(التعليق الأصلي) Tried out for the first time. If asked again will surely give it a miss. Meat quality was not anything close to 5 star standards. Nothing great in the spread. Not sure the waiters were trained at all. The restaurant receptionist didn’t want to welcome guests - felt like that.

(التعليق الأصلي) One star only for location... zero star for food.. very bad experience for this resturant... staff very bad ... services less than zero ... I hope close my eyes and wake up and find myself not come here... please don't ignore my comments and try to test because will hit yourself after that.

(التعليق الأصلي) Scrumptious Buffet for Ifthar! We had the Ifthar buffet from flow kitchen this week and it was very delicious. The staff were very polite and helpful. Nice setting and ambiance, collaborated with great choices of desserts and food.

Have been to many buffet but this one was special and I got 50% off on Emirates boarding pass. Really good customer service and nice and romantic place to have dinner in. Have uploaded the variety of food they have. Hope its helpful :)

We went for iftar and birthday celebration 1- there is no valley parking (you have to park your car on your own and walk along the parking) not a 5 star hotel standards 2- poor variety of food, i know many places which are a way cheaper and offer a much better food quality and variety 3- the service is a joke, the birthday day celebration ended up with apologises to our friend for the embarrassment, what a shame 🙈 4- the decoration is worth of a cheap mall food-curt (no exaggeration) I felt myself having KFC in Mall of the Emirates 5- cold reception I will never go there again ! PS: its almost illegal to charge people 290 AED for this, inspire from the competition in dubai, there are many great places you should look up to

A refined dining option with a seating by a small water flow. The place has A la carte menu and buffet options that cater for different tastes and cuisines: International, Italian and Mediterranean. Visited the place a while ago and opted for the buffet, which was a good option. The place also accept loyalty programs, ideal to save some dirhams as the place is expensive.

During our stay at the Fairmont we had our breakfast at Flow every morning. First off the staff is super sweet, accommodating and always ready to help!

The breakfast was a large spread with an egg station and a wide selection of items.

My favourite has to be the eggs Benedict and the blueberry muffin.

The restaurant is super clean and the staff serve you so cleanliness and hygiene is ensured.

One of my favorite places to go and eat, amazing ambience, good selection, quick and courteous staff, and outside sheesha area is just amazing.

A bunch of jokers answering their phone. I called them a week ago mentioning that i have entertainment vouchers and they said they will accept it on christmas eve. I invited my friends and called them to double confirm. Yes double confirm. And a lady who answered the phone this time said they will not accept the vouchers ! I remember very well she confirmed yes first time. If they have recorded phone line. They will have this conversation. Horrible !!!!!!

Loved the place... Elegant clean fancy affordable
Beautiful staff professional
Beautiful experience from. A to z
Starting from parking to welcoming to seating area and outside was beautiful
To the enormous variety of delicious food you keep Wana eating more and more...
The best idea is the seperate buffet for the kids from grown ups
I adored the baked salmon and the salads.
Staff kept asking us if we need more drinks, super attentive.
I can totally invite someone there.
👌👌👌
Live For Food
Medium sized buffet. The service was good. We asked for the pizza to be served on the table. They brought a freshly made pizza which was really good. However there was no option to customize toppings and only 2 option for pizza was there. Other items in the buffet were also nice, specially the Kung Pao prawns. Overall good experience. Would recommend the place.

I went to Flow Kitchen with a recommendation of a friend for weekend breakfast. This is the dining hall for Fairmont Hotel guests as well but in terms of capacity, it was well maintained and there wasn’t too much crowd.
The variety of the food was not huge but it was covering for the fundamentals. There was live cooking corners for omelettes and crepes which was nice to have them fresh and for your choice. The taste of the food was not great not bad. I used Zomato Gold thus it was good value for money ultimately. (AED 160 for 2) But definitely I wouldn’t choose Flow Kitchen for AED 160 per person given the food variety and taste.
Service was quick which is very important for breakfast.

Rating: 4/5
Ambience - Very Good 9/10
Service - Outstanding 10/10 (very attentive staff, we felt very important, no discrimination at all)
Food - Good 8/10

We came for their Seafoods Night expecting there will be sashimi (my fave), lobster or at least oyster. We were a bit disappointed.
Good thing their Korean steak was so good, it was nicely cooked (medium rare), and their baked salmon is also good.

Nothing to dislike, but will probably not comeback. ☺️

Btw, we used our YAY Buffet + House Beverage vouchers offered by Entertainer (sweet deal, huh!👍).

The buffet on Fridays is varied, guaranteed to find something you crave, it is very well priced too and they accept entertainer vouchers
The staff are super polite and well trained, we find it perfect for lunch with the kids

We went for Tuesday Night Buffet which is their Street Food Theme Night. The varieties were good. They had Pizza (Veg & Non Veg) Chicken, Seafood and Veg dim sums. Then there were Tacos, Mini Hot Dogs and Burgers. They was a good variety of breads, salads & cheese. Sushi and fresh seafood was on the buffet too. The mIns were few but with the variety of appetizers we didnt miss it. The dessert could have had a few more varieties but the few they had were delicious.

They accepted Zomato Gold so for AED 195 it was 2 for 1 which was an amazing deal. Thank You so much for the lovely evening.

One suggestion would be to have the package be inclusive of Beverages.

I have been here for international buffet dinner. Descent place for family and very courteous staff. Great food and desserts, especially arabic desserts

Staff is polite and ready to help .Special thanks to Mr.Anil he was taking care of us .They have huge variety of food. We stayed in Palm Fairmont for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed their Arabic and Asian cuisine nights.

