An unassuming place, a hidden gem and an at home feeling; these are the words that describe this place the best. Well, words don't do justice and an experience is a must. The interiors are like that of a living and dining room of a warm and cozy house. The service is excellent !
I had heard about them from a friend and finally decided to give it a try one weekend afternoon even after being warned that the place will be packed. The place was buzzing and had to be...
We skipped the regular Arabic dishes and were recommended the Fatet Maryam Musakhan and the Shish Taook which has a chilli marination. We also called for a Fatoush and a Strawberry milkshake for our little girl.
The Strawberry milkshake was made of fresh strawberries and was mind blowing.
The Fatoush had absolutely fresh greens and a perfect dressing. The Fatet musakhan had chicken topped with Sumac, yogurt garlic and fried bread and I must say that this was finger licking good. The Shish Taook was served with fries and garlic sauce. The chicken was tender and melted in the mouth.
We ended our meal with the perfectly sweet Mohalabieh that was topped with a generous portion of powdered pistachio and downed the meal with Red tea with mint. I already can’t wait to go back here.

Bait Maryam is one of the best Levantine cuisines I’ve had. The key is how delicious the food is and as soon as you have it, you know it’s good, clean food. Light on the stomach and hearty. I had their hummus and mixed grill and it’s one of the best I’ve had and I consider myself a connoisseur.
The customer service is absolutely top notch. I called the restaurant about a substitution and the lady on the other end cheerfully and kindly agreed. This is the second time I’ve spoken to her with a request and she always goes out of the way to accommodate me.
Bait Maryam is one of JLT’s landmarks, it’s apparent why.

We visited this beautiful restaurant for dinner. Bait Maryam located in the JLT cluster D have lots to offer which includes delicious food, great ambience, the perfect view and ample parking space right in front of the restaurant . The place has an outdoor as well as indoor seating area. The indoor seating area both gorgeous and elite. As the climate was beautiful we decided to sit outdoors to enjoy the view as well as the food.
We tried Hummus with home made fresh puffed bread which was very soft made an excellent combo, one of the best Hummus in town.The Batata Hara was tangy and crispy fried potatoes. Very nicely garnished and very tasty. Falafel, the inside was steamy hot and soft and it had the perfect outer crunch. Falafel were served with fresh salad and the very amazingly tasting tahina sauce, a bite of falafel dipped in the sauce was so heavenly. Must must try. Dessert will tried was the lazy cake, taste was nice and delicate.
We also tried out juices from their drinks section, pomegranate juice and Maryam cocktail. The best being the Maryam cocktail, this one was a simple blend of fresh pineapple, mango syrup, strawberries and pomegranate, a drink worth trying on your visit.
The restaurant is indeed serving food which tastes like homemade food. It is like we are having food in Maryams Bait (house). The Ambience coupled with excellent service and Good tasting food makes it memorable and worth visiting again and again.
Everything is super yummy and fresh! Amazing value for money! And the staff are lovely!

Everything was perfect in delivered food.. ordered manakesh cheese and Zaatar which was served well folded and was very very tasty. Fattoush was one of the best we had in Dubai.. labneh and hummous were good too. We wished they had freshly baked bread.. we got store bought bread which was good too and there were around total 10 pieces with our order.. we ordered two fattoush salad, hummous, cheese and Zaatar manakesh, falafel box and labneh.. food was good enough for 5-6 people. Falafel we felt were expensive as it was 27 dhms for 8’pieces and were average.. rest all the food was very good. Offered through deliveroo and food was delivered well on time .. will definitely order again .

We ordered Arayes, Shrimp with garlic and cilantro and hummus for lunch as a delivery. The food was great. I loved the shrimps!
And the delivery was quick.
I just had a feast! My friend recommended Bait Mariam, Levante cuisine and just loved it!! I have an obsession lately for cauliflower and loved their cauliflower with tahina sauce as well as their sautéed shrimps with cilantro and the crispy fresh tabooleh salad. The food came very fast and in well wrapped containers and still
hot when i started to eat. I will definitely order here very soon again :)

Ordered Mixed grill after going through some of the reviews here. I must say that this is the best Mixed Grill that I've had ever! Can't wait to visit the restaurant when all of us are safe to do so. This food is delicious a must try! I had the chicken farooq with chips and hummus. The food is full of flavour and is so fresh. I love the flavours of the dish I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend!

This is a little homey and pretty outlet serving Lebanese homestyle food located in Cluster D of JLT on the visitor parking level itself, very easy to access.
We went here for my birthday dinner. The inside seating is small like a Lebanese home dining area and the decor replicates Bait Maryam (literally means house of Maryam). The outside seating faces the marina water. The seating inside can get a bit crunched if it's crowded; but it's still cozy. We sat inside and started with 🍋 Mint and Ayran. For mains, we had the Kabab which had two skewers with french 🍟 and a side of Hummus with Meat. The drinks and food, both were really amazing and tasty. The service was very attentive and friendly as well.
I would surely recommend the place for every Lebanese food lover and it's very reasonable as well!
The ambience is cozy and done really well. Loved just about everything that we had here.

