The juice even not close to test like coconut. It was more of some cardamom juice. <br/><br/>Very disappointed.

They prepare always wonderful dishes, mutton kebab and mutton ribs in mixed grill is awesome 👌🏼

No response from there only showing order is preparing from 9:30 to 11 at night I dint got any of my order and not even a single msg from them very bad service <br/>

It was very bad experience. I ordered 2 juices and burger 🥤 both cups are open and not properly packed and my burger was not delivered. 2hour to deliver the order.

Value for money, good ambience and the taste is great. Portions of certain dishes are a bit small for the price but the overall quality of the restaurant is good 👍

I think this place definitely deserves a higher rating. I've been ordering for them for quite some time and they delivered tasty fresh food and within a decent amount of time.

Never believe them for delivery timing.

I ordered chicken quattro burger and tutty fruity juice . The burger was very salty and I had mentioned not to add tomatoes still they have. The juice was also not that great . There was hair in it .

My favourite place to order when it comes to midnight snack. Delivering super fast. Their falooda is so on point. Great value for the prices. Earned my 5 stars.

Their classics are always great. With the sugar cane juice added to the menu, I have no complaints now. Just a tip on hygiene maintenance though. That's all I want to say. I love the food here, always value for money and always tastes great!

The special cheesy shawarma 'Hassan mathar'<br/>was my first try from this place. It tasted yummy and like a upgraded version of shawarma. But the normal shawarma wasnt upto the expectations. But should say their Hassan mathar is a must try.

Ordered Special Shawarma and Shawarma club sandwich.<br/>Was disappointed with the shawarma since nothing was special about it. Just an average one.<br/>But was surprised to bite into the shawarma club. Had a club sw like this for the first time. A must try for shawarma lovers.......a fusion of shawarma chunks in clubbed sandwich.<br/>Delivery was fast and before time.

Pepper charcoal chicken was not properly cooked. It had blood in it and I have picture evidence.

Poor service.. I will suggest you Don't order anything.. Don't know about the food taste.. But management behavior is not good. I ordered on 26th April.. They accepted order to deliver. <br/>They took 1 and half hours to reach. Then later the delivery boy is asking to come and collect the order from outside the gate of Saif zone. As I was not having any vehicle otherwise I could have gone outside for lunch . <br/>Then he said me that he will drop the parcel with security person.. So I will collect it later, as it was online paid.<br/>They are not talking properly. Very rude behavior.. It seems they don't care about there customers satisfaction.<br/>I received the refund message today after too much follow up with the zomato. <br/>After 6 days. <br/>I don't know guys whats is happening.. Anyone can open a restaurant.. Who doesn't know the customer service.. They are really bed. <br/>I have all the chats with the zomato.. I can share if someone is intrested to see. <br/>Be aware before ordering.. <br/>Order on your risk.

Even if its fatty and unhealthy choice <br/>But why not to have those hotdogs jumbo sandwiches and those club sandwiches <br/><br/>Whatever you want, they are ready to make it for you!!<br/><br/>Chicken mayonnaise, burrata cheese with chips oman is goodd. 24hours delivery and guess what its a cafeteria. So dont forget to order aboud drink from there while waiting ..<br/>

ive made an order 2 hours ago. and still no word.. every time i call them they inform. they driver left he will be there in 5 mins but it has been 2 hours and the driver number was provided and he was very rude.

I ordered regular chicken charcoal and they gave me pepper chicken instead. This isn't the first time it has happened.

Long waiting for food to get delivered. Food delivered after 1 hr. Had very bad experience twice. Am avoiding it. Would not suggest this to anyone.

I liked the chicken charcoal. It is fantastic. If they have some sitting suitable for families, it would be great. So i get it take away or home delivery usually.

Good food. Friendly staff. Good service. Relatively quick delivery. Hot burger has got what it takes to be a good delivery restaurant. I order dinner from here every night and I'm more than satisfied.<br/>

Pathetic restaurant . We ordered food and the driver came late. The order was cold and driver spoke in a very rude language. Also when complained to the restaurant even the manager was very rude.

(6\may\2017) 6 months ago i ordered delivery to university of sharjah at 2:00 AM but i'm still waiting for delivery till now, i want to call and ask what happened but it will be awkward.

A must go place for people who are broke. The food is pretty good. The must try items in the menu are the juices especially the Cocktail. The sandwiches are pretty good and don't forget to buy the Hassan mataar.

I placed my order at 6 pm and told them that I need my food to be delivered before iftar time and they told me they will. after one and a half hour I called them to check on my order and they told me that the driver was on his way I tried calling them again after half an hour to cancel the order because I had to leave but no one answered the phone. fifteen minutes later I get a call from the driver saying he's outside I told him about the situation and he told me that they don't deliver at the time of iftar and hung up the phone on me while I was talking to him.<br/><br/>As for their food some items are not bad at all but most of the items on their menu will leave you sick for a couple of days at least.<br/>

The best place to have shawarma n juices. Its good to have light snacks at so good price n taste. There new addition of health drinks are worth to try.<br/>

Long ago Hot Burger used to be an amazing restaurant. But recently it hasn't been that good. When I ordered the fish zinger combo, the fish was very thin. The Sauce in the sandwich was good but the quantity was very less. Later, I decided to give it a second try and bought the chicken healthy combo. Again the chicken was very thin and it had the same sauce. I don't recommend buying anything from Hot Burger.

