Zataar is my new favorite restaurant. Their food is delicious with a healthy kick. It's my go-to choice when I'm on the go since I know my healthy eating streak won't be broken when I have a meal at Zataar. The manager, Rawad, and his staff in Abu Dhabi mall are particularly hospitable and I always receive the warmest welcome. The manager and staff bring so much enthusiasm to the restaurant; it's evident they enjoy what they do! I am now a regular...zataar w zeit is now my restaurant :)

Worst Resturant and Call center ever.. It's unprofessional when u order food and u ask for it to be open like pizza and they force you to have it rap like sandwich.. I think they need to train their staff to how to take orders because we as customers paying for our food have the right to have it the way we want it and I think Zaatar and Zeit they care about money more than customer need.. I will never order from this Resturant anymore. �.. worst experience ever.

Ali and Hassan from the JBR branch were extremely rude. They not only lied to us about the waiting list, they kept me and my family sitting inside and when two tables outside freed up they both decided to give them away as quick as possible. I love the food at Zataar. It’s always so fresh and tasty. The soup was flavorful and warm. The breads were fresh. Tried the potato grill chicken for the first time and it as really nice. I’m a big fan of hummus and the crackers were delicious 😋 Great food. Good portion. Only if they can use less plastic for packaging I’ll be more happy.

Solo deal for 49 aed is a stela which let me try salad of my choice - fattoush, fries, wrap of my choice - shawarma steak and drink. I also ordered famous chicken and ice lemon tea (not picture here). The food serve was hot, fresh and taste great. Highly recommended.

I used to always order from zaatar but few nights back my orders their chickens were all so smelly and bad taste that we discarded them and lost interest in eating chicken again. 8dirham delivery charge and your drivers expecting us to tip them every single time is funny I always do but they are not satisfied! How about you reduce the delivery charge from 8 to 5 so we can tip the drivers as well and they dont get upset. I think its better if you have some promotions cause for me to order 60dh just for one sandwich and fries and drink its better I pay little more and order a grilled food with bigger portion. Maybe give fries or salad for free or remove your delivery fee or change your stay home order to more affordable price as your late poor quality doesnt justify for the prices anymore! And once I ordered kunafa also and it reached home like a spring roll! Not satisfied anymore!

I have been to Sheikh Zayed Road branch of Zaatar w Zeit, its a happy and friendly place. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Bilal Hijazi. He explained us everything about the place ... the concept & food. Our server Charles was also very friendly & helpful. The food is always fresh and also tasty - they have now started also serving healthy food. We started with some starters. - Whole grain pasta salad with chicken... a really delicious salad... comes in a shareable portion. - Kozy Kafta.... a delicious kafta served is a sizzler platter. Very presentable... super yumm. From the wraps we tried their Rebel beef wrap & famous chicken wrap. You can choose your bread .. we opted for whole grains wrap. We also tried their Barbecue Chicken pizza ... loaded with cheese & mashrooms .. just mouth watering. Regarding the desserts ... they don’t have much options .. so we choose to have Kunafa .. Knefe in a Pan .. a traditional Kunafa served in a hot pan accomplished with some freshly baked Lebanese bread .. we loved it & finished it no time. We also tried their Blueberry cheese cake. Don’t forget to try their Peach iced tea .. which is refillable.. isn’t it exciting. They’re also have some healthy drinks which comes in a cute small bottles .. we tried Fire up boost shot.... a cold pressed shot of ginger, turmeric, orange & lemon. A must to try. Me and friends where looking for a place to do our Iftar today somewhere close to where we stay so we ended up here... Not our first visit so i thought to drop a review for them. We tried their manakeesh and ordered lahmeh bi ajjine which was delicious, zataar & Cheese which was quite filling and tasty, zataar and Lebneh was not that great as the lebneh felt quite sour than usual. We then ended up trying their kunafa which was a total disaster..nothing like your usual kunafa and cheese... the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I usually order from this place but have the same complaints numerous amount of times that’s why I wanted to take time and write a review but before I did call them and explained they sent the wrong order after speaking to the manager Khaled he told me the branch told him the order was right and show proof (pic) so he can replace the sandwich, the gentleman was cocky and extremely rude he kept insisting to replace my sandwich but I explain to him I do not want a replacement (free) sandwich a simple apology would do, but he insisted that he wants a picture as a proof so he could replace it so eventually I hung up.

