All, when I ordered some food and called for the updates the guy who is in counder who had attend my call he was talking me irrespective even the month of Ramadan and they have deliver the food after the payer of fajr,they won’t respect the Coustmr’s and there service is so worst which I ever had.

Don’t expect something great, the food is acceptable & eatable. It’s simple you’ll get what you paid for 😉 i know this cafeteria for 15+ years

My all time favorite place for juices and they also serve good shawarma and tikka sandwiches really good recommended if ordering anything Cafetria 👌

Bad smell

Ordered a charcoal chicken and Shish tawok. Charcoal was a very decent serve. But I was devastated with the shish tawok, the flavors and the bread was not really as expected.

I ordered grilled beef burger..to be very honest it was really pathetic..already delayed almost 20mins not even hot..French fries was absolutely Iceland fries..very bad experience from zomato.if u can't place order within the time pls decline the order.atleast show some respect for the food which we order.

Just ordered the ginger chicken and it was undercooked and literally raw in the inside of the chicken pieces. Been ordering for hot burger for so many years, very disappointed with the experience.

Strawberry juice was like a coloured water ,with alot of sugar. And sweet melon was a disaster

ordered the food 15 minutes in advance and had it five minutes later. the chicken was chewy and cold. and the fries tasted like it came out of a microwave. kinda disappointed because a lot of my friends recommended this place for a cheap but tasty bite. had the zinker crunchy mayo sandwich. the sauces used were tasty

I ordered a nutella milkshake and it wasn't good at all I have ordered it before and it was good before but now it wasn't good at all. I called them and told them but they told me they can't do anything about it. Very bad customer service.

One of the BEST chicken charcoal OR chicken wings are from hot burger guaranteed!!! Their home delivery service is on time. Best part They’re open 24hrs .. fresh juices or milkshakes are great & super affordable.

Around 6-7 years ago, in one family gatherings my relative had bought their Chicken Charcoal. That time I loved it and I was awestruck that how a cafeteria can manage such great taste.<br/><br/>Although I had charcoals from various other cafeterias, last night after work I spotted hot burger around Majaz. Me and my friends went as we were very hungry.<br/><br/>We ordered one full chicken charcoal spicy and one pepper chicken charcoal. Although I was expecting the same flavor from all the other cafeterias in this one too, the normal chicken charcoal tasted excellent. It was red colour and actually very tasty and spicy. It gave me the same flavour which I had 6-7 years ago and I was very satisfied. <br/>The pepper chicken charcoal was also good with great spices.<br/><br/>Loved their hummus and garlic. But the staffs can be very rude to you. When they served the charcoal and I asked for garlic, the waiter with a rude tone said “it’s coming wait”. We don’t expect such behavior. First of all the food was late and this attitude was unexpected.<br/><br/>But the food was very great. Loved it.<br/>Oreo shake is decent, more of ice than the original oreo content.<br/><br/>Recommended 🔥

Feel its underrated as its satisfying customers being a medium scale 24/7 fast food joint ! Sanswiches and burgers are satisfactory ofcourse the juices.<br/>Shawarma needs improvment.

Items i tried in majaz branch :<br/>1. Chicken burger : nomral taste<br/>2.banana shake : taste good and creamy comes with vimto mix inside<br/>3.avocado juice: most recommend juice in the menu. Nice blend with the honey mix<br/>4. Shrimp pizza : horrible, its frozen pizza heated for order. ( All the pizzas in menu are Frozen by the way 😰<br/>5. Chicken 65 club : sweet tasty red sauce and delicious<br/>6. Fried chicken (kfc) : juicy and crunchy crust. But one problem is there is no spicy option. All fried chicken comes normal 😞<br/>7. Butterfly shrimp combo : not enough shrimp inside sandwich. No value for money<br/>8. Charcoal chicken : fresh and juicy and has nice spice kick. Very recommended<br/>9. Angus beef burger : my favorite of all items. High quallity beef Patty with amazing sauce .<br/>10. Mega Hot dog : tasty and filling<br/>11. Fantasia : it is chicken nuggets with mozarella cheese inside tortilla bread sandwich. New invention and taste good<br/>

The food was fine and what you might expect from a cafeteria but they are ALWAYS late on their deliveries. Allow an entire hour for delivery... even when the store is LITERALLY across the street!

