Loved the indoor sitting area. A nice place to have good coffee in reasonable price. Wish the sitting area could be little bigger so it could be perfect. Other wise everything is good well arranged. Serves good pastures and cold coffee as well.

A well situated location amidst Mega Mall, with an upscale venue and great ambiance. The quality of food is at par with the franchise's standards. There are a lot of negative reviews about their staff and quality of service in the reviews section here- that is certainly something that they should look into

Service was very disappointing. No courtesy. There was no waiting customers, still we had to wait to order as the staffs were busy doing their other works. Not clean. Full of flies on table. And the coffee was just an ordinary coffee which I can get for AED3 from cafeteria.

I had gone to the cafe near Sephora on the ground floor and One of the staff was very rude to my friend and also wasn’t good at service as she was not behaving professional at all with the both of us and misread our order and wasn’t allowing my friend to wait there for me by constantly talking in her language across my friend every time and making faces and making her feel uncomfortable <br/>Secondly she served our drink in a very very horrible quality plastic mug which also had no logo of Gloria jeans on it. The cup was so fragile that it may have just popped up open if she was holding it tighter. Also the straw was quite thin and was absolutely incorrect for the designated drink. <br/>Very unprofessional in every approach especially attitude wise, definitely never going back again.

This branch of Gloria jeans is way better than the one in the upper floor. It's like they don't belong to the same brand! The staff are more welcoming, attentive and accommodating to your requests and the seating is way better no doubt. The quality of drinks and food offered also surpass their other branch. I'm wondering why this lack of consistency among branches within the same brand?

I would rate them as just average. Decent beverages and decent service, but very overpriced snacks! Not worth it at all! Definitely you can give a miss to this place. Especially since this outlet is in the food court of Mega Mall, hardly any ambience or space.

Have tried americano, and a snack, doesnt seem to be up to my expectations! I wouldnt compare it to the biggest coffee chains but stand alone, it stands no wer to a coffee dat leaves me wanting for more! The ambience is good but open to the escalator which is less comfortable!

Tried out hot chocolate and mango smoothie. <br/>I would say hot chocolate was normal and nothing special about it.<br/>However the smoothie was something different and it was really good.<br/>The seats are few dedicated to this cafe.<br/>So,nothing else to say about the place.

Not only we came for our usual afternoon coffee here but I think, they are one of the best coffee shops in the area. Had their cafe latte along with our favorite tiramisu cake, both were very good; and the cake was fresh. It gave us a good afternoon coffee break to be exact.<br/><br/>They have two outlets in this mall actually. But the big disappointments were, both have different choices of pastries. While some other items are available in one outlet, it can not be found in the other one. Another thing, while they offer wifi to their guests, it is too slow or not working at all.<br/><br/>But the good side, staff rendered a satisfactory service.<br/><br/>

Had our usual afternoon coffee break here with our favorite cafe latte along with tiramisu cake -both tasted great and fresh --perfect combination that surely added to our delight. <br/><br/>Ambience is relaxing with furniture seats that are comfortable. And staff delivered a very good service; friendly and polite. The downside was WiFi offered to coffee lovers are tooooo slow if not working at all. So not so good place to have good coffee and inet connection at the same time. 👎 😔

Tried their chocolate donut, absolutely delicious!! Much better than dunkin donut or krispy krème. Also their hot truffle mocha is good, worth the try.

Tried a toffee nut chiller from here without the whipped cream and it was pretty nice. Liked it. Good service as well. This branch is inside mega mall and parking is a hassle here!

Savored desserts; cheese cake n chocolate cake Frm Gloria Jeans in Mega Mall Food Court Area. One of the best cheese cakes had in the recent times. My son really njoyed it.
