We went here for our anniversary. The food was superb and the staff was super amazing. They gave us complimentary passion fruit cheesecake which was heavenly. We ordered salmon and steak. Both were so nicely done. The staff greeted us with lots of wishes and it was very sweet. Another big plus is that we were able to use entertainer.

This is a late review. We had dinner here when the pandemic has just started. The ambiance is great, when we reached we were seated on an area where there are lesser people which is pleasant to the experience. The restaurant is located Downtown so getting a window seat will make your eyes feast with great view. The staff are well attentive and polite, they served us a complimentary appetizers which tastes like heaven. I never tried truffle gnocchi before and now it is one of my favorite. The steak is sooo good and tasty. The only downside is the lemon creme brulee (can’t really remember) I wish they stick to the regular taste of it and didn’t add any other flavor, I think it would have been amazing considering the overall taste and presentation of the food. The picture didn’t do justice. Hats off chef! We will definitely go back here and I highly recommended to dine in this place. <br/><br/>PS. Just when we were about to leave, there were a group of people seated near us, we are grateful that they arrived later, it would have been a different story as they were quite loud.

Initially my steak was overdone but without any fuss or argument it was replaced with the most perfect preparation of succulent melt in your mouth steak. Finished it off with a perfect ending of Cheese cake. Great service and view.

We had a table by the window and we really enjoyed the view. Definitely make sure to get a table by the window if you visit.<br/><br/>The service and the food were average. I have had much better steaks at much cheaper steakhouses in Dubai. And I expected the service to be much better. In fact, it was quite interesting because we did not have a fixed server.<br/><br/>A big plus and a very nice gesture was the birthday cheesecake my father received (free of charge). The desserts were all amazing. Definitely the highlight of the evening. Make sure you try the creme brulee if you visit.<br/><br/>If you are on a budget, I also recommend going early (between 6 and 7pm) because they have a early bird special menu which includes an appetizer, a steak/main course and a dessert - all for 200 AED.

Went there yesterday for Brunch and it was absolutely one of the best brunches in Dubai that we have ever had. The staff ( Mr Kumar ) was very tentative . Highly recommend this brunch and We will be back with friends for sure .

We have particularly enjoyed the cozy layout of their table arrangement, the view at night is breathtaking. I loved how peaceful and stylish it feels, without loud music or crowded tables. Definitely go for steak, I also recommend the asparagus as side dish!

We picked this place to celebrate my husband's birthday and safe to say, Prime68 is worth the hype!<br/>One thing I loved about the place was how they let you use your Zomato Gold on everything that's on the menu!<br/>That was such a win win! We wanted to try their rib eye and it was delicious!<br/>First things first, the ambience is spectacular! They gave us a good table near the window and were quite prompt in their service.<br/>However, nobody in particular committed to the table in recommending what's good and how.<br/>We ordered a few drinks, my LIIT was quite watered down TBH, so I didnt wanna shell out more on a second and like I said, since not one waiter commits to the table, we had to look up quite frequently to find one for a water refill or repeat of drinks. We decided not to go for the sides as the steak in it's own was 350g. It would help to have an option for a smaller quantity as we couldn't finish it; even there being two of us!<br/>Coming to what we ordered- pan fried corn fed chicken breast and also the rib eye!<br/>The steak was on point in everything- presentation, quality of meat and flavour !<br/>Their seasoning was perfect and it's something that a few other steakhouses we visited quite got wrong. The accompanying sauce we picked was peppercorn because we wanted it spicy but it just wasn't good.<br/>The chicken on the other hand was just passable; that maybe because the steak is so good and this other dish just fell short in comparison.<br/>They have a great selection of steak knives which is good and even though its quite pricey, the place is worth checking out!<br/>They also gave us a complimentary slice of cake as the whole outing was to celebrate a birthday.<br/>Being on the pricey side ofcourse, its again not a regular dine out place but Prime68 is worth going to atleast once for their steaks because they are really delish!<br/>

Enjoyed food and drinks with a view on Burj Khalifa and Skeikh Zayed road from 68th floor of one of the best 5* hotel in Dubai. Truly loved the ambience there, classic music performance with sax.

