Chor Bazaar..What a unique name, the name itself attracted me to this place. A fairly spacious restaurant with beautiful ambience.
We tried their famous fish tikka with some veg kebab, it had a very inviting presentation, everything was good in it especially the Ajwaini fish tikka. All the kababs were evenly marinated and very flavourful, subtle crispy from out, tenderly soft inside.
For mains we had their SIGNATURE DISH chicken Biryani... We also had dal makhani & chicken kadhai , must say.it was one of the best. last but not the least beetroot halwa.......i loved it

This place is awesome, service was awesome & again food was awesome 😋we tried lots of things started with drinks & starters than main course. Their food was amazing not only by taste but also the way they serve, I mean the presentation 👌 Specially the Panipuri 😍 definitely gonna try again 😍
I have come here on many occasions and have always found the food and service very good. Kadai vegetable and Saag Paneer need a special mention. Garlic naan is very well cooked and appetizing. Can avoid kulcha bread. Nice and quiet place - good for family dinners.
Warm ambience and service with good food makes your evening worth while. Came here for their famous thali. Well I was a bit reluctant before, but the dish sizes are appropriate and makes you enjoy every bit of thali. It starts with chutneys and sev poori, followed by soup. The main course offers you meat, chicken, fish, dal and veggie s with roro and rice. Dessert is everyone's favourite with gulabjamun, kulfi and kheer. If you want a quiet evening with lots of pampering, then this place is for you.

I visited them with my family to try their recently launched Thali menu which is available for only dinner every Saturday to Wednesday 6:30pm to 11pm.

Me and my wife really enjoyed new thali concept.. poori was great, please change your tomato soup.. Lamb was super and prawns were bit salty. Over all great dinning experience.
Ebin and Zeeshan was very attentive on service. Thanks for the Comp CAKE..
They also have a buffet every Thursday & Friday for AED 185
Food was absolutely delicious. Lots of vegan options . What a lovely staff they . Thanks to Mathew for his suggestion . Lovely ambience and less oily simple food.
last week we had an amazing dinner at this restaurant with my family.really enjoyed our food especially lamb chops and cheese nann etc . also service staffs are polite and friendly . Highly recommended to all fuddies.....
I had a pleasant dining experience last week when my colleagues invited me after work for dinner here. I enjoyed the excellent service and the restaurant’s ambiance.
Chicken dish was not delicious
25.07.2019 First time. We were a big group and the staff were attentive and friendly, really quick when we had requests. Though I feel the buffet was a bit limited, the dishes I tried were delicious. I loved the chicken tikka, the aloo tikka, the pulao. The shrimp curry was really spicy.
Veg tandoori platter is delicious. Biryani is awesome. Nice ambience, good service and overall great place. Chor Bazaar is a recommended place for get togethers
Excellent food, probably the best Grill Items I have ever eaten. Being on my own I wanted to try a few different things and the waiter Hari was very helpful and accommodating, as was the Chef. For mains I had Butter Chicken and Lal Maas with Paratha and Garlic Naan. Simply excellent. Had the pleasure of meeting the Chef during my meal and gave him my compliments.
This is by no means a cheap or mid range establishment, in fact quite expensive, but then again any Indian Restaurant in the locality would be similarly priced and not sure they could beat this place on taste!

We did have ,
Starter snack : fuchka platter
Main course : Dal milavati, butter chicken , sabzi bilayati with
Roti/ Naan and Saade chawal
Dessert: Mango kulfi
they offer an array of delicious Indian dishes. ChorBazaar is a little on the pricey side, but the service is excellent.
Delicious in one word 👍🏼 the presentation could have been better..
Visit last night , first of the name of of Restaurant I like and ambience is gorgeous, we tried few of the iteam which was mouth watering , had a great time service staff also was very polite and professional will visit again.
Just had a chicken madras with pilau rice, quick bite in this place. Been here loads of times before. Never thought about writing a review. Well it’s just the best curry I had in ages. Heat was right, chicken beautifully tender, nicely marinated and rice cooked to perfection. Sometimes we forget to let people know they did great. It’s supposed to be buffet night but the chef let me have a la carte.
