luckily they still open til midnight super timing for our midnight craving snack even its a little bit far from town center but still worth the time to go and those servers are really good and so accomodating!!
Me and my family enjoyed our meal experience as we were tiered due to the long drive from ajman. Finally decide to have lunch. While reaching the girl who was in door took as inside with warm smile. Am sorry to say i don't remember all the names..
Menu selection was not enough much.
But the server suggest some descent options which were really good. Same time chicken was not up to the expectation. Still good.
The waiters were very helpful in our time, they were make us to come back again. We received a professional service from those guys. In between they check with that all going good.
Only problem was the mall was bit out side the city. Keep the good job ahead. See you soon.
The quality of Shake Shack has gone down. So many new burger joints have opened and taken over. I would have given a 5 if this was 3 years ago. If you're in al ain, probably try other burger joints before the typical shake shack.

The burgers at shake shack are delicious. We have tried both chicken and beef.
The place is always clean and the service is fast. Staff are pleasant and well trained.
If you the meal with the burger, fries and shake, it can add up!
Burgers of very high quality, crunchy fries loaded with cheese, and desserts that are phenomenal. These guys just cannot put a foot wrong.
To the restaurant: Take it easy with the prices already! The price for drinks is outrageous.
great experience there... great food the best burger taste stright from madison square cheesyfries with cherry pepper is one of my favorite specially the meister shack even though its a seasonal burger which it will come back to the menu soon highly recommended to all my friends

Since I don't eat beef, going to shake shack earlier was just for ice cream and French fries. Thier custard soft serve is really creamy. And the cheese covered fries are pretty good. They have a veggie burger but I haven't tasted it in this location yet.

The first time I tried Shake Shack about a year ago (haha), it didn't leave quite an impression on me. I came back today and OMG I enjoyed every single bite of my Smoke Shack burger! The juicy beef patty went so well with the veal strips and melted cheese. But the thing that I loved the most about it was the super soft and heavenly buns. Haha! I am just super happy with my order that I decided to try Shack-cago Hotdog for takeaway (I have yet to devour it.) I will definitely be back! I dunno why I waited a year before I tried their burgers again!
P.S. The orders came quite fast and the staff were all so fun and friendly - like they were having a good time working for the place. And that for me is always a good sign😊
Burgers are very moist and tasty. Looks oily but tastes like heaven. NY hotdog was really good. Black and white shake was incredible. Only turn off z vanilla ice cream. It was different than I expected. Overall definitely a must go and try every dish in this cafe.
The burgers can be a bit over greasy, but they generally taste good and the cheesy fries are delicious. I love the concretes and the staff are always friendly.
I'm a sucker for good hotdog and shack shack's New York hotdog was sublime, tried the burgers and I am in love with the lettuce it's so fresh it almost looks photoshopped !!
Very excited to try this food chain coz I heard that it's really popular in the US like the famous in and out burger. And it didn't fail us. The price of their burger is a little pricey but worth it. Their burgers don't come in meal like other burger chains. You will pay for the burger alone.
I found their burger fresh and really tasty. Some peope find their burger small but for me even if its not that big, you will feel very full after finishing one like the usual burgers from different fast food chains. And their milkshakes are the best!
I was so happy when they opened their branch in bawadi. I remember trips to mussafah just to munch on these burgers. Burgers are moist, complimented by the soft bread, crunchy veggies and crispy mushroom. If you dont know which burger im talking about then your missing a lot. Be careful with the melted cheese on the mushroom though. Try also their concretes, rootbeer, chips with cheese. Now me hungry from all that.
