Cannot describe how good the food was, to the point I had to ask for the recipe in order to try it at home.
While at Caesars, we didn’t even want to try the other cuisines because we couldn’t get enough of this taste. Waters my mouth when I think of all these flavours! Fantastic food, chefs as well as staff there.
A must try is the sweet and sour soup as well as truffle dumplings.

Bao my God!! A must try Chinese restaurant at Caesars palace on Blue waters island.
We were seated outside initially as the weather was cool and pleasant, However a party next door prompted us to move indoors.
We tried the dim sum which was light, Steaming hot and held its shape, The Bao was like biting into a cloud and was an incredible feeling while in my mouth, My mouths watering even now.
The duck was ordered as a result of seeing a fellow patron at another table ordered it and disappearing shortly thereafter. The crispy skin and the plum sauce along with the Chinese pancakes are a must try delicacy.
Great service, smooth music in the background and happy customer.

A Chinese restaurant at @caesarsbluewatersdubai. Menu is Limited and lacks few usual Chinese dishes that you may expect to find. Food was Average at best and the Peking Duck (photo #9) was poor. Ambience, atmosphere and service were good.

So this new asian restaurant located on bluewaters island is a pretty nice place. Situated in caesars palace, the restaurant has some simple and interesting offerings on the menu. The food was really good, we had several of the dumplings,skewers and the baos. Everything tasted very good and fresh. The entire place has a nice vibe to it. Recommended for a nice datenight.

I had dinner at Zhen Wei last night and it was awesome. Im a Dim Sum lover, i tried their crab dim sum and re rose dim sum both werw fantastic.
I also tried the shrimps fried wok and it was better than what i expected.
I ordered a fresh juice but the juice i ordered wasn't available, so they gave me free water.
The price is a little higher than a normal Asian restaurant, but hey, you're eating at the Caesars Palace what would expect.
Overall, the service was great, food was amazing.
Highly recommended!

On our staycation at Caesars Palace Hotel recently, we visited Zhen Wei for dinner. Zhen Wei is a Pan Asian restaurant and offers indoor and outdoor dining area. As the weather is pleasant, we sat outdoors. The food, the atmosphere and the service was good.

Going in middle of the island of Bluewaters inside the Caesar's Palace hotel, you'll find this amazing Chinese cuisine restaurant located in a quiet corner of resort.<br/><br/>We went here for a dinner and chose a nice corner in inside seating since outside was windy. We started with the House Red Wine and Rock Salted Edamame. It was really good. We then went for Chicken Soup Xiao Long Bao which are dimsums made of thin covering and soup inside. It was delicious 😋 For mains, we had the Kung Pao Chicken with a portion of Fried Rice. The dishes were well cooked and very close to authentic Chinese or Mongolian food. The portion sizes were not that great and can get better. The service was extremely good 👌🏼<br/><br/>I would surely head back here again in the near future for relaxed meal to wind down myself from busy life!

I have been couple of times to the Saturday Dim Sum brunch and both have been amazing.<br/>The place is beautiful, the food is high quality and is reasonable priced.<br/>The dim sums are very well done and the entenace and mains superb.<br/>This is a highly recommended place if you want to have a fantastic Saturday brunch.

A Wonderful place located in Caesars Palace. The entrance, the outdoor area and the inside, everything felt so pleasant and elegant. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the overall ambience was just great. The food was excellent, served well and on time. Quality and presentation was spot on. Special thanks to Sabine, one of the managers of the place. It was great talking to him. He was extremely cheerful and friendly. We will definitely come back to check out your Saturday dim sum brunches !

Love the ambience the food was good except for one dish which was extremely salty. We didnt bother sending it back as we dont like wasting food but I am sure it would have been fixed/replaced just by going with the service levels displayed. The standout is definitely the staff who are very polite and are helpful. I would certainly go back!!!<br/><br/>Food gets 3 star only because of one dish which dragged the overall rating from 5 to 4 Star...

Nice ambience. Open kitchen. Good food. Most importantly bring your friends for the best experience. My only complain is that for the price you pay, they could have carved the peking duck in front of you, and not served all sliced up. The seabass is a must try.

We’re always on the hunt for good Asian food in Dubai. Given that we hail from New Zealand (where the Asian population is high and the Asian cuisine is goooood) and travel to Asia so frequently (sorry Europe, but our heart is in the East), we are constantly disappointed at the state of Asian food in Dubai. At the recommendation of our darling friend @hedleyhymers, we have been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to try out new-kid-on-the-block Zhen Wei, which hasn’t been easy as we’ve been told dinners have been fully booked of late. We’re the only guests in the restaurant when we dine for lunch (ok, a table of hotel guests came in towards the end of our meal) so if you happen to face a similar issue, perhaps lunch is the way to go. The downside of visiting Zhen Wei for lunch, however? The restaurant is positioned right next door to the hotel’s pools, and to be totally honest, we don’t want to stare at beach bodies while we’re eating. Not now, not ever. Obviously, this wouldn’t be an issue when dining for dinner, but at lunch, we’d have preferred if they’d drawn the blinds to make the setting cosier.

Was kind enough to win a dinner gift voucher from Bluewaters to Zhen wei. The food was so good esp the dumplings and even the simple veg fried rice tasted good. I had the Jade 5 vegetable pot stickers dumpling which was good. My dad had the sweet and sour chicken, which he loved.<br/>For drinks I had the Jishu shrine, which is shisho and plum gin with watermelon sake. Yum!<br/>Attentive service and nicely done interiors too.
