I tried over the Dynamite burger loaded with dynamite shrimp, lettuce, astoria spicy sauce and its served in a butter bun. The burger was delectable and succulent. The flavour hits your taste buds and i totally loved it. They definetly need to look upon their prices , as i felt it was quite overpriced!

This shop has undeniablly the best cheetos burger that I have ever had ! The cheetos remain crisp ( not turn soggy) and the patty along with sauces is just too good to be true. Situated in University city I would recommed every burger fan to try out this place !
Since I study at American University of Sharjah, I always try to eat from different restaurants on University City Road. I ordered the Chicken Chips Oman Burger (AED 32) and the Cheese Fries (AED 14) and I received it in a very well packaged box and the time for delivery wasn't long as well. The burger was really good and the crunchiness of the chips made the burger really appetizing. The fries were also really good.

I had seen astoria burger coming up time and again in my suggestions, but i never thought of going that way. One morning i was way early to work and decided to take a detour and chdck this place out. Of course it was morning and the restaurant was closed. I had a quick view of the small shop and was on my way to my office. After maybe a week i had the chance to go and get a burger from.this joint.
Yes, thats a better word to call it. Its more of a joint rather than a restaurant. Only seating space available for a max of 8 people and 8 also would be called crowded. This is the only reason i deducted half a star from 5.
So, i ordered one and only one thing fearing i was wasting mh money on the burger as my 2 previous exp's were not that gr8 with other restaurants. The item which i ordered was the GLORIOUS, YUMMY , TASTY, DELICIOUS, FULFILLING ASTORIA CHICKEN BURGER.
Although it wasnt italian but i am going with the phrase
"Mamma Mia" It was delicious. Nothing like i had ever tasted before. Burger was soft, slightly buttery maybe. Chicken was crispy and tasty. Cheese was thoroughly melted and juicy. Lettuce was fresh. Overall just a great burger when one wants to enjoy. Anytime. Gr8 work guys over at the restaurant.

If we were solely given the rating based on value for money, then Astoria burger, would get full marks.This little cute eatery is more focusing on take away concept and hence the seating capacity is less than 15 pacs. I know, it might just be a glorified fast food cheese burger , but where Astoria’s shines is, in its gamey patties with specialized cheetos fillings, soft buns, sticky cheese and generous slathering of sauces, then I should give a 4 out of 5.Don’t you guys think so..?

Astoria Burger is a burger joint tucked away in the streets of Muweilah.
Starters : The Dynamite Shrimps, YUM IN THE TUMS! Cheesy Cheetos Fries, Loved it! Jalapeno Cheesy Sticks were average but they did a pretty good job with all of it.
Mains : the Astoria Chicken Burger was my faaaaavorite because I’m not a fan of all the fancy shmancy burgers and this was a pretty basic fried chicken burger but they NAILED IT! The Cheetos chicken and Barbeque chicken burgers are juicy and saucy and youll definitely make a MESS! And I think that gives y’all one more reason to try it ❤️ they also have a DYNAMITE SHRIMP BURGER that you is obviously quite saucy and juicy. Beef lovers, there’s some lip smacking options for y’all as well.
Drinks : Mojitos Red Berries and Passion Fruit&Strawberry; the P&S was a little too sweet for me but it was VERY REFRESHING, especially in this heat here in Dubai! Red Berries Mojito was equally refreshing. Now moving on to the Milkshakes; they have Vanilla, Nutella and Lotus flavors. I tried the Lotus Milkshake and it was the BOMB’ It can be shared by two and it’s made with the creamiest Vanilla soft serve which made it equivalent to having Dessert!

