they dont care.. I spoke to the manager at Al Nahda Branch and another gentleman who was beyond rude..<br/>----- Up date... Delivery guy came again (third time) with the proper Classic Crust.. Ill add the new photos.. . Delivery guy to the rescue he said he spoke to the manager himself.. Im happy because I love Pizza hut.. I worked at one back home! Ill change my rating from 1 to 4 stars..

It’s Fast and it’s yummy. I don’t know what more you could ask from a fast food chain. <br/>I personally prefer their seafood pizza. The stuffed crusts are also great.

Delivery was quite on time<br/>The packaging was bad..even while handing over the pizzas most of the boxes were almost open or on the verge of opening out. Ordered thin crust pizza..and they were like papad ..hard and tough to eat.<br/><br/>Toppings were almost next to nothing.. i took the 60 for 3 medium pizza deal... and i guess such substandard quality is because of the discount... <br/><br/>Cookie dough ws exceptional though...just loved it..2.5 stars just for that
