we were only two people , we entered without a booking and the place was empty around 10pm. The lady didn’t even welcome us she was a tall lady ,fair , wearing black outfit. The moment we entered she seemed pretty mean and said there are no empty tables and their all fully booked and I said we can stand at the bar and order food and she said if we needed to order food we would have to sit on the table and there are no tables and she didn’t even let us in. She was so mean to me as it was my birthday I felt devastated by the customer service experience and will never step my foot again there. Thanks to whomever you were for making me feel awful in front of my friend. <br/><br/>

It can be a very good hang out spot as the seating and views are excellent. The staff is unfriendly and menu is limited. <br/>The staff doesn’t know how to greet or host and is constantly just looking elsewhere when ordering or asking for suggestions.

Came here on Valentine's night and the place was perfect for a date night. The views from here are gorgeous. The music they played that night was in sync with the whole valentine theme and created the perfect ambience. The staff here are friendly and service is quick as well.<br/>Coming to the food we tried their calamari and buffalo wings. We ordered some red wine to quench our thirst too. The buffalo wings were too dry i felt, but taste wise it was fine. The calamari was regular and nothing too special about it.<br/>The major reason i gave them a 4 is for the ambience at this place.

We went this place to celebrate birthday of a friend of mine and I think I am never going back again to this place ever ....<br/><br/>Table booking :- Being weekend it was tough to get a seat and expect wait time of approx 30 mins . Inspite of free space available they don’t allow you to shift And are quite racist which starts from seat allocation.<br/><br/>Ordering :- We waited 15 mins for someone to take our order and had to actually find call them to take order...... though the service was decent on delivering the order and it arrived within good 10 mins. However, the staff sounds too rude the act as if they are some millionaire <br/><br/>Shisha :- it tasted good but I have had the worst ever experience here . 1) to find someone to get a filter took good off 15) mins 2) to get the coal changed 30 MINS ... inspite of continuous reminder to the staff for 6 Times no one had done it and finally we had to call for the Cheque. The regular staff claimed that we r not Shisha guy and it’s his duty to change... <br/><br/>Verdict :- don’t spoil money on this place who don’t know how to serve people and staff is quite arrogant and racist.

I took shisha the peron who was changing the charcoal too rude, worse class of service . Food was quite good. Combination of great ambiance and worst service!!!

So I visited this place mainly cause I wanted to try their sheesha and which was in the flavour mint and it was really good. And talking about their food menu they don't have many options so I ordered the chiptole chicken flauta which was served with chiptole sauce and we ordered margaritas which was recommended by one of their staff which we really enjoyed. We liked the view and enjoyed the music.

Very very very dissapointed...last night me n my friends went there for few drinks and shisha...for them it was the first time but for me it was 3rd time... I only suggested them abt Cielo because I always liked their Shisha and cocktails.. but last night i was really dissapointed. First and foremost I must tell you that the lounge was not very full as it was Saturday night...so one cannot say that the service was not upto the mark due to rush. Basically the shisha was so bad that we had to ask continuously for coal changing ...the person was not at all giving any ears...only when we were calling continuously he came...and when we complain that its choking...he blew few airs in the pipe and saw us in such a ridiculed way that we never had shisha before...and we dnt knw how to smoke...or may be we do not belong there... Seriously guys...in Dubai if racism is going on that cannot be taken lightly...i still remember that shisha guys look...as if it was our mistake that we complained abt choking... i have been to this lounge before...never faced such humiliation before... I will never ever go to that lounge where racism is happening... I mean we are too paying right?? We are not taking any service free of cost... been to so many shisha joints before also but they are so polite...they never ridicule...and now let me tak abt the cocktails...i mean cocktails means that some amt of alcohol will be present...but there were just traces of alcohol i guess...i do not want to write any more...i dunno wheather you guys will do anything or not...but for your Shisha i had to go to doctor because of cough... Thanks guys but ill never ever go there...not even for free.

Been there on a work event. Food and drink were ok. What makes this place special is the locatin and the outdoor sitting with a great view on Dubai. In the winter months it is quite chilly to sit outside so make sure to bring a jacket. Although I think they had some outside heating umbrellas.