Feels bad to give such low rating to one of my fav nd most ordered from places. Mutton Tikka Yogurt was d order. taste wise, u deserved a 4 or a 5. but d pieces were so hard nd chewy i had to discard dem. i expected tender pieces frm such a veteran outlet. d pieces were also smoky nd really well marinated. but clearly not cooked properly.

Excellent restaurant for charcoal chicken... they serve good juices as well as sandwiches also...their fries are too soggy...but a good place for a quick snack...their orders are usually delayed every time

Worst food ever. I ordered Chicken chukka and they delivered after 1hr 15min with rotten piece of chicken with capsicum. No way it was like chukka. Parathas were hard like rubber. In past I also ordered Chicken charcoal twice and chickens were half cooked. Bad food. I will never order from them again.

Worst food & worst service - We visited this branch of hot burger yesterday, we were the only customer's during that time. We made an order of 1 spicy shawarma, 1 Angus beef burger (which should be grilled as per the menu) and cane juice. After ordering the food we waited arnd 30 mints to be served as the 4/5 waiters and 2 cooks were very busy packing the delivery orders. We asked several times for our order, atlast we were served. Only thing which was edible was the cane juice. I don't know why they name some cardboard piece of meat or something as Angus beef burger, if u can't serve the things which is mentioned on your menu better you stick to normal beef or chicken burgers don't copy some name from Google and put it on your menu. Also we can see the lack of supervising.

Ordered the spicy chicken shawarma from Hot Burger and just like the name it's probably the spiciest one in the area! This one is with tahina, not garlic sauce. Whether or not that's a good thing is completely up to individual preference, but I tend to prefer it this way. <br/><br/>As of now, this is my family's go-to shawarma place when we need to order some home. For the price, it just can't be beaten (unless you're a garlic person, then you'll have other ideas!)

I've had shawerma's from almost all of the hot burger outlets but this one is the best one, one of the spiciest shawerma that I've had till now, it's crunchy and good.<br/>

They own extremely tasty sandwich called Chicken 65 Sandwich. Highly recommend everyone to give a try.<br/><br/>The only concern about Hot Burger is their delivery time. They tell you 20 minutes but deliver in no less than hour. This one needs to be considered when ordering a food.

Fast service and cheap good food for enjoying meal and there delivery is the best it's free and fast and they have the best mayo zinger and shawarma

Have been there a few times. You get what you pay for but I do like how fast they are and their juices are quite good as well. Dined in once and found it to be clean and the ambience is not bad either. If in a hurry and need a quick meal this is a better place to go than branded fast food outlets

Usually order takeaways. Been there once at the diner, decent place. <br/>Shawormas are great especially the spicy chicken one. I've tried the avocado juice which was quite satisfying. Pizzas are quite surprising, cheap and totally worth it. The chicken tikka and the pepperoni pizza are a must try. Overall, an amazing place.

Have been eating from hot burger since I was a young kid. I recently went there for breakfast with my mother and we ordered a bunch of things to eat. Definitely a good experience.<br/>I ordered a burger chicken and an omelette sandwich and on the other hand my mother ordered a vegetable club sandwich. A nice meal overall a break from the regular South Indian breakfasts. My personal favourite however is the sharwarma with extra tahini sauce.<br/>And they may be one of only sharwarma shops on that side of al Wadha street who is that good.

Food is yummy... mayo zinger is highly recommended. But juice is not recommended at all as it is full of sugar... i just didnt like it at all...

Try the charcoal grill chicken... Just amazing... Very economical and tasty good service... Was doubtful but worth every penny.. Not sure about other dishes.. Must try later...

Just finished eating and couldn't wait to review this place. Amazing is the word. The service was nice. The delivery was fairly fast which had me thinking the food is probably stale at 6.30am but when I unpacked the steaming hot food I was in awe. The food was so hot and fresh, the price was super affordable, and the delivery man had a big smile on his face although the order was only worth 22 aed. The chicken was so succulent and moist in the centre just cooked to perfection. Perfect seasoning and the ingredients were seemingly fresh too. I'm glad I tried this place out. You should too!

open 24 hours and located quite close to my house, they always prepare fresh sandwiches the regardless of what time of the day it is. With my abnormal working hours, this is one of the few places I often visit to grab a quick chicken sandwich or burger and they never dissapoint.
