Went on a little escapade to fujairah with my wife. It was our first trip when we received the driving license. This was a special dinner treat and the place didn't disappoint us. We loved the atmosphere and the food was fresh and tasty too. Will definitely go there again.
Very quiet with no crowd at all. Not because it's less popular but the town is quiet and old. I'm a vegetarian.

The oriental salad was great with nicely chopped veggies and great seasoning. Spicy potato was bang on. Crispy fried potatoes with great flavour. If you are an Indian, don’t expect it to be too spicy. It’s not. But it’s what i would like. Charcoal grilled chicken tasted average but loved the garlic sauce dip. Kebab Koubideh was good and i had them with hummus which tasted great.

I grew up eating here and everytime I get lovely food! The atmosphere is nice but the music can be loud at times. The staff is very polite and serve you quickly. Overall would recommend to anyone in fujairah.

The location is prime and easy to reach and well known in Fujeriah. The resturant is huge and have smoking and none smoking sections have a section for families and section which grantees your privacy if you want. Staff is friendly and the food variety is big and it’s Arabic cosine and really tasty. The have big range of drinks and juices. Also different type of sweets. Prices are convenient comparing to the market. I tried it long time back and happy to trying it again and find Servic and quality remains the same. Highly recommended.

It’s a castle!! Built with stones, with an outdoor terrace around it, and waterfalls in it - a unique construction, and a professional Lebanese restaurant. Grilled whole hammour was excellent, served split open flat and perfectly blasted with hot coals, with fries and two white sauces, and a serving of steamed or blanched vegetables - excellent! Platter of mixed cold appetizers (mezzes) was also fantastic, and the bread is baked on the premises and served hot out of the oven. Prices a little on the high side, but I suppose you pay a premium for the ambience and fresh ingredients, and that’s fair. But charging 20 dirham for a plate of raw vegetables that normally is served with compliments upon arrival was a bit cheeky, and it put me off scoring higher than 4, otherwise the dining experience was overall excellent.
Authentic Arabic cuisine balanced in all aspects... the restaurant is huge to accommodate 800 peoples and have got separate smoking zones for stags family. Amazing place the experience is the result of good hard work for building the space to the taste of each byte you take inside. A must visit to realize authentic arabic dine in experience ✌🏼
Outclass restaurent in Fujairah. The nice thing about restaurant is it’s architectural finishes. Best food quality in terms of taste and price. I always prefer to go there, whenever I visit eastern coast of UAE.
I have been there last Thursday. The food was good, the team was friendly. I ordered Hommos, Falafel, Fatteh, ...etc.
The price is quite high if you compare to Fujairah.

Al Meshwar Restaurant in Fujairah is indeed true to its stature. Hailed as a landmark Fujairah restaurant by foodies and patrons, the restaurant totally lives up to every bit of being a must visit when in Fujairah, UAE. The building which houses the restaurant, looks totally like some kind of a royal retreat with lavish edifices, a grand hand crafted very ornate entrance and an interior whose decor is as regal as the building itself. The different floors of the building houses the shisha lounge, the family section and restaurant respectively.
Coming to the food, the complimentary elbow macaroni and carrot soup which was served with a lemon wedge by the side was so good, that we didn't mind slurping away even though the Mercury outside was raging at 40 degree celcius. The Hummus Beirut had distinct notes of garlic and lemon and splurged with olive oil in a well of chickpeas was lapped up within seconds with straight out of the stone oven khabuz ( pita breads).
The charcoal grilled chicken was smoky and flavorsome with each bite and fattoush with the fresh flavour from the greens and herbs amidst the crunch from the fried bread pieces was simply delightful. But my favourite was the finale, the Muhalabie or milk pudding which totally uplifted my taste buds. Silky on the tongue with the fragrance of the orange blossoms taking over me now and then, the lightly toasted pistachios and almond slivers and the honey laced bites was beyond any comprehension. It made me feel ecstatic with happiness.
Totally immersing my soul in these culinary euphoria...

The staff is very friendly, the Food is good, more options need to go on the menu its really old and not being renewed almost since its opening!

I had dinner there on the first day of the eid , it was jam packed so could net get the table in the smoking area so they gave us the in the non smoking area.
The food was absolutely spectacular(we ate charcoal chicken chicken kababs hummus and fattoush) their service was excellent.
Looking forward to visit this place soon.

Outer part is an elevated 360° terrace ; ensuring a refreshing and relaxing experience throughout. Dim lightings and relic theme of facade adds serenity to the ambience.
Amongst various cuisines; lebanese cuisine is the top rated cuisine being served by Al Meshwar, in Fujairah. WE have tried Hummus, Nashef, Mix grill and Mexican shawarma , it was really delicious. Waiters were continuously serving the freshly baked bread; replacing it with the previously served bread. MIX (Normal/Special) is their best sheesha flavor, its really soothing and refreshing. Its a good to unwind yourself after a hard day. I will surely recommend viewers to visit it once on trip to Fujairah.