We have a frequent visitor to this restaurant mostly because of the cheif chef Mr dayanad prasad’s amazing hospitality and food.
What a way to treat guests by their signature dishes whether it is chicken tikka masala or biryani or beetroot halwa.
We all family members (oldest to youngest) was overwhelmed by the experience of fine dining.
We are always greeted by smiling faces of staff which doesnt seem fake but genuine.
We celebrated a family member's birthday with the tasting menu deal at Chor Bazar. It was a lovely experience. The food was good, the staff very attentive and helpful and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
Meetings are great when it's done at such a nice restaurant. Loved the interiors and the food. The service was excellent. Below are the dishes I would recommend everyone trying:
Starters:
Chicken Badami Shorba Soup
Fuchka Platter
Vegetable Shami Kebab
Murgh Lal Tikka
Main Course:
Khade Masala Balti Lamb
Butter Naan
Too full from all the food, didnt have space for any desserts but will surely visit again.

About Last Night Anniversary dinner at CHOR BAZAR @movenpickibg 💕💕
We tried their Unlimited Tasting Menu, love the ambience perfect for a date night with Bollywood music. The lighting was made perfect for a cozy ambience & hence pictures didn’t turn out bright 😁 The food was good and yes overall we had a good time. Swipe to see more of the food pictures 💕💕
CHOR BAZAAR~~~ one of the best indian restaurants in Dubai food amazing service very nice I want to special Thx chef PRASSAD for his dishes will presented and tasting over all I would highly recommending to my friend's and difently I'll come back.....
We enjoyed dining at this restaurant recently. The ambiance is quite traditional with some of the interiors quite creative (such as the tabla-drum inspired lights). The staff were polite and friendly and the food was full of flavour. We enjoyed the experience and will recommend this place to our friends and family.
We had heard mixed reviews about this restaurant. We finally visited yesterday. Server Subash was very courteous and explained us their concept of menu. Either to opt for ala carte or Unlimited Tasting of all items from menu @ AED 165. We opted for Unlimited Tasting and it was a real treat for us. All of us enjoy their varieties of starters, tandoor and main course. Hatiya samosa, Chicken Kathi Roll, Balti Lamb and Prawns Biryani stood as extra special among items served to us. However, dessert options were not at par with other course of meal served. Overall a good experience.
Came here to try their unlimited tasting thali. Great experience, great food presentation and even greater taste. The dishes that really hit the spot were the lamb chops, malabari chicken, Goan prawn curry rice and butter chicken. Priced at AED 165 with unlimited soft drinks, this place is worth every penny. Staff is super courteous. SURELY COMING BACK
This unpretentious Indian restaurant located inside Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Hotel, screams out #aromas and #flavors of incredible #India. This is definitely not your typical Indian restaurant. In fact, Chor Bazaar is an award-winning Indian restaurant which offers a creative combination of Indian dishes blended with innovative culinary touch, but without losing the quintessence of the tradition and original flavors of India. So if you’re looking forward to experiencing that excellent and refined culinary journey which includes superlative food, then be sure to try out Chor Bazaar.
Very nice ambiance and service is very good , we celebrated our anniversary here ...very tasty food , the paneer dishes were awesome ...the starter are too good ...they gave us a nice coffee cake as a compliment ...was so tasty ...a value for money ...very good place for special occasions
I was invited to try the special tasting menu for the Holi Festival Celebration at Chore Bazaar Restaurant at Movenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate with delicious and colorful treats as the theme of the festival .. We tried their appetizers ; Fuchka Platter , Moong Ka Chakhna, Hatiya Wala Samosa , Vegetable Shammi Kebab, Murg Kati Roll and all were so good ..
After that we had the Special Holi Menu with wonderful varieties from Chicken Biryani , Kebabs , Tandoris and all were awesome, afterwards we had traditional Indian ice cream ( Pistachio Kulfi) as a dessert.
