Came here for group dining. Location chosen due to being on entertainer app. I had classic burger 🍔 and I could not finish it because It was not tasty for me. I prefer fast food chains’ premium range of burgers. They also made it extremely restructive, difficult and impossible to use entertainer voucher ( that you must use a single credit card to pay for all meals, a group of a dozen people etc.) It was neither good value nor experience.

This place is just amazing with great staff great food and rocking live music. The staff are just doing a great job here by providing superb customer service. Very friendly and listen to the request and gives great suggestions. the cozy ambience and the crowd is just well too. About the food, it’s absolutely delicious and fresh. It is smacking. We booked a table for Friday afternoon for 6 through Zomato. Even though our reservations were accepted in Zomato, on arriving, they informed us that we cannot be seated together "as per government regulations". I did go through the "government regulations" and no such details were mentioned. In fact we left for another restaurant that heartily welcomed our group of 6. The manager and the server were extremely rude. The manager clearly suggested that we were not updated with the "government regulations". I did not expect such pathetic service from a worldwide chain. Never returning here again. I'm gonna make sure no more gathering are held within our group at Hard Rock!

One of the oldest and most loved places in Dubai.. try their veg burger which has portobello mushrooms and it’s definitely one of my fav there. Drinks are good and try their ice cream cup at the end which we 5 could not finish.. and the best thing is ofcourse it’s ever cool vibes., too good to be true atmosphere and yes music nights which you just can’t forget :-) surely be of the places to visit if you are visiting Dubai..

Where do I even begin ?!?? As you enter the place itself, you’re instantly hit with this awesome chill vibes. The ambience and layout is just AMAZING! I was a first timer at Hard rock cafe. We visited the Festival city mall branch. I just wanna start off by saying that the songs that were playing were an apt selection to set the mood. It really gave good vibes. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. We were waited on by Melane. She was so sweet and quick on her feet. She recommended some good food as well. Even the AGM, Milena was very friendly and welcoming in her approach toward the guests. Our orders was taken and served quick. The food was hot and yummy! We had the bahama mama, virgin mohito, fish and chips and the legendary hickory burger. The portion size was really good. It’s totally worth the price. The drinks were great as well ! At the end of our meal, we were surprised with a complementary brownie sundae! We really couldn’t have asked for anything better to end our meal with. The one main aspect of Hard rock cafe that I love is that everything is made from scratch, all produce is fresh and the recipes are their original recipes. I can only imagine how people would (before COVID 19) flock to Hard rock cafe for a good time. Based on my experience recently I can surely say that the pandemic hasn’t dampened the cravings of the customers ! Will surely be back for more :)

So today I went to Hardrock cafe with my friends and visiting a rest after pandemic was little scary, thr serviced there were amazing guy on the lift helped us to go to the next floor by helping us not touching thr buttons, thn on next floor counter had sanitizers for us waiting, he took us to our well Cleaned Sanitized table which was clean and shiney sanitized just beforre we sat, the crew was wearing gloves and masks and did all the good precautions we all need during this time. The tables were placed at a distance where we all could eat and enjoy withoit worrying about tje place bejng packed, Now lets talk about food as usual the steaks were AMAZING, mac and cheese was Yummiest, we had Double cheese burger which was BOMB DOT COM!! loved the over all environment and service. Thankyou for having us Hard rock cafe!!

What can one dislike about Hard Rock? For a lively fun place with great food: seems like you know now where to head to! Starting from their cocktails to starters and burgers! Gosh, the menu is scrumptious. The live band is lit, can get crowded during the weekends.

Been here three times hoping that the steak will improve but sadly it never did. We always order medium well but the steak will come out over cooked and dry. Ribs are fantastic as always but the steaks always fell short. Loved the place but please do something about how the steaks are cooked.

It’s a nice place if you want to listen loud music while eating. Although it does become difficult to have a chat. The food was mediocre and hence I felt like the prices were too high for the quality of the food provided.

I have celebrated two birthdays here. The way the staff makes you stand on the chair and the whole process is absolutely cute. Service is quick and food is delicious. I once went at a huge group party and tried nearly everything. ( all halal options ) I haven’t tasted the beverages there so cant say much about that. But def a must visit.

