سي لا آخر درجه طلبت ستيك لحم بسعر ٣٠٠ درهم وعندما احضرها كان تم إخراجه من الثلاجه وإحضار حيث تبين انها مطبوخه مسبقا وقال اسف وعاد ليدخله الفرن لتسخينها بصراحه لا انصح به بتاتا ولن أعود لها ابدا

Ate here tonight. Best steak I've had in a while. Waiters very attentive. I had New York strip and my husband had Sashlik. I ordered mine med/well and it came just about medium, bit bloody. I had side of mashed potato and mushroom. Pricy but worth it. Would def recommend it here. Xx

It's our 1st time (me and my friend, whom I tagged), their service is good, main course was given within 15 mins. which is fast given that we ordered rib eye steak(well done), very delicious �, the sauce is great(yellow), though the peppercorn and barbecue were not as expected. Staff are all accomodating and in fact all good-looking (physical appearance adds ��, believe me). One thing that bothered me and my friend are the juices which were included in iftar buffet (dates & there's 1more) they tastes like medicine�. But in totality BUTCHA steakhouse.grill is the place to be ���

Staff don’t say that peri peri portions are too big for children (whole chicken each!) and can be shared, Nando’s offer 1/4 or 1/2 but don’t think they push for whole chickens and to think they sold two of these to children 12 and 15, not cool. Water is AED 32 for 750ml, more than alcohol in some restaurants. Not the greatest service, food or ambiance. We didn’t get all we ordered and staff pushing for us to have more water, guess the highest margins for business!

The place looked so fine. But the service was below standard. The steaks were just normal. Chewy at medium well. Almost dried. The attempt to get the waitresess's attention in an empty restaurant like that was hard. One waiter just looked at us and casually turn his look away. Had to stood up and call and wave our arms at the same time to pay the bill. We could have walk away from the place without paying because no attention was given to our table.

Very bad service, very rude staff couldn't handle the Iftar at all, we smelled of BBQ, food was very late and undercooked, and buffet wasn't replinished. DONT TRY IT especially during Ramadan.

I visited Butcha that’s situated in JBR yesterday with my friends. I was longing to have a great juicy steak and many recommended me this place. When it comes to food, I always judge it over tiny detail and it’s hard to impress me. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually pretty good. We ordered one ribeye American steak , New York strip and the speciality burger, all of them well medium. Although steaks are the highlight of this restaurant, I loved the burger more than the steak. The burger was simply scrumptious. One meaty delight ! I would rate it 10/10. The steaks were pretty delicious too. The ribeye was juicy, perfectly cooked and tasted really nice ! The only problem was that I ordered for the sauce to be peppercorn but I received mushroom sauce instead. So that was a small disappointment. Nevertheless, the mushroom sauce was good too! It was juicy and I enjoyed every bite of it. The New York strip however, was pretty average and not so juicy. It was pretty chewy. Steaks are supposed to be chewy but also melt in the mouth. But I didn’t get that feeling from the New York strip. Oh and the sides ! That was like the best thing ever ! Creamiest mashed potatoes and mac and cheese!! Loved loved that ! However overall it was pretty good. Good service. The lady serving us was really cheerful and kind. And good ambience ! You can either sit outdoor or indoor depending on why u want. I would definitely visit there again.

Tried their gavurdag salad and I would say it is super tasty. Tbone as well is amazing, Diana our host informed us that a steak with bone is more tastier and it surely is. They also have a big version of mojito that you should try, we had passionfruit and strawberry.

Had the American Ribeye steak and 8 hours beef Ribs. Excellent taste on the beef! Great portion on the sides. Service staff are always on standby, attending to your needs. Also had black sangria and Turkish tea. It's a great place for steaks here.
