I went there 3 days ago for lunch. Food was good but service was pathetic!<br/>The bill was only 113.4 dhs & by mistake they charged 1134.4 dhs. When I reported the wrong amt charged to my card, the waiter said she would check. After 20-30 mins, there was still no feedback. Only when we asked again, they gave 1000 dhs in cash when the correct amt should be 1021 dhs. We reported again & they were silent until another reminder!<br/>Also, I ordered sushi, water & mango but they served only sushi. Again they brought only after I reminded one by one about the order.<br/>The thing that was wrong here is the waiters' attitude. They didn't take the issue seriously or pay attention to their customers.

Excellent rolls. Love the rice paper salmon roll. The Tuna Tataki and Salmon Tataki are excellent. Fish is always ultra fresh! The Tuna Ceviche however had very little fish, more of a fattoush the way the veggies were chopped large etc.

Good food, service was fast but it should improve dramatically. I’m referring specifically to the dine-in experience. The staff isn’t very welcoming and cheerful and makes you regret you sat. On the contrary, the home delivery experience is good. I’ll give it a 4-star based on the food and the delivery experience, otherwise I’d take away at least a star.

One of the worst sushi places I would say in Dubai... absolutely tasteless!! And the quantity of salmon in the salmon black rice roll is ridiculous...it was pretty much plain bland rice with a pinch of salmon for the price we paid it’s insane !!! Fantastic sushi. Ordered the lunch combo which is more than filling. The miso soup was flavoursome the fish was fresh and delicious I would definitely try some of their other sushi flavours. I had the black tuna California roll, spicy salmon, shrimp sushi and salmon sashimi. I also ordered the chicken burger, unfortunately I did not like this at all. It was dry, stale tasting and not enjoyable. In fact i couldn’t eat it and it was discarded after a couple of bites, really surprised as the sushi was so good.

I have ordered 2 Sake Poke salads - it was colourful, delicious, healthy and colourful. Highly recommend ! I will surely order again same salad, the only down side is that one of  the dressing got spilled during the delivery, but the other one was fine so had no issuer.

Never had such bad experience. The food is wet, the rice is so salty, the burger and sushi breakup once you touch it. That paper bag is broken and my soup is everywhere.

I experienced my first bad experience today with Zomato and sushi counter but it was so bad that I decided to write this review for others to know.<br/><br/>So I ordered a poke bowl meal from Sushi Counter via Zomato app today at 11.41pm, received a confirmation right away and got back to doing my things while waiting.<br/>After 1 hr and still the same status that my food was being processed, I decided to call Sushi counter to follow up. <br/><br/>The operator over the phone informs me that the order wasn't successful due to technical issue apparently ( knowing that I have still been charged for it and Zomato confirmed the order with a live status of the order being processed) and then tells me that she would make my order a priority and would call me back after liaising with the restaurant branch in media city where it would be prepared.<br/><br/>After 15 mins and no news from her and I decide to get in touch with Zomato online.<br/><br/>This is when an endless chat starts between me and someone apparently in charge where I keep asking were is my food, share how upset, hungry I am and on how if I didn't get in touch with them, I would have been waiting for my order for even longer. <br/><br/>The person keeps saying how sorry he is and asks me to wait 10-15 mins more to get my order. <br/><br/>12.41pm: 1 hour later, I'm pissed, still hungry and still no food delivered to me. <br/><br/>I decide to call the restaurant again, I then speak to two different operators on two separate calls after one  hang up on me after requesting me to hold and the second one does the same. <br/><br/>I'm still chatting with Zomato via the app, the person is still saying the same things but still can't tell me where my food is and when I will get it. <br/><br/>The non-sense conversation lasted for about 2 hours plus the 1 hour of wait before contacting them, I ate 3 hours later and at the end that person in charge from Zomato said that he put AED8 on my account ( which apparently is valid for 15days lol).<br/><br/>I have been using and been praising zomato for years but that experience even if it was a first was unacceptable and the way both Zomato and Sushi counter handled the issue was so unprofessional and careless, it was shocking.

So disappointed. Veg burrito was terrible! Maybe a quarter of a slice of avocado. Seaweed salad was so pungent it smelled and tasted of fish. I’m vegetarian. Also, the burrito was so poorly wrapped, you had to use cutlery. Would never order from here again.

I think their food is ok. yes a little pricy but manageable. But what i dont like is their service. They are not warm, and they are not attentive at all. They should better fix this.

I used to love their food until I found a massive piece of plastic in there. I ordered their rice, edamame, tofu and spring onion dish. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. I waited to order this dish and terribly disappointed. How careless of the restaurant staff. Needless to say, never ordering from here again.