Was here for some drinks during Friday afternoon, the view was really amazing, especially during the sunset time, but the drinks were only ok (either too mild or to sweet)

A good place to be a little more on the expensive side but you should give it visit once atleast. The Shisha is good there and they have very delicious food

One of my favorites in Dubai open air lounge category. It’s made with the Santorini touch and vine leaves. This place never disappoints. The vibes are great, the music is deep house, great shisha and drinks. For a vegetarian the food is kind off limited but it’s manageable. <br/>Don’t miss Thursday nights and Friday sundowners.

Have hosted couple of events over here as you fall in love with the place when u enter. Located in old dubai its a beautiful rooftop bar next to qds serving food, shisha and drinks. The place is complete white and has a view of the Dubai skyline. Highly recommended place for a chilled out evening during winters.

Just came from Cielo this evening. I went with a few friends. First of all, the elevator is broken so you have to walk up and down the stairs so good luck if you're wearing high heels.<br/>I wanted to order a juice so I asked the waiter if it was fresh. He said only the orange was fresh so I ordered that. When the bill came they overcharged for it saying because it was fresh, I had to pay extra. I complained that the waiter never mentioned that. The manager took it off the bill.<br/>My friends had ordered food and alcohol. On the menu, it says prices are inclusive of VAT and municipality taxes. But on the bill, it was charged at the bottom. So we pointed it out to our server. The guy in charge, Nishant who was slouching as he spoke to us, said it was a mistake on the menu.  Basically, it was LIE what they wrote and they prefer to overcharge customers.  I will not be returning again.

An amazing outdoors lounge with beautiful views with the Dubai Creek and the whole city; perfect ambiance with the background music to indulge you throughout the night; good selection on the beverages at decent prices - food portions very reasonable and tasty; would recommend to visit if you’re around on this side of Dubai.

Had been here on a weekend the place is amazing and has amazing views with great music. But make a prior booking when you are in a group of 4 and more they usually don’t give you table. They also serve shisha.

Nice place for a couple of drinks with friends. They have good offers on happy hours both on food and drinks. The staff is extremely friendly, food is pretty decent. Definitely recommended for a bunch of friends!

Fantastic view of the dubai sky line weekends get full so call and reserve a table the food is good not the best but it’s nice if you want a few drinks with a group of friends. And bar eats to go along.

Cielo sky lounge is a terrace lounge located at Dubai creek club making it a perfect afternoon spot to chill. The ambience is awesome with an elegant crowd and music that is soothing enough to make your moments memorable. Me and my friends tried their few cocktails and beer buckets that were good deals. I can surely recommend this place to anyone looking forward to enjoy beautiful sunset with the city skyline.

My rating is purely for their food and the beautiful place.<br/><br/>I loved the place, its so beautiful. A roof top area next to the creek with boats around.<br/><br/>In food we ordered Calamari, fries and nachos which was very tasty. <br/><br/>I felt the drinks were expensive, and it was ladies night where ladies were served with unlmited Sangria, which didnt taste good at all, they were supposed to serve with fruits which didnt happen.<br/><br/>The music was decent too.<br/><br/>I loved the service, the staff did care and the coal for the shisha was changed pretty often.<br/><br/>Overall its a good place to hang out, just go when u have a few drink offers.

This is one of the best places I have visited in Dubai. The atmosphere is simply amazing! Its a perfect place for dance, drinks and even Shisha. The staff is also very friendly. The place is very crowded over the weekend and you ll be lucky if you find a spot. The staff is never call you even if you drop your number at the reception in the waiting list.

So I know where I’m going to be on Tuesday nights. This place has a great rooftop seating, good music, shisha, and a beautiful view. Tuesday nights are ladies night with free drinks till 11pm. Some nachos along the side and you are set for a nice mid week break.

Celebrated my birthday last Tuesday and it was ladies night. Perfect place with good ambience and awesome drinks. The staff were totally welcoming and pertaining to all my guests needs. The shisha is so good!! Tell the bartender to surprise you with a drink!! Totally recommended!!

