(التعليق الأصلي) Worse experience ever in a Hardees Joint. And no it's not the food, the attitude of some lazy, arrogant staffs working there. Nayera hesham who is Arabic speaking lady, takes our order wrong, replies rude to my wife when she asks why there is no juice in kids meal, but she forced her to buy coke for our infact child, as they were out of juice. Gives us a vibrating notification instrument which vibrates in 2 mind of giving order. She takes out instrument and made us wait for 10 mins, giving food to ppl who ordered after us. We got very upset, called the manager, who sadly was worse than the staffs in handling the guests. We got super angry when she told us the vibrating instrument has no meaning, your food will be ready when it's has to be ready. Ridiculous! Ia going to hardees head office to complain against these unprofessionals, but I thought it will be better if I write a negative review and let the world know about them. Hardees is good food. But sagara center staff should be replaced one and all.

(التعليق الأصلي) Just had super star beef burger with regular fries and drinks. I chose this burger as the display said it was the most popular and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy and had a unique flavour. There were lot of sauces in it and it added to the richness. The fries could have been a bit more flavourful though it had a nice texture. Appreciate if they could do some R&D in developing a wrap that can withstand the juicy sauces so that things wouldn’t get messy.

(التعليق الأصلي) Low rating because of the terrible attitude by one of the Arab staff. I don't know his nationality or his name, but I have never seen a person taking orders with so much attitude. I've met many other Arab staffs at different outlets who make sure the customer has a great time and chat well with them. Usually they're very friendly people. This particular guy had a really bad attitude though. Not spoiling the whole thing, we just came here for curly fries and we loved it :) We had it spicy and got an extra cheese dipping. It's a nice comfort food.

Hardees burgers are known for their juicy and tasty beef patty . And so these burgers are the must try . We always go for drive thru option and whenever we go out with kids and thus Hardee’s is the beat option . It’s too yummy plus filling . When you are shopping with a growling stomach and you see your childhood eatery nearby, you would definitely want to eat there. So me and my better half ordered mushroom super star sandwich. The double patty really took the hunger away!<br/><br/>Hardee's meals are incomplete without their signature curly spicy fries. I ordered 1.5hrs back and didnt receive my order. When i tried calling the restaurant no one picks up, after trying again n again when the line finally gets connected the staff says we are nt able to find your order on our system kindly pls connect to d team thru which you placed the order.... I mean like seriously just trying to get rid off the customer.

I ordered home delivery, and usually when I order my food arrives in 30-35 minutes. This time, I ordered at 10:20 pm and my order was expected to arrive at 11pm and I did not mind that. However, 11pm came and there was still no order, then when I called to cancel the order they said it was on the way and the order ended up arriving at 12:30am!! This is highly unacceptable and I am very disappointed in this horrible service.

Lovely service, kind and smiling service can by itself bring happiness and extra taste to the food. Their latest spicy chicken is to die for... the spiciness on point. Their biscuits dipped in honey...oooo... my mouth waters just thinking of it. Would I go there again... obvio 👍

Had ordered lunch from here. The service is really very good and their online website also is smooth and very easy. The delivery was quick and on time. They have many great lunch deals for just 12 dhs. I hd their chicken wrap with ranch sauce and drink and fries. They also have diff variety and burgers avaliable too. Curly fries are their must try items.

I have ordered 1 sandwich and 1 burger. Food was good, especially the sandwich but delivery time was 1:30h, 40 minutes longer than what stated while ordering. Also unable to contact the restaurant through phone for 20 minutes

I ordered angus thick burger and loaded fries <br/>Burger size was pretty big but the quantity of salad with in the burger was very less, i ate that burger after dinner but it looked like a snack as it did not satisfied the craving.<br/>About the loaded fries- fries was old and damages, very few in quantity and was only topped with cheese and few jalapeño.

If they allow to rate -100 Stars that will be perfect because I ordered and after TWO HOURS I called their call center On hold for like 15 mins then after that they answered saying that the order doesn’t EXIST & Not showing on the system ! P.S : I BOOKED THRU ZOMATO they are ready to help but when it come to unprofessional restaurant in terms of customer service and punctuality They will ruin the App‘S Reputation ! The burger was fresh in appearance but fries were not hot. The burger actually looked more like the picture you get. This outlet has its own seating area off the main food court area offering more privacy . The service was excellent , my son forgot to say he did not want sauce in the burger and they changed it straight away with not even a single hint that they would lose an order. Good job guys !