I loved flow kitchen the last time I came. However, this time around the food wasn’t high quality. Sushi was below average, so was Kung Pao chicken.
Vìkãş Måłîk
Great selection of food if you're going for the brunch or dinner buffet. And considering the quality and selection, when you use the "Entertainer" voucher it becomes extremely affordable and a must try.

One of the best family and kid friendly brunches we have been to in Dubai! The food was great, the dessert spread was stunning! Magic show, Egg hunt, petting zoo - best time for kids!!! A delightful Easter afternoon! Thank you Jacqueline and Usman for taking care of our table so well!

I had my cousins coming and decided to try the seafood night. The restaurant was empty so we were very well taken care of, the service was excellent and the food was delicious, desserts were excellent although not a wide variety.

The only reason why I didn’t give the 5 stars is that the variety wasn’t as I would expect from a Fairmont restaurant, no lobsters at all, no oysters, limited types of fish, only sushi and no sashimi...etc

I believe there is a lot of potential for improvement on the menu.
Joe Chbat
Lunch set menu of 180 AED excluding beverage, excluding water.
1 star for the price and the fact that they accept The “Entertainer Voucher”
1 star for the good quality of food, although the variety is minimal
1 star for the cleanness and ease of access (valet parking included, outdoor seating area)
And finally, 1 star for the service, very nice staff and knowledgable.

The plates, cutlery sets and tables are very clean, the setup is good as well.

We were 6 people + 1 toddler; we paid 588 AED for all (including the vouchers) which means ~100 AED each: AMAZING for big families.

Would go back again for sure!

Me and my better half tried the seafood night at Flow Kitchen. The restaurant had been on our radar for some time and we are glad to have tried it.

The food spread is pretty good, though the seafood distribution is real heavy on Prawns. So if you love Prawns, you have a treat here. We loved their starters including the simple but delicious Potato Salad and Dynamite Shrimps. They had a wide variety of Arabic, Italian and Continental salads. They had a small section of Sushi too. Along with Udon noodles with your choice of toppings.

In their carving board they had baked Salmon and Beef. While the main courses had seafood, poultry and beef options across various cuisines. They had Thai Duck Curry, Italian Seafood Marinara, Arabic Syadieh Rice, Thai Veg Spring Rolls, Fried Shrimp and Calamari, Osso Buco, a clams based dish. A dedicated Indian section with vegetarian and fish options. All in all the quality ‎of all the ingredients was pretty good and taste of all various cuisines was pretty good. The star of the show was Paella flooded with Chorizo and seafood. They also had steamed seafood and pizza. We really enjoyed the various food options and how good a standard all the dishes had with no below par options.

The dessert section was small and controlled with fresh fruit and Gelato, a selection of cakes and pastries and ‎a very tasty cobbler of mixed fruits.

The thing which made Flow Kitchen great for us was the quality of cuisine all around. They didn't do anything half baked. So whatever they did was pretty awesome. We will definitely try to come back.

Amazing buffet. Arabic dip taste authentic. Even indian food taste delicious. Meat is tender and juicy. Great staff and amazing outdoor sitting to enjoy pleasant climate.

Lunch and dinner buffet is great, everyone will find something interesting - from "street food", local famous tastes, Asian cuisine, and amazing desserts. 5-star service and a really nice interior. I really highly recommend the sushi section :)

Visited this place for Halloween with the kids. The place was well decorated and the service was good. The only drawback was the food. We visited this place at 9 pm for dinner and the food looked liked leftovers. The soup was cold so was some of the food. To add to this some of the dishes were close to empty. The taste of the food was below average and the the lamb was over cooked. The dessert bar was disappointing too. The macarons were hard and the brownies tasted stale.

ليلة الماكولات البحريه بكافة الانواع ، الطعام 8/10 ، الخدمة جيدة ، السعر متوسط ، مواقف سيارات متوفرة

Seafood Night of all kinds, food 8/10, good service, average price, parking available

We went for the saturday brunch and were rather disappointed.

The variety was limited and not very large, which was alright, but the quality and taste of the food was very lacking!

The salad offerings were the best part of the brunch. Decent variety of cheeses on offer.
From there on it was totally downhill!

The steak was chewy, flavourless and inedible without the barbecue sauce. Difficult with as well!
Same for the herb crusted tilpa fish with butter orange sauce, I could not even finish what I took in my plate.
The Pizza was cold and dry.
Did not try the Pasta counter as it just didnt look inspiring.
Seafood Marinara was ok ok.
The best item on the buffet was the Kung Pao prawns, of which I had two helpings!!
Potato wedges were good too!
THERE WAS NO SUSHI< MOMO etc as mentioned in other reviews this day.

The less said about the dessert the better! Mind you this is despite reaching at the start of the buffet just before 1pm!

Fortunately for us, we had got groupon coupons which means we didnt pay an exhorbitant price and had soft drinks included else would have been mad!

Dubai has way too many excellent food options so this just didnt fly.
notsure if this was a one off bad day as dont think am going back in a hurry!
Ankit Gulati
Me and my wife visited last weekend for breakfast and I could say that there variety and taste didn't disappoint us. Generous staff and options for vegetarian definitely make this place worth for second visit.