We ordered two California Selection Platter 48pcs and I got 2 surprises: (1) Tuna is canned. Apart from being unpalatable, we have been misinformed. This was not mentioned in the menu. (2) Surimi mayo was terribly smelly and not eatable. What is totally unacceptable is their customer care (in the name of Mr. Carlo). They accepted the fault but refused to compensate. Such business won’t last long.

Terrible service. I ordered take away but sat outside at the designated tables for this restaurant and they refused to bring it to me, even though they brought other people their food. I decided to take advantage of Deliveroo’s 25 buck meal offer and ordered the Salmon Poke, a Hawaiian dish that is essentially a fresh fish salad. I was initially skeptical, unable to match the price with the premium ingredients listed under the dish. Barring the mainshow of the poke ( the fish), the other ingredients themselves would generally command a higher price. <br/><br/>My skepticism was led to rest when the order was delivered. While the bowl is of considerably less quantity when compared to specialized poke outlets, it is an absolute steal for the price. The quantity is sufficient for an average solo lunch. The salmon quantity, although underwhelming, is justified for the price. I didn’t find anything exceptional about any single ingredient, but the dish as a whole was done well. The USP of the dish is undoubtedly its economical price. A healthy meal that has fish in it for 18 bucks, this is one offer that doesn’t need to think twice about!<br/><br/>The delivery was quick, clocking at around 25 minutes. Just ordered a salmon poke, and it was honestly extremely disappointing.The brown rice was completely overcooked and still warm, making the entire poke warm and not pleasant to have. In addition, the salmon pieces were incredibly small, and seared for some reason (while I was expecting fresh raw salmon). The crisps were all soggy as well.  have ordered sushi a couple of times, which were all fine, but this is the first and last time I will be ordering a poke bowl.

If you want to go cheap on Sushi then this might be a good option. <br/>Their quantity is the Salmon poke isn’t want I was expecting. I think there must be more into it, requested it with quinoa but I got it with black rice. They didn’t even ask me if that’s fine.<br/><br/>I would prefer the beef sushi burger to the Salmon. They have great online ordering offers, and the delivery time is actually quite fast. I'm not a huge fan of the maki rolls here, however what I do constantly order is the sushi burrito. It is quite affordable and a convenient lunch option.

Worst sushi I’ve ever had. And I’ve tried to make my own sushi before. Even I did a better job. Takeaway sushi from here tastes old. Like they made it this morning and kind of just had it ready for whenever someone orders a takeaway. One piece of sushi had the texture of sand in it. Wouldn’t have been strange except it was the only one out of the set of 6. Fiance didn’t even finish her dinner.

This is a sushi place located on the ground floor of the CNBC building in Media City. They do have a limited seating space, however, this is majorly serving a whole lot of office deliveries in the area.<br/><br/>I'm a fan of sushis and sashimis. I should have ordered that. But I ended up being adventurous and ordered Salmon Burrito. I was expecting a burrito covering and then I realized this is truly Japanese! The burrito was covered in fish skin like they do for sushis and rolls. Trust me, you just can't eat so much of skin if you're not used to it. No doubt the roll was tasty... but it was too much to digest. <br/><br/>Next time I'm just gonna stick to my sashimis and sushis. Surely that's what they know well!

Tried the octopus sashimi several times either at the outlet itself or for home delivery they were never fresh and didn’t smell good. Sushi is below average. Keeping a note that other outlets are somehow better.

Contrary to my negative expectation that I usually have for this kind of “good try” sushi restaurant, the taste of sushi, sashimi and miso soup are all good beyond my imagination. Better than other similar sushi-mock bars and counters.

Lots of choices. Good portions when it comes to poke bowls or street food. Not ur typical sushi place. you're better off ordering the bowls or cerviche. Tastes good & they have options to replace rice. It's my weekday dinner seafood crave place.

Went to sushi counter during a weekday for take away.<br/>The service was slow and a bit messy.<br/>The portion is consistent.<br/>The taste is okay. I tasted the Salmon Poke Bowl but I would not try it again. It is heavy on vegetables with very few of the actual poke (salmon and rice).<br/><br/>I wouldn't recommend it to other people. But I would definitely recommend the sushis.

I ordered salmon and asparagus salad and a miso soup. The soup was great but the salad had no taste or dressing apart from Soy sauce and I was sick for the whole day after that...

I always have the salmon burrito... love it.. ordered two today but was really disappointed. It was smaller with less salmon than usual. Are we cutting down here or did you get someone new making the burritos today? Hopefully this is a one-off. Very disappointed and still a bit hungry...

Ok place, as long as they keep the delivery offer. I wouldn't consider it otherwise honestly cause the menu lacks a lot of the basic and common rolls and the platters also are not also that tempting.<br/><br/>One big negative point is their salmon quinoa salad, in one word: tasteless!<br/><br/>So basically don't expect much