Place serves c. $100 steak and cant get the doneness right! We were disappointed with the service, and the steaks. We paid 200$ per person and would never come back. Service was very slow, and steaks were over done, over salted and dry. Avoid.

What a view! The food was good too. We ordered 2 starters Crab cakes and Meatballs... meatballs were really tasty but the crab cakes not so much. Then of course came the steaks. The USDA Ribeye steak was sooooo good. All the steaks were really well cooked. The restaurant has a beautiful view 68 floors high.<br/>The restaurant is on entertainer or you can enjoy for 200dh a earlier three course dinner from 6-7pm.<br/>I prefer my fillet steak rump style medium well done, not many chefs get it right and neither did the one out here. When highlighted to the waiter he said this is because the US grade of meat is difficult to cook and had we gone for the butterfly style cut it would have been easier to get a medium well option.<br/>We were offered to get it redone if we wanted but I so hate that option coz you are so hungry waiting for more than 30 mins for your perfect steak and then you have to send it back while everyone else continues to eat.<br/>Nevertheless the meat quality was good, we had the mashed potatoes and chips with it. We also had the seabass which was throughly enjoyed.<br/>For starters we had the onion soup and scallops. So basically during the Dubai restaurant week , few of the fine dine restaurants partner with Dubai Food Fest and offer a special set menu for Aed 199 . Yes three course meal with starters , main course , dessert and water . This was totally a wow deal . You get to experience the place in a budget . <br/><br/>The relaxed ambience is totally stunning , you feel very cozy and special out here . An ideal place for your candle light dinner or special dinners. The view it offers is also great . <br/><br/>Coming to the service it was exceptional, they did serve us a complimentary soup it was too good . Potato and Parmesan cheese soup . When we said we loved it , our host was willing to serve us a complimentary second round too . <br/><br/>We had good two non veg options and one veg option to choose from the special menu . <br/><br/>My better half went ahead with jumbo prawns salad and I opted for the French onion soup . <br/><br/>For the main course he had crispy salmon and I chose their steak . I went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. The restaurant quality is amazing. In terms of views, the food and service. Will the verities of meat cuts they have are amazing you will have to go back again and again to try them all.our server Nathan's knowledge was so helpful if you get confused about anything he's there to help you out. The meat is cooked to perfection Ribeye steak was amazingly juicy and succulent. And my least favorite the filet Mignon was cooked in such a way that I couldn't believe crispy from outside and super juicy and pink from inside. They really know how to make you happy and at the end we got the best birthday cake an amazing cheesecake wow that's new. Instead of chocolate. ❤ hopefully will go again with my friends. My first ever fine dining experience. I went alone, the staff were so friendly and kind. The scallops starter is to die for. The steak is really good, and so were the sauces and sides. I had apple pie for dessert, it was delicious and not too heavy as well. The views are amazing, I couldn't stop gazing out the window at the city lights. Great experience overall.

Great venue overlooking Dubai and the 4 course meal was exceptional. The starters and steak were delicious. Desert was ok could be touch better.

Went there last night to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was a wonderful experience being on the 68th floor. The ambience was amazing...really chic. We ordered the prime steak which was flavorful and succulent. The place is pricey, however with entertainer vouchers (fine dining) it’s good value for money. The view from this restaurant is amazing, being on the 68th floor. The decor and ambience is very sophisticated and reminds me of New York. The service was excellent and not over the top. The food was very competent. Not as amazing as what we had hoped for. The quality of the produce was excellent, but was spoilt by a heavy hand with the seasoning. Menu was traditional and lacked any real innovation, but to be fair classic is always good. Great date night spot!

Place was phenomenal. The view was breath-taking. It gave me a strong cyberpunk vibe. Amazing fine-dining experience overall. The waiters provided excellent service, and their steak was good af. I had the USDA Ribeye with the loaded potato, so good.<br/><br/>They even gave me a card cause it was my birthday! Thank you!

The setting of Prime 68 on the 68th floor provides excellent advantages, such as the breath taking views in all directions. The quality of goon on the 10 course set menu brunch was incredible, complete with kitch touches such as mushroom soup in a martini glass (very James Bond). Our party had a ball, and we're very well looked after by our waiter Arun, who made sure we never had to worry about a thing. I would definitely recommend this brunch, particularly if you've seen it all from ground level, and want to try a different perspective.