Breakfast here is quite good, I’d rate it a 4. But lunch and dinner just doesn’t reflect the price for the quality. I’ve been a Fairmont Platinum member for probably 12 years but I really can’t justify the price of the restaurants in this hotel. Especially when kids are 11 or under only.
R.balid89
No clean i watch files and ants inside and outside i see cat it is nasty
The food is litle comparing with prise
Fruite very litle and bad
Shrimps very small comparing other sae food in hotel must be the buffet in firmont
the better than that

Good good Brunch! Great food and excellent ambience. Have been here a couple of times and the staff and place never dissappoints! If looking for a deal, they have it on Cobone occasionally. Check them out! Why pay full ;)

The food was good but i think the options for main course (and even the desserts) were limited. It was good dining experience overall but there are much better options available at this price .

I love this place. Specially the outdoors where they serve your sheesha and then you can walk upto the sea and relax there for a while.
This place is a complete package

It was an amazing Brunch, the food was fresh and mouth watering, deserts were great, the place is very much kids friendly, it was an awesome experience overall

During staycation at Fairmont tried the Friday brunch at flow . It was Repunzel theme day . Reached around 1 , staff was very welcoming . The place was almost full but still it was spacious enough . Has indoor and outdoor seating area . Choose to sit inside . BUFFET was laid very nicely and the culinary staff was very courteous and offering food specially the person who was at meat 🍖🥩 station 👍. There was huge variety of food from starters to desserts . There was MOMO station with multiple options and they even looked very cute . SUSHI 🍣 station had a variety and was enjoyed by my better half .SALADS had huge variety for everyone to choose and enjoy . MEAT stop was the best and for me highlight of the day from Turkey 🦃 to 🥩 beef ribs and Salmon 🐟. Even the server at the station was very attentive . Really enjoyed :) . There was pizza 🍕, veg rice and many other options . Other interesting food was sheesh touk yummilicious to the core . Soft drink 🍷 were served at table but there were juices also Avaiable and watermelon 🍉 JUICE 🥤 was a must try 👍. As it was a family day there was special brunch section for KIDS which had yummy Mac and cheese 🧀 , crinkle fries 🍟, donuts 🍩 chocolate 🍫 fountain and my kids really had a great time and actually enjoyed food :) There was magic show for kids also. DESSERTS 🍨🍮 section was nice and had options from cakes 🎂🍰 to ice cream 🍨, fruit tarts , Arabic sweets . Best among them was chocolate brownie with vanilla 🍨 and hot apple 🍎 crumble . Finished the food with a cup of tea ☕️. Multiple food option with excellent taste , welcoming and smiling staff and perfect ambiance with a dip in the water . A perfect day to spend Friday with family 👍

Went for amazing sea food night
Decoration in luxury
Food quality is high
Taste is amazing
Staff are friendly
Out-seating is a top notch
Recommended for a nice evening

Good buffet with good choices. Great service and very nice view on the palm from the outside terrasse. The dessert section can definitely be improved

It didn't impressed me like other restaurants in five star property.
Limited main course
Variety of salads & sweets.
No grill items
Though continental but it misses the taste, infact a sort of smelly non veg.
Another drawback being muslim is to see PORK in the same hall at properly marked place.
But after all plates & crockery remain same.
Ambience good
Staff is humble and cooperative
Price is reasonable as compared to other buffet.
Will try to avoid.
Adelene Dsilva
Subtle ambience yet very elegant. Fine dining at its best. The buffet has a vast spread. Their seafood options were very delicious and a must have for all seafood lovers. Value for money is genuine. Staff is very quick and friendly.
Sana
Nothing bad and nothing special, food is average, doesn’t excite, big plus is location! If u will ask yes I will come coz your buffet is in affordable price, nice presentation but the taste have to be improved
Sandeep Chaturvedi
Tried the Saturday buffet and both the food and the service were just average. While the vegetarians in the group were clearly disappointed by the limited options, non vegetarians didn’t really have anything to cheer for either. Spring rolls, Sushi, Indian lamb curry, chicken Thai curry and cauliflower saved the day for us. In the dessert section most of the items were great especially the hot chocolate pudding.

Enjoyed the ample breakfast buffet at Flow this weekend and my sweet-tooth has never been better spoiled for choice! There's something for everyone in terms of choice, the service is impeccable and the lush lawns and large dining room make it the perfect venue to enjoy a relaxing and lazy weekend breakfast.

Went to flow kitchen last night. They were serving an international buffet. Absolutely loved the sushi and seafood offering, lots of variety and fresh taste. Other dishes were a bit limited in choice and there was less variety of chicken dishes. Dessert was great and the berry cheesecake was the fave choice of the night.

It was my birthday and my girl friends and I had an Arabic dinner buffet here. The restaurant was so classy and had a lot of choices on the menu. I especially enjoyed the cheese selection. After dinner we walked around the hotel lobby and admired the yellow roses - they were beautiful. The seating area outside was so serene, with a view of the stars. The whole experience was memorable.

Thanks to ENBD for the AED 500 voucher that we spent on this night.

We've been to Flow for both the Friday brunch and also for the Friday dinner, both times we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Superlative food quality and plenty of choice! The Friday brunch had additional food stalls.

Friday Brunch - International spread, sushi, Italian, Indian, British, Thai/Pan Asian loads of salads, Eggs Benedict, carvery, plenty of seafood and salads, shrimp salad must try, cheese counter, loads of choices plus they had 4-5 fresh juice / cocktail dispensers near the dessert counter, which is also extensive. Everything was beautifully prepared and tasted wonderful. Kudos to the chefs!