If you already ordered then better luck next time,don't ever think of delivery you may have time to travel from India to get "Hot Burger " to deliver your food even it's narrow distance from home.I think if you really need to have food from hot burger inside the restaurant you might need to wait at least 1 day to serve the food,hope iPhone can be purchased on release date much easier than the wait for food they provide.<br/><br/>Okay let's see how the food is taste awkward ☹️you might need to visit any nearby hospital and clear your stomach.<br/><br/>Hey Zomato can you please get a rating below 1.0,because they don't have to be rated at least 1.

Food: As a university student the food is considered acceptable especially during midterms were you loose your sense of taste. Zinger wrap is my usual and is pretty good.<br/><br/>Price: 20AED will make you more than satisfied :) <br/><br/>Overall: open 24/7 which makes it really convenient. Food isnt that bad and is considered acceptable if you have a strong stomach.

I have very bad experience with Hot Burger specially when ever i ordered Shawarma, it always stinks and they make with less chicken and more fats (Chicken Skin) which you can't chew and or swallow.<br/><br/>Home delivery takes 1.5 hours and always check the order in front of delivery guy as once they delivered less item but took full payment.

Ordered a couple of times from here just because I was starving hard and wanted a quick fix of my hunger pangs. It's more of a take-away kind of a restaurant, not a family dine-in type. This is a good option to stop by for a quick serve. They're not very timely with delivering orders. <br/><br/>My orders from here include Chicken Shawarma, Felafel sandwich, Mexican pizza, Sheesh Tawook combo, & fried chicken combo meal. <br/><br/>Shawarma, Felafel sandwich, and Mexican pizza taste just average. Though generously filled sandwiches, the taste isn't very luring. Pizza isn't topped with enough ingredients, all you get in your bite is tomatoes and nearly raw onions, which isn't any close to palatable to my taste.<br/><br/>The fried chicken is well cooked and well spiced, filling enough. Not a fan of it though.<br/><br/>Sheesh Tawook sandwich combo meal is by far the best in taste item I have had from this Hot Burger branch. If I'd ever be making an order from here, I know now what to go for. Appetizing. Generously stuffed. Well priced. Delicious as expected.

It's long time since I've visited this rest., but only thing I've eaten or ordered take away is their Chicken Charcoal.<br/><br/>I really like the freshness in the chicken, as in many restaurant you feel hard to chew, it's due to not fresh, the moment you bite this chicken Charcoal you will sure feel the fresh chicken taste, along with that hummus and garlic paste with salads and khupus.<br/><br/>One full chicken can be eaten by 3 person, which will cost less than 30 dhs, which is worth.

After a lot of prodding, I tried something called chicken Hassan Mather. I didn't know what it was. Or even how it's supposed to be. So when I finally tried, I got a bag of mixed emotions. In simple sense, it's a flat shawarma. But the difference it has is with veggies, and cheese and a good amount of yummy sauce. <br/>

Used to have a lot of juices from here and the taste of juice is amazing specially Papaya , Avacado and kiwi juice.. the price is reasonable.. <br/><br/>Veg burger was not so good but the fries are well crisp..

Hot burger is a lifesaver, especially to a uni student such as me. Whenever my roommate and i get hungry in the middle of the night, hot burger is the first name to think of as it is open 24/7, with fast delivery and cheap prices that could be as low as a 3 dhs hotdog sandwich. <br/>I have ordered from it so many times and tried so many items, most taste or even look pretty much the same with small changes such as an extra layer or an extra ingredient, but overall the taste is just as amazing. I recommend to try the university club. <br/><br/>Hot burger will surly become an unforgettable memory of your university experience.

Very bad customer service..<br/>They don't care those who eat inside, as they are very busy for customers demanding parcel.<br/>Also the price is higher compared to other cafeterias/ restaurants..<br/><br/>I ordered Arabic Shawarma from here and the quantity was much lesser compared to the photo which is shown in their menu.(they offered only 3 pieces while other restaurants/ cafeterias give 6-8 pieces)<br/>When asked regarding this, I got the reply that, that is what we can offer and photo shown in the menu is only for demonstration & marketing.<br/><br/>After that I never visited this restaurant again, even though it is very close to my home. <br/><br/>I really enjoyed a wonderful year without HOT BURGER.

This place is love. Their chicken club sandwich and club shawarma are a must try. Their French fries were terrible yet so addictive. And their juices we pretty decent as well.

If you are a student at any of the universities at the Shj. University City then you will never forget Hot Burger all your life as it almost becomes part of your uni life  and experience.There isn't much that separates it from any other cafeteria. Its got its fair share of "zinKer sandwiches" and weirdly names juices.My dorm mates and I have tried almost every juice on their menu card and they pretty much all taste the same. and the same goes for the umpteen rolls wraps and club sandwiches.But this joint provides a helpline when its 12 am and your hungry and stuck in the uni dorms.Their food is yummy, cheap and they deliver quite quickly!
