It was amazing staying in Four Points by Sheraton downtown dubai. The staff is really friendly and well behaved specially Ameya, shalini and shailesh. The complimmentary shuttle services that the hotel provides is very good. Definitely recommend this place!!
Is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are big and very clean .breakfast is also very good .there is continental breakfast and indian breakfast.in one word its amazing staying in four points sheraton.
October 2017....(Retired couple) Great place to stay....great rooms....The young Concierge staff were great.... ..we ate all our meals in the hotel........Was not well when we arrived so rather than make our own way around to sight see in the heat we hired a driver (Damish Melmood ) from the hotel to take us around.....he was great took us everywhere....we were about 6 hours in and out of his lovely car in the air conditioning........very caring as he knew I was not well..even came with us on the boats to take us across to the Spice and Gold Markets and escorted us into where we had to go, to go up the Burj Khalifa, We saw just about everything we needed and wanted to see in Dubai.....even the butterfly farm....would definitely recommend him ....All in all despite being ill we had a great time in Dubai.
Sheraton is best hotel in the world,Staff was very friendly and soft spoken,My room was so nice.I recommend this hotel to my friends and others.��

The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the beach and the malls. I would highly recommend it !.

Our experience in this hotel was amazing from Bell person Hassan to the top level managements. In the Restaurant manager Bernard Anthony was amazing and brilliant how he coupes with his team in such a busy situation accommodating every guest to their breakfast table when there was such huge numbers of guests waiting for the table him and his team were arranging attending every guests carefully and accommodating them the table. We were so impressed to see all this. Keep it up guys.