Friday dinner: Almost the same number of main dishes (eggs and mini burger stalls were not there). Lovely Thai green shrimp curry (shrimp perfectly cooked and tender - usually everywhere they over cook shrimp and make it rubbery), steak (done as per your liking), Indian curry, pasta, pizza, grilled fish etc. Desserts with an ice cream counter (which the kids enjoyed), fresh juices were missing though. One downside they should include water in the buffet price at least. Chefs were constantly checking if more food was needed and replenished accordingly.

All-in-all a wonderful experience both times - will definitely visit again in winter.

Ambiance: 5/5 - it should be lovely to visit during winter with tables outside near the fountain and at the Palm water's edge.
Service: 4.5/5 - waiters were very attentive and took plates as soon as we were done. Cutlery should be replaced each time though.

The gargantuan dessert set up at the Flow Kitchen is overwhelming and it is impossible to try and sample everything on there. I could have gone there just for the desserts. The same can be said of the spread of dishes around this fantastic brunch.

The quality of the food served can be told apart from other brunches around town. They have a live salad bar which I haven’t seen before. The pizzas are served fresh from a wood fire oven. The roast turkey, fresh sushi and French Onion soup was really good.

There is a dedicated kids area with a magician, ballon artist and face painter. The buffet for kids includes a chocolate fountain. Need I go any further?

I would highly recommend this brunch for a nice relaxed family afternoon with good food and service.
Nickcwalsh
A good open restaurant with plenty of light and a pleasant atmosphere. The dinner buffet was very good with lots of choices but as with most buffets the food tends to not look so good after a few hours, big selection including plenty of freshly rolled sushi and lots of fresh salads. Good bread display and loads of deserts to choose from. The breakfast I really enjoyed as they have pork sausages and crispy smoked bacon. I definitely would advise on going early as it gets very busy after 9.00am. Should also mention they have a great selection of Indian entrees with lots of side dishes on the evening buffet, just a shame they don't have a tandoori oven...

We had gone for a Friday brunch to flow kitchen. A wide spread of buffet items consisting of every kind of cuisine. The desserts were yummy.
The waiters were very helpful.
Enjoyed it

Booking a table over the phone was confusing! I called the first time and booked a table saying that i want it for Ramadan Iftar .. the Lady over the phone mentioned that there is a tent for Iftar (Fairouz).. i asked is it an open buffet also? She said yes .. i asked again do you accept entertainer voucher and she said yes and booked the table. Then some relatives said they want to joun us so, I called again to add more ppl .. the lady who answered this time kept me on the phone for about 10 mins coming back and forth to me saying she cannot find the booking! Only to find out that we were booked in Flow Kitchen not Fairouz Tent! And in Fairouz Tent they don't accept entertainer! also there was no availability! So I decided to go for Flow Kitchen.
When we arrived and sat to our tables I found out that the table was sticky and not clean! The waiterss moved us to another table after trying to clean the table and it got missy! Not a wonderful thing to start your meal with!
Few minutes later another person from the restaurant came asking if he could take one of our tables due to shortage of spaces in another booking!!! We gave him the table, he apologised for that and we moved on to start our Iftar! The food was clean, tastes nice despite the fact that the options were limited. Although I loved the Sushi section and it had many options.
Asking for the bill and paying for our Iftar also took more than it should! Maybe because we had 2 different bills with more than a voucher to redeem!
The whole experience was ok! Not the greatest but also not too bad! They need to work on their service.
Benoit
We went there for the Friday brunch. The choice of food is very wide, especially for the starters, including a large variety of Arabic mezze, pizza, seafood, sushis and sashimis, salad. The dessert were also very diverse with a giant chocolate fountain. The food was tasty and good. The service was very efficient. There is a buffet for kids with few activities for them (including a magician). The only down side was the noise in the family area (I think they place you on the right side if oh have kids): it was noisy and crowded, with loud music. Difficult to relax. You should book a table on the other side if you want a quieter location.
Valery Rich
This place has a really nice buffet. Big selection and every cuisine ( cuz its international buffet) has a nice authentic taste. I've been to many buffets all over Dubai, n this was the top one, comparing to hotels like Dusit, Atlantis, Anantara, Hilton. I was really surprised, the food was fresh, cooked deliciously and presentation was great. The chefs are always taking care of their stations, so its very clean n attractive to eat all)
Eat Sleep Dubai Repeat
We hardly went to restaurants as kids. My father’s idea of a big meal out was to prepare a bigger meal at home. He would bring the chefs home and we would watch them as they prepared a Pakistani feast for the same 30 or 40 people that always showed up. Besides the stuffed lamb and the usual partridge masala, there would be a breakfast counter with halwa (sweet dish made of semolina, almonds and cardamom) chana (chickpea) masala and a guy serving piping hot puris (deep fried flaky bread) straight from the gigantic karrahi (wok).

I went to flow kitchen at the Fairmont Hotel of the Palm this weekend for the daily buffet!

The experience in general was good, But I didn't think that the buffet offered lots of choices. Maybe we hit a bad day, but all the choices were very limited especially the sea food. The Italian section offered couple menu items, and the desert section was the best of all. They except entertainer voucher, but water and drinks are not included in the price.
Mr And Mrs Brunch UAE
The Fairmont on the Palm is a venue we have visited only once before, on a visit to Frevo, the Brazilian Churrascuria. This time, we were to sample the Fairmont’s Family Brunch, which is the latest incarnation of what was previously “Break-Slow” Brunch. We knew we had arrived at a genuine family friendly, or family ‘first’ brunch judging by the que of families with children mingling around the entrance as we had arrived a little early when the doors were still closed. Once the doors opened, they revealed 2 dressed up characters, a giant Disney princess and a Spiderman. The children’s mouths lay agape, as if walking into a theme park for the very first time while parents clamoured for selfies.