Visited prime 68 for a great dinner yesterday. I wanted a quite evening overlooking the amazing city views at night so chose prime68.<br/><br/>While waiting for oyr steaks we were served with complimentary chessy bread along with mushroom soup which was very rich and delicious. <br/><br/>We ordered 2 steaks i.e. australian fillet and new york strip. Both of them were well done yet juicy and full of taste. I particularly thr loved the traditional steak sauce which was different than usual. The spicy chimichurri sauce was not good at all.<br/><br/>I loved the entire setting and ambience alongwith breathtaking views. <br/><br/>I would ljke to appreciate the staff for their kind service.

Ever since reading about The Emireati’s experience at Prime 68, the venue has been on my radar.  Having had a delightful visit to Garden earlier in the year, I knew I was due to a follow up to the JW Marriott Marquis and a Wednesday in May proved perfect timing for a long overdue catch up with one of my oldest Dubai friends.  After stopping in for a quick drink at Weslodge (honestly, is there a better place for sundowners in Dubai?), we went back down the lifts and crossed over to the South Tower to the 68th floor and the stunning Prime 68.  Now, I had a bit of a clue as to what to expect, but my friend went in without any previous research.  Both of us were stunned by the beautiful views, and I was glad we timed our visit for near sundown.  While I think the design is perhaps a bit dated for my preferences, the spacing of the main dining room is such that each table has a decent amount of privacy.

One of the best restaurants in Dubai. Well, I heard so from lots of sources, word of mouth, Zomato reviews and magazines ... and it was proven when I actually went there. US ribeye was just awesome. I tried it with black truffle butter which made just perfect combination.

Located on the 68th floor of one of Dubai’s iconic hotels, Prime68 is one of the city’s highest rated steakhouses. Curious to see what the fuss was all about, I made a reservation for 10:30 last night. As a steak enthusiast, I will easily admit that this was the most anticipated moment of my day yesterday. To my delight, Prime68 did not disappoint.

I was luckily invited by a supplier to Prime 68 when Michelin starred Chef Nigel Haworth was in the kitchen. I had high expectations obviously and Nigel didn't disappoint. The food was fantastic, I went with the Treacle Salmon to start with, the Pan-seared Seabass for mains and the Rhubarb and Blood Orange Fool for dessert. We were given an amuse bouche soup for starters and we paired wines throughout the meal. Being mainly a pescatarian where at all possible, has, of course, kept me away from Steak Restaurants, however, if the meal served on this night was anything to go by, it is worth the trip to see what the regular menu has to offer. The waiting staff were exceptional and very focused as well as knowledgeable. Luckily, the host of the meal was also a very good friend of the Chef, so after the meal service was complete, we invited him to join us for a drink, and it was great to talk to him about the menu and his experiences in Dubai... All in all a good night.

An excellent fine dining steakhouse with high quality ingredients on the menu. We ended up trying the best cuts possible, choosing from their selection of wagyu cattle cuts. It's kinda expensive, but worth every dirham. Also coming in with zomato gold helped us eat there without emptying our entire pockets. More over, the location, ambience and skyline views made it one of the best places to enjoy the food.<br/>

This restaurant has one of the best views in Dubai. The steak tastes really good. The side dishes & desserts are great as well. In my idea, if the chef will be more creative in the arrangment of the plate which steak is placed inside, it would be great.

My kobe wagyu steak was beautifully cooked to perfection for a medium well option. Peppercorn sauce was lovely. Side orders were a good size. However the service on a Tuesday night was something to be less desired. Our server was slow to attend to us, attention to detail in service was lacking. Once I finished my mocktail the glass was left standing empty for the rest of the meal, nor was I asked if I would like another. Shame, real shame. The complimentary bread to start with tasted stale and stodgy not to a standard I would have expected here. There are other steak places with better bread. The JW steakhouse in Deira offers a more enjoyable evening dinner.<br/><br/>Overall a poor first visit and I'm sure we won't be back. We will stick to our other favourites Rib Room, Gaucho or JW steakhouse, where the food and service match each other.