Service is very good, and they are very friendly especially with the kids as they served special chicken (without spices ) for my little one.. All in all this restaurant is located in a wonderful location @movenpickibg and highly recommend place. .
Nice hotel, easy access and a cool entrance with front office facing the outside ie-hotel lobby.
The ambience is cozy, interiors done up Indian - more contemporary. Gives you the fusion contemporary kind of feel when you enter and settle down.
The tasting menu is the highlight and definitely recommended to all visitors. Being veggies, we did not experience a lack in variety. Go for the tasting menu option for a chilled multi hour dinner.
The taste of most items on the tasting menu were great. Your favorites can be repeated unlimited.
Service standard is above average. The team is quick and efficient; seems to have been there for long and knows more or less customer preferences on their menu. To their credit, there wasn’t a single reason to complain.
Brilliant ambience and delicious food served with love , love this place , starting from starter till dessert everything was yummy , one of the best place for Indian food
I’ve been here on business lunches and dinners, but the last I visited was on a family occasion.
The ambiance is lovely and the restaurant is nicely located at the Movenpick Ibn Batuta Gate hotel.
The entrance and the restaurant are nicely constructed and decorated to give an Indian feeling, which is also the cuisine.
We opted for the tasting menu (yippee, unlimited delicious food 😋) and it was delectable.
The vegetable starter came with a puchka which was the stand out dish for me. Next were the grilled items which were delicious, especially the chicken tikka.
The main course was also tasty with the Makhani Dal and butter chicken we ordered.
The desserts we ordered were also a combo and the best of them was the kulfi and the gulab jamun.
Definitely a must go, if you like Indian food at reasonable rates.
In the beautiful lobby of Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate is an Indian Restaurant called ‘Chor Bazaar’ which translates to Thieves Market and there is an offer going on which is literally a steal! We tried the Unlimited Tasting menu for AED 155 with Soft Beverages! Full review on Link below!

Any mention of India immediately evokes a sense of the aromas and flavours of Indian cuisine. Our three traditional tandoor ovens burn hot and radiantly at the entrance of Chor Bazaar, allowing the special spices in each dish to swelter and merge with other ingredients – culminating in an enchanting cooking ritual that tastes as good as it looks.
Well, a pleasant experience, being the usual night and heading late for dinner is never a prudent option.
However the staff @ Chor bazaar was polite and accommodating to seat us and accept the order, the last few seconds of closing time.
Would like to have a special mention to the host @ Nithin and the chef, courteous and maintained the standards expected from a 5 star property.
Guess it's not only about the food at the end of the meal.
Would definitely recommend it purely for its hospitality.
This is a place we frequent as it's close to home. This place is good if you are looking for a less crowded place for quiet drink in the Jebel Ali/Gardens area. Food would be a 3.00. What makes the total score 4.00 is the ambience and the service.
Good ambience. Not many people were there so it was a quite place with light music playing on.
Mainly the food was really good. Prices slightly on higher side but would rate food quality as excellent.
Growing up in a typical Indian household, the kitchen was always sizzling with exotic aromas and appealing traditional Punjabi delicacy. So how could I not say no to something like Somvaar Bazaar which is responsible for serving Chaats, Pani puri and Mughlai dishes.
Somvaar Bazaar is a taste of India's best flavours by Chor Bazaar Restaurant in Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai, quite a far journey if I may add. A weekly buffet on Mondays with exotic live cooking stations demonstrating India's most popular street food.
Intrigued by the Chaat counter, Pani Puri was our very first spot and it was an interesting take to replace the Green tangy water with mint chutney. On the other side, was a hot gigantic 'tawa' with plenty of Aloo tikis served on the spot with Tamarind chutney, spiced chickpeas and mint yoghurt.
Next, we grabbed some appetisers which to my shock were all Vegetarian, from mini Samosa to onion & cauliflower Pakodas. But the crispy baked Papads sided with coriander mint chutney were my favourite. In my opinion, only two things make an all Indian menu exceptionally luxurious - Royal Biryani and thin Crunchy papads.