Finding the hotel can be a little tricky but that's alright. Flow Kitchen is definitely worth a try. The spread for the buffet is probably one of the best I've had. If you've got a good appetite you'll definitely find yourself Goin back for a couple of more servings.

Like we say go with the Flow and that’s how we spent our Friday at Flow Kitchen at Fairmont The Palm. It is one of the most amazing Brunch one can have with kids as they have so many activities planned for them from magic show to coloring and games. The Fairmont Falcons Kids Club features professionally-qualified team of in-house playmakers that entertain Kids with a range of afternoon activities such as games and competitions, mini climbing wall, face painting, arts and craft activities. The kids room also have special kids meal like Nuggets, Fries, Cheese sandwich,Vegetarian sushi, Cup Cakes, Candy’s, Mocktails, fresh juices and more. The kids also get a chance to take a picture with a favourite cartoon character. The infectious glee on their faces is a treat to watch.
Jeena Abraham
Very good brunch with variety of food! Very courteous staff too! They had a kids play area, entertainer and kids buffet separately to entertain the children too! Overall a good experience
Justin Roath
Was excited to try this place. It was ok, but very much ordinary (by Dubai standards).

Biggest issue was service. It was complacent and lacked attention. Upon sitting it took me standing up and tracking down a server for us to get any attention and order food for our kids.

Positive note - while it is a buffet, they do offer a separate kids menu.

The buffet was decent. Not overly large, and the food was just normal really. I did not have anything that was noteworthy on the main items.

Positive note - desert was very good. They had a chocolate cake that was to die for.

Will probably not go again.
Falak Jalil
Probably one of the worst brunches I've experienced in Dubai. The layout was spartan, the food looked better than it tasted, and the service was abysmal.

I booked brunch for 6 persons and 2 children and explained that it was a very special occasion, since it was my mother AND daughter's birthday. The reservation staff was impeccable in their manners, and reassurances. Much like HR is before you join an organisation; full of false promises.

We reached the restaurant and requested to be seated indoors instead of outdoors and that got managed easily enough. Since I had already requested 2 high chairs, they were made available immediately, as well. Good start, right? Wrong.

While the buffet looked pretty enough, there was not much substance to it. There was no cohesiveness, no theme to the brunch. They had a few Indian dishes, a (tasteless) roast, a couple of pizzas, some Moroccan dishes, a sushi bar (again, pathetic), and a dizzying array of Lebanese mezza. There was a station with eggs benedict under a lamp, but cold to taste, and we only saw the omelette station when leaving. The bread station was in the entrance, the seafood station next to the dessert section while there was a cheese hall in a corner somewhere - frankly, not worth the trek. The dessert section was the only redeeming quality to the buffet, hence I didn't rate it 0.

But the best (or worst) part was the service. We requested for tea and coffee, and they brought insufficient tea bags for the party. We requested more tea bags and they brought 1. We again requested more tea bags and after 5 minutes, and repeated gesticulation, they brought it with a flourish. Only to have the water for tea become tepid. By the way, the coffee had still not been served. I requested the coffee again, and this was also brought at a tepid temperature, much like the water when you're dipping your feet in the shallows on a sunny day. The coffee was sent back twice before it came at a temperature for human consumption.

Fed up, we just requested for the bill. We reminded them that we using the Entertainer and they refused the Frevo voucher. I explained that at the time of booking, the reservation agent had told me to use the voucher for Frevo in Flow, since they don't have a brunch (I had originally wanted to book Frevo). The waiter refused to accept it and only when I asked to speak to the manager did he grudgingly move to ask his superior officer on the procedure. When he returned, he told us snidely that we should have informed him at the time we were being seated so such issues wouldn't take place. I reminded him that I had booked the table and informed the reservation staff and if they had a communication problem, it wasn't my fault. When we finally finished the arduous process of paying the bill, I asked them about the birthday celebrations and again, he had the audacity to tell me that I should've informed them at the time of being seated. I told him that it had been confirmed at booking but he had already walked away.

In a city with myriad options, and especially with the service levels of 5 star hotels, this was shocking and disappointing. Never again. Tell your friends - I've told mine, already.

I have tried my brunches so far and this is by far the best one!!!!
Who cares about the huge variety when every dish and every bite is so tasty and delicious!
The dessert section is a dream by itself!
Extremely recommended!
PS: kids are welcomed and entertainment provided

What an amazing buffet .a friends pick but seriously loved it and the food selection was super great and the food tasted amazing and outdoor seating close by the beach there is nothing u won't like about this place
Love love love it

Nice buffet with a very nice atmosphere if you sit on the terrace outside! Went for the indian night and everything tasted good. Could be a bit more variety but sometimes quality is maybe better than quantity.

It's a good looking restaurant in good place, only thing is the variety of food was not really enough,
may be that was the option they had that day, but all and all it's a good decent restaurant with food and beverage.
CULINARY LEGEND
Visited on a Saturday for their Lunch buffet. The restaurant was similar to any other all day diner in a luxury property. The buffet had live pasta and pizza and carving of Baked salmon and whole roasted chicken . The salad and cold food selection was fine. Was disappointed that on the entire buffet there was no red meat, 2 chicken preparations both baked dry, and only a baked salmon. It looked more like a prawn buffet at least 5 dishes with prawns. The Thai curry was the feature of the lunch. The desserts selection was good. Service was attentive.