Off late, the choice of dine in or the item I order ends up as a burger. Clearly not a good and healthy sign, but come on life is all about cheating the daily routine. No doubt there are a few brands in the Emirati market that offers fitness oriented burger and sandwiches, but I like to stick to the policy of if you do it you got to do it big.
There are many newbie Emirati burger joints that have emerged recently, thereby increasing the overall competition in the market. However, something I have noticed and which fascinates me is the concept of keeping the menu simple. I personally prefer to call them #HiddenGems. Unlike the day to day cafeteria that uses ready-made frozen patties, such dedicated burger joints follow the process of developing in-house burger patties with a touch of their own mix. Everything is freshly prepared in-house itself.
One such joint is Astoria Burger which located on Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (Sharjah Emirate). They have kept the menu simple mainly with the option of a few appetizers, burger meat & chicken, few dessert and freshly prepared mojitos. The ratio of quality price and quantity, are all on the positive curve. However, the only downside I felt is the lack of space in the outlet. Therefore, I would recommend Astoria Burger as an apt takeaway option. Parking? Ample of space right outside the outlet.
I was unaware of the brand till I was invited by my foodie bloggers to join them for a mini kitty party session. The pecks of dining with other bloggers, is the willingness to share and to try out multiple options from the menu.
From the appetizer section, we ordered a Dynamite Shrimp (AED 25) and a Cheetos fries with cheese (AED15). Out of the two,, #MyFavourite pick would be the Dynamite Shrimp, simply because of the bang-on homemade sauce and the perfect crunch it had in every bite. I would like to stress on the word homemade mainly because of the genuine and simple flavor the sauce had.
This doesn’t mean that Cheetos fries would not deserve the limelight attention it deserves. The simple combination of French fries topped with melted cheese and crushed Cheetos chips is something unique It is a decent pick with ample quantity and the right amount of gooey cheese. However, the fries got soggy over time.
From the main burger section, we ordered Astoria Chicken Burger (AED 25); Chicken Cheetos Burger (AED 29) and Astoria Burger (AED 28)
Let me start off with #MyFavourite and the one I chose as my pick, which is none other than the Astoria Chicken Burger. The burger is prepared from a deep-fried breaded chicken fillet along with cheese and chicken sauce. The chicken sauce is yet another #SecretSauce of the brand. To add an extra crunchiness and a health factor in the burger, fresh lettuce is also used. This burger is phenomenal and could be considered as the right definition of a crunchy-cheesy melt fix.
As the other two burgers were ordered by my fellow bloggers, I was unable to experience a full-fledged flavor and taste. But never the less, from what they commented I could sense a positive feel about the sliders.
Chicken Cheetos Burger (AED 29) is very similar to the Astoria Chicken Burger but a few changes which would be the replacement of chicken sauce with a special spicy sauce making the slider hot. Another difference would the extra crunch element which would be the use of crushed Cheetos chips.
Astoria Burger (AED 28) is a simple preparation of grilled beef patty with melted cheese and beef sauce. The healthy element that comes with the burger would be the use of an extra veggie instead of one which would be tomato and lettuce.
As a lubricant to our rush eating, we ordered the Passion Strawberry Mojito (AED 15). The mix of citrus and berry was very refreshing and soothing. A must-have mojito especially during scorching summers and humid evenings.
The #BestSeller and the highlights from the menu would be the Lotus Ice cream and the Lotus Milkshake with crushed lotus biscuits and lotus spread. Lotus Ice Cream is the usual vanilla ice cream although with right thickness. It was a perfect delight to indulge with lotus spread topping.

This place also serves some seriously mean burgers. Their burgers are huge and I loved the Chicken Cheetos Burger 😍. It’s both huge and the Cheetos improves the flavor.
The Mojitos were really refreshing and it had the right amount of sweetness. But the star was their Nutella Milkshake 😍 We totally fell in love with it ! It was hands down of the best Milkshakes we had till now 🙌🏼