I visited cielo last night and i am completely surprised by the out come i always used to visit cielo and this is the first time we had to deal with such a horrible treatment from one of the bartender and which the bartender swore at one of my guests on the table when we called the security and he swore again infront of the security again that means he swore twice ! This is a new level we have reached in customer service in Dubai, quantity over quality for sure. Moreover the manager came in to solve the issue which apparently he has not received the proper way of dealing with such a situation and he was talking rudely to my guests, were he said that we wont get ur drinks to the table and left the drinks at the bar while we were sitting on a table of 11 guests. When they got the drinks they were stale and warm, they informed us the drinks were on the bar waiting and the manager has informed my guest that he is not allowed to approach the bar because of the staff, which left the drinks to become warm. Such a shame and horrible place. Step up your training department, this issue will definitely be reported to bigger authorities.

We decided this place for a friends farewell. We chose it purely because of the ambience. We entered the place at 630 n it looked beautiful! We took a table creek side. A very warm smile welcomed us with the menu. Happy so far!<br/>The menu is small n has 1/2 chicken options. on the server s recommendation we ordered the best seller ... chicken chipotle.. along with dynamite shrimps, basket of fries n a the "most potent" punch/cocktail. The food sucks!! <br/>Chicken chipotle was a shredded chicken spring role sorts vd chipotle sauce over it! The chicken was extremely chewy n tasteless, the outer roll was deep fried in some stale oil! Dynamite shrimps were soggy n bland.. the worst I v ever eaten.. the "most potent" punch tasted like tang! We ordered n tried two more options on d menu.. they were no good either n we left them unfinished!<br/>We only had fries that evening!<br/>No wonder.. we only saw drinks n sheesha on all the tables!<br/>If u plan to visit this place .. do not order food!

Located next to the ever popular QD's. <br/><br/>We sat outside in the lounge area inspite of being summer since we wanted to have shisha. Well positioned Coolers all over so didn't feel the heat which was nice. It's a typical chilled out lounge with gorgeous views of the Dubai skyline. We found the seating pretty uncomfortable though. The food Menu is very limited but but the drinks menu is pretty exhaustive as you would expect from such a place. <br/><br/>We had dynamite shrimps and beef Bomba in addition to some French fries. The fries were served with a lovely avacado sauce but the other items lacked the punch, the spicy beef bomba was nowhere close to being spicy and the dynamite shrimps were soggy. <br/><br/>

Pretty good atmosphere and it is visitable during the so-called "not hot" seasons but it might be difficult to grab some drinks here when it reached summer here.

Food wise they did celebrate in true Spanish spirit, Casa de Tapas along with Cielo Sky Lounge have hosted this carnival themed brunch with live entertainment, elaborate costumes and a whole lot of Spanish and alfresco delicacies to nibble on. The menu has a variety of food to offer to range from tacos, nachos, sliders to core BBQ Grills.Cielo sky lounge has lately revealed brand new look and a tantalizing menu featuring a host of international favorites.

Last Monday early in the evening I wanted to catch up with a friend and we didn’t want to visit the usual restaurants or bars in the city, we wanted to visit a place with relaxed atmosphere and ultra chill vibes. We decided on Cielo Sky Lounge. Perched atop the beautiful Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, Cielo Sky Lounge is an uber cool roof terrace lounge and bar. It offers a stunning view of Dubai’s skyline. Recently Cielo underwent a complete interior revamp and added an extensive dining menu to their offering.

It looks like one of those places you come across in Australia next to the beach. Definitely worth coming here for a date or even for a ladies night for that matter. <br/>Beautiful view. Loved the music. Decent Crowd. Impressive Ambience. What more can you ask for.

