Wir möchten uns für die sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel bedanken. Wir waren nun schon das 5.te Mal in Dubai, aber so einen großartigen Aufenthalt wie im Grand Hyatt hatten wir noch nie. Wir haben Nachts eingecheckt und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir bekamen ein wunderschönes Zimmer in der 16. Etage mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Stadt. Wir waren zum Essen immer im Hauptrestaurant und es war alles perfekt. Es gab morgens, mittags und abends immer eine sehr große Auswahl und es schmeckte alles super lecker. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Grünanlage ist riesig und super gepflegt, ebenfalls die Poolanlage.
Alles in allem der beste Aufenthalt in Dubai den wir jemals hatten - wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen - hoffentlich schon dieses Jahr.
Yesterday evening was Majid Al Futtaim's Company Iftar at the Baniyas Ballroom. The place was massive, opulent and majestic. Employees from various Business Units were all warmly accommodated with photo booth, candy corner, and sketching artist. After the call for prayer, Iftar meal was ready with varied food station s dotted on the side. The ballroom was packed and so was those delectable food selection, and of course our tummies. An awarding ceremony for deserving MAF staff followed, and the 2 hour event came to a close. Incredibly fun night... thank you Grand Hyatt Dubai!!!
Can’t say enough! From the decor of the hotel to the lush foliage throughout the grounds and indoor,the staff, everything was first class. Highly recommend and would definitely stay on my return to Dubai �����

It surprised � us that this property is so close to our neighborhood has sooo � much to offer and we always travel far away to experience half of what Grand Hyatt has to offer�. The staff is so soft-spoken and cooperative. The hotel is child friendly and offers fun for all ages. Will recommend it to one and all I know �

Be so delightful. Quality services by the front desk staff. Shifted to me room earlier then my check in time. Fruits basket on next day at my room for eid compliment. 24 hours gym is the best thing amd of course the outstanding outdoor pool area. Overall this would be my first selecfion over next trips.
The rooms are very grand with a great bathroom Breakfast caters for all. Location near to airport and city. This is my 4th visit as a holiday destination and I would certainly recommend it.

If you like to have crab then definitely this is the place to go to. They have mud crab spider crab. They serve them in a special sauce (a bit sweet) what makes all the difference. I only tried the crab so I cannot comment on their other items.

The food at peppercrab was delicious and best of all the service was excellent. Thank you so much Kriti for taking care of our table this evening and patiently and kindly explaining each dish and recommending what to order. When we asked for Tofu (which was not on the menu) she offered to deliver it to our table from the Sushi restaurant next door. I highly recommend the restaurant and I will definitely visit again:)

This Restaurant is very good , the food is excellent, the staff are extremely friendly, prices are high , We where wondering why it was so quite, but was excellent food, be aware of the prices for crab, they are priced according to the weight , I'm so glad I ask questions , 🤭could of been an embarrassing situation😥😥🤭🤭
