I loved it you have to visit it. I loved the atmosphere, the food and the service. I get a lobster and burger with fries it so amazing. The food so tasty 😋 I never ever loved the lobster 🦞 like that's it was so delicious and the burger is perfect. It was my birthday and there was a place specially for that 🎉 so beautiful and in the end they bring for me a cake and they sing for me. مكان رائع وفخم بداخل فندق فيرمونت الفجيرة طلبت لوبستر مع برجر وبطاطس ..طبق شهى جدا وكمية مناسبة جدا مستوى الخدمة وجودة الطعام أكثر من رائع،مكان هادئ وديكور يعطى جو رومانسى. مناسب جدا اذا فى مناسبة عيد ميلاد،لديهم ركن مجهز للأحتفال بأصحاب عيد الميلاد ، بعد انتهاءنا من تناول الطعام قدموا لى كيك مجانى وقاموا بالغناء لعيد ميلادى.

(التعليق الأصلي) We visited the Copper Lobster in October 2021 and were very impressed with the quality of food, and the atmosphere in general. We visited the same restaurant last night (April 2022) and were very disappointed. Despite being the first people in the restaurant at 7.30 we waited for 45 minutes to receive our starter. We have a 1 year old with us and dining early is necessary. Therefore, waiting 45 minutes before receiving any of our food is not what we expected. Especially, since we remember the service being so great less than 6 months ago. Despite being the first people in the restaurant another table was given their meal before us. This table didn’t have a baby, and so the lack of understanding from the staff about this seems ignorant. Also, given that the restaurant was not quiet we had to continuously ask for more drinks, on at least 3 separate occasions. It’s almost as if the staff had forgotten about us, and decided to tend to the larger groups who were in the restaurant. It’s a shame, as we once rated this hotel and that restaurant so highly. That isn’t the case anymore.

(التعليق الأصلي) We chose this place after seeing the good reviews. Ended up with one of the worst dinners we ever had in the UAE. The crab salad was watery, the lobster was grey, crab cakes tasteless, the re-invented mac and cheese tasted as if they used tuna from a can. The platting looked horrible and nothing justified the high prices. Not to mention the heart burn three hours later. I hope this was just an accident and that the food is usually much better.

The place is quite, the seating area is comfortable. The service was perfect, the staff are smiley and social. We ordered ceviche it was amazing you can distinguish every single flavor without overwhelming any other. The grilled scallops were fresh, the sauce came with it balanced the saltiness. We ordered 2 lobsters the grilled lobster were grilled perfectly, it was meaty and juicy it takes you to another world, while the Thermidor lobster was well cooked, the mushroom sauce was fresh and rich yet it doesn’t overcome the lobster taste, the balance was astonishing. My opinion it’s the best restaurant I’ve tried in Fujairah ever.

This place stands out as the most ravishing food experience. The restaurant is situated in the Fairmont Hotel and offers delicious options on the menu. The calaramari was both crispy and soft on the inside, the lamb chops tender and juicy, the sea food paella a perfect melange of bliss. The food was absolutely heavenly and memorable. The service unparalleled. Loved everything about this place. It's not the cheapest but well worth the price. Keep up the excellent work.

EXPENSIVE, NOT A GREAT ATMOSPHERE TO SAY THE LEAST BUT FAIRLY GOOD FOOD !!!! Just finished a brief dinner (with young child) at this being only 1 of FJ’s allegedly serious restaurants and left with mix feelings !!*# Upon entry, I though, oh no wrong move and food likely to be equally questionable !!! To be fair, we were the first ones in but by the time we finished (1 hour later) there were probably only 10-15 diners. Not to bang on food was fairly good 6/10 (would have scored much higher if it were served hotter), atmosphere 3/10, value for money 2/10, service 7-10 (not many smiles going around here) and location 5/10. In closing, I’m staying at the Fairmont FJ 813 and did expect a lot more. 550 AED for a brief meal that left us wanting in so many ways reflects badly on Accor/Fairmont. For a first visit, need to try a lot harder. JF (Dubai)

Amazing place. We had an unforgettable experience for our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The head chef is such a wonderful person. We had a set menu which included the most delicious food we've ever tasted. Each plate looked beautiful amd it tasted even better. We will be back for sure and I highly recommend it to anyone. You will not be dissapointed. Thank you for the incredible experience. 👌