My most favorite being the chicken BBQ burger because it was so juicy and the fried chicken soaked in BBQ sauce made me want to have it all at once!
The chicken Cheetos burger which was filled with vibrant red crushed Cheetos apart from being totally instaworthy it was the perfect blend of crispy fried chicken, Cheetos, cheese and lots of sauce.
I would have to say the drinks were a little too sweet for me, when it comes to mojitos I always prefer less syrup and more ice 👍🏻Although from the drinks I would recommend the passion strawberry mojito over the red berries mojito
From the appetizer I tried the dynamite shrimp which are everyone's favorite and you can never go wrong with those plus their Cheetos fries which was a new and attractive addition to their previous menu
Loved the crispy French fries topped with cheese sauce and crushed crunchy cheetos which were quite filling
And ofcourse I had to end my meal with a sweet treat so I went with their lotus milkshake which you will surely love if you like thick sweet milkshakes and ofcourse it's a fantasy milkshake for all the lotus lovers out there
Overall love the new additions to their menu, it's worth the 💰

What i had - Dynamite Shrimps , Cheese Jalapenos , Cheetos fries with cheese as appetizers. Dynamite Shrimps was bang on with their special sauce and crispiness , Cheetos fries is quite different and worth a try. Passion fruit Strawberry mojito really cooled the inside me 😀

The passion fruit strawberry drink is one of my fav in this place. The cheetos fries are a Must try the gooey cheese and the crunchy cheetos makes the fries more special. The astoria burger which is juicy and the perfect combination of sauces with the soft buns. Though did not enjoy the mushroom burger much. The dynamite shrimps were good.
A burger has to be thick fatty cheesy and thats exactly what astoria gives you ;). A very normal burger nothing very different but the flavours are just right 👍🏻 their fries are so satisfying!!

This joint is definitely doing some things right, not all. The reason being that I ordered in the BRB chicken burger, there was way too much of barbeque sauce. Way too much. The burger was good but not the excessive sauce. The other thing, it took them 40 minutes to get it to me even though I just live 5 minutes away.
The burger is so delicious, i request mushroom burger and was amazing, but the problem in size i was think that i will receive more big burger like burger 200g or 300g but what i receive 75g burger and i pay 35 AED for the 75g burger, if they make 200g and 300g burgers this will be wow.

This place has decent burgers and is located in Sharjah? I'm sold.
I'm not ashamed to admit that my biggest reason for giving them a 5 is its proximity to where I live. Astoria Burger is literally just minutes away from my flat, and somehow I managed to never eat a meal there until their gracious manager, Mr. Ahmad invited me for a tasting. I've heard good things from fellow bloggers, and obviously read other such pleasantries about them via the Zomatmosphere, but never felt the gravitational pull of this place, and that's probably a pity.
I woke up one morning to a very loud tummy grumbling and decided to satisfy my burger hunger in this joint. The atmosphere is laid back but very narrow. To be honest I would spend a great deal of time hating on their lack of eating room, if the food hadn't been awesome. It is my goal to try everything here eventually and went ahead and ordered four of their famous burgers and added some cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, cheese jalapenos and did I mention I also got a plate of dynamite shrimp, because why wouldn't I? I definitely ate more than my fair share of this. The burgers are amazing and there are a myriad of variations to choose from: Double Astoria, Spicy Beef Bacon, Mushroom and Astoria Chicken - you can't go wrong no matter what kind you're feeling. They actually listen to your preferences here when you ask for something to be made less or more. The patties of the Double Astoria were done really well. Their Mushroom Burger is pretty good, but the Astoria Chicken Burger is better. The dynamite shrimp is a lot of little tasty crustaceans for not a lot of money. They're very well-seasoned and flavorful, which is really impressive. I took a huge bite of the Spicy Beef Bacon burger and it turned out to be excellent, non-greasy, and served with their secret spicy sauce, which made an awesome complement. I was also able to snag a few bites of the fries and cheese sticks, and they were delectable. There were a variety of refreshing drinks to choose from as well: Blue Ice, Red Berries, Strawberry Gum and Wild Mint. All of them were well-made, strong, and pleasing to the eye. I'd recommend them.
Astoria Burger is a win, as far as flavors are concerned. My overall experience was great and service is 5 stars all the way. If you're a burger fanatic in Sharjah and you're starving or on a budget, this is definitely the spot for you. My only real complaint is that it's kind of a tiny space, I just wouldn't have a very large party here. Beyond that, I'm sure that Astoria has plenty to offer that's delicious, and I plan to come back and find out what those things are! I wish I had known about this place earlier, and they've got pretty delectable lotus ice cream to boot.