We were looking for a place that offers brunch on Zomato but unfortunately Cielo sky lounge brunch option is not on the site!when I happen to call the restaurant the day before the lady told me they do serve brunch but fully booked😞 BUT that didn't keep us away from coming here.<br/>We ordered a few dishes to snack on and drinks which were equally good.<br/>Service was very good even though they were crowded.<br/>The music is amazing,the DJ definitely knows how to make people dance! <br/>We shall be back for Friday brunch😊

Although I feel it's a little overpriced, I absolutely love the setting of this place. It has a very chilled out vibe, with comfortable couches, flashy lights and overlooking the dubai skyline, right above the creek. Good place to sit back, relax and enjoy some shisha. The menu isn't great with only finger food on offer and that too options are limited.

Cielo Sky Lounge is probably the highest point at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club which gives an awesome view of Dubai’s skyline across the creek. We went for Friday 2 in 1 brunch at Casa de Tapas & Cielo Sky Lounge which promises an afternoon of scrumptious food, everlasting fun and lots of entertainment.

Try the dynamite shrimps and the Chipotle chicken flauta. Amazing ambience and view. great staff. The drinks are reasonably priced for the place so worth the visit

Visited the Cielo Sky Lounge last weekend. Was simply awe struck with the view of the venue. The spectacular Dubai weather at this time just added to the pleasant feeling.The food was good. Bites and nibbles and loads of starters. A healthy mix of juices and drinks. What made it stand out for me was the lively music played by an in-house DJ. The staff went out of their way to ensure that most of the guests had a good time. My family and I certainly did. Great ambience to hang it with friends. If you're looking for a great place to drink & dine, this is the place to be. Food serving could have been bigger but if you're there for shisha & drinks only, who needs food, then? 😄

This is one of my favourite places to chill in Dubai. Nice location, great for a romantic evening or even for a girls night. The cocktails are great, my friends love the shisha here. The staff is also very friendly.

the place is great considering its open and I absolutely love everything roof top! we went there without a reservation and still got placed on a good table hence I think their staff is great too. however they have really limited options for food and whatever they have is average too! I'll vouch for their Filafel - well presented and great taste!

Nice place with a beautiful view . Just the staff is a bit lagging on accommodating the clients. We were 6 and they made us sit on a table which was for 4 . Other places were also empty which could accommodate us comfortably ,but the hostess said it was reserved . (Was empty even till we left. ) Anyways, the food was average. There is a lot of creativity in presentation , the falafel was the best out then all that we ordered , the fries was nice and also the triple dipper was average , the olive oil was a not adequate on the hummus .<br/>The pinacolada was nice and also the house wine .<br/>Sheesha was good.

The place is very nice, the perfect view. I wish I can say the same about the food. You get a small portion for what you pay for, the staff are not too friendly and reservations is a must before you go which is not convenient for someone who just wants to go.

A classy place to catch up with friends for sheesha and cocktails/drinks. The place is chockablock during the weekends with an excellent vibe and the location is perfect overlooking the creek. The DJ adds to the magic spinning some good music.

We went to Cielo on a Thursday night and it was flooded with people. Honestly, the 2.5 stars is only for the music. <br/>The waitress didnt know what is and what's not included under the Cheers vouchers and we ended up paying for something we could have avoided. I ordered a watermelon and Coconut Martini and my husband ordered an espresso martini, both of them turned out to be sugar syrups. I had to request the waitress to add another shot of alcohol to make it taste like an actual martini. Also remember we thought its included under the cheers app so it was a 1+1 so that's two martinis like sugar syrups! I doubt I'll ever go back!

Magnificent view , good drinks specials but sadly the food is not what you would expect in a premium location like this . Bland, cold , en mass platters for our big group .... Big failure .

1 - The aesthetics and place itself. It is a rooftop set up with a great open air vibe and an amazing skyline to look at. The cushion chairs are really comfortable although the single seating chairs get a bit uncomfortable after prolonged periods. The lighting is also perfect for the setting. <br/><br/>2 - The staff. Every time I have been here I have been greeted by friendly staff that take me to my seat and let the waiters take over from there. The waiters are always checking up on you with a smile on their face and friendly manner. <br/><br/>3 - The menu selection. There is not a large selection of food to choose from as this is more a place for drinks but the selection they do have is more than adequate. Large selection of drinks and wines. You can also have a selection of shishas. <br/><br/>4 - The meal. The selection might be small but the taste and quality of the food is excellent. Everything I had was full of flavours.