We went there in Saturday night which was seafood night. The buffet was not that impressive, I have to say it was average one.
Their Red Prawn soup was fabulous, I had 3 bowls.
The salad bar was nice with various choices.

We ended our night with the ice cream, it was nice chilled way to conclude the night.

The big negative issue was that they don't offer live barbecue like other places.

Tried their breakfast buffet and it is overwhelming! loads of choices at quality taste for 149Dhs. Fair deal with lovely views of the beach.

We came for a buffet breakfast . The service was excellent, really friendly stuff. I wasn't too much impressed by the food though. The quality of food was ok. The buffet selection is decent, smoked salmon was really bad quality. They had pancake and omelet stations, not a big fruit selection. Overall an ok place, but I would like to try it for dinner sometimes.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my mom's birthday, as I was impressed with the view shown in pictures.

As I arrived, I was told there was a problem with my booking, as the lady who took it had forgotten to mention some key details, so we were stood in the door for about 10 minutes, then at the table we could not order our drinks for 30 more minutes - not the best feeling when you go for one of the top locations in Dubai, as I consider Fairmont to be.

Variety and quality of food was great, we really did enjoy it. Deserts were very appealing, the ice cream did just the trick. Drinks were also nice but had to ask the waiter 3 times / ask 2 different waiters before getting the drink 15 minutes after. There weren't many busy tables, otherwise I would have understood the situation, since I've worked in hospitality as well some years ago and I know how swamped waiters can get. For the birthday cake I had to remind 3 waiters and one hostess, then got it after 30 min...
The same thing happened to my friends on my own birthday...

The view was indeed stunning, hotel and facilities sparkling clean, very beautifully decorated, perfect location - an overall pleasant ambiance

I've gone for the buffet here . Ambience is very good and service too . The food was not so great . Do try the paste here . Vegetarian options were very few .

If you are looking for a place to go for a Saturday Brunch, then you may want to consider going to Flow Kitchen at Fairmont the palm. They have a brunch every Saturday from 12:00pm to 3:30pm.

Available on Groupon where it's all you can eat and drink for 150 AED. Pretty good value for money I'd say.

The atmosphere is very nice, you get a nice view of the palm beach while enjoying your meal.

When it comes to their service, I wasn't impressed. You would constantly need to get waiter attention to clear the table or to have them top up your drink. They don't come to your table to check up on you.

They have a open buffet for starters, salads, main course dishes and dessert.

For starters, I have enjoyed their California sushi. It was very good and most importantly was fresh and you can tell by the taste. I also enjoyed their egg rolls with the sweet chili sauce.

From their salads bar, I loved their seafood salad the most. The dressing that was used was very delicious. If you are a seafood fan, then no doubt you'll love it.

They had a live pasta cooking station, where you'd choose the pasta and Sauce of your choice and the chef will make it in front of you. I have tried their Alfredo and tomato sauce with penne and both were decent. Not the best I had but good enough.

They also served Italian pizza and I have enjoyed their margarita pizza a lot. It was Thin crust, which made it light and so tasty.

Their other main course meals were generally just ok. But I didn't try them all but from what I've tried it was overall just ok. Nothing special.

Now my favorite part, when it came to their dessert, I was very satisfied. They had a wide verity to choose from. They had many types of cakes, the one I enjoyed most was their pecan crunch cake as it was absolutely delicious. They also had a wide selection of Ice cream and sorbet. I tried their pistachio ice cream and it was just perfect. From the sorbet, I'd recommend you try their cherry and passion fruit sorbet, very light and refreshing.

They also had a nice section of fresh fruit. I've enjoyed the watermelon most.

If you haven't been, it's nice to go to with family and/or friends.

Medium variety, average tasting food but delicious dessert.

Lunch with free flowing house beverages.

I enjoyed the sushi and other east Asian cuisine for starters which I would definitely recommend.

The main course offerings that I had were chicken, lamb and beef with egg fried rice and prawn curry. Out of those three, I would recommend only the beef as I found the other two a little too dry for my taste.

The ice cream and pecan crumble was the best part of the experience.

The staff were attentive and very friendly.

Went for a Saturday open Buffet lunch with some visitors from abroad. I was disappointed and even my other 4 guests shared the same reviews with me. The food was not tasty at all. To start with the Sushi bar did not have the wide selection that you normally see in any other open buffet and not even delicious. Starters were OK. As for the main dishes the variety was not wide as expected and the meat was not tender. We tried the Tagen dish which was a bit sweet!! As for the sweets some were fine but others could not even finish it. The service itself was not excellent. I was really embarrassed in front of my guests and had to apologise for selecting this restaurant. Defiantly would not visit this open buffet again.
Weekend Escapes
Visited flow kitchen for a breakfast buffet. Quite content with the variety, service, food and taste. Prior reservation is needed. Will try soon their lunch or dinner buffet.

Yeah, pretty good to good.... The food is all freshly cooked at differing stations (Asian, European, Arabic) and the salads/deserts make it an all in all very pleasant experience.... The positives: good value, great Brazilian beef (similar to Chamas), good curry, nice salads, pleasant but also fairly simple environment, 7 out of 10 for service... The negative: typical hotel buffet offering, limited spirits, typical Dubai FROZEN fish on ice, furnisher is a bit drab/dark and was probably an original poor choice, as its half falling apart and quite unappealing !!!! In closing, the food is overall good, the service is acceptable but you would of probably expected a bit more from the Fairmont brand.... Oh yes, there's lots of kids in one main section of the Resto, this being a good thing for some (dedicated go crazy area) and a negative for others... Overall, you will enjoy and be sure to have the beef...

