مستوى اكله تحسن امثر عن اخر زيارة

مكان ودود و دافىء للاتقاء مع الاسرة أو الأصدقاء. من أفضل المطاعم التي تقوم وجباتك أستيك اللحم. يقدم خيارات واسعة من مختلف وجبات اللحوم والدجاج والهمبرغر أو المأكولات البحرية . عيبه الوحيد أرتفاع أسعاره المبالغ فيها .

أسوأ إدارة بالبوادي مول فرع مدينة العين وصدقا آخر مرة بزوره ومافي احترام للزبون أبدا المسؤول الكبير بالفرع سيئ المعاملة جدا ولا يهمه انزعاج الزبائن منه ومن سلوكه

أسعار مبالغ فيها. زحمة وتأخير في أوقات الوجبات

The ambiance was nice and the staff were welcoming. The food was just average. The woow factor was missing.

We happened to visit Bawadi Mall during our staycation in Al Ain and thought of trying out this outlet for lunch. We ordered a Tropical Raspberry Tea, Passion Fruit Smoothie, Wicked Chicken and Citrus Chilli Chicken. <br/>The raspberry tea had the bitter flavour of tea when it’s brewed for long. The smoothie was lipsmackingly delish. We all loved it. <br/>Among the mains, both had its ups and downs. The wicked chicken was better with its cajun-flavour. I was keen on ordering the citrus chilli chicken as it had chimichuri rice but that was a letdown. It could have been more flavourful.

Came in this branch in Bawadi Mall when I moved from Dubai last year,was relieved to see it and wanted to have a steak, I am a frequent customer in their Jumeirah branch. The hostess here was insulting and she did not bother to show me the menu insisting that I had my AirPods on. Was waiting for other waiters / waitresses to assist me in ordering food as I was famished and longing for the said steak for about 20 minutes but nobody came in the table where I was seated. There were only 2 occupied tables with mine being the 3rd. I complained to the manager ( he was not around at that time ) via phone call he apologized and offered me to go there to rectify the issue but I never went back. I feel I will just lose my appetite when I eat there and recalling the unpleasant experience I encountered when I first visited the place.

Oh my god it was horrible experience. They should do more training for their staff. Bad management. Bad food. Quesadilla was distributed into 4 non symmetrical pieces alone in a plate with no sauces no salads less chicken more cheese inside. If you are planning to eat a fine american food dont waste your money there !!

I just had a very bad food experience, I am really disappointed. Bad service, bad food presentation you feel here that you are not welcomed or they have a new saving policy , I think the management has been changed I used to come before it was almost good but today not at all, PLEASE do not waste your money again in this restaurant !!

As always, the customer service is poor. It took 20 mins for someone to take the order and over half an hour to serve the food which had to be reminded to the staff too. The food was served but nothing to eat it with. The dish I ordered had taco with it which were brought in 10 mins after bringing the main dish. The food was tasteless and didn't taste fresh at all.

The location is good for those who seek a good experience of Shopping and Great bite in the weekend.I love the place, it is nicely decorated... Steak and Seafood items are the best! but not for pastas... Price wise is slightly above the average..

The restaurant staff were just lovely and pleasing. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, relaxed and cool ambiance with attentive servers. I hope to be back for a visit in the future.

I like how Friday's always comes up with new menus to try as well as sharing options for family and groups.  Friendly staff and quick service, they also have refillable drinks which are always better!  Their appetizers alone can be filling but leave space for desserts because they're all delicious.

مع الاسف مستوى البورغر عندهم ضعيف. لولا الجبنه الاضافيه الي طلبتها كانت بتكون جافه جدا.<br/>ما جربت اصناف البورغر الاخرى ورحت للطلب الكلاسيكي الي يحمل اسم المطعم، ع اساس انه بيكون الاكثر أمانا.<br/><br/>البطاطس مع تشيلي صوص كانت كارثيه.. بطاطا عادية وبارده، عليها جبنه سايحه نفس الي في السينما مع الناتشوز، مع لحم مفروم بارد.<br/><br/>بشكل عام مستوى الاكل متوسط الى ضعيف ونادرا ما يثيرون الاعجاب بطبق او بآخر.<br/><br/>تجربة اليوم لا تستحق اكثر من 2.5/5

Very crowded, late service, taste is getting somehow worse not worth the waiting. Stopped serving the sticks as a welcome gesture (they were sooo goood)😐 would like to see them back on their feet and improving.<br/>

i have visited many friday outlets ,but i am sorry to write that the worst service is in TGI fridays ,bawadi mall branch. I went there and no one bothered to even give me the menu. It was not crowded and it was week day. I waited for 15 minutes and came out .I wrote the customer feed back and gave it to the lady who was standing in front .There has been no call or response till date. Very poor service

We loved the steaks here! The meat was superbly cooked and the sides were good too. We had the twister chips as a shared appetizer, which were very tasty and a lot of food even for two people.

