ألذ مطعم واحلى لمة مع العيلة الخدمة ممتازة والتعامل راقي واهم شي الاكل كتير كتير طيب بنصح فيه لانو عنجد بيستاهل احلى تجربة 😋

مطعم لبناني بسيط للوجبات المتعارف عليها موظفينه لطفاء اجواء المطعم وجلسته مريحة انصحكم بتذوق المناقيش مع الشاي والتحلية بأم علي😎صحتين

مطعم لبناني يقدم الشيشة والاكل اللبناني. فيه منطقتين خارجية للمدخنين وداخلية. وفيه كائن معزوله جميله جدا. الاكل والعصائر ولا اروع. ملاحظتي كانت على الستيك غير جيد. الاسعار مرتفعه كونه في مول وملاصق الفندق. لكن من الجميل تجربته يوم الاثنين في عرض نصف السعر على الفاتوره واطلب اي شي. بعد معهم السبت بوفيه. جميل للتغيير والتجربه.

الاكل والخدمة ممتازة عن تجربتي الحمدلله كل الضيوف مدحوا على أكلهم اللذيذ.

من افضل المطاعم يلي جربتها، الاكل كان كتيير زاكي وخدمتهم رائعة، جربنا من عندهم زيتينيا كلاسيك و كبة بلبن وملوخية والطعم كان خرافي تسلم ايديكم.

ولا اروع من هيك اكل بنصح الكل يجربوه

Was looking for good outlet to chill n fill our hunger, we found this Lovely place, so went to chk Menu sounds enterested.. So we decided to take lunch there,. The shocking things was.. That the food they served us was so great 👍 very good.. Food.. We really enjoyed their food.. Nice n quite place.. N very friendly staff. Tq for service zaytinya.. Will surely visit again

We tried this branch in Bawadi Mall and it was OK for us.  We ordered the Zaytinya salad, pizza and my daughter had fish and chips.  All good meals served by friendly staff.   They have buy one take one offers as well which is good value for money.

The ambience looks nice but was a little dark for a dining place. The food was decent but I've had better Arayes and Kibbe. The Arayes was a bit soggy while the Kibbe wasn't as crispy as it should be. We ordered the kebab platter as well which was good except  the chicken, which I felt was a tad overcooked and did not have much flavour unlike their other items. The fresh bread that they serve at the beginning with the zatar and olives is really nice. One of the tastiest zatar mixes I've eaten. I visit this place once in a while because it's good food, but I refrain from exploring too much with the dishes.

<br/><br/>The worse and most pathetic Lebanese food we received today. I dont know how its possible for reviewers to give this a 4.0 rating when its not even 2.0 worth. Not the money worth neither the calories.<br/><br/>We ordered the following:<br/>Fattoush salad, very soggy and not fresh.<br/>Arayes grill, dont know how they can call this arayes, doesn’t look or taste like arayes, it taste like a burned piece of old bread. Very little meat, absolutely no flavours, you cannot taste its arayes. <br/>The fries we received was old and oily.<br/>The bread received had piece of hair inside the bread. <br/>The dips was okay. <br/><br/>I can recommend anyone to much better and fresh Lebanese food with much less price.<br/><br/>I believe food should be fresh and the money worth, to rely on these ratings is very deceptive because the quality does not match up. <br/><br/>We should be honest regarding ratings for the restaurant to improve and also for other food lovers to know what they are buying. <br/>

Good experience with Zaytinya restaurant. The manager was so gentle. I ordered mansef meat really it's too tasty the Chef recommended that dish to me . Thank a lot

They have one of the best shawerma in Al Ain , considering also Ramadan buffet is amazing but they need to provide more options for the sweets

Visited this restaurant sometime ago and loved their food. Located in bawadi mall its a very cozy place. This restaurant basically serves levantine cuisine and if you are a fan of one then this is the place you would want to visit.The dish that i tried was Batata harara in arabic ( spicy potato). Absolutely great food. Freshly baked bread with fresh zatar and awsome olives. Delicious, soft lamb cubes. Mouhalabya tastes excellent, not too sweet - just perfect. I can only recommend this place.