We went here for the Prime 68 Friday brunch, 007 style. From the moment we walked into the restaurant until we left, everything was faultless. Superb service, selection on the menu, quality of food, music, friendly staff... I could go on and on. There is so much competition in dubai but this is one not to be missed. The manager Byron was wonderfully warm and knowledgeable about everything, our server Rohit was attending to our every need without being intrusive. An amazing experience

Very nice steakhouse, with a good level of choice. The staff is nice and service good. But the best part is the view on jumeirah and the canal. It is however not the best steakhouse I tried in Dubai

Absolutely amazing! <br/>1 of the best steaks I have ever had. We had a waiter called Eric and he was brilliant! He made our party of 4 laugh the whole night. Eric was very welcoming and accommodating. I ordered a fillet steak medium rare and it was amazing! I liked that they have a crisp on the side to state how you have your steak cooked e.g. "Medium rare". Very unique! The best part is they are on the entertainer! <br/>I would advise anyone to go and visit!

Came here to celebrate my brother's and mum's birthdays and couldn't fault it! Food, ambience, service and views were perfect and we are so happy we chose Prime 68 for our meal. We especially loved being able to choose our steak knives and the birthday cakes were devine. Cecillia, our waitress, was absolutely amazing- so friendly, presentable, welcoming and very knowledgeable :) <br/>Many thanks and we look forward to returning back again soon! <br/>

Took my wife and parents to this gem of a steakhouse last weekend.<br/><br/>It is located in the JW Marriot Marquis in Business Bay, Dubai. Situated on the 68th floor it comes with an absolutely stunning view of Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah 1, 2 and 3 and Burj Al Arab.<br/><br/>The dining area is drawn up in a manner whereby your table benefits for semi-seclusion so it's perfect for a romantic date and I would consider this an awesome place to propose to your significant other.<br/><br/>The staff is delightful with fantastic manners and etiquette.<br/><br/>The wine list is lengthy and loaded with fantastic (albeit pricey) wines.<br/><br/>The appetizers are fantastic (go for the lobster bisque is to die for) and the steaks rival any steak I've every had anywhere else (I had the ribeye and highly recommend it).<br/><br/>The only negative comment I have on this place is that it is very pricey (albeit worth it).<br/><br/>When you are done you can pop up to Vault (72nd floor) and have any drink you can think of while enjoying a Cuban cigar.

So let's be straight here, this is a premium option brunch at 500dh/a head.  For me to drop this kind of cash it needs to be top notch.  So I'll start my review at 5*s and see where we end up...<br/><br/>Firstly, the starters were below average - overly fancy and not actually that great, so knock off a star for that.  That said, the starters made the deserts look amazing , so another star off for those dried up finger-cakes of misery.  That's three stars now.  Then there was the horseradish drama - after my initial shock of no horseradish (seriously no horseradish with beef, I thought I was in the first world here!) (another star killed , balance 2), I managed to get some "horseradish cream"... no self respecting restaurant serves horseradish cream as a substitute for horseradish.  Beef was tasty, although of course as it was mass-produced affair it was a little overcooked, and the cocktails were mostly miserable and slow coming (another star dead, balance 1).  <br/><br/>Some top class girls in that place (including my sisters who I don't normally go for) pushed it up a 3 stars (note, running total = 4).  In fact, had I not gone with my wife, I'd have probably phoned her halfway through brunch to tell her to pack her bags and leave with the kids as I won't be coming home... I figured that the kids will forgive me for that after some therapy so it's not a total disaster.  <br/><br/>Sadly, come 4.30pm, the girls that had boosted the review were so drunk (on what, I have no idea as the cocktails were so watery), that their faces had literally melted and the post-bunch-make-up hell was on full display.  So as the make-up melted, so did some of the additional stars on the review... leaving us at a 2.5 stars.

Simply one of the best premium steakhouses in Dubai. Prime 68 is the excellent example of good food, brilliant service and beautiful views. It's located on the 68 floor of the JWMarquis Marquee hotel, it has breath taking views of downtown Dubai and Sh Zayed Road. For starters we ordered a Prime68 crab cakes and then followed by the Wedge salad which were both fantastic. For the main entree, we had the Josper Grilled USDA certified Prime fillet 250 grams, it was the most tender and delicious piece of steak I had since a very long time.<br/>For desserts, it was classic vanilla creme brulee, it was kind of very small – but nevertheless very tasty too. All in all a very good experience.

