The quantity of the food was a lot!! Worth the price! Loved the ambience and it has very friendly staff! The milkshake was too sweet for my taste but the burger and mozz was amazing!
Had a very great time with friends here in black tap. I must say I really enjoyed this place. Everything here was Amazinggggg. From service,staffs,food presentation taken to taste of the food it was all amazing. Had a very good experience here in black tap. I must admit that it is one of the best burger spots I have been to. Staffs were very friendly and helpful in helping us ordering the most delicious dish. My order was the black tap burger which was super juicy,mouth watering and super delicious. It was served with fries and jalapeño on the side. I highly recommend this place.

Black tap is famous for the monster sized decorated shakes and burgers of different varieties. I went to the Festival city branch and had a good experience.
The service is a bit suspect though.
The place is huge with excellent views over the creek. They have a fully licensed bar having all options.
My orders were,
1. Crazy Banana shake, on recommendation- It was not very sweet, which was good. Size is very big as expected. I couldn't finish half of it. It had fried bananas also with different chocolates, nutella, kinder and so on. At 69 dhs, it's tasty but costly.
2. Fish and chips. At 90 dhs, it's hugely overpriced. 3 pieces of medium thin cod fries with dilli coleslaw, and a side -I chose sweet potato fries, is extremely difficult to justify. I won't compare, but this price is high for my idea. The quality of the fish was good. • Sweet potato fry was exceptionally well made. Coleslaw was good.
Cutleries were decent.
The black motif works well for classy atmosphere.
The ambience was very good, specially if you have a group or even if you are alone to find a nook.
I am a bit ambivalent in recommendating it. May be one time only.
I went to the one in Al Naseem Hotel , one of the best places to spend an evening with an amazing weather , their outdoor is just great as their food , I ordered a cheesy burger the meat was just perfectly juicy 🍔aaaand then comes my CRAZY MILKSHAKE 🧁🍬🍭 😍the taste was as amazing as the crazy look ❤️

starting out the DFC branch has a fantastic ambiance...the winter weather makes it perfect location for a nice afternoon outdoor meal with the family...
We ordered for their chicken wings , the vegan burger and the chili cheese burgers....both the burgers were flavorful...and the portions are quite big as well...
for deserts we had the chocolate shake and the strawberry cheese cake shake...although divine...we were unable to finish them...overall a good experience...
The atmosphere as you enter to this joint is just scintillating for a reason. A young vibe with a laid back outing in the evening or a lazy afternoon munching on these huge burgers and not to forget the gigantic shakes which are delicious is worth the hype. Plus the courteous staff who are always there to make sure everything is okay makes this place a must visit.❤

Finally got to eat at Black Tap. It’s a little on the pricey side , but the food definitely is filling for an individual. We availed the Entertainer of buy one get one free.
Ordered Spicy Korean BBQ, The Carolina Burger, The Baja Chicken Burger and Mexican Chili as a starter.
And for a shake we ordered the Cookies N Cream Supreme.
The Korean wings were 12 pieces which were served with a dip. 12 succulent chicken pieces with a rich bbq sauce. Would rate this a 9 on 10.
The Carolina Burger was a beef patty burger, pulled smoked beef and coleslaw served with French fries , lettuce, tomato and a dill pickle . Would rate this an 8 on 10. Found this burger better than the chicken burger .
The Baja Chicken Burger is supposedly the restaurant’s bestseller. A chicken patty served with crispy bacon, guacamole and fries. Would rate this a 7 on 10.
For appetizers we ordered a Mexican Chili. A classic Mexican dish of Tortilla chips served with picca de gallo and crema and scallions. Would rate this a 6 on 10 because it tasted a little bland.
And of course for the very very famous crazy shakes. Tried out the bestseller Cookies N Cream Supreme. A shake which can easily shared by two people. A huge ice cream sandwich stacked on top of the Oreo bits . What a delish shake no doubt !!!
The service was really quick . The servers were super sweet !
Great music and vibes, staff is very friendly and quick, food is great!

I always wanted to try BlackTap burger but I thought their prices were too high for burgers but the business lunch was great to have full meal & one drink, however im very disappointed to know that water is not considered as drink but you can only order soft drinks. I really want to come here alot so BlackTap please add water, you should promote healthy life & water is healthier than soft drinks & also all restaurants have lunch offers with water. Anyway i was welcomed by the host & order all American burger, food, staff & seating are very nice. I would come back but please add the water :(

People kept saying to me that Black tap is quite expensive but now i know why! They say- “Good food choices are good investment” and thats how i felt after eating at Black tap.
The kimchi shrimp burger gave me a foodgasm. The portion of fries and sides is really good! The Nutella Banana shake was 😍 and a must try.
The front view in the evening is amazing and makes you sit at this place for even longer.
Had an awesome dinner at Black Tap’s Festival City branch. For starters, the staff was attentive and friendly. Food was served quick and tasted great, most notably the wings and burger. Menu had a few other things we’re keen to try like the Cuban burger and chorizo tacos. Sat outside which was nice esp by the water. Overall, great choice and will be back.
Exceptional food and service . My husband and I came here with high expectations and they were exceeded. We had the spicy Korean bbq chicken wings. Very tasty and well balanced flavors.
My favorite Californian turkey burger was a very delicious suprise. The turkey is made into a thick patty that was just dripping in juiciness.
The Carolina burger is one for the meat lovers . Every bite was tender and satisfying.
Most importantly the Brooklyn blackout . You think it would be too sweet but it was very well made. The shake was nice and thick and the brownies were moist and chewy.