Finally, we attacked at the main course which was rather packed with Non-Veg options and the hungry carnivore inside me was very happy. We had roasted Salmon honey, Juicy tandoori chicken, Spicy Mutton Curry, Creamy Butter Chicken and fascinating Veal. From the meat lover's paradise, Butter chicken was my personal favourite when paired with their hot garlic naan.
The Chicken Biryani was decent, nothing special but the Dal makhani (Black lentil) and spicy Bindi (Ladyfinger) were cooked to perfection just like how they serve at a local Punjabi Dhaba. Rich creamy texture combined with Indian spice & herbs.
The tantalising dessert selection at the Somvaar Bazaar was offered the best of North Indian sweets ranging from Gajar ka halwa to Jelebi, Kaju Katli, Kheer, Ali Baba ( Fruit salad), Besan Ladoo and my personal pick Rasmali.
Overall, the ambience at Chor Bazaar was excellent including the polite staff and subtle music, perfect to have a long conversation with a bestie while you indulge in your home country's classic dishes. However, the only complaint I've would surely be the limited selection.
The ‘Somvaar Bazaar’ takes place every Monday from 7 pm – 11 pm at Chor Bazaar (Ground Floor, Movenpick – Ibn Battuta Gate, Dubai), and prices start from AED 155 per person. Call 04 444 5613 for reservations.

We had a superb evening at Chor bazaar restaurant, Movenpick hotel, Ibn Batuta. This was our third visit to this restaurant, I book the table for my husband for surprise birthday dinner our whole expericence was just wonderful. The hotel decorated for Christmas and we felt atmosphere refreshing and we received warm welcome & out of the way hospitality in this restaurant.
We have started with Mixed chaat. The taste was fantastic, surprise for sense in each bite. We have chosen THALI in main course. It was absolutely astonishing. Dal Makhani was absolutely fantastic, reminded me my home. we received a dessert, cheese cake garnished with fresh fruit and chocolate, labelled Happy birthday which was complimentary and surprise to us, mouth watering combination of art and taste. I want to thank Mr . Anthony for looking after us impaccably.
The whole experience was just amazing. All in all it exceeded expectations in service, food, ambience and festive look.
I recommend THALI for special treat, an amazing culinary melody of delicious food, traditional flavor, great taste, artistic presentation, five star service, refreshing ambiance, Indian ritual touch. INCREDIBLY INVENTIVE. Impossible to resist…..I have visited many fine dining restaurant but never had such great taste.
The service we received was exceptional, swift & attentive . Staffs were very courteous, swift & enthusiastic , thanks chef Jagdamba and Mr. Subhash. Thank you all for such a pleasant evening. We were overwhelmed. Special Thanks to Chef Dayanand looking after us impeccably. I want to congratulate Chef Dayanand for his passion for Indian food.
Don’t miss this experience if you are in Dubai. I enjoyed this experience. I recommend to visit this restaurant , you would like to visit it again for sure.
Chose this restaurant to celebrate my parents' anniversary. The ambience was really nice to start with. The fruit mocktails that we ordered are worth mentioning. The other dishes that we ordered were Chicken Seekh Kabab, Mutton Biryani and Prawn Biryani. Decent food with very good service.
Really nice place with Good Ambience. The food has been amazing every time we have been there and the Service is quite nice as well. The Place has a good variety for the Vegetarians as well and the Aloo Tikki is not to be missed at all !!!!!Overall, this place is worth the consideration if you are planning for a dinner on a special occasion.
I have been to Chor Bazaar multiple times now and have loved it every time. The Indian thali package is highly recommended. The soup is one of the best I have ever had, and you can't beat unlimited chicken, lamb, prawns and naan bread fresh from the tandoor.
