I warn you guys ! Do not even try to order anything from this restaurant. They don’t really care about the order or the service. I wonder how pathetic the management team will be. I have called twice to complain for the delay in order and they do not even bother to acknowledge or fix it. One more thing I ordered via phone and I stay less than 500m close to your hotel. It was a horrible experience today had at this good hotel, because their delivery is good and foods are good as of my last order. When myself and my friend visited today, after 35 min waiter has come to our table to say that the your ordered food via telephone has been delivered to some other place..and we ended up in getting out of the restaurant without food. <br/>Kind attention to the hotel, please treat the customer’s with joy and happiness.

One of my favourite restaurant...No matter if it's breakfast or lunch...Any square of meal you can enjoy the delicious food. Customer service is appreciable...They would call-back,apologize and offer an alternate food item if the ordered food is over...Even the staffs who deliver the parcel are professional and polite always....Definitely would recommend this restaurant for people from Tamilnadu and Kerala...👌👍

Phenomenal taste, unbeatable price, quantity of the food.

Ordered dinner from here after deciding to try tandoori chicken from a new place. The food arrived within the 55 minutes stipulated delivery time. When it arrived everything was hot and items were packaged well to maintain the heat. The chicken was one of the best tandoori chickens I’ve tasted as the spices were really well absorbed by the chicken and it was cooked to perfection. The paratha was also very tasty, crispy and thick, but was a little bit too oily. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

We dined at diners Sharjah Palace last Sunday and were really impressed with the food and their hospitality. The taste of the food as well as quality and quantity are really good for the price. We orded Malabar porotta, Butter naan, chutty fish curry, Butter chicken, chicken 65...The food was exceptional taste especially the chutty curry and butter chicken which was so authentic and not sickeningly sweet. We are truely impressed! what's more? and one more things the wait staff even offered to click our pic. Wonderful experience indeed. Have visited this place many times and was always served good food. Today I ordered beef ularthiyathu and chilli beef. Chilli beef was not cooked at all and beef ularthiyathu was just beef curry. Pathetic food... highly disappointed

With very few options to order kerala meal from owing to Ramadan, I tried Sharjah Palace today. Ordered placed at 1.41 pm today. I receieved a call from them at 14.42 to ask about location. Almost two hours since I placed the order and three phone calls later, food was finally delivered at 15.30 pm i.e. almost two hours later. I do give them the benefit of doubt for coming from Rolla all the way to Abu Shagara and it being Ramadan, but this much delay is disconcerting. While the fish thali was decent, the separate malabar fish curry I ordered was just unpalatable. It was too oily and deep red in colour filled with chilly powder and no coconut in it. I expected it to be the same as the curry with the meal but I was sorely disappointed. Don't think there will be a second time.

Sharjah Palace one of the best restaurant in rolla, sharjah. Especially there beef fry is so yummy and there live appam. We had both mutton and beef, mutton is ok but the beef is best. Also the soup is very good. Awesome interior and good service and spacious. The only problem is it is in the centre of city and its very hard to get car park. Give a try guys😊

The food was bot delivered even after waiting for 2 and half hour. The response from the restaurant was very poor and it looked like they do not care.

I ordered butter chicken and beef fry from here and got the order delivered after 2 and a half hours after a lot of calls and chats on zomato. And they said when I ordered butter chicken that it will take time so have to change order and then ordered pepper chicken instead. I dont know what they were thinking but it was a highly unprofessional thing to delay the order so much without a word of apology even. The food was delivered by a poor delivery guy who had no idea about the delay so I did pay and get the order. But then food was definitely not worth the wait.

Right from the on time delivery to the last bite of food, the order scored everywhere. Food was packed professionally and quantity was great. All the dishes were so delicious that I am not able to point out a flaw anywhere. Pricing was also reasonable, definitely trying this place again...

Ordere malabar chicken form this restaurant. To be frank, small cafeteria biriyani is far better thab this. Only packing and quantity is nice. But taste is nothing. Pretty average but it's open during late hours, we go there during some weekends and there's nothing too special over there, I do love their vellappams they have live vellappam counter sometimes.

Had been to this unassuming place despite low rating but was in for a pleasant surprise . Had their veg meal and was absolutely pleased at the quality of food. Been there for Friday dinner. Even though it was packed we were able to get a seat fast. We ordered Special Chicken Varuval and Chicken Roast with Appam and Wheat Porotta. The side dishes were good and of decent portions. The Appam was not soft as expected but the Porotta was hot, soft and flaky. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

With Iftar timing looming around in the country, any plans for early dinner should be abandoned.  The city springs to life post 7.15 pm with the people filling up the streets ( and the traffic ..sigh!).<br/><br/>After a period of indecisiveness for dinner options , we settled to go to Sharjah Palace Restaurant. Even though parking is an issue in that neck of woods, surprisingly got parked right in front of the restaurant.<br/><br/>As soon as we entered, we noticed the appam stoves on the entrances and quickly we all decided appam would be the order of day. <br/>We ordered drums of heaven and soup for starters, followed by appam , Gobi Machurian and chicken tikka masala.<br/><br/>The service are adequate, though we were a little disappointed to be told that kadala curry was not on the menu. The seating is a little cramped in the ground floor and unfortunately, there was a party upstairs in the family area.<br/><br/>The appams were good and very soft. The chicken dish was right amount of the spicy and well prepared. I think a chinese dish with appam would have been a first !<br/><br/>Overall the food was good and monetary damage was soft.<br/><br/>Would recommend it for a casual dinner and if you are fancy of the ambience of the place.<br/><br/>Biryani is the next on the list ... that is penned down for my next visit.

The appam and stew here is the only reason i would suggest this place to someone. The quality of food has gone down drastically. Once a to go restaurant for us is now last resort. Tried many of their chicken preparations, bad tasting is all i can say and Biryanis are bland tasting. They need to up their food quality to sustain.

I used to like their food but recently quantity they served is now less but price is more. So, now a days I don't go there and after long time I phoned them for mutton biriyani. It took them more than an hour to reach my flat which can be reached in a minute or so and it took me 2 calls.<br/>And about the biriyani, it was packed well and nice and I expected a yummy biriyani. Thanks god i m still alive. Me n my family went there. They said the biriyaani is finished they are preparing we need to wait 25 minutes. We agreed. They bring the food , the chicken was not properly cooked. The blood stain are in the chicken. Yuck

So i happened to come accross this restaurent as I was in the vicinty and hungry. Its a small joint, hardly noticeable as its hidden between auto repair & other similar outlets. Was suprised at how neatly the place was maintained. Now I am person who can be impressed by a restaurent even before the food hits the table, just by being served a warm plate. That according to me is utmost cleaniness. Score ! We go for the stir fry chicken hakka noodles, schezwan fried rice, chilly chicken & pepper chicken. The food was very decent, though not over the top. The prices are extremely reasonable too. Parking can be a little difficult here.
