نعم لقد ذكرت ذلك ..مطعم جميل طعام لذيذ ومتنوع والديكور بسيط وراقي واسعاره في متناول الجميع .والخدمةممتازة.

Ordered the pad thai and chicken ramen which was pretty good.<br/><br/>Did not like the staff. They did not inform that they had the zomato offer as well.

Recommendation: chicken chili ramen & Yasai Surendars curry (V)<br/><br/>When you go to Wagamama, you know what you're getting, no matter where in the world you are.<br/><br/>The menu was almost identical to the Wagamamas I have been to in Europe. Maybe a few extra Mocktails but the food is the same as far as I can tell.<br/><br/>I personally had a great Chicken Firecracker here but the reason I give this specific restaurant only 4 out of 5 points is because the ginger Mocktail I ordered was not all that good and Streak Teriyaki was not up to the normal standards.<br/><br/>Compared to most places in Dubai though, it's still very good.

Worst experience ever! The food was pretty decent but my service made the experience terrible. I went here last night with a couple of friends and used Zomato Pro to pay for the order, which was confirmed by the app from my end and deducted from my bank account,but apparently the staff didn’t see this update at their end, despite showing the staff the confirmation I received from my end from both my bank and the app, they were extremely rude to my friends and I and literally held us back at the restaurant for over 30-40 minutes until I contacted Zomato staff to help me resolve the issue. Frankly this was really embarrassing, to the point where I just considered paying the amount for a second time to just get over with it... there should be a protocol in place for technical difficulties at the restaurants end, they shouldn’t handle the situation by being so rude! Definitely never visiting this branch again.

The chicken katsu was the dish preferred and suggested by the staff it was amazing

Asian food with a twist, loved the unexpected flavors in some dishes. Ramen was really warm and rich and the broth was perfect. Tried the banana dessert as well and I enjoyed the hot & cold combination. Would definitely re-visit.

Extremely disappointed with my experience as I was looking forward to dining here after all the positive things I'd heard. Wanted to get my ramen fix so ordered for their Wagamama ramen. To begin with; it came almost cold, no miso in the broth and lacked any flavor whatsoever.  I felt like I was eating herbs dunked in lukewarm water .Had it sent back and all they did was add more hot water to it. Service and ambiance really doesn't matter if the quality of your food is not up to the mark. For the steep price you should at least make sure you deliver quality food.

The best part is that they have different Menus for both connoisseurs and vegans - something that truly stands out when it comes to Asian restaurants. Options galore!<br/><br/>I started with Edamame - you can never go wrong with that when it comes to Japanese. Another all-time favorite is the Firecracker - true to its name, sprinkled with paprika, it is on the fiery side. For first-timers, Pad Thai is well recommended. For drinks, I tried the Wagamama Lemonade in Strawberry - well prepared though it could do with a little less ice to let the flavor sink in.<br/><br/>The service was nice and warm. With everything being cooked fresh, the place has a cool, casual, Asian vibe to it. Wagamama is sure to win your heart.

Wagamama was probably where I first fell in love with ramen. I've eaten at several Wagamama branches in UK and I'm a frequent visitor to the Trade Center and Dubai Mall branches. I really like that you can go in, order and know that your food taste and quality will always be the same no matter which branch. <br/><br/>I typically order between the Chilli ramen and Grilled Duck ramen which are both delicious. It is hearty and never fails to satisfies. I've also tried Surendra's curry (very spicy), Katsu curry (yummy) and duck gyoza (super yummy).<br/>The staff is friendly and very efficient. The vibe is casual and it has a decent value in my opinion. Highly recommended for Japanese cusine lovers.

Amazing place to try something different food which is healthy. Be wise in ordering as the main course portions are quite big for one person.

Definitely one of my favourite restaurants. I love their chicken firecracker and mushroom bao. This time when we went the mushroom did not taste fresh and the mayo inside the bao was sour. The manager was kind enough to take the dish back and offer us something else which was nice of them but they should make sure the ingredients are fresh. Apart from the bao, the firecracker was really flavoursome and we also ordered the peking duck which was yummy.

The beef donburi is very delicious. We just randomly ate here we never we run out of options. I so love the matcha ice cream it taste very authentic.

Love the place and going there to try items from all sections of their menu. Ordering the same item on next visit did not feel the same as their consistency in the dish was way off and also few Ingredients missing which were listed in the menu. Would recommend the restaurant to ensure that any dish which is ordered multiple times to have the same consistency.

Ordered the chilli chicken ramen and to be honest it was a bit pricey.<br/>But not disappointing at all, it was a big big bowl with lots of flavour. The noodle to soup ratio was good and a lot of chicken.<br/>Also it was not that spicy and I wonder how bland the original ( without chilli) might taste. Add some Wagamama spices and some soy to perfection.<br/>

Always been a fan of Wagamama and their food and set up always makes me want to come back. I love their katsu curry, firecracker chicken and as well as their ramen bowls. Their service is efficient as well. Highly recommended.