Excellent food. The buffet was full of choices from all cuisines. I recommend to stop by the sweet corner at the end, to finish it off with some desserts & ice cream.

Located in Fairmont Palm, decent ambiance, pretty quiet place. Looked like most people dining there with the resident guests. I had taken my sister's family for the international buffet dinner. The variety and spread was average. Food was fine, kids enjoyed the deserts. Service was good. But, missed the excitement of having dinner at a star hotel.

100% of satisfaction! Truly awesome time we had here.A spacious room for little ones with lots of activities and even a show with magician. Cannot describe the deliciousness of food and the huge assortment.... love and hugs for all team there making a really really good job. Back home, after few hours spent here my sister texted me (she is 14 years in Dubai ) "truly the best Friday i ever had in Dubai".❤

Been to several work functions at flow kitchen and really have mixed reviews ... If you go for the all you can eat then you will have great different selections of food and i totally recommend the ice cream station which has Nutella ice cream that is to die for but ....

They also have an a la carte menue which you are basically discouraged to order from as they take seriously forever to prepare from it ...

I went to Flow Kitchen for brunch some time ago... It was pretty good. I wish their food selection was bigger - but all in all, a good brunching option

So we tried the breakfast at the Flow Kitchen, Fairmont the Palm and we're satisfied. What really pleased us was the sweeping views of the beach combined with the Dubai skyline that you get from this restaurant. As for the food it is tasty and reminiscent of other hotel breakfasts with vast selections of cheeses, juices, continental and other cuisines, live pancake, waffle and omelet stations and other such. A must visit for the view more than the food 😊@

Good service and very good selection of food. The setting of the buffet is pretty with beach view but I am not sure the layout of the buffet works, it's like finding cocoa powder in the fridge and milk in the cupboard. Service was good and the fresh juices was impressive. The place was very busy and since it closes 10.30am, I recommend arriving early as possible to avoid the rush.

Dinner at Flow Kitchen, the atmosphere is nice and relaxing since we were seating outside. Not too cold as they had gas heater! The buffet has a lot of variety however nothing special in comparison with the price I think they can do better. The desert place is very poor!
Louise
We had our breakfasts here each morning and also came for lunch and dinner a few times.
The staff are very friendly. There is such a wide variety of food, and each day it varied so you could try different things. The fish curry and the sushi stands were delicious.
Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Went there for dinner a couple of nights ago. The place was nice, the food selection wad pretty good although the maki rolls were so big I could not fit them in my mouth. The place needs a lot of improvement.
Had dinner on the seafood night tonight , I have mixed feelings since the food was good but not fantastic , while dessert was super excellent in all ways I really feel guilty for eating so much but could not resist.
Overpriced soft drinks and water which we thought were included in the buffet!
I would give it another try on another theme night, or for lunch
Good value of money if you use the entertainer voucher only

I come here for breakfast quite regularly on weekends as its so relaxing eating your breakfast looking onto the beach especially now the weather is improving and you can sit under their lovely terrace. Because its a hotel the breakfast starts really early on weekends which is great for earlybirds like me and the staff are just brilliant. The breakfast buffet is huge, they have a great selection of hot and cold breakfast dishes and lots of juices, coffees and teas to pick from. Great pork selection too! My favourite thing is watching the beach staff and lifeguards have their morning team meeting (huddle) on the beach, it just seems like a really nice place to work and in turn the staff are all so lovely to customers, nothing is too much effort. I love breakfast food at anytime of the day so we used to visit their Friday Breakslow brunch when they offered the a la carte breakfast options but now that its changed and just like any standard Friday buffet, it doesn't hold much appeal unfortunately. Bring back the old Breakslow concept and Flow Kitchen would be perfect!!!

I've been there twice for dinner! The buffet is amazing!! Especially the seafood night which is every Saturday. I had the best sushi ever! Food is so fresh and they've got a lot of varieties when it comes to meat, salad and dessert! I got addicted to their mini currot cake! The atmosphere is nice with a great view, the staff is friendly and the outdoor area is spectacular!

Been there for a casual family Saturday brunch. Great variety of food from different international cuisines. The desserts are nicely done. The restaurant is a typical all day dining hotel restaurant where you'll see all the tourist and the house guests. When I booked they informed is that shorts and flip flops are prohibited but all the hotel guests in restaurant were not following that.

I've come here for their brunch a few times. It's called 'breakslow' and it is one of the ultimate breakfasts in Dubai.

Make sure you get outdoor seating when the weather is good, and you will get a prime breakfast on a beach location. There is a vast array of delightful breakfast items, with salads and meats at the buffet section, and an unlimited ala carte menu for breakfast.Eggs Benedict, Breakfast Pizza, Breakfast shawarma, and other delightful items cooked very nicely. You can compliment that with juices, teas/coffees and virgin mojitos (if you're a non-drinker) and overall it's a fantastic afternoon out that gets really busy.

Occasionally there are Entertainer monthly offers for this, so keep an eye out. The only issue is for drinks orders, the service is consistently slow, and you will need to chase up the staff to get it delivered, which is a frustration when you want to enjoy a tea/coffee with your breakfast.Great food, great setting, slow service, but don't let that deter you.Highly recommended.

