We tried Nalukettu for a delivery order during your stay in fujairah.
We ordered whole grill fish (sherry), Fish chilli and fish tikka.
Delivery was on time and all the fish items were really good. The spices worked well, the aroma, the taste and the juiciness makes you salivate while eating. Very nicely done.
Overall we enjoyed all.
Good decent restaurant. We ordered for chicken chilli fry, crispy fried vegetable, jumbo prawn masala chemeen curry and chicken biryani. Food was amazing.
An amazing place for kerala food.. We were really hungry that day and decided we will go to this place cus we had heard overwhelming reviews.. They did not disappoint us.. A quiet ambience and food service.. We had aapam chicken curry and mutton biriyani.. Felt like home cooked food 💞
Keep coming to Fujairah often and like to visit this place for some authentic Kerala food. The staff is very nice and so is the service. However the ambience isnt that appealing but the food is. The fish polichetty is superb as always and so is payasam.
Being new to Fujairah, we thought of dining at Naalukettu here as we have tried their restaurants at Abu Dhabi and Dubai..
Located in the City Plaza hotel, this Naalukettu is comparatively smaller.. Food and ambience is pretty much the same as all locations.. staff were very kind and kept attending to our table to check on us..
The only turn off for me was the wash room which is part of the building itself.. it's not really maintained well and it's a big disappointment when you wash your hand before eating.. there's grim all over the sink's edges and for a person like me, it really ruins your appetite.. suggest you go for the finger bowl option before and after eating!
It's always one of my favourite restaurants from my childhood.. been always going to Dubai and Ajman branches since kid.. This is the first time we had from the Fujairah branch and the parotta was still the same taste as ever!! Since we went for lunch they didn't have the appam service in Fujairah which was sad 😭 Loved the food otherwise...ambience is not like Dubai or Ajman though.. I didn't lik much of the ambience of Fujairah branch but food tasted same!!! Only thing the address was difficult to find when we googled it... The restaurant is located in the City plaza hotel which was not clearly mentioned in Google and the phone numbers in google were not working.. Stilk it was worth the hunt for this restaurant 😍
Dinner time we entered and ordered chicken sweet corn soup and I found it not as expected. But sea food plater was awesome. Waiter attentiveness need to be checked. Appam was ok and egg curry was fine. Mutton stew was gravy was good but mutton piece were hard. Kerala porotta was soft. Noodles were nicely prepared.

During our way back home from Fujairah ,we had our lunch from nalukettu.
They provide Kerala based cuisines.
All of us chose to have the thali meals.All the curries were really good.especially loved the thorans.
Along with meals we also had netholi fry and King fish fry .Netholi was better.It was very crisp and fish used was fresh too.
This place is an absolute gem wen it comes to value for money and that would be the first thing you would look for if your an Indian. Am i right ; aint i?.. lollxx....If you are a fish lover, then this place will definetly satisfy your taste buds. The Natoli fry or Kingfish fry along with a glass of chilled beer (it serves alcohol too) will get you nostalgic if you are a big fan of this combination. The interiors are a bit old school but hey u are nt gonna stay there are ya?...Things to try; beef fry with kappa, prawns mango curry - one of my favs. But what i really like is the hospitality....overall good place for weekends with alcohol, good food and great conversations( with good company ofcourse...dnt b talking to urself)....
The Nalukettu franchise never fails to deliver. And this one on the ground floor of the City Plaza Hotel in Fujairah is no different. Look beyond the rather shabby interior and the curry house smell (well, it is a curry house, init?) and you’ll find an amazing selection of fiery hot South Indian curries and…beer – yes, yes, yes! Call me a yob but there are few culinary delights better than curry and beer. And the fact that you can get this in the middle of Fujairah just makes it taste all the better.