I have always like wagamama. I am going back to it after about 6 months and to my surprise... it looks like it's not keeping up to its consistency.<br/>I had to wait for 15 mins for someone to come and take my order.I ordered only one dish. Pad thai the vegan version. The taste lacks the oomph factor... plus the servers dont look at you. You are half the time trying to get their attention. Its saddening to see such a good place going down .

I didn't enjoy my chilly ramen n steamed gyoza. Steamed buns we're still fine. Overall ambience n service is average. It's pricey to the food what is served.

I have visited Wagamama several times and always had a good experience.But this time we ordered the chili ramen,the ramen noodle were very weird and pasty.3 of us had ordered it and we all felt the same thing.The staff were kind enough to change the noodles for us but they were still not to our liking.I always have ordered chili ramen but i was quite disappointed with my visit this time.The other dishes we ordered on our table were good and the staff was also quite helpful.

I guess if you are a real south east asian who is used to japanese or other south east asian taste you will find their food bland and not authentic. everything we ordered was disappointing. we orderd karaage but by its appearance you can easily judge that it was not properly done as "karaage" which is usually fully coated with crispy breading but theirs is not fully coated ( i think its their version) so it lost the crispy feature of karaage. i ordered the wagamama ramen with steak which the broth was clear enough to tell that it would taste bland and there were some noodles sticked together. my friend ordered pad thai but did not meet our expectation.

Went there with our kids end of June Amazing separate vegan food menu !!( funnily, veg menu had egg ). excellent meals. Service could be improved slightly, can best clear table once food is finished, that’s the only minus.

The food is good, but it isn’t necessarily authentic asian food. It was only ok, I had to add soy sauce and chili flakes to make it better. The menu has a wide variety of choices which are great. The servers were extremely knowledgeable and super fast at responding. But I have to say that it is pricey in my opinion.

Tried the chicken teriyaki donburi - loved every bite of it. The donburi had good amount of veggies and chicken breast pieces in teriyaki sauce. The sticky rice was flavourful and cooked to perfection. <br/>

Our go to to place for when we feel like Asian and a good sumptuous meal. Their service is always friendly and prompt ! Attentive and consistent at good food and the overall experience which is something other places could take a leaf out of their book. Everything on the menu tastes great in terms of texture, satiating your craving spot and is well presented and fresh. However my fave is the Yakisoba with chicken and prawns, Gyoza and duck pancakes. The fact that you can have a beer at this establishment is a plus ! Always be coming back!

it's the first place where I stumbled on Japanese food .i tried chicken ramen and firecracker it was awesome in taste. I enjoyed my meal very truly. quality of food is good and in beverages, I would like iced tea its refresh my mood. the place is hygienic and friendly staff.

Although this particular branch is annoying to find parking at but nonetheless closest to my house and when i crave katsu curry i REALLY crave it so i rush here as fast as i can. This place has started feeling like a second home almost, i don’t experiment though and order the same thing every single time. Maybe its time to step out of my comfort zone and order something else next time 🤔

Had Wagamama in Dubai for the first time and everything I tried was spot on. We ordered the Steam Chicken Dumplings, Yaki Soba (Chicken & Prawn) and Chilli Chicken Ramen and they came in neatly packed containers. Super delicious and very filling food at decent prices. Would definitely recommend visiting or ordering food from here.

The best authentic Thai chicken cashew nut in Dubai. The aroma and the flavour is completely different level. You can taste all the seasoning in each bite. The jasmine steamed rice is excellent. I must say overall excellent service and excellent affordable prices for this type of food.

Instead of Chicken Ramen I got grey water with chicken and noodles only. Lady on the phone told me if I asked without onion this is how it will be, so other vegetables doesn’t count I guess. After asking for refund she said that bill already closed.<br/>Bad experience. <br/>Never eat there again.

I return to this venerable institution after a long hiatus. I dont know why I stayed away that long. The review is a delivery based one.<br/>I enjoyed every bit of noodle and rice grain. Best place for Asian food. We ordered miso soup and chicken wings for starter. Cannot still get over with salmon yakisoba which my all time favorite and my husband loves teriyaki donburi. Will always come back here ❤️❤️❤️.

Been ordering from Wagamama for some time now but unfortunately their delivery times are very long and exceeds the expected time by a good margin even though I live close to few branches. Happened more than one time. I hope they improve this going forward.

I really really love this place. They have the best chilli beef Ramen 🍜 in Dubai. They recently introduced vegan menu which has some amazing food. My favorite is chilli beef Ramen, teriyaki donburi , warm chilli salad and mochi balls .

The starters and noodle entrées are a killer! I specially enjoyed the crispy appetizers and thick-textured udon. The flavors are ever-so soulful. Like their food and menu. Quick and to the point. Consistent Asian food and good if you want a drink to accompany the food. Favorite of mine is the steak soba noodles or the spicy beef (couldn’t remember the name)

Friendly staff. Good ambience. Hirata Steamed Buns - mixed mushrooms and panko aubergine tastes yum, the buns are very very soft. Vegetable Katsu Curry is worth a try, quantity is good. If you love super spicy food then Surendra's Vegetable Curry is the one. Cha Han Donburi is healthy and tasty, the Miso Soup that comes along with this dish is delicious.