I also love their astoria fries, however i think that they pour a little too much sauce on it, i give it a rating of 8/10.

Sharjah University City keeps impressing me with their hidden gems. Never in the world would I have thought that a burger place as good as Astoria could be found in such a segregated part of the city, but there is was, Astoria Burger shining bright with it's delicious burgers and appetizers. If I didn't know any better, I would think that this was an international franchise food chain!
Their burgers are super juicy and their buns are buttery and moist! Each bite was better than the last! I tried number of their burgers and my personal favorite has to be the classic, perfectly titles "Astoria Burger". It's fresh grilled meat, vegetables, melting cheese and delicious sauce complemented the burger excellently! I am sure that it is a best seller!
I also tried a number of their appetizers and I loved them! Their cheese fries are delicious! Their cheese jalapeños are to die for! But my personal favorite appetizer was their Dynamite Shrimp! Oh my god, they were SO GOOD! And for only 25dhs? What a steal!
Overall, Astoria Burger is definitely a hidden gem. If you live, work or study in that area, I highly suggest you check out Astoria Burger!

I ordered Astoria Beef Burger and fries. Fries was one of the best I've ever had in my life. About the beef burger, it's really smooth and we feel the taste of it inside us.
My friend ordered Chicken BBQ Burger and he said it was mouthwatering.

Ordered the Astoria chicken burger . The delivered is fast to my car. The taste is good . The service ia quick but there was only one problem which i would like to address the serving portion was small and they dont even offer extras with it . On tonight's wolfie prowl, Der Volfe MAc treats you to a special late night food prowling ✌🐺.
Now university road has certainly become the who's who spot in sharjah for good quality slick contemporary F&B, and of course, Burgers 😁🍔....juicy tasty round burgers.
Astoria has definitely pronounced itself.
Service is lightning fast ☇☇☇. We barely started chatting after placing the order and in less than the minutes the burgers were served on the table, perfectly cooked and perfectly prepared...not rushed at all.
The patty is juicy and smoky. The chicken patty is perfectly breaded and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The special sauce is so good you just want to eat it by itself.
Their signature buttery bun is a fluffy soft cloud of doughy goodness that is perfectly contrasted with crisp cold veggies and then just before you finish the bite, you hit a warm juicy patty. Every bite is as good as the first.
The assortment of side items are all equally satisfying, especially the jalapeño bites ✌.
And like their sister cafeteria Labenah w Zaatar, the Mojitos 🍹 are wickedly good....perfectly sweetened and satisfyingly thirst quenching.
Nothing on the menu disappoints.
And finally, #macsshoutout to Ahmed El Disooqi, the restaurant manager who sets a perfect example of hositapilaty. I have never been disappointed whenever I visit Astoria or Labenah w Zaatar.

I love this sharjah university area, as you get many option to select , Astoria burger was one of such spot , we checked in the lotus ice cream was yum . The Astoria beef slider was okay ,felt patty needed to more flavour . The french fries were great loaded with cheddar cheese and jalapeños.The cheese was too much . The mozeralla cheese sticks were good and also the drink was good.