Went to visit Cielo a few days ago, the ambience is nice and the view is absolutely stunning. Service is friendly and cool. I would just suggest to put more variety in the music to give more "Flavor to the Place".

Great food, great staff, had a really good time here. I recommend visiting Cielo when in Dubai, the atmosphere and food was really good. The only thing I would say is that they can add more food options to the menu, the selection was small, but it was yummy.

3 words for this place –good vibes only. <br/><br/>I am not particularly a fan of their food, as I have tried a couple of items from their menu and I did not like the taste or the presentation. <br/><br/>However, I still go back for having a good night out. The music is amazing, the drinks are nice and reasonably priced, and the view is fantastic overlooking the golf club on one side, and the creek and the yachts on the other. They also serve shisha, which is again a plus point. <br/><br/>The service is a bit slow, and the staff don’t seem very happy for some reason. Celebrating birthdays here is common as every time we go, most of the tables have a celebration of some sort, which is not surprising considering the ambiance is so good. However, they charge 90 AED extra for getting a cake from outside, which I feel is quite a lot. <br/><br/>They are usually fully book on the weekends, so I suggest booking a table before going.

Amazing place for a Saturday brunch. Food is very ok. Only the seafood canapes counter is something different and yummm. The view is amazing and so is the service. Part of the brunch is the bar which has everything.

Perceivably shady ambience if u go by the pics only but turned out to an awesome lounge to spend an evening with ur friends.The high point being the terrace set up overlooking the creek. Lovely cool blue hue lighting and the breeze takes care of ur mood. Alcohol is a bit expensive but u might get lucky with the offhand offers of the waiters, on ur table.Sheesha was the best we ever had in our life. Food menu was not at all impressive. We order for chicken tacos and it was dry and bread over roasted. Ambiance is good. Price wise not suitable and more food variety is required. Drinks were not good. We ordered for pina colada which was too sweet. Not a recommended place. Very disappointed.

There had been a lot of buzz about Cielo ever since it had opened up, mainly for its spectacular view of the Dubai skyline and the music and vibes of the place, and it was only a matter of time before I visited the place myself. I fell in love with the ambience, particularly because it's a roof terrace place, which is the perfect go-to for Dubai winters. Definitely a must-visit!<br/><br/> We went on a weekday, and although we missed the Ladies night, there was an offer on the drinks wherein we could order two of the same drinks for the price of one. Of course, this applied to limited drinks only but we were happy with the choices that we had. The sheesha was good too and we were quite happy with the service and the experience. The place was buzzing with people on a weekday, and I'm certain the weekends would definitely provide a better experience.

Last Friday brunch started with a big disappointment. There are too many factors to blame, so I have to list them:1. It was rainy, windy and very cold outside. Right, I cant blame Cielo for this. But we asked several times to move us inside, but we got a response that "its not that bad yet", and if rain will get harder than they might move us in. After 5 pm. Really? Brunch will be over then. And there were only 2 tables taken with 2 groups of people. 2. We booked table for 12 people and we only decided for Cielo brunch (not a easy way from Marina and JBR all the way there, trust me) because we saw their 2 for 1 offer valid till December 26th. Our friend birthday was on December 26th and when we booked and reconfirmed our booking (4 times) we were told that we are getting 2 for 1 offer (4 times !!!). So you can imagine how surprised we were to find out that this special offer is not valid anymore from exactly that day and all guests were told to pay a full price. 4 of us who arrived first were charged in advance, otherwise we were not allowed to seat at the table and order anything. My friend  who booked the table was on the phone for an hour with a same lady Patricia who confirmed a special offer just to hear that she apologize and it was a mistake (4 times). She also said that "your friends paid already so why would you care? And if you don't like this situation you can go somewhere else". WOW! This is what I call customer service. NOT! In the end my friend said that she will complain here and there and we finally got our offer confirmed. But everyone's mood was ruin by then. And 4 of us had to pay twice that day (full price and then half price. I better get that first amount refunded soon).3. Food. You can see my photos attached to get the idea. But long story short, even 2 filters on different apps did not help to make it look better. There is a small BBQ station and some plated snacks. What did I like? Only 2 things - Brazilian buns and guacamole. The rest wasn't really edible. And cold. Everything was cold. Grilled prawns were not cooked. Meat and chicken was overcooked and very hard. Baked potato was cold and hard, corn was completely tasteless. Among the salads you have to chose the following options: prawn and Greek salads which we ok, tomatoes in a bowl, fresh carrots, some mayo potato salads, cucumbers in a bowl, olives and green leafs. Very poor choice of food. For the dessert we got a stand with unappealing desserts (just biscuits with cream, different colors of cream that was the only difference).Service as I mentioned was a nightmare. But its only applicable to their management. Actual staff was amazing. Our waiters were super quick and responsive, very friendly and helpful. Big bravo to them. I wish their management were at least half as loyal as them.We also enjoyed live band that was entertaining during the brunch, great music and bringing the vibe. And view, of course is amazing. With such a great venue and improved service it could be a successful brunch. Unfortunately with experience I had I would never come back to pay the full price of 270 AED for their food, location and attitude.