Great Food and Service. The staff are well trained and always very pleasant. The food selection is amazing from burgers to steaks and mexican. Also their beverages are to die for. Must try!

LONG REVIEW ALERT !!! <br/><br/>Been a very disappointing experience twice, hence the review (a low rating alert was pre-informed to the management)<br/><br/>Family and myself are quite frequent to all the TGIF outlets. But with this particular outlet my back to back experience in a span of 5 days made me write this. <br/><br/>Ordered Rib Eye steak (my usual at TGIF, any outlet) ordered them in medium... had it served well done. Had informed the server to have the stake changed and the first time around the second stake was done right. We were served with a complimentary soup while the second stake was prepared. <br/><br/>Second time, while placing the order, we did mention specifically to make sure the stake is medium as we have had bad experience the last time. We ordered calamari as starters and it was extremely disappointing. First we were served with reheated calamari rings. The batter was soggy and falling apart. We had it changed, but still as disappointing as the first time. The main courses were served and was I surprised? The stake is perfectly WELL DONE... I know the drill by now... informed server, complimentary soup served, 15 mins later second stake is served... its the moment of truth... the stake is MEDIUM RARE 😡. Had lost my patience and appetite. I had the stake nevertheless.<br/><br/>With two dishes being returned from a same table, never did the manager come to the table for an inquiry or apology, else all the other outlets have always had the duty manager walking up to the table and asking about the meal. Here this wasn’t the case. <br/><br/>We asked specifically for the manager to speak about the issue and had addressed this. He wanted to offer a discount on the bill, but that’s not what the issue was about. He paid the bill in whole, and did inform the manager (he was very polite and apologetic) that I will be sharing this experience on Social media. It would have been a bit more of a better experience if the manager had addressed the issue while we were having dinner. There have been a communication gap. <br/><br/>I am not sharing any photos of the food that was served as I still am very found of TGIF(can check my reviews on the other outlet). I seriously hope TGIF looks into this and makes sure that these kind of incidents are minimized to the best. I had the same bad experience twice in a row.

No doubt, this is the best place. The food is amazing and tasty. Everything they served is done perfectly. The decoration is very good. The waiters are so kind , one time after another you’ll be their friend.

Before couple of years the food was delicious and I had to come every week.. now the food has no taste specially the appetizers!! Need to improve

I've been to this Fridays location quite a few times and the food quality/service is always the same: okay. Similar American chain restaurants in Al Ain provide better service and food in my opinion.

One thing I should say, I was very very surprised by the pasta. Try the penne with alfredo sauce and chicken. I honestly did not expect it to be so good.

I love the place, it is nicely decorated... Steak and Seafood items are the best! but not for pastas... Price wise is slightly above the average..

When we visit Bawadi Mall, TGI's is always a must! <br/>The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great and the staff are great. <br/>Food to be served fast only request<br/>This TGI did not disappoint!!

Good food<br/>Used to be the best, then one if the best.<br/>But now, competitors are better and especially in terms of size and portions<br/>Can get better and bigger meals and burgers in chilli's, Apple bees and Fudruckers.<br/>The country fried chicken was almost have the size of the same meal in other places, and for the same price!

The quality of food at Friday's has improved significantly over the last few years. I can safely say that they are now serving the best Buffalo Wings anywhere in Al Ain. Some of the other appetizers are also quite tasty & flavorful. Go for the steak in the main course. <br/><br/>Service is efficient & prompt.

I like the appetizer and mojito in Friday's. The restaurant in good place in bawadi mall. Crowded in weekends. Good price comparing with the quantity.

Big servings, Fast service and Great food! Starter potato twisters with cheese is always a favorite. Some breadsticks were also serve. I had the baby back ribs drizzled with bacon bits plus 2 side dish- mash potato and rice. It was so tender and it just melts in your mouth. But i did not enjoyed the rice which is too mexican flave. Wish they offer plain white or brown rice. Steak was perfect with@ Portobello mushroooms and stir fried veggies. Staff are pretty on the dot when needed. Satisying brunch! Worth the money. And they have now added special vegetarian menu.

Food was good and presentation was wonderful i must say. It did  impress my wife and kid which was feat i must say since they are not impressed that easily. Also there was room for improvement. The cabbage slices were strewn around a bit too casually and it went a bit over the top. The taste of the food was a plus and real good. A treat for the weary tongue indeed. We ordered for the Mardi Gras for 2 portion and the shrimp tasted good though a slight rawness of the batter could be felt on the tongue. The steak was exceptional and the waitress was always when you needed her, making sure that everything was at hand and we were having our food. The kids menu was another surprisingly limited choice but good enough. The pizza and fries lightened up the smile on my boy's face and the Pasta that came along made it sound heavenly. The Caesar Salad was surprisingly crunchy lettuce and the right amount of sauce too. My wife was taken aback, though she isn't a fan of salad even when we were going through some serious arabian grill, and lapped it up completely. Thank you TGIF for making my dinner worthwhile and a great time to my family who were impressed on their first time in this restaurant though i have been a patron for close to 12 years now in the UK and other places i have visited over the years.