Who would have thought a place like Sharjah which is so underestimated in terms of everything and people generally do not visit here with the fear of traffic would host some amazing food joints. The good part is that University road of Sharjah promotes some local talent and restaurants. One such gem here is the Astoria Burger joint which has a very limited menu and staff running around the stopping cars to take and deliver the orders.
They have beautiful and simple interiors with some interesting write ups and a nice wall. Some good seating space so I would personally prefer sitting inside and having the warm fresh food instead of placing an order from the car. The staff too are lovely and quick to assist. The menu is simple and features burgers, fries, soft drinks, and mojitos. They also have ice creams. The beef burgers are more of a specialty here and the Astoria Beef is they’re fastest selling. They also have some very different varieties of mojitos like gum, lemongrass, and berries.
Here’s what I tried:
Astoria Fries: Spicy Jalapenos with Astoria special sauce and cheese, this was every bit yummy. Its damn crispy and going to mention this again – Spicy. I loved these and gulped them down while sipping on my sweet mojito. Yum o meter: 5/5
The chicken Astoria Burger: Cheesy with Special spicy Astoria sauce and fresh lettuce. This one is spicy and crispy. I loved the fresh melt in your mouth buns and the extra crispy chicken. It’s so mouthwatering I am craving this as I write about it. Yum o meter: 10/5
Chicken BBQ: Strong taste of BBQ so if this is not your taste, I wouldn’t recommend it. The Smokey BBQ flavor was the king in this one with plenty of fresh jalapenos, red bell peppers and the soft bun. I liked this one but I still preferred the Astoria chicken better. This one is damn spicy so beware. Yum o meter: 4/5
Berries Mojito: This one was too sweet for me with a mix of all berries, lemon, ice, and mint. It was yummy and helped me with the spicy food that I had ordered. I wouldn’t drink this without the food though as it was too sweet, so if you prefer your mojito a little less sweet, do advise them to keep the sugar syrup content low. Yum o meter: 3.5/5
Lotus Ice cream: I liked the lotus ice cream it was a sweet end to the meal. It was just write in terms of sweetness, taste, flavor, and quantity. Yum o meter: 4.5/5
This place is just a year old but has become a talk of the town already among local crowd. Ahmed the restaurant manger was really hospitable and suggested to try the mozzarella sticks on my next visit. I really enjoyed my experience here and this place is definitely a drive down the busy lanes of Sharjah.

Well let's come to the main thing FOOD.
For starters we had their best seller cheese fries, and mozzarella sticks and let me tell you all those calories were worth it.
For drinks we had their best seller red berries, it was so good and so refreshing.
For the burgers we had the famous Astoria burger and the spicy beef bacon burger which had cheese oozing out I know *drools* .
For dessert we opted for lotus ice cream because well you can never get tired of lotus and boy oh boy was that GOOD. Perfect for summers or UAE winters.
Definitely a must visit.

I have been living in sharjah for the last 1 year and during this time period many food joints have been proliferating on university road hence, leaves you to visit this area again and again. Astoria Burger as name suggest is a burger joint with a limited menu but with great taste and presentation. Interior wise this place is no short of contemporary upscale cafe. Boasting spacious space for sitting let you to sink in the luxury of dine in laid back style.
Lately Sharjah has been giving us a lot of reasons to head to the city and we don’t mind that at all, especially since one of us is a former resident of the Emirate. This time around we visited Astoria Burger, a quirky, no frills burger restaurant with a concise menu that is located close to University City Sharjah. One of us is a former student of the American University of Sharjah and this got us thinking about how much the area in close proximity to the University has changed. From having almost nothing outside of the University City area, there are now umpteen restaurants and many of them really cool!
A small burger joint recently opened its doors in the university city . Decent ambience with friendly staff . Vanessa the server took great care of us , I Decided to go for the Astoria burger and the BBQ chicken burger both of them were freshly prepared and served within 10 mins of time . Both of them were really good in taste . I also had tried Astoria fries which were spicy and tasty . Mozarella sticks were not good at all , it was not well cooked and the cheese was too hard inside .
Apart from the food for the drinks we had the Astoria cocktail and passion strawberry both of them were really good and for the ice creams we had lotus and vanilla icecream which were pretty decent . The owner Mr. Ahmad joined us later on and he was quiet friendly and spoke a lot about this burger joint .
I do love a burger joint which offers few options and makes sure each one is unique in flavor. One such burger joint that I enjoyed was at Astoria Burger located in Sharjah. Tucked away from the main city is a small burger joint offering the best! Not so far from University of Sharjah this place is a must try.