Flow Kitchen offers a family-friendly setting and decent spread of traditional Middle Eastern cuisine, headed up by Chef Rober Salloum and his team. The buffet contained a selection of Arabic delicacies and my favorites were the slow-roasted lamb ouzi, manakish and silky hummus-- and well as a range of desserts, including bakalava.

There was a 'juice station' where you could serve yourself a range of refreshing juices such as karkade (hibiscus flower tea), qamar al deen (apricot juice) and jallab (made from dates and grape molasses).

Well,

Tried it once and it was OK because of the view and the drinks were fine for a Ramadan outing BUT....

Second time was a total insult due to the service BEFORE we sat down.
We made a booking 2 days earlier, confirmed twice that it should be outside & confirmed twice that we are a total of 12. Unfortunately we were treated like nobodies and were seated in a dark, no people , basement-like area.
It was an obvious mistake from the place and instead of showing understanding, they were rude and un-cooperative at all.

I am sorry for such a review but I was personally insulted as I was in charge of the booking and the one who highly recommended the place

No going there again unless I have to

Definitely not up to the 'fairmont' mark. Could have and should have been so much better. Thought the food would have been of higher quality but unfortunately I was wrong. Almost all the food laid out was below average especially when you consider that my favorite part of the buffet was the salad menu

We visited flow kitchen during dinner for my father in laws last bday. The interiors are amazing. Lovely set up. It's amazing outside the restaurant to. I'm sure it would be lovely during the winters to sit out.

The food was nice. They do not have a huge variety of choices however the food does taste good and they also have a few live cooking stations like a pizza and pasta station.

They have nice desserts and good choice of ice creams too. They offered a complimentary cookie in a hot sizzling plate with ice cream for my father in law which tasted amazing.
We went there for sohoor as advertised on fairmont website that there'll be live music / player. We arrived at 10pm and the band finished at 10:20 pm...disappointing.

Went there with my fiancée because I had the entertainer voucher .. The ambience and decoration are pretty good .. The outdoor seating is extremely amazing but it is the end of May in Dubai no chance for outdoor seating .. The buffet is not the best buffet even not in the top 20 .. But still not bad .. Very good appetizers .. No much varieties in Main courses .. Sweets are tasteless.. Do not get close to the sweets counter !!! .. Worthy if you have voucher only ..

Flow kitchen, the buffet restaurant at Fairmount the palm got a decent decor and ambience. I have been there for lunch and used entertainer voucher ( buy one get one free). its worth trying if you got the discount voucher but its not worth if you have to pay full amount, at same price we can get a much better buffet spread in Other 5 star properties in Dubai. Buffet spread is very limited, however service was good.

We visited Flow Kitchen for lunch last week and I have to admit the food was really good. Buffet style set up as is the norm in all day dining outlets. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. The selection of starters was really good, with a separate Arabic food section within each section. Not only is there an array of hot mains to choose from there is also a sushi station, pasta station and pizza available, handy when dining with younger family members. There was a huge selection of desserts with some stunning ice cream choices. Great food, great venue, I will definitely be re-visiting Flow Kitchen.

Recently spent a week dining at FLOW kitchen everyday: the staff is so polite and well-trained! A few things stood out in my mind:
1. Options! Wow! From pizza to sushi to arabic to indian to select seafood 'on ice': the options were vast!
2. This is the only place I have been to that mentions 'GF' or 'V' on the food labels: how simple and clever! I really appreciated this because i was avoiding gluten. That being said: many options that were veg or GF werent labelled... I pointed it out to the chef and he was so receptive to the feedback.
3. The view: stunnnnnning! And there are some outdoor tables as well which makes for lovely al fresco dining.
4. Desserts buffet: fab, fab, fab! Loved the ice cream w cones, loves the dates and nut options and overall loved the variety.

A big recognition to Alice and Charles from the front desk who were smiling and receptive all week long.

Recently visited the flow kitchen to celebrate a friends birthday. It was a breakfast brunch with breakfast items mainly available from the set menu and a buffet also offering a range of other foods with a small pork section. The atmosphere was relaxed, however the service was extremely slow, with many customers throughout the restaurant complaining. The food however was pretty good with the eggs benedict one of the nicest I have tasted in Dubai. The mini tasters brought to our table throughout the brunch also favoured well and were very tasty, some of which included mini burgers, pancakes with banana topping, waffles, hot dogs, potato cutlets which were very tasty, crab cakes and olive pizzas. The bread assortment and muesli when we sat down was also a nice touch. The range of only three desserts was a little disappointing with a friend only receiving her creme brûlée when she inquired if there was any- hidden away behind the dessert counter. As a huge fan of the cheese selection at a brunch- this was also a little disappointing. A slightly better range would have been nice with more bread/ bread sticks/ crackers to enjoy it with. One very interesting part of the experience however was the Nutella and berries pizza!

skip the lunch buffet. typical of many buffets, lot of food and no substance. desserts are good however. from the a la carte menu, angus burger (very good) and chicken tikka wrap at lunch is the best. tuna nicoise salad is more an appetizer than main even for lunch, lacking in flavor and missing key ingredients like anchovy. club sandwich is nice. service is hit or miss, dishes come out at very different times for the same table.

tried the seafood platter for dinner, pretty disappointing in terms of quantity. the umali for dessert is butter soup, terrible. service outside in the evening needs much improvement.
