Even the hyderabadi biryani had tender meat and was quite fresh (I just don't like hyderabadi-style biryani but that's beside the point). Many of the item's taste and tenderness could be significantly improved though, like the Peshawari Chicken Boti and the Egg Noodles. It's that taste that we Hyderabadis keep looking in every restaurant that claims to offer "Hyderabadi Dum Biryani " . .