The waiter directed my family to a table. The floor next to the table was wet and my mom slipped and fell. There was no hazard warning sign. Restaurant staff should ensure the floor is dry. It was a horrible experience for us.

Food is very good tasty, and the service is excellent with welcome and very warm friendly, Ilike all the stuff and Arabic mangers is very friendly and helpful,good idea and good place if you want enjoy with your family very nice out side table with air-conditioning really is good restaurant .

I went with my family and this place is perfect! The food without any doubt was delicious! My favorite would be hummus bil lahm - tbh I tried this for the first time at Zaytinya - and mind blown 😍 ambience: perfect; and seating was great too!

I have visited this restaurant about 4 times with my family, and they never disappointed me. Ambiance is so stylish and furniture is classy (in and outdoor). We ordered (Fattoush, taboula and Hummous, by far the best over the whole area) together with (Oriental lamb and oven baked chicken breasts). It melted in mouths, made us drooling. So yummy. Lentil Soup is almost perfect as well.Strongly recommend this restaurant for everyone.Ok, I'll be there this evening.

Food is bad no taste its not a Lebanese restaurant grills no taste and the quality not good I have visited Zaytinya Al seef and the food there is very delicious

The Service and the atmosphere of this restaurant is pretty good actually, but defiantly they need to work on their food quality. The food completely tasteless !The hummus was very cold, the shawrma less than average, and the chicken Taouk was under cooked and not seasoned at all. However the rest of the appetizers were good in general.   <br/>Value of money 2/5

Edit: We went back another time to Zaytinya. This time we tried soups and some grilled dishes. It was really tasty. And the service was excellent as well. I was dying to try their desserts but because the main dishes were quiet big there was no room. We will be going back.<br/><br/>Original review: The food was okay. We ordered hommos with shoarma, shankleesh and bakleh with yoghurt. The shankleesh was too spicy. We barely even touched it. I just don't think it's worth the money. I've eaten similar dishes at other restaurants for less than the price they charge at Zaytinah. 3 ridiculous small dishes and 2 juices for 110AED.

We ordered Zatinya Mixed grill and Shrimps and everything is perfect! I love the zataar and garlic dip. Staffs are nice and very accomodating.

The food was "eye popping with a nod and a hmm" good .... the service was "eye squinting and long exhale" bad... I hope they can remember to bring all the food next time I go there... the rating above is for the food alone. I do recommend this place good ambient and better food... hopefully the service will catch up

It has been around Bawadi Mall but we thought of trying it out. We were not dissappointed. We ordered hummus, vine leaves, mixed grill with saffron rice for the boss and lamb chops with chips for me. First came the complimentary arabic bread, freshly baked and came with olives and zattar. The bread was super and dipping it in the zattar and hummus complemented it very well. The hummus is the silkiest (and yummiest) ive tasted in al ain. It was silky smooth which i havent tasted before. A sure winner and i didnt believe the waitress when she said theirs was good. The grills were still moist and the saffron rice was cooked perfectly with a bit of butter i believe. The lamb chops were perfect, a hint of pink was still there and not too overly spiced. If only i could eat the bones i would have. Overall the experience, ambience, the staff (the manager was very corteous) and specially the food was worth it and i wouldnt mind being called a regular customer!

Perfect !!! I love everything from the food, ambience, staff, services and the hospitable manager he suggest some food and it's really good!! the food quality is amazing :) . My family and friends enjoy the the food the taste is really good.. I will surely come back . Good job to the team zaytinya Bawadi mall.

Zaytinya is yet another great place to have some honest Lebanese food here in Al Ain! The appetizers are delicious, and I cannot recommend the Fattoush enough - it is absolutely heavenly. Main courses are fine, service is nice. <br/><br/>The restaurant has a very nice ambiance, and the decorations and designs are really modern and beautiful.

Very good lebanese food. Their menu offer lots of choices. The complementary bread is extremely tasty and is served hot from the oven. Excellent location. The roof top is open and allows you to enjoy the weather<br/> Downside: shisha is on the menu but is not available.