I went last week end to Black Tap located at the Dubai Festival City Branch at the Intercontinental Hotel. Black Tap added a few new items to the Menu and I tried one of them on this visit: The Cuban Burger. Their menu has a lot of dishes to choose from, they even serve Breakfast. The service was very good.

My friend took me there, and she was so upset with me and couldn’t believe why I never tried their burgers.then I understood why, because they are freakin delicious. I got to eat a giant burger, and enjoy an amazing view at festival city. Staff were amazing, friendly, . Their burger prices are a bit expensive but it’s impossible not to go back ♥️
I have been in blacktap more than one time. Definitely a great place to visit. I recommend all American burger and the texian burger. The burgers are juicy and delicious. Definitely ill visit it again
Celebrated a birthday here and I must say the restaurant is located strategically and hence you can enjoy a chilled beer too. They are known for the designer shakes and rightly so. The food isn’t bad either. Loved the Korean spiced wings, it was perfection. The chorizo tacos was missing crunch but the taste was spot on. The gulf burger was good too but nothing great to write about. Service by Mr. Tritha was exceptional. Definitely recommend this for a good night out.

It’s simply my new favorite place. Perfect taste. Perfect ambient. Perfect service. Perfect variation. I highly recommend the texan and any of the wagu burgers. The only thing that i wish to be changed is the menu. Including more pictures in the menu would be very helpful when ordering. Other than that, perrrrrrrfection! 🤤😍👌
Had dinner at black tap last night and it was good. Definitely not the best burgers but worth a try! This branch isn't as busy as the others at least when we visited , and we totally loved the feel. Music was great. We ordered for chilly cheese burger and Cajun burger (new burger). For me, Chilly cheese burger wasn't cheesy enough. But you can customize your burgers according to your need. Next time will surely visit to try their shakes!
Excellent food and service from the staff, especially Jessa. The drinks menu and food are very good and a lot different. A must dine in place.
With a diverse drinks menu that boasts of a significant of craft beers and ciders off the tap and cocktails, Black Tap is the perfect place for large groups and family gatherings both. The Brewdog Gluten Free is highly recommended. The food menu is somewhat limited comprising salads, sides, wings, fries a d a huge variety of burgers, but it suits the ambience. I recommend the Chilli Cheese Burger and the selection of wings. What is amazing is the selection of shakes - colourful, huge and thick! Kids will love them. The restaurant has graffiti all over, a reminder of Feumeroism, matching the colourful shakes! Cost for a couple AED 450.

July 18th, 2019 - I’ve been meaning to visit for ages, but as is the case in Dubai, you’re spoilt for choices when it comes to food and what you wish for usually gets pushed back. 😛
So when I finally got to this spot, I was yet again spoilt for choice. And I never got to having the milkshake. Because oh my god, the Burgers!! 🥰🥰🥰 There was so much confusion in what to choose, that I finally decided to go for their limited edition Cuban Burger (which was on a pamphlet, hence no need to make a choice 😂), and my oh my was it good! 😍😍😍 Smoked brisket, patty done to medium rare perfection, just the right way to have a premium burger! 😚
Definitely coming back to visit this place, next time, only for the milkshakes! 😋

Had already visited the Singapore branch of Black Tap and had an idea of the Menu already. Menu is standard with superb falafel burger option. Each burger comes along with fries and specific dip. Portion size is huge.
One Burger is more than enough for per person. Their freak shakes are mainly for Instagram photos and a meal within themselves.
Located next to Dubai Festival City fountain shows. Great location.

The freak shakes are soo tasty and the ambience is amazing. So is the service which is quick and the waiters are very friendly. Definitely in love with the view from the restaurant. We tried the oreo shake which was for Dh 69/-. I would agree it is on the expensive side but the taste is really amazing. It consists of a smooth creamy milkshake with vanilla ice-cream on top and a huge oreo biscuit. The creation is so very beautiful.

The starting point has to be that ITS THE BEST place to have burgers. Proper juicy beef burger and our server helped us to choose the jam burger. It was one of those best decisions in my food history, the burger was amazing and one of a kind. Ryan is the server make sure to call out to him.