Always a nice and friendly place to grab some good Japanese food (with some Korean variations as well)<br/>The whole restaurant is very clean with friendly staff. Ambience is nice, quiet and somber, good place to go with people and have a conversation over some good freshly prepared food and exquisite Asian beers.<br/><br/>My only complaint (if any) is the inconsistency sometimes that happens with the food preparation. Location, location, location! So convenient as my office is close by. Often, we go here with friends, even organise treats with the colleagues. Good food, good taste but still, no promotions and discounts specifically for repeat goers like me.

Last night was the 3rd time I've visited this branch and always loved the ambiance and the service. Ordered Chicken Udon Ramen, Ebi Tempura and tropical juice for myself and SO. All were freshly served however, the ramen was saltier this time around. Nonetheless, will deffo return as ramen has always been my comfort food. Thanks!

Best ever Japanese restaurant that I have been so far in my life. I suppose they are second best only to the ones in Japan. The food is excellent and my favorites are the Ramen and Yaki Soba noodles. Even the iced tea and ice-creams available here are too good. It is amazing that even Vegetarian dishes served here are superb. The prices are bit high but the taste and overall experience makes it worthwhile. The staff here are friendly and hospitable and guide you to choose the dishes that suit your taste. Not to forget that they are kind enough to make any customizations for the food wherever applicable. The location of this branch and the ambience are icing on the cake.

Wagamama first wowed me with its Oriental food while in the UK and I was super happy to have found it in Dubai! Comfort food for me, any day! Their benches aren’t very spine friendly though. Well, it doesn’t matter as long as you have great food and lovely people to enjoy it with. Thank you!

Ordered delivery on a Sunday night. Arrived on time and warm. Chicken katsu was pretty dry, curry was ok. <br/>But the disappointment came with the duck wrap which was the smallest portion ever (3 pieces of very dry duck). I received no sauce (forgotten) and my cutlery pack was open (only a spoon left). <br/><br/>Management called back to apologised which is much appreciated, but I will never call back for sure.

Stopped for a quick business lunch. We were seated and hosted by Lyka who was a very confident and trained server. Tried the Chilli Ramen (both Chicken and Sirloin Steak) and Katsu Chicken Curry.<br/><br/>Ramen here never fails to impress me. The broth is delicious and packed with flavor, the steak and chicken is tender, as a whole the bowl is absolutely filling and satisfies your palate. I thoroughly enjoyed the Katsu Curry as well, the chicken, aromatic curry sauce and the sticky sauce compliments each other really well. The ambiance is good and the staff is courteous.

Food/ Value: Surprisingly, the variety is wide which is quite confusing. Most of the food they served look so inviting that we got stuck for a while, so we had decided to follow our cravings and let it decide for what we should eat. As such, we tried for Wagamama Ramen, Beef/ Chicken Teriyaki and Fried Prawn Gyoza. To be honest, the taste is okay but not something that could exceed your expectations. Knowing that their food is considered a little bit high priced, people will chase for something they surely paid for. We cannot complain any for the gyoza, where in fact we ordered for another set as we really liked the flavor and gooeyness of the dumpling. Even the complimentary cake is a thumbs-up since it is not too sweet to taste but that piece is something that would surely complete your meal. It is fishy on the first sip of the Wagamama Ramen. But right after the ingredients settled down on the boiling soup, we already got the seafood taste that we are looking for. It is salty with a little bit of sweetness but good enough to give you a distinct flavor. For a price of AED 61, we expect for more unique and special taste which is something you can differentiate with other Japanese ramen. Even the Beef and Chicken Teriyaki Donburi, they are both pleasant-tasting but not 100% appetizing. This is a kind of meal that you will enjoy eating at first, but you will not crave and chase for a second chance. We still haven't tried other dishes, so we might go for a next shot. <br/><br/>Location/ Atmosphere: Wagamama is exactly situated inside Crowne Plaza hotel which is like 10-minute walk from Emirates Tower or ADCB metro station. The place is spacious and quiet which is ideal for any acquaintances, meetings or events. <br/><br/>Service: We actually want to thank the restaurant employees for the complimentary slice of mouthwatering cake and a song performance for my sister who's celebrating her 29th birthday. You guys are such a sweet and generous people to do that kind of gesture. One thing, the management is giving away a 20% off discount if you will pay using either ENBD debit or credit card.

The location is a bit difficult for parking but you have the option of the valet if crowne plaza that could be stamped. The service is always good but whatever you amend in the dish is always chargeable :) anyhow my favorite is chicken katsu curry and i always add the vegetable side. Presentation wise, it’s good. Staffs are friendly. Location is okay. And the spicy beef ramen is flavorful. Their Wagamama Ramen is just okay. My only set back is that Ramen shall be hot. But as it turned out, the soup is amost cold. Was bit disappointed as i was expecting more. When asked if it can be reheated the staff said they dont have warmer. You can sometimes feel a bit rushed when visiting wagamama but it wasn't as busy . Still has on of the best ramen in town . The staff is attentive and efficient . Food quantity and quality is always the same - can't go wrong . A lovely experience with the family .