Went for Buffet in Ramadan. Was disappointed. The food quality was bad. The chickens were so hard to bite.
Don't expect the food to taste good if you have a typical Indian palate.
I ordered for mixed seafood platter and the mini platter with chicken and mutton. Since I am foodie and like to try different flavours and I liked it. The shawarmas were good too and ofcourse the ambience. This place is mainly known for hookahs or what the locals call - Sheesha. The ambience is wonderful and very maintained. The service was very good.
Meshwar used to be the highlight of Fujairah years ago. The place is beautiful to look at, their food and service are pretty good and prices are reasonable. They have a family section too.
the place itself looks great inside and out and the food is 1 of the best i have tried. tried the mix grill and half chicken and both were absolutely delicios.
If you come dine in order hummus and eat it with the fresh bread they bring before your order is ready. If you're ordering take away tell them I want fresh bread. They charge 50 fils/piece. I love their hummus!
But they're assorted grilled proteins don't taste as good as they used to so we don't order it anymore. Their lunch plates taste really good but a bit expensive comparing to the amount you get. But their shawarma is good, try their Arabic shawarma which might be a little expensive compared to the normal shawarma but it tastes way better and it's really filling (It's my fav). Overall, it tastes good!

Amazing ambience. Freshly prepared food, especially their own Arabic bread, and average priced, but cheaper for such a nicely decorated place.
We had ordered:
1) Half grilled chicken
2) falafel plate
3) Hummus
Grilled chicken was cooked to perfection and was very soft.
Falafel was dissatisfying as the coating was too thick and stuffing was not so great either, after it got a bit cold it was difficult to eat.
Hummus was alright.. As expected from a Lebanese restaurant, lacked the typical tanginess though.
Price came to Dhs 63, inclusive of water, complimentary salad and Arabic bread.
But this is a great place for its location, I am sure other items on the menu would be much better.
Al Meshwar is the best Lebanese restaurant in Fujairah. The ambience and the service of this place is also very good and they have separate family halls also on the 1st floor. They have very good grills so you can order for mix grill or shish tawook and plus also they do serve sandwiches as well which are also good .
A weekend drive from Dubai to The eastern coast brought us unexpectedly to this place and bhoy was it wonderful. A unique place in the heart of Fujairah. Ample parking, an independent building, good entrance is what you see first. As a family with non smoking option you are led to the first floor exclusively for that. Brilliant ambience and graceful staff.
To the cuisine which is Middle Eastern, we ordered the mixed grill kilo, cold appetizer mix plate, strawberry juice, lemon mint juice. The meat was very good and so was the quantity that we had to really do some parcel at the end of it.
The hummus, moutabel, vine leaves, fatoush and tabouleh were all fresh and served with hot oven bread.

This is one of the most famous restaurants in Fujairah. It gets its reputation from its location and unique architectural design.
I tend to take my friends (from out of town) to it whenever they visit. The food is good, not great, but good.
My only criticism is on the service. The waiters and waitresses aren't the nicest or politest. The management doesn't take table reservations at all, it all depends on the walk in situation. Which is unfortunate for large groups.
If these two points along the quality of the food were to improve this place would get a better rating.

Highly rated lebanese restaurant in Fujairah for several reasons. The building, the ambience but most specially the food. Seafood was at its freshest! Fujairah has an additional tourist spot.

Meshwar sea food platter fried not grilled. You could say each fish had its own taste unlike any other restaurants this restaurant gave fresh fishes which tasted good and fishes were very soft not rubber type... Hommos mutabbal and garlic were wesome too. Bread was not good. The only problem is to get into this restaurants we have to go through the smoking area. A must place to go for everyone.... Simply awesome.
We visited this place after reading all the good reviews and rating on Zomato. I can safely say we were not disappointed. The overall ambience is excellent, the staff is very friendly and always smiling. The taste of the food was excellent, especially given the prices are easy on the pocket. The only small thing which I found wanting was that the mixed grill I ordered had very small portions. I wasnt hungry after finishing it up but I could have had another couple of kababs though.
Overall I d say this place is a must go if you happen to be in Fujairah.
Visited meshwar for lunch. Ordered lamb kashkash, charcoal chicken and meat and cheese fatayer. Lamb kashkash was a bit spicy, but tasty. Charcoal chicken was average. The ambience of this restaurant is good along with their quick service.
Great old rustic place. Solely the reviews dragged us to this location and it did not let us down. Had a good meal, nothing to complain though.