Cielo is a good lounge located at the dubai golf creek and yacht club. Its a open air lounge witha good dj and better crowd. <br/>Serving sheesha and drinks and some tapas the food menu is limited. <br/>The only reason im writing about cielo is because i had the fried squid rings there and they were possibly the best ive had. <br/>It was fried but not oily. Cooked but not chewy. Crisp and extremely flavourful. Just perfect. <br/>

I recommend this place if you want to chill out with you friends or partner. The view is superb ( yacht and sheikh zayed road skyline) , they have nice music and it's not crowded. Also, their sliders are the bomb!!!! <br/><br/>Dislikes:<br/>1. The meat platter we had was nice but the serving was too small for the price that we paid. <br/>2. Reservation is a must.

Cielo is my new favourite outdoor lounge bar. The service and ambiance are top notch. The view from our table was amazing. For finger food there were less options but we tried few and we weren't dissapointed at all. The music kept us entertained all through out.

The perfect spot to unwind after a long week!<br/>Went here on a Thursday night and absolutely loved it. The best place to enjoy your weekend in this weather. Great vibe, foot tapping music and good drinks. Tried the Chilli Cheese French Fries, Sheesha, Chicken Quesadilla and Beef Sliders and I wasn't disappointed! Loved it!

Hidden gem if there ever was one! Located right above forever popular QDs, this place was outstanding. The DJ was amazing, playing great sax lounge-ish music. He had great mixes of overplayed classics that left everyone wanting more. The lighting and the view complemented the music perfectly and the crowd was just right. The only two complaints I had were the rude servers and the food was not especially great. The cashier in the front was extremely loud and kept telling me that my server was non existent as if to indicate that I was too intoxicated. For food we ordered the lamb feta pita, the chicken avocado and the beef steak. The lamb feta is the only thing I'd order again as they were decently portioned and the lamb and feta 'sauce' made the dish relatively palatable in comparison to the other two. The chicken avocado was cold and too bland and creamy for my liking. The taco it was in was cold to to the extent that it was not consumable. Lastly the beef was topped with a ketchup barbecue like sauce that should have been put it on the side instead. 4.5 because the music and the ambience made up for everything not so good!

Its wawoooo place , come and pass by only when weather is good and enjoy the view and food I so like it.

CIELO: LIKE A WESTERN <br/><br/>It's like a white trance party in here. Only, that the people are not in white, and the music is not trance. That makes no sense... Rephrase! it's like a concept car in here, with its weirdly wonderful... No, that's not right either. Well, whatever it is, it's working. Its a rooftop lounge-slash-clubbing-like experience overlooking QDs with a view of Gharhoud. Its lovely here, groovy music, dance wherever, drink, smoke, the whole shebang. Wonderfully unique ambiance makes it the perfect place for people who are not into hardcore clubbing, but still like to move to good music. <br/><br/>8 BALL VERDICT: LOVE TO LOVE YOU