Also the deal is available on the entertainer, and upgrade it to the full alcohol package for an additional 100AED. Total meal for 2 people with unlimited alcohol is less than 400AED
Starters: chicken tikka, hara kabab
Main course: biryani, curry, chicken grilled
Advantages: good for lunch and dinner outings ( Indian traditional pure Mughal Tastes - buffet system available )
Disadvantages: less of starters varieties as expected. Might not be hygienic since buffet food system
Ambience: good as compared to others.
Arrangements: could be more finner
Pricing: quite pricy with buffet
Quality/ taste: much better !
Quantity/ presentation: not judged yet! Due to buffet serving
Speciality: tikkas and biryanis
Over all rating: silver medal.
Great food, awesome ambience. Love the decor with a very soothing feeling with the dim lights. Being a vegetarian was happy with the choice of vegetarian options on the menu card. We ordered paneer handi and it was quite a treat along with garlic naan. We also enjoyed the kabuli biryani. Would recommend this place and it would be nice to be back.
Food 4.5
Ambience 5
Great food and ambience Service is great Friendly staff
Starters are quite good.
Chicken, fish and lamb dishes are good.
Vegetarian main course dishes is passable
The chor bazar special chicken was a delight to tastebuds...the breads could have been a bit bigger tough.. Over all ambience and experience was awesome..
Special thanks to Rizwan, Jagadamaba, Arjun, Sheetal, Mona and Reggie in the concierge team. Wonderful stay, Warm and friendly staff, welcoming and hospitable. Very good food in restaurant specially chicken kali mirch tikka . Hope to visit and stay here again soon....
The chicken kali mirch tikka is so good and tandoori chicken is fabulous in taste...paneer tikka masala in vegetarian is superb ...also is vegetable jhalpharezi...awesome food...good ambience...great restaurant
Its a good place to eat Indian food. The fixed Thali spread is worth a try. It comes with both Veg and Non-Veg option and being a Veggie you won't be disappointed.
The Chef - Mr Prasad is gem of a person and is open to all feedbacks. You could ask for customization of food and they would happily oblige.
The place serves alcohol and the dinner package option includes one with spirit.
All in all, If you love Indian food, this is a place worth going!
I was actually aprehensive to try this place but actually it turned out a pretty pleasant surprise. Food is good, ambience is good and its actually lower on the price index too. A not bad experience.
Every ‘Somvaar‘ (Hindi for Monday), the entrance of Chor Bazaar restaurant at Ibn Battuta Gate transforms into a quaint little Indian marketplace. There is a stall showcasing an array of trinkets, Indian shawls and mirror-worked totes but these are just for show. This ‘bazaar’ is an elaborate buffet, a feast of ‘all you can eat’ delicacies from different corners of India.
average experience , last time i was there was around a year back i guess. i remember food tasted better than this time. sikandari seekh and chicken sukha were just okay . i mean you can have the same dishes elsewhere and would taste much better and a affordable prices . service wise , they were excellent !
Chor Bazaar surprised me this time with an amazing Buffet with variety of Indian street food like Aloo tikki, Samosa, pakora, pao bhaji and Pani puri at live counters with people serving them in traditional attire. Main course was also good with a various options for both Veg and non-veg food. Loved the Gulab Jamun. There was Gajar ka halwa too but it would have tasted great if served Hot. Other options were also good.
Chor Baazar has always been good but I always felt its little pricy but with this buffet @ AED 125 per person is really a Great deal for such experience. I am not sure till when they are running this but I will surely recommend.
Nice ambience makes u feel real India
One of my best Indian restaurant in Dubai
Everything is a must try
Simply amazing.
I had visited with my family for dinner at chor bazaar.... It's an Indian restaurant which I really enjoyed my dinner.... Firstly we were welcomed by Mona which was so nice n warm.... Then she assisted us to our seats n we were all comfortable where she gave us the table....
The warm n polite Hospitality of subash, nithin, and narayan was outstanding they served us with pleasure n made us feel comfortable at the restaurant....
We being vegetarians... Chef reejan n chef sajid and chef dayanand prasad gave us superb starters, followed by main course n then the deserts.... Frankly speaking my family n me enjoyed our dinner night undoubtedly ..... Step taken to come to chor bazaar was worth the step to be taken.....