Recommend that even if a guest is late (which was mycase) you explain well the policy and not make a rather rude statement the moment the guest says hi on sorry I let go your table!! Wo even a welcome to hard rock unfortunately etc etc ... this is a bad sign for hard rock at the entrants especially when our table attendant was so nice it didn’t overcome the rude welcome at entry

Hard rock cafe really has it’s own vibe. They’ve got a different band playing for every day of the week which i think is wonderful. And they also take song suggestions from the crowd! And a pool table for those who want to play while waiting for their food which i think is amazing. Really love the way they celebrate birthdays as well! Honestly the best service for celebrations so far. This is one of the places that I visit whenever i can and will definitely keep going! Hope everyone gives this place a chance and love it!

Drove to Hard Rock only for the food. We had major steak cravings and at that hour there weren’t many options. Walked in around 12-12-10am on Thursday night. The place was quite and empty. Nonetheless we were attended to and were seated. The menu seemed very different than what I remember from 2 years ago. It seemed a lot smaller with less food dishes and drinks. We ordered for the Ribs and the cowboy steak. Our food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We absolutely looooved it 😍❤️ One thing is for sure, Hard Rock never disappoints with good food and brilliant service. Keep it up 😃

Went with my ex colleague whom I was Meeting in person after long time, the ambience was great we sat towards the bar side lil away from band playing area ,ordered jumbo bites and we used the happy hours offer only on whisky as it wasn’t available for all brands of beer The food is good service is great , band played good music but felt little high on sound because of which clarity was less ,overall a great evening with some quality time with my friend

Birthdays made special at hrc 🥳 ..yes u have to stand up on the chair and get the cherry with your hands tied behind...🙆‍♀️but u will enjoy the moments🙃🙃the jumbo platter and naachos are extremely filling and scrumptious. Ordered mac and cheese sides, and was not aware I've been given the main order portion. Highlighted this to management once I received the bill and I was ridiculously blamed for eating it. Manager and staff were unprofessional, unhelpful and mean, insinuated that I should have known how different portions look like, then charged me for their incompetence. I would never come here anymore nor recommend to anyone.

A five all day! By far one of the best experiences i have in the UAE. I am nit sure if this branch always has a live band performing, but i was lucky enough to enjoy my favorite genre of music lively performed by a wonderful couple. The place is huge, and before getting to the restaurants there are exclusive hard rock items you can buy. The restaurant is so spacious with high ceilings. The waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic. We ordered a steak salad, a signature hard rock burger, and topped this with a huge dessert at the end. The meat served in the burger and salad was exquisite! This place is a must one you re around dubai

The atmosphere is amazing and so cozy. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We were directly seated on a couch as asked and our waitress Brenda was ready with the menus. We had nachos as a starter, and we ordered the old flavor coz apparently the new one is sweet. We also had the chicken tenders, moist and crispy. My favourite was the big bacon burger and the chef was nice enough to cut it into 3 parts as asked. We enjoyed every bit.

Honestly, I can’t get enough of this place Awesome and friendly staff, amazing rock theme, interesting interior with live music every night. Food wise; BBQ cheeseburgers is my fav. really delicious, seasoned and cooked as order. Tasty and crunchy fries. I’ve tried another dishes and they were good too And today I decided to try the NY cheesecake and it was delicious, so rich and creamy. One of the best cheesecake I’ve tried so far. P.S. order it plain, without the sauce to appreciate how good and creamy it is.

Overall Quality deteriorated. Waitors are not helping enough to choose right drink or food. No live band was playing but some noisy organ play. Again food just served without telling any word or asking any further requirement. Just kept and left.

I've been wanting to visit Hard Rock for a while and I finally made my way there during the Eid holidays. To start off we ordered a couple of drinks: Bahama Mama - 4/5 Was sweet, fruity and refreshing Hurricane- 2/5 Didnt like it Boozy Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake- 5/5 Super yum and since I love strawberry cheesecake I loved this For mains we got: Jumbo combo - 5/5 The wings are amazing and so was the bruschetta Famous Fajitas trio combo - 3/5 The meat, chicken and shrimp didnt have much flavour and the meat was hard to chew. Overall an ok visit.....would go back only for the combo and the milkshake

