We love the location and the interior of this place! It is fantastic to come for Happy Hour. The food is good but overpriced for what you get - the portion sizes are small. The margarita pizza as main course only is like half size of a standard size pizza. For us just a place for Happy Hour drinks and bar bites!

International menu with very few authentic dishes. Korean kimchi rice balls were nice, their Korean beef was less than average including huge Tiramisu serving.

Great place to watch some golf if you're not finished with it. Service was great. The burger is good but missed being great. Fries were great though.
Got the ribs, this time around and they didn't disappoint. Perfectly cooked with a char but not dry to accompany the masters '22 that's playing.

One of my favourite poolside menus in the UAE. We have only just started working our way through it. The sweet potato fries are 10/10 and I love brewdog so win win. The burger is cooked perfectly and has a fantastic flavour. The chicken baguette was delicious! Perfect amount of filling! The red onion in the ham and cheese toasty adds a really nice flavour. I would like to see the cheese a bit more melted, maybe cherry tomatoes in the salad.
Annoyingly you can’t eat at the pool bar. I don’t see why not? Especially in this heat!
The pool is nice and and doesn’t tend to get too busy. Upstairs in Spikes is also really nice and has a beautiful view overlooking the golf course.
The waiters are always nice.

My son and I had an excellent experience on and off the Emirates Majlis golf course. From the moment we arrived at bag drop, changing rooms, range warm up and then to the course it was seemless with everyone extremely helpful. The course was in excellent playing condition, the greens fast and true and very enjoyable to play. After the round and a refreshing shower we enjoyed a relaxing drink and lunch in the Spike Bar. Again, all the staff were extremely helpful. I would totally recommend a visit for a treat or pure pleasure of playing golf. We will be back for more in the future.

Drinks service is good. But food quality and selection is below average. Still a good place for parents and kids getaway during Ramadan strict rules. So for all non-muslims definitely recommend

It is quality from the moment you drive through the gates. The iconic clubhouse stands in front of you with its restaurants (not overpriced) and well stocked pro shop. Once inside the building the lavish changing rooms await you and then you step onto the first tee of the Majlis course ... home to the Desert Classic. Playing off the back tees in the Emirates Amateur Open it gives you a good flavour or what faces the Pros. With a bit of wind, the majority of Par 4s over 440 yards and the greens running about 12 on the stimp meter you have to be fully focused over every shot ... there is no let up. There are plenty of F&B facilities on the course ... keep your food well covered though as the birds are canny fellas and will find any visible treats. Once you've completed your round at the iconic 18 (just a few shots over your handicap if you're lucky) make your way to the terrace for a well deserved drink and a nice bite to eat off to round off a splendid morning or afternoon. If you don't enjoy this place ... take up another sport!

Really not good at all. We arrived for happy hour, and my wife ordered the Sauvignon Blanc from the menu. It was pretty dreadful, one of the worst she'd tasted. Since you can go to the Cellars and buy a bottle of Antares Sav Blanc for 28AED (coincidentally the same price as the glass during Happy hour!) selling this mouthwash is inexcusable. To eat, I had a simple burger and fries, and my wife having fed her wine to a pot plant(!) switched to the pizza and 2 x Aperol Spritz for 99 AED. Pizza was good. However, my fries were the finest cut, threadlike things I've ever seen so were incredibly oily and were probably stone cold 20 seconds after they came out of the oil - they certainly were by the time they reached us. The burger would have been good if it wasn't almost cold too. Nice venue, but I'd suggest the Trump Club or the Els Club - just as nice and both the food and wines are great there.

The view, the location is great, the menu shown on Zomato has changed for the past 8 months, it is now predominantly Asian with a heavy bias towards Indian. There are more international dishes, but a good portion is from Asia. As a whole the food is good, portions are a little on the smaller side, and I would say that they are a little overpriced, it's what you would expect from Dubai's leading golf club, I would guess. The service is OK, but could really be sharper and more attentive, and the price of alcohol, like most venues in the UAE is way overpriced, you won't get much change from 100 AED if you buy two pints...

Exploring new options for English breakfast and one of my friend recommended me this place. This place offers sweeping view overlooking the golf course with nice dark wood decor. They also offer breakfast buffet which includes English breakfast, smoked salmon, fresh bacons, sausages, fruits, hot beverages and cold. The bacons were crunchy and crisp, scramble eggs were good, mini croissant was nice and crisp. Overall, I enjoyed my experience in here and also played few sessions of golf too.

Get In My Belly
The place is under renovation so can’t say much about the ambiance as we got seated in the area behind the reception at emirates gold club. The breakfast was okay. The eggs Benedict were quite okay but the pancakes were not that great. Thin and rubbery to be honest - did not enjoy much. Their service was mediocre considering it was still a small crowd to manage the waiters seemed super confused and took ages to get the food and bill at the end. They really need to go their game as the crowd there is mostly their regular golfers and expect impeccable service and food quality. I wouldn’t really go back there unless they have really revamped their food for me to try.

I tried this place for lunch for the first time today. If it wasn't for my friend who is a golf fan, I wouldn't have known about the place, even though it's a mere 5 min drive from my house.<br/><br/>The place is very comfortable and nicely set up.<br/>The service is very good.<br/>The food can be improved.<br/>The prices are a bit on the high end.<br/><br/>I'll come back in better weather to sit outside and maybe watch some sports on their high end TVs.

Love the outdoor seating area! Go there regularly on Mondays ( quiz night!) And love it each time! They serve a buffet ( with pork !) and serve pizzas fresh out of the oven. We ordered just the dessert ( dark chocolate tart for me and ginger creme brulee with green tea ice cream for my companion ). Both were amazing and just what we needed to accompany our ciders while we flexed our grey cells. The service is great and the staff are ever friendly!

Lot people in this area use to walk around "NAKED", may be don't know UAE Culture & rules. I got annoyed by the staff over at these sections with open mouth, I felt that staff can explain them to respect / obey UAE Culture...

Spike bar has very little options to choose from. The food is adequately tasty but nothing out of the ordinary. We ordered the Tempura Prawns, Fish cakes, barbecue chicken and the nachos. The Nachos came with chicken strips which made it a really delicious combo! I would highly recommend it if you intend to eat here.
