Absolutely the best restaurant, food and service, that I have enjoyed in a long time. It's simple, delicious and laid back. Sitting just adjacent to the Aquarium and across from H&M. Loved it so much, we went back for a repeat. The Spaghetti Shrimp Aoli and wrapped shrimp is so AWESOME (excuse my spelling). Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere with great food.
The place has such a homey feel to it, and my friends and I had a great time. We tried the Mango Lettuce Wrap from their new Mango Mania promo, and it was so delicious we ordered it twice! I also loved the Leon and Baked Truffle Mac & Cheese. :)
Markette is right in the centre of Dubai Mall opposite the Aquarium 🐠 so you can't miss it amongst all the noise and bustle of so many people 👨👩👧👧 because the restaurant design theme is so distinctive - just like a market! 💥✌️We didn't stop to eat on this occasion but will defo be back. For today we enjoyed salted caramel frappe and blueberry lemonade with real berries. 🍓🍒We saw diners enjoying what looked like really delicious food 🍔🥗🍤🍗with generous servings, so looking forward to visiting again shortly!

Excellent accueil, situé quasiment en face de l'aquarium dans le dubai mall. Cheese macaroni tes bonnes et bien gratiné. Crêpes et galette aussi bonne que chez nous en France. Un bon plat bien servis et en quantité qui nous a ravis

Good place, was a little upset in the beginning because it took a lot of time for the servers to take our order. But in the end everything was nice as the food came was good.

The chicken was very well cooked, perfect in taste, few dishes I mentioned above, are chef specials. These had a different flavour than usual dishes and were very well cooked, and excellent presentation. Courteous staff and a very pleasant seating area with dubai mall aquarium right in front of you. Pricing of food is also decent which makes this place an absolute delight
It was our first time at Markette and after this we will be SURE to return at LEAST once a week! The service from Pascal, is the thing that sold us most. His friendly and super fast service made us feel right at home. The food here is next level!!!!
Heard about this place but was a bit wary because places that try to do too many cuisines usually fail at it.
Visited this place for Saturday lunch. The food was great! For something light, try the shish taook appetizer. I got the club sandwich and was thrilled. One of the best I've tried. Also on the table was the mama Mia burger which was pretty huge and excellent..
There was also chicken enchiladas which was cheesy but delicious!
All in all, I'd say they managed multiple cuisines pretty well. I've also heard their Asian food is quite yummy! Definitely trying the Japanese fried rice next time :)

My friend and i loved the chicken and mushroom penne no wonder it is called the best seller and also chanel crepe was absolutely amazing. Our server Jessica was really humble and helpful too which made our experience more wonderful.

I’ve been to Markette almost a dozen times and it’s a favorite of my girlfriend and mine for a nice lunch date.
Even though the location is in a very busy part of Dubai Mall near the aquarium, the place feels like a lovely private European cafe/restaurant once you go further inside. It has a lovely charm in its decor and extremely friendly staff and managers.
We have tried many items on their menu, from appetizers, to sandwiches and burgers, to main courses, pastas, rice items, galettes, crepes, desserts etc. across the board you can’t go wrong, their menu satisfies in almost every way, from flavor to presentation to portion size, it fulfills you.
My only complaint I have ever had was the truffle Mac n cheese I had once. I love truffle in my pasta but the turkey bacon was not good. I would have honestly preferred grilled chicken pieces or straight up vegetarian Mac n cheese.
Apart from that my every experience at Markette has been a great time for a meal with friends or a casual date. I’ll be going many more times in the future.

We just come here for the twice cooked oxtail as it is an exceptional food but all their other dishes are excellent too. Food and service are always great at Markette. Our waitress Jomarie was amazing!

The server Amin, is a very good server. But the only thing i would change is the tomato soup. Its to strong and its just like tomato paste.

Had a relaxing time drinking coffee and some desserts. I would recommend the iced cappuccino and apple crumble. Our waitor, Eryl, was very accommodating and friendly. It was overall a nice experience!

We ordered javanese fried rice and mamma mia burger and both were so tasty and flavorful. It is indeed on a pricey side but it is justifiable.
Nicolas, Eryl, Pabi, and Bhabisya are commendable for their assistance and made our dining experience whole.
ERYL did an amazing job. I loved the meatball pasta, requested it be tweaked and made spicy with more sauce as well as got the burger without cheese and everything was beautifully done. Amazing customer service eryl.