A lot of cool places have opened up in Sharjah of late and we've been having a ball trying them out! We had a recent tasting at another quirky little restaurant that is located close to the prominent University City. Astoria Burger flaunts a menu of (obviously) burgers, a few types of fries, some colorful drinks and desserts! Here's what we had:
BURGERS & SIDES
- Astoria Chicken Burger
- chicken BBQ burger
- Spicy beef bacon burger
- Cheese fries
DRINKS
- Blue Ice
- Passion Strawberry
In a nutshell, the burgers are delicious and don't even fill you up in a bad way! The flavors are distinct, the buns soft and tasty and the patties, perfect. The cheese fries are a nice accompaniment to boot.
For dessert we tried the Lotus and Chocolate ice creams and they made for a lovely end to the meal. Lotus fans can rejoice for they have another option to add to the list. And for those not keen on Lotus you can either have the chocolate or Vanilla options.
Overall, we liked Astoria and will definitely be returning for those 🍔
Sharjah is coming up many new small quick bite joints where young crowd can come and have good time with good food. University road is one of the area where it is becoming a hub of many restaurants like this l. Astoria burger is one of those places where you will be impressed with food and simple ambiance both.
This is my second time ordering from astoria burger, so first time I had the chicken astoria burger: it was really yummy specially i added the melty cheese as well. It tasted like SALT's chicken burger except it didn't have cheetos in it.
This time I ordered the astoria burger (beef) it was saucy and yummy, however the beef was medium done and I'd prefer it to be well done, I also had the cheesy fries.. yum yum yum🍔👅
Amazing food and excellent service 👍🏾
Food: I've only tried the double burger, it was really juicy and tasted like real meat was used in it not like other burgers which taste like plastic.
Service: Very friendly staff and quick service as well overall excellent.
Overall: absolutely perfect really enjoyed the burger only downside is the price considering the location.
Such good food in a little hidden place in Sharjah. Excellent for university students. They have a wide variety of burgers and desserts which are best when with friends and craving some yummy fast food. The chicken burgers are very flavourful! I'll definitely be going back!

Tucked away in the university area, this place offers varieties of burgers and other snacks & drinks! We went there for lunch and the place was big enough to dine in and not just takeaway. For drinks we had:
🔸 Red berries-5/5 A tall glass that had a very strong flavor of berries which i loved! Very refreshing too.
🔸Blue ice-4/5 A simple lemonade with a slight twist of blue syrup.
🔸Astoria classic-5/5 A minty mojito that had generous amout of lemon and mint. Refreshing to beat the heat.
Overall i really like the presentation of these drinks with colourful straws.
For main course we had:
🔸Astoria chicken burger-5/5 The deep fried chicken was cooked extremely well and was served in a soft bun. Cheesy, warm and made freshly, we loved it.
🔸Chicken bbq burger-5/5 Another favorite! The burger was a crazy combination of sweet and spicy because of the bbq sauce and a lot of jalepenos. Bursting with flavors. Must try.
The burgers were presented so well and the green crunchy lettuce made it more appealing
For sides we had:
🔸Cheese fries-4/5 A lot of cheese dripped on fries, its best to eat it hot!
🔸Mozzarella sticks-5/5 Super cheesy and just a bite of it was so satisfying. Deep fried mozzarella sticks made a perfect starter. For cheese lovers
🔸Lotus icecream-5/5 DO not miss out on this! A large quanity of soft icecream drizzled with lotus syrup makes the best dessert.
Overall, the staff were friendly and the service was quick. Will be back here soon.