After the fireworks show, we decided to dine at the Hard Rock. The hostesses at the door were quite blasé and unfriendly. We were told that there would be a 30 minute wait and we decided to wait even though we could see at least 4 tables free. On enquiry, we were told that those tables were reserved. Fair enough. we were also told that entertainer coupons would not be accepted over the holidays. Personally, I feel that this could be told to us once we were seated. Five minutes later we were ushered to one of the same tables and thankfully the service dramatically improved. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with her recommendations. Thank you Jayseal. (I hope I got that right!!) We ordered the Jumbo starters and wings. The jumbo starters had an assortment of starters and assorted dips. 5/5 The buffalo wings were so outstanding that we ordered two portions 5/5 For mains we ordered the legendary burger and the double cheeseburger. 6/5 We were too full for dessert. Overall it was a fantastic experience except for the hostesses at the beginning but I’m not going to let that mar what was a wonderful evening and that’s why I’m rating 5/5 Oh. And there was a live band playing who were exceptional. Rock on Leanne. The Hard Rock is kid friendly and my kids had a wonderful evening. The Hard Rock is always a rocking experience. Two Thumbs up!!

We had a burger and mac and cheese. The burger was very dry and tasteless, could not even finish it. The vibes and music are good. Thus, don’t sit near the stage and don’t order a main and don’t waste your money 🤟🏻

It used to be my fav spot sometime back, but not anymore, I know the food is gr8, real nice varieties, no disappointments in that area, the ambience does a fine job as well, but one thing that lacks is the music, that real Rock feel to it, Me being a Die Hard Classic Rock fan of the forgotten 80's, I never found this HRC matching upto it,If only there was a dj hired who can play some classic hits in-between , or atleast a decent playlist played background so a few hardrock classic rock fans like us can come n enjoy that with a few pints :/

The last time we had been to Hard Rock was in our home town around 10 years back and man have I been missing out on some delicious food. The ambiance is so chic and this place is huge. Our server for that afternoon was Romeo and he was a delight. Friendly and courteous and very warm and welcoming. We ordered a chicken club Sandwich for the kids , some spicy prawns, Caesar salad and ofcoz the burgers. The food was spot on and we really enjoyed it. Even the non alcoholic drink selection is pretty good. Loved it. Can't wait to go back for more!!!

I love Hard Rock Cafe. I celebrated my birthday there and gathered up a big group of friends. The energy never stops and the vibes keep going. The Food was great and the birthday announcements were really fun. An unforgettable experience. Everything was worth it.

Last night wasnt great by any standards which Hard rock sets for itself... I have been a regular of hard rock from last so many years... They had one of the best Nachos is the city.. and guess what they just messed it up by changing their recipe... We were 4 and the portion would have been finished within minutes, but we could gulp it down at all... they were dry, they stopped serving salsa with nachos..I mean how can you do that...?? the manager spoke to us and tried to cover it up by providing us with some weird sauce which was sugary... We still paid for it even though we didnt even eat them... The service was lame as per the standards, prices which they set... Dont think that we r going back again...

What can I say... they were simply fantastic. The highlight is the 24k gold leaf burger.... a first of a kind ever, for HRC. Adding to this, I loved their all american sliders, the whiskey bacon jam slider was dope. You gotta try this. The steak salad was really good. medium to well done steak, sliced and topped with fresh mixed vegetables, blue cheese, yamooo.   The new york cheesecake was a hit... I kid you not.. these chefs got it perfectly nice.. Overall the food quality here is out of this world. The experience of dining these amazing good, in the midst of these famous memorabilia, make you feel like rock stars...  Love it Love it Love it.

Dining and entertainment fused together in hardrock cafe. No visit is dull and music is always spot on. I have visited multiple times but of late I have felt that food quality is going down. Don't get me wrong here, the food they serve is quite good but against their own standards it is sliding. On my visit, we ordered NY strip steak, hickory smoked ribs and their new 24k burger. For the burger, the meat was dry and lacked any flavor. Ribs were tender but bbq sauce was too acidic and overpowered the sweetness. NY steak was tender and perhaps best dish for the evening. I'd recommend to go with the sharing patter which is the best value and perhaps their top offering on the menu.

The perfect menu launch happened today. Never seen something like this. Enjoyed the menu launch a lot. The food was superb. Starters, salads, drinks, burgers, desserts and the music everything was just awesome. Amazing dining space and staffs were superb.