I thoroughly enjoyed the steak meals at TGI, the salmon is a wonderful dish too. The food never disappoints. A full mean can be quite pricey but entertainer vouchers can be used and weekday specials include starters, mains and deserts.<br/><br/>The potato twister starter is really good.<br/><br/>Meal portion sizes are quite big so go there with a big appetite.

Thank God is all I will say. You can try anything and you won't be disappointed. I love the food here, the ambiance, the staff, everything is really nice!

Great burgers and great appetizers. The burgers were juicy and flavorful. Portions are huge as well and the slushies were nice and refreshing.

Really it's amazing restaurant, when I took my family for dinner they was very happy with my choice, really very professional service and delicious food, we had wonderful time and made my family happy...👏👌we love Fridays bawadi mall .. thanks guys 🙏

Fairly good food, good service. They need to bump up the quality though, if you repetitively come, the food will seem....blah.... nothing special.

A restaurant which almost everyone knows about! <br/><br/>Have visited plenty of their branches...<br/><br/>We ordered:<br/><br/>Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad - Was different and good. <br/>Tennessee Chicken & Shrimp - Was good! <br/>Wicked Chicken - Was good! <br/>Tater Twist - New dish ... was Okay ...<br/><br/>Can be bit crowded and noisy but its fine sometimes...Nice and friendly staff

Honestly, it makes me angrier that this place has a 4 star review. First I ordered ribs and asked for it to be made with honey BBQ sauce, and when it got there the taste was barely there that I had to ask for H BBQ sauce as a dip (which came very late and thats another problem) after that we asked for the bill that came very late and put the money in it then kept waiting and waiting to get the the remainder of our money back. In the end we went out without getting it because we were in a hurry. The best thing that as we were getting out we were obviously angry and they didnt even do a thing so, great place <br/>

Went today for dinner craving seafood. The service was not that fast and the waiters are recommended to chill a bit. The ambiance is great as usual and let you forget any delay in serving your order. I had the Seafood platter which was amazing overall, taste, texture, portion, and freshness and everything else was perfect. I left with enough sanctification to visit again and again.  The mint candy they offer you once you leave is a lovely stride I have to say.

Just in mood to fill in with Few Starters and to tingle the Sweet Tooth We decided to give a try out to TGI Friday in Bawadi Mall. The Ambience is good they have great icons on the walls throughout the place especially the Elvis Presley as I am big Fan of his. We Ordered the Southwest Twisters & Bacon Fried Mac & Cheese along with Electric Lemonade & Triple Berry Smoothie. The Staff was kind in recommending us to taste the Brownie Obsession for Dessert. It was very Delicious. I would recommend the Brownie if anyone would like to give a try and for Brownie Lovers highly recommended. Overall good service at this Outlet. KUDOS to the team.

I really love their pasta and chicken fritters.. Its realllyy yum.. Pasta got the good consistency and is worth a try. Anyone who would like it creamy, savory pasta.. Its a delight!

One of the better steakhouses and I enoy it much more than the other popular american steakhouses in the UAE.  Their milkshakes are delicious.

One of our fave resto when we're craving for steaks. Love their new york and rib eye steaks. The size of the steak is big enough for 1 person. And this time we got a free dessert (molten chocolate cake) from the manager. :)

REALLY?<br/><br/>Too dim light. <br/><br/>After food arrived:<br/>No one asked how I wanted the steak done. Got me Well Done by their own choice. Took then 20 more minutes to get my order correct. Although that was also not according to regulations of the standard temperatures set on the menu. <br/>Ordered for a spoon which didn't arrive until requested and reminded again after 20 mins of a staring contest with them to get the spoon. <br/><br/>Amazing false smiles! <br/>

Best steaks in town. Good services. The buffalo wings as a starter is very tasty. Their cocktails are very good. Defenetly enjoyed the food .

We were craving for meat since we've been fasting for a week with only veggies and fish. Fridays was one of our options but then again it shouldn't have been. All three of us opted for steaks and ribs. All were sub par. The steak was dry (i ordered medium), the ribs were fatty, the veggies were straight from the microwave (least thats how they tasted). I bet the fries too were frozen. Totally not the same anymore.

The service was slow, like more than 20mins.<br/>They also have loud music, sometimes its good music, sometimes annoying. <br/>They HAVE THE YUMMIEST mozzarella sticks!! #recommended

I'm giving TGI Fridays a 1 and if there's a 0 id give it in a blink!! Why?? Here's the deal, I went there for lunch and ordered the chicken with shrimp, the freakin waitress asked me how I wanted my chicken cooked(?)!!! - freaking cooked damn well I'm not here to get salmonella!! <br/>She actually had the nerve to further tell me if I wanted it well done, medium or rare... Yes I want it with feathers also please. <br/><br/>GET YOUR STAFF KNOWLEDGABLE YOU GONNA GET SOMEONE KILLED!!!!!