We knew we were in for a treat even before we walked into the restaurant. Chor Bazaar, just like the rest of Moevenpick Ibn Battuta, is so beautifully decorated. There is so much detail in all of the decor, all the way from the floors to the ceilings.
We were seated in a corner booth table. The waiters brought out the drinks and food menus, and gave us some time to decide. After choosing what we wanted, they took away our menus and brought us a little amuse-bouche.
It was a thin, wafer like bread, filled with an amazing eccentric taste of tangy and sweet, with a little hit of spice. The waiter explained to us that it was a vegetarian snack in India called Poori.
After we were done with the amuse-bouche, and while we were waiting on the appetizers, the kind waiters brought a little coloring book and crayons for our 1 year old Khalifa to play with. I thought that was really sweet of them to do that for him.
Soon our drinks and appetizers came. For appetizers we ordered the Chicken Tikka Pakora and the Kekra Cake. The Chicken Tikka Pakora is boneless chicken pieces that are covered in tikka spices and batter, and then deep fried. Its crispy and spicy and all around, really good!
The Kekra Cake is an Indian twist on a crab cake. Along with crab, it has flavorful spices and is coated in breadcrumbs before being shallow fried. Along with it comes a sweet and spicy homemade chutney.
For drinks, we ordered two different mocktails-- mine was a made from kiwi and had a bit of zest from mint, while my husband's was more fruity with loads of fresh strawberries. We loved both of them, and even our little Khalifa liked my minty drink.
For mains, my husband ordered Pahadi Chicken Tikka, which is boneless chicken pieces that have been marinated in cilantro, mint, spinach, lime and green chili. Its then chargrilled and served with a side salad and a green chutney sauce. The chicken is very well-marinated and the flavor of the spices goes through to every single bite.
I had the Goan Prawn Curry for my mains. We love trying different kinds of Indian foods, but this is my first time trying a Goan dish. It was incredible! The curry itself is a creamy sauce thats not spicy at all. You can really taste the freshness of the prawns and the flavors of the curry don't overpower the prawns at all. Its such a great balance. If your not into spicy food and love seafood, this is definitely your dish!
Along with our mains, we had garlic naan bread. The flatbread is flavored with freshly minced garlic and butter. Its so good, you can even eat it on its own. Yummy!
Unfortunately we really didn't save any room for desserts, we were so stuffed we couldn't even sample a little bit. They looked really delicious, so we'll definitely have to give a try the next time we go there, and trust me we will certainly be back!

Definitely the best authentic indian food in Dubai!! Amazing service, nice setting and mouthwatering food full of spices! And you don't need to worry about the food being spicy, you can order your food however you like it!
Great place... Great hospitality... And most important it serves the best Indian food in Dubai.... The taste of the food is so mild n flavourful that I really loved it.... I had more than my usual...
This is wat is a sign of a good food is.... That it makes u eat more than usual.... All the credits of food goes to chef dayanand prasad.... Who made food with passion for his guests
As the name implies: Chor Bazaar has stolen the best Flavours from all over India and created scrumptious dishes. Hence it is called Chor Bazaar, I love the name and it reminds me of Mumbai’s famous Chor Bazaar (thieves’ market). It is located in the beautiful Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate.
A great experience comprises of great food, fabulous staff and amazing ambience: Chor Bazaar excelled in all. It for sure can steal foodies heart with the delicious food at offer. Your appetite is stimulated the moment you walk in the restaurant with the inviting aroma of grilled kebabs from the clay tandoors situated at the entrance of the restaurant. We took Restaurant Manager’s help to choose the dishes and she suggested to try the best of Chor Bazaar and that’s what we did!!!