I like the name but not sure I like the prices. While we appreciate food freshness and quality, we understand the market value and restaurant business. This price offers good food quality, nothing extraordinary for the prices to be out of this world. Tried it once but never again. We came here for a double date with our friends while staying in Fujairah. Really beautiful decor, with the perfect vibe for a nice night out. We ordered 4 mains- 2 portions of King prawns, 1 fujairah clay pot and 1 lobster burger. We were quite happy with our mains, the portions are generous and come with sides such as salads, mashed potatoes, garlic fries (we got one of each and loved the sides in particular) we also got the chocolate fondant for dessert. They accept entertainer voucher which is always nice. I would definitely recommend.

To my surprise, the reatuarant was closed on Monday !!! and by chance my stay was on the same day .<br/><br/>They dont even open till 7pm so unfortunately missed it ..craving for lobsters , had a plan to have my dinner there given all the good reviews

The food here is so good it will actually make you happy!<br/><br/>We were staying at the Fairmont Fujeirah for the weekend and decided to try The Copper Lobste. To be honest, I was not expecting such good food. The Omani oysters were outstanding as was the Sultan Ibrahim ceviche, the lobster mac and cheese was excellent as well.<br/><br/>On to the mains, we had Fujeirah Clay Pot Lobster and Chermoulah Giant Shrimps and again both were drool worthy and perfectly executed.<br/><br/>The service was efficient and friendly.<br/><br/>Great job!

We ended up having dinner at The Copper Lobster as we were staying at the Fairmont Hotel and seemed easy and pretty interesting. I must confess we love seafood very much! We ordered Cacciucco and Fujeirah Clay Pot Harra Lobster. Both were 😋 with lots of seafood and flavor. The Fujeirah Clay Pot Harra Lobster is a traditional regional dish with Omani Lobster and spicy tomato and vegetables sauce. It comes covered with bread and you have to break it to enjoy the food. Loved the set up and the flavor. Also it is a bit spicy but it comes with rice to make it milder. <br/>The cacciucco is like a tomato soup with seafood: calamari, mussels, shrimps.. super nice! <br/>They have a terrace and tonight the weather was lovely so we sat outside. Who knows how long is going to stay like this.. we are in mid April already. The inside is also nicely decorated and have the fish tanks with 🦀 and 🐟 and lobsters.<br/>It deserves a 9 out of 10... the food was great and the service fantastic. It is a bit pricey but it is very good quality seafood. Take into account that most of the fish and seafood offered are locally sourced from Dibba and surroundings. This means that you are helping the local fishermen while enjoying the most fresh 🐟! <br/>❤️🇦🇪

My First review :). Thought it would be good to start from one of the best. Had visited a number of restaurants in Al Aqah but nothing can be compared to this. The 2 dishes Seafood Couscous and the Chicken Spatchcock were excellent. The Couscous is a Must Try!. Staff were also very friendly.

Hands down my favourite restaurant at the resort!! I will be making a stop here any time I'm in the area because the seafood menu was fantastic. Pacific oysters grown mere miles away, the lobster clay pot was so filling and should really be shared between two people! Appetizers were amazing as was the lemon hat dessert. Kids enjoyed steak and chicken fingers. They were so kid friendly and had live music during the evening we visited. Highly recommend!

We visited this place twice for dinner & twice for breakfast since we spent 2 consecutive nights at the Fairmont hotel. To start with the ambiance & decoration, both were fascinating. They served fresh wide variety of seafood during their buffet time. And being a Seafood lover, I enjoyed big time my dinner. Only one negative thing to add: desserts buffet is poor, you need to offer more choices. But will definitely visit again during my next visits to the Hotel. <br/>

