The kitchen breakfast was really wonderful and Indian section is good. Masala tea was really nice and good service. Specially thanks for help staff.
We did have breakfast here everyday during our stay and the spread was quite good. (They are good with patisserie.)On our last night in Dubai we decided to have dinner as well. Our server was really sweet and enthusiastic and while we preferred to forgo alcohol for that meal he was happy to let us customise our virgin mojito to not include orange juice. (Orange juice in a mojito?!) We ordered the Lebanese mixed grill which again was sufficient for two. The shish taouk was lovely, the lamb chops were delicious. The bread stuffed with minced meat was good. The star was the oriental rice which was well spiced with minced meat generously mixed in. Overall it was a good experience and a lovely meal.
Stopped by The Kitchen to have a quick lunch after a couple of meetings. Had their margherita Pizza which tasted delicious! Wish I had more time to try out more of their dishes but couldn't as I was in a rush. But I will definitely be going back again to try out some more stuff from the menu.

We ate at The Kitchen after a long day of meetings before getting back to our place. The service was simply super and the staff was extremely pleasant. We chose the set meat menu though everyone's meet was cooked one level more than ordered. We just loved the food.

I would suggest you to try their fried noodles or chicken biryani, I think it's the best I ever had by far, the portion is quite big and generous, once on Asian nice I tried their Ribs Galby too was 👍🏻
Liked their food. Just that its pricey for the taste and quantity. Vegetarian options are less. Service is good but serving time is more even though there is no crowd.
Went with Family for a weekend breakfast. It was quite busy but we were welcomed and seated by the Manager who was a very polite gentleman I think by the name of Faizan. He was very focused and made sure that me and my kids were comfortable..gave us a good introduction of the buffet. The waitress Renu was very courteous and looked after us during the entire time. The Chef's in the pancake and omelette counters were excellent, even though they had loads of orders..they made sure everyone was look after...they even asked me to return to my table and later brought my order to the table. All the best to the entire team...will see you again soon.
We stayed here in the hotel and was upgraded to a regency club. We had an access to club olympus and a free breakfast buffet at The Kitchen.

At the lobby level of the beautiful Hyatt regency. This is the all day dining option. Fairly large. Neat decor. Good service and an elaborate breakfast menu with live kitchen counters. Typical Hyatt stamp all over the place.
A nice coffee - breakfast place in its star rated hotel. Was there for 4 days and loved having breakfast , with an impressive spread.

As a typical Coffee shop in a star rated hotel, its not so bad with respect to its pricing or the quality of food. Since I was staying at the Hyatt, the first day of my landing from Delhi, I was too lazy to step out in the Dubai heat of 45 degrees. Walked in my shorts and the place does give you a relaxing vibe, with smiling waiting staff and the helpful manager.
Within a couple of minutes a warm bread, neatly cut, appeared on my table. Decided to try their Seafood spaghetti for lunch. A beautiful looking plate was presented to me in next 10 minutes and I was so mesmerized by all the seafood in it, I photographed the artwork from every angle under different light settings :) From fresh Clams to mussels, shrimp, squids and cuttlefish in fresh tomato based sauce, every bite was a delight for the palate.
Decided to go for their dessert buffet, that offered two kinds of cakes; Date and red velvet and a plum tart with multiple sauces and fresh fruits. I wanted to taste all three; hence tried my combinations of sauces with bakery and loads of different berries. The desserts were a real highlight and I finished my sumptuous food rendezvous with a double espresso in the end.

After strolling up to the revolving restaurant for it to be fully booked. We decided to come here, what a fantastic find. The food is to die for, so delicious and the waiter was very friendly. Overall fantastic experience. Kids food came out first which is always a bonus. Will definitely come again.

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Dubai abbiamo sempre fatto colazione qui e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tanta scelta e qualità, personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno anche preparato un mini muffin di saluto prima del rientro, troppo carino.