Started with Dahi Puri starter which is mouthwatering crunchy puffs filled with curd, tamarind and green chilli, which is a must try. Allu tikki is my another favourite, topped with curd & tamarind. To add to the taste is the flavorsome Butter Milk (Mint Chaas). Besides this we ordered for one Vegetarian sharing platter which comprises of Harabhara Kebab, Samora, Sev Puri and Onion Bhaji: it’s a perfect platter for a vegetarian. If you are a soup lover go for: Tomato Shorba or Murgh Shorba.
I really liked the concept of “Thali”. It is value for money and one can try different dishes in the Thali which makes you love the food more. It includes five different curries from different parts of India along with a bread basket, mushroom pulav (rice)and tandoori platter featured an array of meats, from shrimp to lamb to chicken and for vegetarians mushrooms, paneer, broccoli and other seasonal vegetable with aromatic spices – all prepared in the tandoors (ovens). I would definitely recommend to try the Thali. Well that’s not it and Indian meal is incomplete without some sweets and we couldn’t stop not trying the Gajar Ka Halwa, Matka Kulfi and Ras Malai.
“Chor Bazaar” absolutely stole my vote for them for good food.
May be you guys should head to MövenpickIbn Battuta Gate Hotel this weekend. Dine at Chor Bazaar and later head to Moroc lounge & Bar to watch the World Cup. A perfect weekend plan!!!
It is very good. Nice interior, short and crispy menu. Very courteous staff. Special privilege for people from nearby location. Must go for North Indian people. It is inside the movenpick so can enjoy the good feel of grand lobby of hotel also.
For me, Chor Bazaar has the best Indian Thali in town. Everything tastes wonderful. The selection of lamb, Chicken & Prawns fresh from the BBQ are so tender & full of flavour. All the curry sauces are wonderful & the garlic nan bread is crisp & perfect. The lamb rogan Josh is my favourite on the Thali selection. It really is good value for money, especially with drinks included. I guarantee you'll be needing a rest afterwards just to digest all that good food.
Was recommended to go here by a friend and was totally worth it. Went to celebrate my parents anniversary. The place is a bit pricey but the yummy food makes up for that.
Getting down to business, the food was decent. The breads were well prepared. The curries were nothing very great, just average. It wasn't the kind of food that would make me want to visit this restaurant again.
For a long time i have been thinking to try out this place. Had heard a lot about it.. finally got an occasion to celebrate there. we ordered paneer tikka masala. this is first place in dubai where i have ordered a paneer dish.. thanks to my curiosity the dish came out really well. we liked it a lot. sweet dish was mango phirni which was not so impressive... ambience was really nice and an extra 0.5 for the same..
Went here yesterday for our anniversary dinner work friends. The person attending to our table, Krishna was the sweetest person we've met at a restaurant.
The service was a tad slow, but I'd put it down to the weekend. We ordered a vegetarian snack platter, grilled lamb chops, Pahadi chicken to start off. The lamb was an absolute delight! Probably the best in a long long time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this place.
For the main, we tried the chicken curry, paneer and Dal. The chicken curry was amazing with the flavors spot on. We tried the Kaftan bread with our food, and it was super soft and yummy.
The staff actually presented us with a delightful chocolate mousse for our anniversary, which was worth every bite. We did wrap up with their dessert platter.
What I liked, the option of the various platters they have on offer. Scope for improvement, the place needs more staff. The food is an absolute delight, with well proportioned servings and dress up. Surely will come back for the lamb and chicken curry.
I love their biryani with cinnamon. The delicious prawn curry and super tender tandoori chicken were amazing. You should definitely try this place.
Nice ambiance, hospitality and the food is OK...overall it was a nice experience as the property is too good and you will be spoiled for choice with different restaurants!!!
"Amazing Kite Festival Dining Experience"
M an indian, on this makarsankranti I enjoyed one of the finest meal experince and wonderful environment ,most preferably 'SALAN' and 'HARYANVI' its awesome. The level of service which achieved a great balance between efficient but warm and friendly and in no way over bearing. .Really want to visit again in future.
It is a good restaurant. little bit over priced. Ambience is also medioker. Nothing so special. Went there once as its a luxury dinning near home. found it ordinary.