Best. Steak. I've. Ever. Had. Hands. Down. My only wish is that I could afford to eat here as often as I'd like. Has an unparalleled view of downtown Dubai, too!!

A fantastic 68th floor location with views across Dubai in all directions.<br/><br/>A tip for non UAE residents is to look at the prices very carefully as there are some astronomically priced wines mixed in with the "normal" (for Dubai) alternatives.<br/><br/>The service and food were very good, as should be expected for an establishment in this location.<br/><br/>The bar 'vault' on floors 71 & 72 is clearly the place to be seen. Sadly it's let down by not providing any non smoking areas.

ent here for Friday brunch with friends on our first trip to Dubai. To say it was amazing is probably an understatement and that's not even considering the views. The event goes for 3 hours and cost 495 dirhams ($190nzd) ea. Its a continuos flow of food from Foie Gras to steak, prawns to fish, salads, dessert...and free flow of alcohol. Our waiter (Pius) was outstanding and never let a glass go empty. It is expensive but I would highly recommend it if you have a free Friday.

Absolutely Beautiful view, Steak was just delicious , service was normal , food presentation was very normal but food it self was very tasty.

Excellent food and great views.<br/><br/>Went to Prime68 for a dinner with family. The fillet (Australian) was lovely... the sides are great for sharing (sweet potato fries, onion rings) so our group had a lovely meal. We had a vegetarian in our group who loved the cauliflower steak.<br/><br/>Service was slightly disappointing. The waiter was not attentive and we had to keep looking around for more drinks/ water refills etc.

Nice steak house on the 68th floor of Marriott marquis hotel at business bay. The restaurant offers great views of dubai city. The food is essentially for beef eaters as the name suggests. The overall experience was good though there is very little for vegetarians and non beef eaters.

As the pièce de résistance of my birthday celebrations (oh yes, I milked it this year), the decision was made to take advantage of one of the best steak houses in the country, Prime 68. I’ve never been before, but heard nothing but good things from friends who have visited and the online reviews speak for themselves.

Prime 68’s first and most obvious asset is its enviable location on the 68th floor, overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road, the heart of Dubai – a true feast for the eyes!. And that’s even before considering what a prodigy restaurant manager from New York has set up in terms of the overall dining experience.

I visited Prime68, which is on the 68th floor of JW Marriott Marquis, for my wedding anniversary. I booked a table since booking was recommended.<br/><br/>We were welcomed properly when we walked out of the elevator and escorted to our table. We were given enough time to go through the menu before our order was taken.<br/><br/>For drinks, we ordered a strawberry mocktail and passionfruit mocktail, both were really good but I personally preferred the passionfruit.<br/><br/>For appetizers, we got the Wagyu Meatballs which were covered with parmesan and truffle sauce. <br/><br/>For the entree, we got Jacks Creek Black Angus Chateaubriand, we asked for it to be well done, it was the most tender fillet I have ever had and it was full of flavor. We ordered the Parmesan Truffle French Fries on the side and it was extremely tasty as well. <br/><br/>For dessert, we ordered their Creme Brûlée which was ok but they also offered us a complimentary strawberry baked cheesecake which made us forget all about the creme brûlée.<br/><br/>The service was top notch, I would highly recommend visiting this place.

Amazing view, excellent service and delicious food. I tried the ribeye steak (US version) and it was delicious. It was juicy and tender at the same time with just enough pink inside to give the delightful taste. Panoramic view is breathtaking.

The steak is very average, also over cooked. The waiters are not as professional and knowledgeable as you would like for what you are paying for. <br/><br/>However the view is incredible.