I was thinking. 4.9 rating for an arabic joint?..that's just hype. I mean a mixed grill is typically the same thing. Barbecued meat arranged nicely with dips. How different can it be?. As thought earlier. Yes it's the same. But it's the perfection that brings the rating. We ordered a chicken with mushroom dish. A pasta dish and a 1 kg mixed grill. Everything was just perfect except for the pasta. That is what I failed to explain to my group. When in arab restaurants stick to what is best they do "arabic cusine". You don't go to an Indian restaurant and ask for a pizza. It will be a disaster. Anywys. The food there is brilliant definitely the best mixed grill I have had anywhere in the country yet. All the meat was superb quality. I even liked the chicken which is very rare. The place is awesome with high ceiling with a good hvac system which doesn't allow the place to get suffocated with shisha smoke..which by the way was also top stuff. All in all this was such a brilliant experience. The staff was soo attentive and lots of people around which wouldn't make you feel alone. I will always recommend to anyone going to fujairah to do a stop there and feast. Cheers

First impressions are huge, almost surreal, here stands a restaurant that should have been called a palace and because it is exactly that in its size and stature, palatial. Love space in eating joints and AM provides that generously. Staff are friendly. Food is at par, Lebanese food that is fresh, ingredients quality and taste at par. Most fancy hotels and restaurants inside them in Fujairah will pale in comparison. Well done guys. PS. They serve hot breads for starters

Al Meshwar is a Fujairah institution, looking like an old temple and akin to something that you would find in an Indiana Jones film, as opposed to the sleepy streets of Fujairah.
Serving up great Lebanese cuisine at very reasonable prices. The restaurant is huge and spans four large levels (cafe, smoking area, family dining and shisha terrace) with the ability to cater to 800 customers at a time. The unique decor continues into the interior, with Roman style columns, fountains, waterfalls and an intricately painted ceiling of galaxies and planets. The decor alone makes for a very special dining experience and thankfully the food matches the ambiance.
With complimentary bowls of fluffy bread, olives and hummus, we almost felt like there was no need to order main courses. Though we eventually opted for the mixed grill, which was easily enough food for two people (if not more). The beauty of Al Meshwar is it’s extensive menu which is more than just Lebanese cuisine, including steaks, seafood and sandwiches amongst its plethora of dishes. The prices are very reasonable, the portions large and the food tasty.
Plus you can get some of the best shisha you are likely to sample for as just 20 AED.

One of the larger stand alone restaurants i have seen in UAE...most good restaurants are associated with some 5* hotels or malls...but Al Meshwar is the exception the rule .
Decor & location - the retro itself is quite unique looking . Well lit ; it is easily visible while crossing the road and also from the large number of cars parked outside . They have huge seating areas both inside as well as outside ; its better outside as you can enjoy the winter and hookah while watching football matches . The place is crowded with locals and middle easterners & its a short drive from Fujairah corniche .
Food - If Lebanese food is what u r after , then this is the place to be . We ordered Hummus with pine seeds , cheese arayess , grilled chicken wings , chicken wings provencale , plate of falafel , fattoush & hookah . The fattoush was fresh , falafel was good , chicken wings provencal was better than the grilled chicken wings , the cheese arayess was like cheese paratha - only it was baked inside khubbus . Other than that the Khubbus was complementary and the waiters happily obliged to provide hot replacements for the same .Unfortunately avocado juice was not available .
Service - Owing to the large crowds that flock here , the restaurant is well staffed . The waiters are attentive and polite and happy to help .
price - Its a killer at this price range . Kudos to the management for pricing the food so well while maintaining such a large place .

I have been here a couple of times and trust me, the ambiance and food are so good, you just tend to forget everything and just relax. That’s why this review is so late.
Ambiance:
Very warm and cozy yet extravagantly spacious. They have a separate floor for non-smokers. Both the floors are equally appealing. There is a separate family area too. I like the false sky in the non-smoking floor.
Food:
Mix platter: They say it is enough for one person. I think they were referring to the hulk. The platter was great btw. You should totally get this.
Fattoush Salad: Exactly as expected. So no complaints.
Sheesh tawook: Nothing apart from what I wouold expect. I would like to add that the pieces were very soft.
Rice & Chicken soup: Easy on the stomach. Flavourful.
You wont regret your visit here. Their food is fresh, the ambiance is pleasing and the staff is very friendly.

We visited the restaurant in the early afternoon and had an excellent experience. They have a smoking floor and a non smoking floor. For once, I did not smoke shisha so we sat on the non smoking floor. The restaurant staff are very welcoming and there are private sections for families, where we sat (our family section was pretty big and with a lovely view of the nearby mosque). We had fattoush, halloumi and kabbe as starters followed by grilled jumbo prawns, everything was fresh! Even the bread was excellent...I can't really say much else apart from the fact that I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for authentic Lebanese food at a very reasonable price! It's important to note that a shish taouk sandwich (served for dinner only) is 6 dirhams!!! You won't regret going to this restaurant, I wish I tried the shisha too.