For many years my family and I have been on a relentless quest searching and rating top quality Dubai Lebanese-Syrian cuisine, and we sure have found plenty. But today Bait Maryam has taken the Gold.
Today we selected Lahmbajeen, spicy tomato Manaqeesh, Shakshoka and Fatteh Humos, and they were all as delicious, authentic and genuine as you’d taste in the best family kitchens in these countries. The ambiance is wonderfully cozy, rustic and traditional.
What made our experience even more happily memorable is the extreme hospitality and kindness of Ms. Maryam, the boss, herself and her service manager Mr. Sherbel.
Bait Maryam is certainly a JLT and Dubai gem.
One of the very best restaurants in dubai. Chef Salam makes every single guest feel welcome. The food is amazing and feels like home. Fattet jaj, maryam’s salad and rosto were all to die for. Highly recommended and will definitely be going again.

Was invited by very generous Ms Salaam the owner and chef of this restaurant. Located in JLT one of the finest dine in restaurant for families with outdoor seating area too serves amazing Arabic, labanese, iranian mix food.
To make it very comfortable for us. The manager decided to serve us with their best dishes by themselves. And it definitely was one of the best on menu.
There hommous is so outstanding. In my entire life I have never had better than this.

We went here for breakfast with a few friends . The food was really amazing. We ordered the Shakshuka, Ejet Maryam , the Zatar Manakish and the honey n cheese Manakish. All of us including the kids enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Yum ! The hospitality of the staff was very very warm and welcoming. Definitely we are going to be regulars here.

We went there today to have lunch with a couple of colleagues. They always come here but for me it was the first time. The Fatouch was good and the grilled halloumi as well. My friends loved the plate of the day which was Fasolya. Next time will try something new

We tried many dishes including cold and hot appetizers, mains and desert and they were all great. Service was timely and with a smile. If you want to have an incredible meal and feel like you're at home, go to Bait Maryam.

My experience to this restaurant wasnt as I've walked through a restruant, it was more as I've walked into my home greeted by the Chef its own (Salam Dakkak). She welcomed me with such a great simile recommend her best dishes inspired by her mother "Maryam".

I love this place! The food was delicious. Our waiter, Lijo, was wonderful and very helpful since it was our first time and made all the right suggestions. Chef Salam came out of the kitchen and made sure to ask us how our food was and I officially love her.

Where to start? I’m literally at loss for words. To say the food is incredible is a massive understatement. I’ve dedicated a lot of time and made a lot of effort in search for good middle eastern food. Almost all (if not all) the places I’ve tried were a huge letdown. I was convinced that the city was polluted with middle eastern places that serve commercially driven bland food. And for that reason I was very skeptical to try out Bait Maryam. Of course I did my research before visiting the place. But most of the highly recommended restaurants I’ve tried had been a complete and utter disappointment.
Bait Maryam broke the mold. I came in with very little expectations and walked out cursing my stomach for not having the capacity to hold in more food. It was by far one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Undoubtedly the BEST breakfast in the city. Everything we ordered was sublime. I literally can’t describe how great the food was. This is as authentic as it gets. So much love is put into the food. A 5/5 star rating isn’t enough. What an absolute gem.
The owner is exceptionally warm and friendly. She and the staff charmed us completely. So welcoming... it didn’t feel like we were eating out at a restaurant. In fact, it felt like we were having breakfast at a friend’s house. Truly phenomenal experience. An absolute must try. I’m serious people....get yourselves down there. I can’t say more than you will not regret it. The food is remarkable , the service is marvelous, the atmosphere is fantastic. All in all? An incredible experience that is sure to leave you craving for more.

Been to middle eastern restaurants before and coming across almost the same dishes we all know, but here at bait maryam came across new dishes never had before and the food are authentic and tasty makes you feel you are eating at someone's house not restaurant. Staff very friendly and helped me with the menu and recommended to try hamoody kebab ( was amazing ).
The vibe and experience of this restaurant just reminds u of a lunch that u have been invited too! So cozy and warm! Went on a Friday had their mansaf which was unbelievable not to mention the eggplant fattah!!! Def should try these dishes !!!
Went here for my daughter's birthday, and had the most pleasant experience.
We ordered the cauliflower tahini, falafel and mint lemonade. The falafel were perfectly warm and crispy, cauliflower tahini was great, and the mint lemonade was surprisingly fresh. Our experience was great thanks to staff Mr. Liju Joseph, and the lunch wasn't complete without an amazing surprise from the owner, of a slice of a sponge cake for my daughter.
The ambiance itself was great. The place had a social, fun yet homey vibe.
Overall, the hospitality was excellent, with the generous staff and owner, would definitely recommend the place.
We had the most amazing experience in Bait Maryam restaurant. The food is so delicious and they are using fresh produce and ingredients that are even imported from abroad. Very authentic Arabic food. We had Lijo as our waiter and he couldn't be better. Not only was he very friendly, chatty and attentive but he was also very knowledgeable about food, ingredients and ways it was cooked. He recommended a few dishes which were so tasty and beautifully presented. The highlights are Maryam salad as well as Maryam Fukhara and Maryam Kabab. We finished our meal with turkish coffee and freshly made kunafa. Thank you Lijo for one of the best dining experience of all Arabic restaurants in Dubai. We definitely will come back

Ive been in dubai for so long and ive tried so many restaurants but this is the best home made food. I fell in love with everything we ordered. It was as if im eating my moms food.
