Recently tried the newly launch breakfast of JBs Gastropub. Since we’ve been here before at night, we can make comparisons of how it is as a bar and restaurant and as a breakfast setting. The ambiance was totally different in the morning as it was quiet and relax. Also the exquisite details of the restaurant are more appreciated as there were a few people that morning. The menu consists of traditional full English breakfast, healthy options and kids menu which was impressive. My husband had his full monty big breakfast with the usual suspects of sausage, back bacon, eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, grilled tomato, hash browns, black pudding and rustic toast. He likes the baked beans the most. I had a basket of mini pastries which was baked to perfection. The refuel granola of mixed berries, natural yoghurt, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds was certainly a winner for me as it was healthy and fresh! The egg benedict with ham was beautifully presented in generous portions and tasted absolutely good. We also had a mix healthy drink called detox made of carrot, ginger and beetroot and the “very berry”- mixture of bananas, berries and soya. Both were refreshing! We felt good after having the healthy drinks.
With the same level of service which was fantastic and professional, the highly commendable and attentive staff in the morning also added to the convenient dining experience we had last weekend. Definitely, we had a lovely and delicious weekend breakfast at JBs.
Second best place in Dubai. First is only at the top of the Burj Khalifa. We surprised, that in Dubai is a normal pub with beer and pork meat. Food was perfect and service excelent. Thank you.