We had the Big Boss Limited Edition Fathers Day Burgers with sweet potato fries and a house salad on the side. The burgers were juicy and bursting with flavour, the fries were crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the house salad was lovely with fresh garden vegetables and a balsamic vinaigrette. Wanted to try the outrageous shakes but had no room left after the massive burgers. We thorougly enjoyed our meal and we'll be going back to try more things off the menu. The place has wonderful views of the waterfront and we enjoyed the DFC Mall IMAGINE show from our table during the meal. The ambience was wonderful, the staff courteous and the food absolutely delish, I am giving this one 5 whole stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Having previously visited Black Tap at Rixos JBR and Jumeirah Al Naseem, we were looking forward to our third visit, only this time at it’s newest location – InterContinental Hotel at Dubai Festival City. We were not disappointed, as we were met with the same friendly service and delicious food!
It's hard to go wrong with these Crazyshakes at Black Tap Dubai that literally blew our mind and will definitely blow yours. We chose the Cookies 'N Creme Supreme Oreo Shake and the Cotton Candy Strawberry Shake. These are the most amazing shake we've ever seen. They're heavy to the point that these can substitute to your meal. We also recommend their Atomic Shrimp, Spicy Korean Bbq Wings, Onion Rings, Carne Asada Tacos, Mojitos and their famous gourmet burgers. The Greg Norman and the new Filet Au Poivre were very juicy, flavorful and the portion of the patty was enormous. We enjoyed every bit of our time here.
We came here to celebrate my sons 17th! Have been hearing of the Black Tap for a while so thought will check it out. First impressions - not that great.. maybe cause it was Ramadan and there were not many around. Plus the ambience is a bit dull - but that's me. Maybe my expectations were high !!
Food - we ordered Fried Mozz, Wings for starters and Filet Au Poivre and All American for the mains. Ordered couple of drinks as well including a beer. Food was definitely good, juicy meat and crispy onion fries and sweet potatoe fries. We enjoyed the food! The staff kept checking if we had everything and we liked the food. They were sweet to quickly arrange something and sing for my sons birthday! Thank you guys!!

A visit to another burger joint and this time its a premium one. A wide variety of well crafted and tasteful burgers but comes at a premium as they use premium meat like the Wagyu beef and they come really big. I can suggest burger joints that are more economical and tastes as good as this or even better. The ambience and service is great at this location but would'nt recommend this joint due to the price unless anyone wants to give it a go just once. I would have given it a 3.8 if given a choice just due to the price point.
Reserved a table during the eid weekend and thought it would be a perfect spot to check the eid fireworks.
The hostess seated us at a great table overlooking the waterfront. We ordered the below:
1. Brewdog Punk Ipa- The craft beer has an explosion of tropical flavours
2. Koream chicken wings- succulent and juicy
3. Texan Burger- An absolute comfort food with the sweet potato fries to die for.
A special shout out to the hostess at the reception and Alex for their outstanding service.
The food is great and so is the service. Beautiful view of the water and the light show. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. However, it is better during the winter, as is it is very hot during the summer. We also enjoyed the fireworks event, we were sitting right in front of it.
After hearing scores of good reviews and opinions about the incredible burgers, finally we are here.
Note of caution, the burgers are so filling that you shouldn't order any starters or anything else, unless you are a really heavy eater.
We tried the Truffle Burger, Filet Poivre and Turkey Burger. They're incredible portion sizes and massive. Of course, they're juicy, made to perfection and delicious.
Their crazy milkshakes are one of a kind and heavy too. Personally I'm not a fan of these crazy shakes as I feel too much of edible food actually goes to waste and garbage, but hey, who am I to judge and decide.

We visited this place for some dessert and boy, the shakes exceeded our expectations! By far, Black Tap offers one of the most instagrammable and delightfully rich shakes in the market.
The place has great location and ambiance; and the are staff are highly trained and friendly. They offered suggestions esp for some of us who were not so keen on very sweet desserts - this is appreciated.
Will definitely comeback to try their burgers.

Well known establishment with reviews across many platforms but here is my take. Obviously known for their Instagram friendly shake, however I can proclaim that I achieved Burger Nirvana with their Pear Bacon Jam Burger. I would surely in my Top 3 EVER and across various establishments and locations around the world. One tip is to avoid lettuce wrap for a Keto friendly diet as they don’t use iceberg lettuce which spoils the experience. Otherwise top notch with excellent customer service!

I truly love this restaurant. Tasty food and menu keeps updating all the time so can try different chef creations. Especially the outlet in DFC is really big with good view on the creek. My favorite: Texas bbq chicken wings and Pizza burger.
This branch serves alcohol which makes it perfect for evening outings as well.
We visited on a Monday night and it was virtually empty despite the ample amount of seating.
It benefitted us as meant wasn’t that noisy.
On the noise aspect though...the music playing was too loud. At times, had to lean over the table just to hear the other person. Seemed like a pretty random selection of music even then.
We ordered the “Texan” and the “Mexico city” burgers. Both were big portions and definitely good value.
The service was great. In fact, what appeared to be the Manager, came around to check on our meals as well as the waiter.
I look forward to returning to try out the milkshakes too