We had a great time at The Copper Lobster, we went to the restaurant with 3 kids and an infant along with 4 adults, the waitress serving our table delivered what we asked for and was very friendly, the kids had an amazing time with us too. We had expected a hefty bill considering the fact that we're practically feeding a mini army so we wouldnt complain about the price, however some of the things on the menu are not there anymore like the sticky toffee pudding (that we would have absorbed within neck breaking speed) and the smash bucket , instead they replaced it with a seafood platter as locals had high demand for seafood platters.<br/><br/>We ordered the seafood platter, Lobster and burger combo and TCL mac and cheese. The seafood platter was enough to feed three adults as it was huge, it had a huge variety of seafood ranging from scallops to a red snapper accomodated with potato halves, the crab claws and lobster tails in the platter were juicy and tender and perfectly seasoned and the baked oyster was possibly the best I've tasted, everything else in the platter was amazing except for the scallops, they tasted good but the texture was slightly rubbery and stringy. The TCL mac and cheese was out of this world, as it was creamy and just the right amount of seasoning, as it was baked, the pasta was a little crispy around the edges. The burger, which my brother took less than 5 minutes to devour was unfortunately not tasted by us but he approves of it, (ask him to pay if you didnt enjoy the burger). <br/><br/>I made sure to send compliments to the chef. the atmosphere was amazing as it was near the sea so the breeze was gentle and cold, the decor around the restaurant really pulled the aesthetic together. Definitely reccomend this restaurant, at least once a visit would be a treat

Earlier this week, I had a delightful dinner at The Copper Lobster, which sources most of the seafood served locally from the Dibba bay, even consulting with local seafood experts and fishermen for their daily produce. Chef Georgiy, who has earlier trained at a 3 Michelin starred restaurant in Italy, has created a stunning menu with local produce and great flavors. We started off with the ceviche with a twist, with squid ink tapioca crackers and drops of passion fruit sauce, a delicious mix of citrus with a hint of sweetness and crunchy crackers. We then tried the hot & cold appetizer, another one of the Chef’s creations - Fried shrimp on a bed of tuna tartar, a must-try when you’re there. The main course was Moroccan inspired, fused with seafood flavors to produce a simple and delicious dish. Couscous with prawns, cuttlefish and other seafood, served in a tagine. We ended on a sweet note with a lemon mousse stuffed cannoli, with a side of raspberry sorbet and cherry cream.<br/><br/>A great evening while listening to the distant sounds of the sea and live music for the night, The Copper Lobster is a must-visit restaurant, even possibly worth a drive down just for the food. The fresh seafood and delectable flavors of their menu are mesmerising, and will keep you wanting to go back for more.<br/><br/>Note: This meal was complimentary as part of a media invite, however views are my own.

My travels and an anniversary took me to Fujairah and in the search for a good steak for the evening we came across the Copper Lobster.  Mentioning it was our anniversary they took the liberty of decorating the table with flowers and rose petals which was a lovely touch.  The outside setting was beautiful and you could definitely see this was a new hotel. <br/><br/>We were bought fresh warm bread to start which we demolished pretty quickly.  As it was our anniversary we went all out and ordered the Tomahawk. A mighty 1.2KG bone in rib-eye meant for three people which we unashamedly ordered for two!  All I can say is that it was exquisite the meat was incredibly juicy with lovely crispy ends and cooked medium rare to perfection.  Alongside this we asked for the Lobster Mac 'n' Cheese to come as a side dish (originally an appetiser), which they happily accommodated.  The rich and creamy Gruyere sauce was a perfect accompaniment to the steak, and surprisingly this included a generous portion of tender melt in the mouth lobster.  We also had their garlic fries which as everything, were delicious.  We polished off all this with a few glasses of French pinot noir, medium-bodied and easy to drink.  <br/><br/>Wishing I had worn an elastic waistband we were then presented with a mighty slice of red velvet cake, complementary to celebrate our anniversary, and my OH decided he needed a sticky toffee pudding as well.  Although we were unable to finish the desserts they were definitely worth trying.  Of course the bill was on the higher side, as we had gone all out, but all the food was of a premium quality and I would happily return for a special occasion. <br/><br/> Although it was clear the staff were new and still learning they were all incredibly friendly and we had no complaints about the service.  They also had a live singer and a fire dancer which was a fun touch although we were too busy demolishing our Fred Flintstone like steak to pay much attention!  Definitely a hidden gem that I'm so glad we discovered, just a shame there isn't one in Dubai as it would put a lot of steakhouses there to shame!

I’ve made it to Fujairah a few times during my time in the region — always as a weekend staycation destination, a place to get away from the busy life in Dubai.  There’s something special about driving through the dunes, then over the mountain to the sleepy emirate on the coast.  With plenty of room for improvement in the market (especially within the luxury arena), I was over the moon to get an invite to the launch of one of the newly opened Fairmont Fujairah’s properties, the Copper Lobster.