Say what you want about the 007-themed ‘068 Brunch’ at Prime68 at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, it’s a great way to get you and your friends talking about the important things in life, such as which Bond was best — Daniel Craig or Sean Connery, “I am sure Timothy Dalton was English, not Welsh” and “why didn't the villains ever learn and just shoot Bond in the head rather than strapping him to an elaborate ‘Heath Robinson-style’ killing machine?”. When the Bond trivia inevitably runs dry, unlike your glasses (attentively replenished as smoothly as you see in the films, when James himself is at a roulette table) you can talk about the puns, all over the brunch’s à la carte menu (my personal favourite being the surf-and-turf main courses being dubbed ‘The World Is Not All Boeuf’) and when that gets old… well you’re at Prime68, a steakhouse on the 68th floor, with views as far as the eye can see over a springtime Dubai, hazy in the afternoon’s heat.<br/><br/>Classy and clandestine, Prime68 is the perfect location for a James Bond brunch. Many of the tables are secluded in alcoves; walls behind and in front of you, the expansive window on the left. You feel tucked away, and can appreciate the live singer belting out a mixture of Bond theme covers and swing songs. You nestle into the cream armchairs and feel perfectly attended to, as the team here don't miss a beat, but leave you well alone when you don't need them to be there. The chefs can be seen through a large bay window at the end of the dining room. They’re busy, but make eye contact with them and they’ll drop what they are doing and wave back. They’ll gesture to you with thumbs up and thumbs down, an unsubtle code for “what do you think of the food?”. Trust me when I say you’ll be gesturing a thumbs up in return.<br/><br/>The brunch menu takes you on a tour of the American steeakhouse-y offerings that are standard fare at Prime68. An amuse-bouche of beef tartare, served in a rocket and parmesan cone, set the stage for what would be a damn good feast. The chefs then start you off with Italian cold-cuts and cheeses which are perfect accompaniment to the slab of breads and home-made chips that were awaiting you when you sat down. Bread and cheese gets you full, so a selection of greens is up next; Waldorf Salad, Wedge Salad and tomatoes with mozzarella. You can breathe a sign of relief, like when the laser pauses in ‘Goldfinger’, and use the respite to settle into drinking like a secret agent.<br/><br/>We had started to do this long before the food arrived. Alongside the standard beer, wine and house spirits selection, for a shade under five hundred dirhams you have access to some of the finest cocktails I have ever seen on a brunch menu… and the servers took pride in making sure we tried them all. ‘Mayday’ was created with bourbon, ginger ale and apple juice, nice enough until our waitress trumped it, by bringing out a bottle of the ‘Bond Blend’ and four expectant glasses. This is essentially a bottle of bourbon, cranberry juice and coffee liqueur and oiled the entire brunch; not just the desserts as you might expect. I was enamoured with such a new, wonderful taste in my mouth. When this was gone, we were swiftly presented with a round of ‘Solitaires’; a G&T punched with elderflower, cucumber and rose petals, which was the antithesis to the deep and dark Bond Blend, but equally spectacular in its crafting and consequence on the palate. When it came to the main courses, the team were ready and waiting with the red wine. A fully-equipped martini trolley does the rounds. I was served a spot-on Vesper, because by this stage I pretty much felt like Daniel Craig. Cue table-talk about Eva Green being possibly one of the best Bond Girls of all time.<br/><br/>Feeling unstoppable and smooth, we carried on into the menu. Tuna tartare is prepared and served to you from a table-side trolley, served alongside foie gras presented three ways; a terrine on brioche with persimmon, as a terrine with port wine jelly and onion, and finally on a lollipop with blueberry cotton candy. It was demolished by all us. These were followed by pre-main course nibbles called ‘Quantum of Satisfaction’. These included Prime68’s smashing Wagyu Meatballs, a mushroom martini, crab cakes and ‘pretzel bites’. Those pretzel bites. I could survive alone on them and bottles of Bond Blend. They were mini-pretzel rolls stuffed with short-rib, veal bacon and gorgonzola. We ate them while purring with pleasure. The servers brought more.<br/><br/>Such is the volume of food, the mains courses only arrive now. It’s what every part of us has been waiting for, maybe except for our stretching stomachs. A plater of medium-cooked rib eye and filet is tender and juicy, and is served with addictive bowls of short-ribs and polenta. You’re also given a generous plate of marinated shrimps and sea bass (which I am ashamed to say I totally spurned in favour of the beef), not to mention a selection of side orders more numerous then the functions on an Omega watch issued by Q-Branch. As we sat looking at the parade of asparagus, green beans, mashed potato and potato wedges, it transpires the servers have forgotten the mac ’n’ cheese. Because we need mac ’n’ cheese right now. The best thing about an à la carte brunch is that the food is cooked fresh and to order — we were in heaven, everything was exactly as it should be, and then some.  <br/><br/>By the time dessert arrived were beaten down, giving up on anything else solid. Plates of bite-size cakes are presented alongside bowls of puddings and cake pops, including a trolley of peach eclairs curated to your taste (which in my case was M&M sprinkles and nothing else, for fear of popping). A little after-party at Vault bar a few floors above was perfect for us to gain composure over our protesting tummies.<br/><br/>The 068 Brunch is brand new, and compliments an already strong brunch offering at the Marquis, including the indoor-outdoor Wanderlust brunch on the fifth floor of the hotel, which is fast becoming a Dubai institution. When we visited Prime68, Wanderlust was full, with over four hundred people heading there, and 068 was firmly in its shadow, catering to a far more, shall we say, ‘exclusive’ clientele. So my advice to you — especially now as Dubai careers towards the summer, becoming unbearably hotter and hotter — is to seek shade by going ‘undercover’ at the 068 brunch, enjoying some fine food, drinks and a more than bit of glam for good measure. Extremely highly recommended.