Accessible, open 24 hours, and a lot of choices on the menu. These are the top 3 things I like about Zaatar w Zeit along SZR. I tried their Vegan Boom (decent serving that's good for 2) and Halloumi Pan, both prepared fresh and very tasty. Price could be less, but then the quality makes it worth it.

The food in Zaatar W Zeit is always fresh and incredibly tasty. We opted for some shawarma and fries this time around and we were very pleased with our orders. The spizy chicken shawarma was actually both our favourite shawarma as it oozed with a flavoursome sauce leaving you wanting more! We highly recommend this place whether it’s for a quick stop or even if you opt for a dine in experience. Only slight negative point that we have is that the food took a little while to be prepared but its worth the wait!

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. It’s good for a quick bite and also good for a meal. They add many things to the menu and are open quite late, which is good for people that get hungry at night. My favorite is their famous chicken wrap and their fries with cheese. I also like their halloumi and turkey wrap, as well as their juices and desserts. Good taste across all branches. And it’s nice that they’re trying to be healthier with their alternative breads/wraps.

Five star for me! This resto was recommended by a colleague as a must-try (and I thought he was just exaggerating). Had the Mighty kafta wrap and I can say that it was love at first bite :) Added fries on side and really enjoyed my "Mighty snack". Its the bread in this place that keeps you coming back for more. BBQ steak and meat craze pizza is a must try. Although, my advise is to tell them to lessen the BBQ sauce to not overpower the beef and veggies. Eat up!

We always expect a certain kind of food quality from this place which is why we have always returned often. However, this has been the worst experience at this restaurant and they have the audacity to say "we have too many deliveries which are more important". If that's the attitude, why do you have a physical restaurant at all? I'd advice people against visiting this branch in particular as they care more about Deliveroo, Uber eats and Zomato deliceries rather than the people taking the effort to visit their restaurant. Terrible!

Since the 1st time I tried zaatar w zeit, I have slowly become a fan of their wraps. Bbq steak and shawarma wrap are still my favorites. This particular branch is conveniently located and the ambience is decent as well however parking can get difficult at times. The service here is good too.

I go to Zaatar w Zeit quite frequently. Having been a fan of spizy chicken until now, my new favorite is angus boom. This is a kind of burger hidden in a fresh bun. The aroma and taste of burger is great and it combines perfectly with the fresh bun. They serve it with fries. Definitely a must-try !

Their delivery is awful and it is always full of mistakes. I told them I was pregnant and did not want any mayo in any of the food, they called and confirmed and what to they do, they sent a manouche zaatar with mayo!!! Who even puts mayo in a manouche zaatar!!!!!! I was a minute away from suing them had I taken a bite- so disappointing, had they had trained handlers then none of this would happen! Some mistakes can really be dangerous!!!

4 days back at 8pm i came to sheik zayed branch. Allow me to say am not happy with famous chicken. The bread is warm and the chicken is cold. Love the amount of dishes they have, they have large variety from classics like hummus, falafel to exciting dishes like cheese fries and Arabic fusion pizzas. They have soup, cheese manakeesh and cheese balls. These combinations make it the go to place at any time fo the day since it’s a 24 hour restaurant. Love their kashkawaan cheese manaakesh, and baked cheese fries.

They even have a lot of healthy snacks and food items for those of you on a diet. The only place it lacks is the service as it can be a tad bit too slow during rush hour. The interiors are a bit too cramped so I don't think I'll be visiting them for a dine-in anytime soon. Nevertheless, still a great place for a quick takeaway/delivery.