Omg. Ordered the jalapeno fried chicken burger with curly fries was yummilicious. Tasty and spicy with that special fries took the burger to another level. Really recommend this burger.

I have only one complaint and that is that the burgers are too good and I can’t stop eating them. I always order 2 big boss burgers and it’s just too delicious.

Hardee’s i wanted to try this place for long but was missing out. Finally i decided to hog on to their burger’s . I ordered Hardee’s special double cheese chicken burger. The burger was great it was quite filling for a person, chessy & soft bun. I also ordered chicken strips , it was 3big pieces with mayo dip. It was good. Not something out of the world but decent taste. Delivery was very fast in 25mins exact. Hardees curly fries are legendary by now especially the spicy ones. This outlet was was not very clean. <br/><br/>The  bread is always fresh in Hardees, the burgers need to be more juicier or taste or they taste like cardboard. Tried their promotion item - Chicken burger - it was good. and asked for a extra heap of jalapenos. <br/><br/>Service was mechanical - and i agree with what a fellow zomato reviewer has said that the servers have a bit of an attitude problem, which i witnessed as well. <br/><br/>Prices are normal food court price. This location had separate cordoned off seating and hence was good in an otherwise crowded weekend rush.

The burgers are not bad... Simple, but full of flavours. Everything is in balance. Not too overwhelming with sauce. The twister fries is same as Burger king, but still very good. A good in between snack or small meal.

Absolutely love Hardee’s Spicy curly fries! The burger and the cola and the chicken strips came as an added bonus when I ordered the combo meal. Lolz... unfortunately one really twisted large crispy fry was raw in the centre... 😪 But it was a Thursday evening, got home after battling 2 hours of traffic just in time to watch my fav series on TV .... was all good!

I dont really go to Hardees much and don't even remember the last time I went there. However for National Day they had an offer so a friend and I decided to try it out. For 46 bucks we got 2 burgers, 2 drink, 2 ice cream sandwiches, chicken bites and fries. For the burger we got the beef with mushroom and the Santa Fe. I really liked their burgers the Santa Fe had a subtle spice to it. Also the cookie of the ice cream sandwich wasn't soggy so that was good too.

Nice restaurant , I really enjoyed the chicken fingers and the side sauce. The best part of my meal at Hardee's was the beef burger. Juicy and delicious beef with spicy jalapeño really made my day. I also tried the chicken burger which was equally as good.the food was served quick and hot.

Hardees is just any other regular, average fast food restaurant. There's nothing too special about the place, everything is okay and nice. Many options in the menu.

When I have to choose between outlets for my burger treats, I usually prefer KFC or McDonalds. But hey, this review is about Hardee's, so going to keep it to that. I am saying as I chose Hardee's today because of their Frisco Tower Challenge, a sandwich that they have been marketing quite extensively all over the food court area in Sahara Centre, Sharjah.<br/><br/>To start with, the sandwich is not a tower, as put up on their ads. I read a review by a person on the internet recently who was seen complaining about the same, that the size of their tower sandwich needs to be questioned. It truly is, because after receiving the order from a charming young lady at the counter, I was surprised to see the size of the sandwich and had to double check if it was the Frisco Tower that I had ordered. Even though the order was right, it wasn't big enough as I expected.<br/><br/>Enough of the size complain, coming to the taste now.<br/>"Not very great". The first bite brought a hint of a surprise flavour (something similar to the feeling that I had when I first tried the Rice from Chicken Tikka Inn), but that surprise feeling vanished almost instantly when I figured out that the taste wasn't that great. To put it short, I didn't like their Tower sandwich much.<br/><br/>Yet still, I'd visit them again for their crispy curls which is a treat to have. Worst food ever. Ordered chicken tender meal which was served cold and not at all fresh. Even the chicken nuggets were the same. <br/><br/>I had to ask them for each and everything like sauce, salts, fries that comes with meal separately as they served an incomplete order. <br/><br/>Never again to sahara center hardees.

I love it for it's Angus Thick burger and the spicy French fries. I would eat umpteen no. Of them if weren't on the borderline of cholesterol 😀

When you tire of two legged winged creatures that are fried with much fanfare nextdoor, read KFC, you must crave what Hardees can and KFC cannot. Good old greasy and beef fillets sandwiched between bread (an excuse to call it burger). The juicy beef patties are make for a sumptuous meal if you are in that kind of mood.