Great views, friendly service and good food. One for a treat as it's the pricey end of the market.We chose Prime68 for a romantic evening dinner, and overall it was a good experience.<br/><br/>For starters we ordered the Foi Gras with Confit Duck and the Lemon Risotto Scallops - and both were excellent.<br/><br/>Onto main courses we had Charolais steak, which was a fantastic cut, and a NY Strip Loin, which I thought was a touch too fibrous for me, but it was my choice.<br/><br/>The waiter, Endi, was very friendly and helpful, and added to the evening.<br/><br/>Only small criticisms would be that the restaurant can lack a little atmosphere, and it is on the expensive side.<br/><br/>Whole evening with starters, mains and wine came to about 1300 AED

There are way better places to go to .. the taste is not that special at all. The mean was chewy and didn't have a taste to it. The price was too higher for the quality presented .. honestly there are better places with quarter of the price .. not worth it at all

Why go there:<br/>Top class steaks with a great view from the top for that special occasion. <br/><br/>Prime 68 offers spectacular views of downtown, great service and superb steaks. We enjoyed every bit of it. I had a fillet, John Stone Irish dry aged. Came with a selection of sauces. Loved it. <br/><br/><br/>

Amazing food and incredible service. A shame the table to our left had to complain at all! They were not suffering! We had the tomato and mozzarella and short ribs to start and it was flawless. Husband had rib eye and I had prime. Both were incredibly cooked and the sweet fries were best in Dubs yet! Don't forget the creamed spinach. Husband may or may not have eaten it with a spoon! We're now 10mins in to hearing our neighbouring table complain but this place is one of Dubai gems! Tourists!!! Waiting on dessert - creme brulee and a chocolate something amazing!

We had a lovely table with an amazing view over the Canal. <br/><br/>The food is good, a little bit on the salty side, but in general nice. Good steak even though not outstanding.Service on a good level.<br/>In total a lovely evening.

Mixed feelings about this place. The interior is very nice and cozy with beautiful views. Food was good. Crab cake was great. <br/>Unfortunately, service was pretty much disappointing. Our waitress seemed to been having a bad day or something. Wouldn't even smile or help out with the menu. When asked to recommend their best South American wine specifically, she just pointed at the most expensive French wine on the menu, unrelated to our question. I would expect much better service considering the level of the restaurant. <br/>I had also requested a dessert when booking, as it was my husband's birthday, but somehow it never made it to the table. Not sure I'd visit again.

The view is absolutely divine, especially as the seating is situated to create an exclusive, private ambiance overlooking the Dubai canal. The food was good, yet somehow pretentious in its presentation. Overall a nice evening.

The steak is good but not the best I've had in dubai and dubai has a lot to offer when it comes to steak .the view from the 68th floor is something to look forward to really worth an amazing diner there .
